Sustainable Utilization and Management Scheme in Wangdol-cho Surrounding Sea Area (동해 왕돌초 어장의 지속적 이용 및 관리 방안)

  • The fishing ground surrounding Wangdol-cho is not only overexploited by the littering of dilapidated fishing net and equipment, but also by fishermen's overfishing, surpassing optimum fisheries resources. In addition, increasing fishing efforts (number of fishing vessel and fishing net, etc) contribute to the deterioration of fishing ground, and it is urgently required that schemes to tackle the problems should be taken. To effectively address the problems as such, this paper aims to propose sustainable utilization and management scheme of fishing ground through classification of fishing ground surrounding Wangdol-cho as one area which is less than 50m deep, measuring $13.66km^2$ and the other, permission fishing area of Gill Net fishery, measuring $347.23km^2$. The analysis shows that, for the water area less than 50m deep, implementation from a short-term perspective includes autonomous management fishery by gill net and trap fishery. For the permission fishing area of Gill Net fishery, implementation includes limit on fishing period, real name system of fishing equipment and limit on fishing equipment. Implementation from a medium and long-term perspective includes limit on scuba diving, designation of underwater sightseeing zone, sea farming, facilities of surveillance, adoption of approval system for the permission fishing area of Gill Net fishery and introduction of report system for fishing.

Malware Classification System to Support Decision Making of App Installation on Android OS (안드로이드 OS에서 앱 설치 의사결정 지원을 위한 악성 앱 분류 시스템)

  • Although Android systems provide a permission-based access control mechanism and demand a user to decide whether to install an app based on its permission list, many users tend to ignore this phase. Thus, an improved method is necessary for users to intuitively make informed decisions when installing a new app. In this paper, with regard to the permission-based access control system, we present a novel approach based on a machine-learning technique in order to support a user decision-making on the fly. We apply the K-NN (K-Nearest Neighbors) classification algorithm with necessary weighted modifications for malicious app classification, and use 152 Android permissions as features. Our experiment shows a superior classification result (93.5% accuracy) compared to other previous work. We expect that our method can help users make informed decisions at the installation step.

An Application Analysis of Vegetation Permission Map in Urban Stream in Korea (국내 도시하천에 대한 식수허가지도의 적용성 검토)

  • In order to design and manage the urban streams, the change of hydraulic characteristics by vegetation must be analyzed clearly. Planting criteria of vegetation in a urban stream were investigated and the design method of vegetation permission map was analyzed in this study. In addition, variations of water level due to vegetation are calculated by quasi two dimensional numerical model, HEC-RAS model and FESWMS model. Joongrang stream(Gunja bridge${\sim}$Jangan bridge reach) was selected as the case study stream. According to the criteria of vegetation, it is decided that vegetation density was $0.5{\sim}1.0$ tree/ha for selected tall tree in right floodplain and shrubs can be planted in the right and left floodplain area except the important hydraulic structures site. The selected shrubs planting simulations with three models show that water level in selected floodplain area increase approximately 12cm for the 100 year return period flood. The applicability of vegetation permission map in Korean urban stream was analyzed in this paper.

  • Recently, convenience and usability are increasing with the development and deployment of various mobile applications on the Android platform. However, important information stored in the smartphone is leaked to the outside without knowing the user since the malicious mobile application is continuously increasing. A variety of mobile vaccines have been developed for the Android platform to detect malicious apps. Recently discovered server-based polymorphic(SSP) malicious mobile apps include obfuscation techniques. Therefore, it is not easy to detect existing mobile vaccines because some other form of malicious app is newly created by using SSP mechanism. In this paper, we analyze the correlation between the similarity of the method in the DEX file constituting the core malicious code and the permission similarity measure through APK de-compiling process for the SSP malicious app. According to the analysis results of DEX method similarity and permission similarity, we could extract the characteristics of SSP malicious apps and found the difference that can be distinguished from the normal app.

  • In this research, wish to suggest method to embody system that can accommodate defect of PLC and find actual propriety. Defect permission control system minimizes production damage because enables repair and checking without discontinuance and improve believability about whole system. Propose duplexing of system to embody this fault tolerant system. Therefore, composed control system that can permit defect or breakdown duplexings of various module proposing this system, and confirms to simulation and actuality kiln of defect permission control system through an application experiment, and compares for mean time between defect by estimate and defect special quality and system configuration of failure(failure) to improve believability of PLC control system together. In proposed system expression method and system mode and relation with operation mode, error discovery mode and switching tube of duplexing mode, and PLC's central processing unit of node study algorithm about master-standby conversion driving and continuous operation of 2 channels method that have 2 that is not one and deduced continuous operation method and result about defect permission in this algorithm and applies this result to actuality kiln control system and confirms continuous operation about PLC defect permission.

Analysis of Regulatory Sandbox Usage by IT Companies (IT기업의 규제샌드박스 활용 분석)

  • This study aims to apply the concept of regulatory stringency to the regulatory sandbox with a fresh perspective. The regulatory sandbox is a system that gives opportunities under certain conditions to new technologies or businesses that have not been launched due to inadequacy or insufficiency in legal systems. Previous research on regulatory sandboxes has mainly focused on discussions about their impact on specific technologies or business domains. This study attention to the results according to the evaluations. Among them, whether special cases for demonstration can evolve into official permission has garnered significant attention. For this study, among the cases that passed the regulatory sandbox evaluation from February, 2019, to December, 2022, 162 cases in the field of ICT convergence were selected. The evaluation results were classified into three groups 'positive interpretation (Fast Track)', 'temporary permission', and 'special case for demonstration.' Each case was assigned to one of the three groups. Through the comparative analysis, the common characteristics and differences were summarized. Then, this study explored improvement measures to pass a less restrictive regulatory sandbox. The analysis of the cases revealed that the differences in each evaluation result were attributed to variations in the technological characteristics and user protection features. Considering these differences, as well as the higher weight and importance of the preparation stage for sandbox application, this study suggested a three-step approach to prepare for temporary permission and positive interpretation rather than special case for demonstration. In addition, this thesis discussed the policy limitations of the regulatory sandbox mechanism in South Korea and the limitations of the current study. Hopefully, the results of this study would be beneficial to individuals and companies, particularly venture companies and startups seeking to develop new technologies or businesses and utilize regulatory sandboxes.

Land Law Meaning of the Land Development Permission System (토지개발허가제의 토지법적 의의 -「국토계획법」 제56조를 중심으로-)

  • With the purpose of preventing improper development on the national land, the land development permission system which is performed from 2002 has meaning as a type of limiting the property right, but modification on the details of traditionally understood land ownership is inevitable. Also, releasing the development prohibit on the land not only stop in recovering the freedom for land development, but also can be interpretated as a cause of forming the land development right, therefore the purpose of this study is to develop this into a real right. When we look at the development activity permission as a form of limiting the property right, constitutional problems of basis for that limit and compensation demand can occur. However, that limit can be recovered or relieved through permitting the development activity, therefore the compensation problem can be solved. Due to the development activity permission system, the land development right was separated from the land ownership to be communalized, and now, the land ownership only has condition use right left and don't have the future condition change right in principle, therefore modifying the traditional concept of land ownership is inevitable. By the virtue of the land ownership authority, the land development permission system must have the property to separate the development right as the independent right to be authorized of its legitimacy. Without these properties, the land development permission system cannot satisfy the social necessity of the land development right and its discussion under the category of the land ownership limit theory can't be deviated. In the existing "Civil Law" or in the Land Regulation Law system, there are many difficulties and limits in generalizing the land development right as a real right. Therefore, it is considered that by establishing a social law idea of Framework Act on the Land to characterize the land right theory in the real right theory, the land development permission system or the development right theory should be studied and developed independently and systematically.

The Study of Attitude to Passive Euthanasia among Korean Nurses (간호사의 소극적 안락사에 대한 태도 조사)

  • Purpose: This study has been designed to identify attitudes to euthanasia held by Korean nurses. Method: Data were collected through a survey, and the participants in the study were 234 Korean nurses. Convenience sampling method was used and analysis of the data was done with SPSS PC for descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA. Results : 1. The mean score for euthanasia was 2.80. and the sub dimension mean scores were, patients' rights. 3.24, quality of life, 2 78, respect for life, 2.68, medical ethics, 2.50. 2. With respect to the general characteristics of participants there were statistically significant difference in total score according to religion (P= .01), and degree of influence of religion on behavior (P= .00). 3. There were statistically significant difference in score of quality of life according to religion (P= .04), degree of influence of religion on behavior (P= 00), decisions in euthanasia (P=.04), and legal permission (P= .04). 4. There was statistically significant difference in score of patient's right according to legal permission (P = .04). 5 There were statistically significant difference in the score of respect for life according to religion (P= .00), degree of influence of religion on behavior (P= .00), decision in euthnasia (P= .00), and legal permission (P= .00).

Development of Pre-Specification for BIM-based Automated Building Code Checking (BIM 기반 건축법규 자동검토를 위한 사전정의서 개발)

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) has been adopted in variety domain of construction industry. In this circumstances, interest of BIM model quality has been increased. In many countries, automated building code checking system by Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) has been developed and studied to use web based building permission systems. IFC is international standard of BIM format. However, the data structure of IFC does not include all of objects and properties about national building codes. In this paper, we developed the information specification between IFC data structure and national building code to increase interoperability. First, we drew the criteria from literature review to analyze the building code. And then, we analyzed building code and sorted objects and properties for automated building code checking. After that we made mapping table between the sorted data and IFC specification. Using the mapping table, we developed pre-specification about building codes information that does not exist in IFC specification. And the defined information can be used to develop the BIM modeling guide and national building permission system. The pre-specification support increasing the interoperability between user and automated building code checking system. Increasing thee interoperability makes improvement accuracy and reliability about result of automated building code checking.

  • Separation of Duty(SOD), with delegation, is one of important security principles in access control area. The role-based access control model adopts SOD principle, but it has some problems; SOD concept is inconsistent with role hierarchy, permissions that have no relation with SOD may be restricted, and delegation may violate SOD. We propose permission-based SOD model on role-based access control. We establishes SOD as a set of permissions instead of role level SOD. Furthermore we propose a principle of role activation. It solves SOD problems of RBAC and supports easy implementation of SOD policy.
