공동주택 내/외장재 및 설비재의 비용분석을 통한 리모델링시기 검토를 위한 연구 (A Study on Remodeling Period by Cost Analysis of Finished and Equipped Materials in Apartment Building)

  • In this apartment market, many apartments are being reconstructed within even less than 20 years from their first construction. This entails many problems in environmental and economical facets, for which many researches are under way in several institutions and universities. International cases show that the international trend goes for remodeling of maintenance, management, and repairing rather than new building. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors of cost evaluation for establishing the time period of apartment based on durability of material and equipment while considering the economic feasibility of apartment, when remodeling as a concept of sustainability regarding building is being vitalized. This study investigates the proper period of remodeling in consideration of weight accruing to the LC(Life Cycle) and cost based on the standardized durability. The weight of cost, period establishment analysis, and LC according durability varies the data values of remodeling periods. The physical durability and cost from this data enable the investigation into not only the repair period of individual materials of the apartment but also remodeling period.

수화열 발생인자가 지하철 콘크리트 구조물의 내구설계에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the factor developing the Heat of Hydration on Durability Design in the Subway Concrete Structure)

  • With the recent continuous expansion of subways, newly created subways tend to have lower locations and wider sections. Furthermore. since box structures and evacuating tunnels are classified into a category of mass-concrete. the thermal-stress, emitted from the inside. causes cracks to structures from the inception of constructing. In this paper, thermal-stress analysis and durability evaluation of box structure were carried out to investigate relationship between durability and parameter causing the heat of hydration. Through the examination, this paper tries to find out satisfactory solutions to regulated thermal crack and ensure the required duration period. The results of this paper showed that to control thermal crack and guarantee the required duration period it was more effective to use low-heat-portland cement and moderateheat-portland cement. As cement volume due to reduction of water-cement ratio increased, the possibility of thermal cracks occurrence increased but results of durability evaluation was different depending on evaluation method. The results showed that the appropriate water-cement ratio to control the heat of hydration and satisfy the required durability was $45\∼55\%$. And it was showed that during placement of concrete blocks ambient temperature affect the heat of hydration. thermal crack and long-term durability largely and when concrete was placed at low temperature to control thermal crack. it need to try to guarantee the required duration period. Henceforth, by studying not only internal and external conditions, such as the relative humidity and the unit weight. but also methods, to evaluate durability, in accordance with domestic situations, more reasonable design of durability should be achieved.

  • Neglected buildings for long period can seriously reduce the durability of the building due to rust in rebars and deterioration in concrete quality due to exposure to outside air, and the seriousness of suspended buildings such as safety accidents and social crimes is emerging due to poor management. In this study, various problems such as the occurrence of safety accidents were analyzed through a fact-finding survey of buildings that have not been maintained due to long-term neglect in all areas of Jeju. In order to reuse a building that has been discontinued, the safety of the building structure itself must be checked. After securing safety through durability investigation, construction should be resumed or converted into a normal building through re-purposing, dismantling, remodeling, etc.

  • In this paper we developed the MPC sensor for steering control and steering control of the AGVDS(Autonomous Guided Vehicle Driving System) for Durability test. Among durability tests, the accelerated durability test has been widely used to evaluate the durability of vehicle structure and chassis parts in a short period of time on the designed road that has severe surface conditions. However it increased the drivers fatigue mainly caused by the severe driving conditions. The driver's difficulty to maintain the constant speed and control the steering wheel reduces the reliability of test results. In addition to the general detecting sensor for steering control was restricted by surrounding condition. So we need to develop steering control sensor was robust in the bad driving condition. In this paper we developed steering control sensor using magnetic induction which is robust in the bad driving condition and implemented the AGVDS.

지반구조물 계측센서의 내구연한 기준에 대한 분석적 연구 (An Analytical Study on the Durability Standard of Ground Structures Monitoring Sensors)

  • 연구목적 및 방법: 본 논문은 지반구조물 계측센서의 내구연한 기준에 대한 분석적 연구로 국내 건설공사 발주기관의 건설 계측센서에 대한 내구연한 기준과 조달청의 건설계측 및 건설기계 관련 내용연수 기준을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 지반구조물에 설치되기 전 조달청에서 물품 자체로 구매하는 경사계와 변형률계 등의 내구연한 기준은 8년에서 10년을 제시하고 있다. 결론: 국내외 댐에 설치된 각종 계측센서의 신뢰성 비교를 통한 실제적인 내구연한 분석과 터널에 설치된 유지관리 계측센서의 경과연수에 대한 손망실율 등을 종합 검토한 결과 구조물이나 지반에 설치된 국내 간극수압계 및 토압계 등의 매립식 계측센서의 적정 내구연한은 5년에서 8년이 합리적인 것으로 판단된다.

  • 2009년 3월 19일 도시철도차량의 내구연한 관련 법령이 개정되면서 도시철도차량이 최장 40년까지 사용 가능하게 되었다. 이는 차량제작 기술의 발전과 더불어 소재와 부품의 품질 향상으로 내구성이 우수해졌고 체계적인 관리와 노후 부품의 교체 등으로 도시철도 차량의 수명이 길어졌기 때문이라고 판단된다. 도시철도 차량의 안전은 승객의 안전과 직접적인 관계가 있으므로 안전성을 최우선적으로 고려하여야 하며 내구연한 연장을 위해서는 더욱 정밀한 안전 검정이 필요하다. 이에 내구연한이 도래한 전동차는 개정된 "도시철도차량의 정밀진단지침"에 따라 정밀진단을 실시하여야 한다. 본 연구는 내구연한 연장 관련 법령 개정 이후 최초로 정밀진단을 시행하고 있는 부산교통공사의 사례를 통해 정밀진단 시행기관과 도시철도 운영기관에 정밀진단에 대한 진단기법의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Durability of self compacted concrete containing slag in hot climate

  • This paper aims to investigate the effects of replacing cement with ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS) in self compacting concrete in the fresh and hardened state. The performance of SCC in moderate climate is well investigated but few studies are available on the effect of hot environment. In this paper, the effect of initial water-curing period and curing conditions on the performance of SCC is reported. Cement was substituted by GGBFS by weight at two different levels of substitution (15% and 25%). Concrete specimens were stored either in a standard environment (T=$20^{\circ}C$, RH=100%) or in the open air in North Africa during the summer period (T=35 to $40^{\circ}C$; R.H=50 to 60%) after an initial humid curing period of 0, 3, 7 or 28 days. Compressive strength at 28 and 90 days, capillary absorption, sorptivity, water permeability, porosity and chloride ion penetration were investigated. The results show that the viscosity and yield stress are decreased with increasing dosage of GGBFS. The importance of humid curing in hot climates in particular when GGBFS is used is also proved. The substitution of cement by GGBFS improves SCC durability at long term. The best performances were observed in concrete specimens with 25% GGBFS and for 28 days water curing.

  • Among durability tests, the accelerated durability test has been widely used to evaluate the durability of vehicle structure and chassis pans in a shon period of time on the designed road which has severe surface conditions. However it increases the drivers fatigue mainly caused by the severe driving conditions. The drivers difficulty of maintaining constant speed and controlling the steering wheel reduces the reliability of test results. The durability test includes the position and distance sensing system for the recognition of the absolute and relative driving position, the driving control system for the control of whole driving circumstance, the emergency system for responding to system errors. AGVDS (Autonomous Guided Vehicle Driving System) was Proved to facilitate the development of now car projects. Therefore the AGVDS we propose will help make the fundamentals for all future traffic systems.

휠 차량의 내구 시험장 조성을 위한 매개변수 연구 (A Parametric Study for the Construction of Durability Test Track of a Wheel Type Vehicle)

  • For the design and development of the wheel type excavator, the dynamic effects of travelling on the performance of the equipment should be first analyzed and conside- red in the initial design stage. In order to test the durability of the equipment in a short period, th travelling test should be performed over accelerated durability test tracks. which is more severe than general field roads such as city road, paved road, unpaved road and rough road. In this paper, a parametric study is performed in order to determine important design parameters of durability test track of a wheel type excavator. A rigid body model is developed using DADS and dynamic analysis is performed for the equipment travelling over several test roads with different severity. A comparison of test and analysis results is also presented.

급결제 및 혼화제 종류가 숏크리트 내구성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Effect of Accelerator and Chemical Admixture Type for the Durability of Shotcrete)

  • Concrete and shotcrete should withstand the conditions for which they have been designed, without deterioration, over a period of years. But connote and shotcrete are being deteriorated according to aging by internal and external causes. Recently, many studies on the durability of concrete have been conducted But the durability of shotcrete is rarely studied. So, in this study, chloride ion penetration test freeze and thaw test neutralization test were conducted to examine the durability characteristics of shotcrete with several accelerator and chemical admixture types. These results indicate that shotcrete with allah free accelerator and with superplasticizer are durable. Therefore, the present study provides a fm base to make high performance shotcrete.
