This study was intended to identify customer's response to CRM of fashion business.488 questionnaires were distributed to male and female respondents aged 16 to 55, and then analyzed by descriptive statistics, oneway-ANOVA, chi-square test, and factor analysis. As a result of customer information management, respondents evaluated taste, interest and demographic informations as most valuable. But they did not value personal and credit information. For CRM concept, 4 factors were determined: continuous care and suggestion, particular service to important customer, customer management program development, and customer convenience consideration. For CRM activity, 3 factors were determined: customization, information offering, and programmed service strategies. Respondents were having positive attitude toward CRM concept and activity of fashion business. Among customer loyalty programs, they affected by immediate and direct programs most. The preference of customer contact methods was differentiated by sex and age groups. Males and teenagers preferred e-mail, and females preferred catalog and telephone connection.

The main purpose of this study is to assess the housewives' perception to the salespersons' delivery of information at a department store and to assess how much they wan to get information through them. In this regard 410 consumers of housewives living in Seoul are randomly selected from April 7 to 28 in 1992. The major results are as follows: Firstly consumers generally seem to think much of salespersons' ability and to need salespersons' close explanation and advice. In this regard salespersons are respected as the consumer information sources whereas the degrees of reliability and satisfaction are relatively low. And, thus, salespersons does not influence much on consumers' decision to purchase. Secondly, consumers require information from salespersons. Therefore salespersons should provide informations to consumers so that salespersons will be available informants to consumers. Thirdly recognition on the presense salespersons is the major variable which influenced on consumers' requirement for information. The more positive recognition raises consumers' requirement for information and hence needs more available salespersons as informants to consumers. Consequently salespersons are expected to be professionals to meet the consumers' demand.

기존의 잠금장치는 복잡한 패스워드 적용으로 인한 사용회피, 자주 사용 되는 키패드의 흔적으로 인한 보안성 취약 등의 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 장치의 단점을 극복하고, 네트워크가 되지 않는 환경에서 사용자의 정보를 이용하여 보안성을 고려하는 OTP 생성을 기반으로 하는 잠금장치를 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통하여 알고리즘을 구현하였다.

The concept of VDD(Virtual Design & Development) based on high performance computing technology is introduced. The whole process of design and development could be carried out in cyber space through VDD technology in which high-precision simulation technology is combined with virtual reality technology. Therefore, time for design and development of a new product can be shorten and quality of product can be also improved. However, efficient simulation technology must be developed and appropriate supercomputing system must be available to realize VDD technology. In this work, several technologies for obtaining cost-effective supercomputing systems for VDD technology are introduced and investigated. The detail informations about optimization technology for PC(Personal Computer) computing, clustering technology, Internet Supercomputing technology, and Piggyback technology are provided and numerical results are also presented.

Research in undergraduate mathematics education has been active very recently. The purpose of the paper is to investigate how college students make ion from some known informations about integer and rational numbers in algebra. Three college students were involved in the study. We analyze student's personal answers in order to find where their misunderstandings and difficulties come from based on the theoretical frameworks on mathematical understanding such as APOS-model and P-K-model. Finally we discuss about constructivist teaching ways for algebra and propose new paradigm for teaching undergraduate mathematics.

현재 정부가 추진하고 있는 정보화 계획의 목적은 다양화와 신속화를 위한 정보서비스시스템의 현대차이다. 최근 도시지역의 각종정보들이 다양해지고 양도 방대해지는 점을 감안할 때 이들 정보들을 효과적으로 저장 관리할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 컴퓨터 그래픽과 멀티미디어 기능을 이용한 다양한 디스플레이 기능을 제공해줄 수 있는 효과적인 시스템 개발이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 멀티미디어 도시정보시스템은 도시지역의 각종정보를 시민에게 보다 효과적으로 제공될 수 있도록 디자인되었으며. 가격이 저렴한 PC상에서 Visual BASIC을 이용하여 개발되었다. 이 시스템에는 멀티미디어 툴을 이용하여 문서자료, 오디오자료, 통영상 등이 통합되어 있고, 전문적인 자료글 제공받기 위해 일반적인 도시정보자료 뿐만 아니라 첨두시간대 교통량이나 교통사고 현황, 도로정보들을 데이터 베이스에 구축하였다.

This study was designed to get basic informations for the purpose of making healthy leisure environment of college students, and which will improve the satisfaction of their school life. Five hundreds of college students in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area were questioned by, our questionnaire during April, 2005. The data of 405 students (165 men, 240 women) Were analyzed by SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The data of 210 were from Daegu and 195 were from Gyeongbuk area, The results are as follows, First, $80\%$ of those questioned spend their leisure time doing some activities and the satisfaction degree was medium... They get the informations about leisure mainly through internet and the purpose of their leisure activities, were, to get rid of stress. Second; It was shown that their main leisure activities were doing internet, meeting friends, and listening music on weekdays, meeting friends, watching movie and doing internet on weekend. The major activities of the students during vocation were meeting friends, doing internet, and watching TV. Third, the students are concern about their leisure life, and they think that leisure life make improve the quality of life. The last, there is a correlation between quite activities such as watching TV, and dynamic activities such as a mountain-climbing leisure life satisfaction on weekdays. On weekend, however, there is a correlation between dynamic activities such as sports and the leisure life satisfaction. Moreover, on summer (winter) break personal activities such as religious activities and the leisure satisfaction.

This study carried out to assess the quality of the information presented on the internet about nutrition specifically in the field of health functional food by monitoring with 10 panels from May, 2004 to October. Four hundred seven relevant websites were initially selected from a process using 5 search engines and the keywords ‘food’ and ‘nutrition’, and 404 sites actually met all inclusion criteria. Most of the sites evaluated 219 (54.20%) were commercial sites and then distributed noncommercial organization site 93 (23.0%), individual site 92(22.8%). Assessment quality indicator was carried out using the 17 necessary requisites, which has been developed to enable users and information providers to judge the quality of food and nutrition information. The mean score for quality grade was 11.07, five site out of a maximum score of 17 and two sites with the lowest total scores for the quality of food and nutrition information. Noncommercial organization site assessed achieved the highest score in accurate and useful informations to the public. Low ranked sites had the most inaccurate or misleading information, emphasizing only the positive aspects of the information, with little or no evidence. Many commercial sites used personal testimony as the most popular ‘proof’ for the effectiveness of product. This was anecdotal rather than scientific evidence based on which the objective validation was difficult to be made. Therefore, it can be challenging for both public and health professionals, to sort out useful information from a plethora of advertisements and promotions on the web sites. Our results suggest that nutrition professionals should talk about useful information of health, food and nutrition with public and help them find the best available information when using the internet.

해양레저산업의 발달과 레저문화의 수요가 급증함에 따라 해양 안전 및 관련 정보를 제공하는 서비스에 대한 욕구가 증대하고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 해양레저에 특화된 정보를 제공하는 서비스가 전무한 상황이다. WIPI 기반의 휴대 단말기 상에 디지털 화된 전자해도의 지리정보와 해양레저를 위한 각종 부가 정보를 제공하는 다운로드 형태의 콘텐츠를 개발하는 프로젝트의 일환으로 전자해도 및 부가 정보 DB를 구축하여 요구되는 콘텐츠를 제공하는 서버(CPS; Contents provider Server)가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 수요자가 개인휴대단말기를 통해 해양레저정보를 요구했을 때 CPS가 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 예상되는 요구 정보를 데이터베이스화하는 웹 탐색 컴포넌트를 설계하여 각종 웹상에서 시시각각으로 변화하는 정보들을 실시간으로 파싱하고 분류하는 웹 에이전트의 컴포넌트를 개발하고자 한다.
