This study investigates the effect of Alpha-numeric brand name on the product suitability, brand personality, and attitude. To do that we have chosen the functional sportswear, knowing the fact that the Alpha-numeric brand names are not hard to find in this industry. The changes have been made to Alpha-numeric names, such as the usage/non-usage of number, the size of number being used, the writing method, and the different typeface to suit for the study purpose. The results indicate that the Alpha-numeric brand names do have the effect on increasing the fitness for the product's brand. The bigger number and the cursive script will improve the product's suitability. The customers form positive attitude and favorability on the Alpha-numeric brand name compared to the regular brand name in this industry. The contribution of the study is to dig out the distinction of the communicational effects on the customers when the Alpha-numeric brand names take on the different forms. Therefore the current study enlights the practical value of Alpha-numeric brand name as part of the branding strategy.
Purpose - This study aims to analyze consumer in the multidimensional aspect of a combination of corporate image and brand personality in order to identify the structural causal relationship between consumer choice and corporate image and brand personality. Design/methodology - This study combined theoretical literature studies with empirical field studies using questionnaire survey methods. To achieve this objective, a hypothetical causal model consisting of three potential variables and nine measurement variables was created based on prior research, and a structural equation model was used to identify the suitability of the model. Findings - The hypothetical model established by this study was judged to be generally appropriate. In particular, corporate image was shown to have significant static direct effects on consumer choice and brand personality. It was also shown that brand personality had a direct static effect on consumer choice, and that corporate image has an indirect significant impact on consumer choice by moderating brand personality. Originality/value - Previous papers have mainly focused on one-dimensional studies of various images, such as companies and brands. However, this paper used a model that analyzed consumer choice through multi-clue information rather than corporate images as the only clue to consumer choice.

In this study, I use surveillance data collection and data mining, clustered by clustering method, and use supervised learning to judge similarity. I aim to use feature extraction algorithms and supervised learning to analyze the suitability of the correlations of personality. After conducting the questionnaire survey, the researchers refine the collected data based on the questionnaire, classify the data sets through the clustering techniques of WEKA, an open source data mining tool, and judge similarity using supervised learning. I then use feature extraction algorithms and supervised learning to determine the suitability of the results for personality. As a result, it was found that the highest degree of similarity classification was obtained by EM classification and supervised learning by Naïve Bayes. The results of feature classification and supervised learning were found to be useful for judging fitness. I found that the accuracy of each Big-5 personality was changed according to the addition and deletion of the items, and analyzed the differences for each personality.
The purpose of this study is to measure corporate personality by analyzing the internal employees' corporate reviews and to identify the impact of the representative corporate personality on the relationship between job satisfaction of internal employees and the turnover rate of the company. To this end, we first created a dictionary of words representing the corporate personality with a Word2vec method based on words explaining five corporate personalities, such as reliability, initiative, practicality, activism, and femininity, obtained from the preceding study. Next, we analyzed reviews which were written by internal employees on their companies to measure the score of corporate personality at a review level, aggregated the review level scores for each company to calculate the company level score of corporate personality, and assigned to each company the corporate personality with the maximum score among the five such scores. Also, job satisfaction and turnover rate were measured from internal employees' corporate evaluation scores and the percentage of former employees of each company who left a review on the company, respectively. This study collected datasets of corporate reviews, employee information, and corporate information from Job-Planet from 2014 to 2017, conducted a technical statistic check and correlation analysis to confirm the suitability of the datasets, and performed linear regression analysis to evaluate the research model and verify hypotheses. As a result of the analysis, the job satisfaction of the internal staff has a significant negative impact on the corporate's turnover rate. In addition, companies having a personality of reliability, initiative and femininity also showed a significant cause-and-effect relationship between job satisfaction and turnover rate and among them, job satisfaction of companies having a personality, initiative, showed a greater impact on turnover rate. In sum, we not only proposed a novel method of measuring corporate personality, but also showed that corporates need to identify its corporate personality and to utilize a different strategy to reduce their employee's turnover rate depending on the corporate personality.

Until now, it is popular to use question-and-answer-based for human personality. The current inspection of representative personality types includes Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and job suitability evaluations. The problem of these inspection methods is influenced by the user's environment and psychological status during MBTI inspection. To solve this problem, we proposed MBTI Identification Model based on measuring bioelectricity patterns. We adapt traditional Korean medicine, the Eight Constitution, to this model. We develop an automatic MBTI identification algorithm that maps the Eight Constitution via biological current patterns to identify MBTI personality types. By utilizing the algorithm proposed in this research, it is anticipated that users will be able to measure MBTI more easily and accurately.

This study of elderly couples examined the main environmental factors affecting the married life satisfaction and life satisfaction of the spouses. The survey was conducted on 60-year-old elderly couples who live in the metropolitan area of Seoul and Gyeonggi. A total of 400 questionnaires were used to analyze the exception of a number of 12 388 additional missing data. The results were as follows. First, environmental factors affecting the marital satisfaction of spouses' personality suitability and gender role attitudes appeared in the economic conditions. Second, the spouses environmental factors affecting the life satisfaction turned out to be the gender role attitude, reliability and economic conditions. Third, the major environmental factors affecting both spouses married life satisfaction and life satisfaction was found to be the gender role attitude and economic conditions. Fourth, the environmental factors representing a moderating effect on the supporting spouse between environmental factors and life satisfaction appeared to be the personality suitability and economic conditions. These results suggest that the recent increases in the twilight divorce rate may be due to the marriage satisfaction and common factors of gender role attitudes. Therefore, to improve the lives and economic conditions as well as the satisfaction of the spouse, the support of important factors are needed to adjust the crisis of old age couples. Therefore, a relevant policy that targets elderly couples through counseling and education will be needed.
The purpose of this study was to investigate(Ⅰ) the effect of a masculine-feminine image in women's suit on the perception of the wearer's occupational characteristics and suitability of the clothing for certain occupations, and (2) the effect of perceiver's sex, sex-role attitudes, and occupation on the perception formed by the function of clothing cues. The research design of the study consisted of 2(pink and navy blue colors) × 4(masculine and feminine forms) factorial design of a suit. The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stiuli and 2 response scales. The stimuli consisted of 8 drawings of woman's clothing made by systematic manipulations of 2 independent variables(color and form) in drawings of suit. The dependent variables were the perceptions of the wearer's occupational characteristics and suitability of the masculine or feminine clothing for certain occupations. Occupational characteristics were measured with a 7-point semantic differential scale composed of 21 bipolar adjectives. Perception of ccupational suitability was assessed with 12 items of 5-point Likert type questions. In addition, the Bem Sex-role Inventory was used to assess perceiver's sex-role attitudes. The subjects consisted of 393 men and 389 women, whose occupations were classified as professionals, secondary school teachers, and white-collar workers. They were randomly assigned to one of 8 suit. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, MANOVA, ANOVA, Mean and S.D. Three factors emerged to account for the perception of occupational characteristics. These factors were given the titles of (1) activity, (2) potency, and (3) evaluation factors. The activity factor was the largest, including 9 adjectives. Differences in the form of the suit had effects on potency and evaluation for both sexes, while it also had some effect on activity for women. The color of the suit had some effect on evaluation for both sexes. Strong effects of color and form on the suit were seen in perception of occupational suitability for the occupations of attorney(masculine) and secretary(feminine). On suitability for secondary school teaching occupation, the effects of color and form of suit differed by sex of the subjects. Perceiver's sex-role attitudes and occupation paritally influenced the perception of the wearer's occupational characteristics and suitability of the clothing for certain occupations. In summary, a masculine-feminine image of clothing had a significant effect on the perception of occupational characteristics as well as on suitability of the clothing for certain occupations. Thus, the results of the study support the implicit personality theory on person perception and also the stereotypes of sex-roles on the perception of occupational suitability.

This study analyzed the influence of consumers' perceptions and benefits sought from Hanbok on purchasing behavior. Selection criteria and purchase intentions were used to study Hanbok purchase behavior. Data were collected from 332 female respondents between the ages of 20 and 50 using questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS. Hanbok perception was determined by three factors: pride, development potential, and appearance suitability. Benefits sought from Hanbok were determined by another set of three factors: personality, tradition, and comfort. In selecting Hanbok, pride and development potential influenced design, and pride influenced convenience. All perception factors influenced Hanbok purchase intentions, with development potential being the most important factor. As for Hanbok benefits, consumers were classified into three groups: groups seeking high-quality Hanbok, groups seeking tradition/personality, and groups seeking comfort. When selecting Hanbok, design was less important to the group seeking comfort than the other two groups. The group seeking high-quality Hanbok valued convenience the most and had the highest purchase intentions.

This study is to select educational films suitable for enhancing creativity and personality in order to develop educational contents aimed at pre-service early childhood teacher. First, three film critics based on sub-elements of ego-identity selected final 59 films. Next, three education experts classified the 59 films into small groups based on components each for creativity and personality. As a result, first, films classified according to pre-service early childhood teacher' sub-elements of ego-identity, educational components for creativity, and educational components for personality were 8 in job, 7 in religion, 6 in politics, 7 in philosophical life style, 8 in friendship, 8 in relationship, 7 in gender role, and 8 in leisure activity. Second, verifying suitability of film critics and education experts using Delphi method in order to select educational films to enhance pre-service early childhood teacher' creativity and personality based on films was effective in increasing validity of the results of this research.
