공업계열 직업계고에서의 과정평가형 자격 도입 가능성 및 운영 방안 연구 (A study on the Possibility of Utilizing and Management Course Assessment type of National Technical Qualification at Industrial Secondary Vocational High Schools)

  • 본 연구는 공업계열 직업계고 교원의 인식을 기반으로 과정평가형 자격 도입 가능성 및 운영 방안 마련을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 이 연구에서는 공업계열 직업계고 교원의 과정평가형 자격에 대한 인식을 분석하고, 과정평가형 자격의 도입 가능성과 기대 효과에 대한 동의 정도, 그리고 과정평가형 자격 도입 시 고려해야 할 사항에 대한 중요도와 필요 정도를 분석하였다. 구체적인 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공업계열 직업계고 교원의 과정평가형 자격 제도에 대한 이해 정도는 보통 수준이나, 도입 취지와 목적, 그리고 필요 정도에 대한 동의 정도는 낮았다. 둘째, 과정평가형 자격을 취득하였을 때 얻을 수 있는 기대효과로는 교육을 받는 동시에 자격 취득, 구체적이고 유의미한 수행의 관점에서 학습목표 제시, NCS 기반의 체계적 교육·훈련 경력 개발 및 형성 가능, 산업 현장 중심의 지식과 기술 습득 가능 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공업계열 직업계고에 과정평가형 자격을 도입할 때 고려해야 할 항목별 우선 순위를 도출하기 위하여 중요도와 필요 정도를 분석한 결과, 평균값보다 모두 높은 요구 영역으로는 과정평가형 자격 편성 시수 유연화, NCS 개정에 따른 적절한 경과 조치 마련, 필수능력단위 편성 시수 완화 등 인 것으로 나타났다.

CEO Education-Performance Relationship: Evidence from Saudi Arabia

  • The study investigates the association between CEO education and firm performance with a sample of 85 nonfinancial firms listed on the Saudi stock exchange during 2018 applying ordinary least squares method. CEO education is defined by three variables, the level of education, if the degree-granting institution is domestic or foreign, and if the highest degree is in management or other fields of study. Financial performance is measured by return on assets and return on equity. Firm size, age, liquidity and growth are introduced as control variables. The study shows that 58 CEOs of the firms studied are graduates, 38 have obtained their degree from a domestic institution and 44 have a management degree. Graduate CEOs are found to enhance performance. Graduating from a domestic institution influences performance positively. Management degree of CEO does not seem to impact performance. Firm size, liquidity and growth are positively associated with performance. Firm age does not explain performance differences of firms. Results are robust to performance measures. The findings of the study suggest that firms can benefit from a CEO hiring policy that emphasizes on the minimum qualification set as graduation or higher, education from a domestic institution and no undue weight on management qualification.

요르단 연구용원자로 제어봉구동장치의 성능검증시험 (Performance Qualification Test of the CRDM for JRTR)

  • A control rod drive mechanism(CRDM) is a reactor regulating system, which inserts, withdraws or maintains a control rod containing a neutron absorbing material within a reactor core to control the reactivity of the core. The top-mounted CRDM for Jordan Research and Training Reactor(JRTR) with 5 MW power has been designed and fabricated based on the HANARO's experience through KAERI and DAEWOO consortium project. This paper describes the performance qualification test results to demonstrate the operability of a prototype and four production CRDMs during the reactor lifetime. The driving performance, the drop performance and the endurance tests for CRDM are carried out at a test rig simulating the actual reactor conditions. A vibration of internal components due to the coolant flow is also measured using a laser vibrometer. As a result, the CRDMs are driven having a good driving performance without a malfunction between command and output signals for the stepping motor. Also, the pure drop time and the impact acceleration are within 0.72 s and 4.2 g to meet the design requirements, and the vibrational displacement of control rod is measured as maximum $5.2{\mu}m$.

사이버보안 인력의 효율적 관리를 위한 자격등급 모델 설계 (An Qualification Level Model for Efficient Management of Cyber Security Workforce)

  • 대규모 사이버공격이나 테러가 발생하여 국가가 막대한 피해를 보거나 안보에 치명적인 위협이 되었을 때에서야 비로소 사이버보안 인력 양성에 대한 사회적 관심은 높아진다. 또한, 정부에서는 사이버보안 인력 양성과 확보 정책을 제시하곤 한다. 하지만, 양성된 사이버보안 인력이 관련 기관이나 기업에 취업한 이후에 이들을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템은 아직 미약하다. 소프트웨어 인력은 표준화된 자격등급 모델이 있어서 각 등급별로 적합한 직무를 설정하여 관리하고 있다. 사이버보안 인력도 경력, 학력, 교육훈련 실적 등을 고려한 특화된 자격등급 모델이 필요하다. 자격등급을 부여함으로써 각 등급별로 수행할 수 있는 직무를 설정하고 부서의 직책과 직위도 등급을 고려하여 부여해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사이버보안 인력의 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 자격등급 모델을 제안한다.

가스절연송전선로(GIL) PQ시험 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Method of Performance Qualification Test for GIL)

  • As the expension of metropolis and increasing of housing site, GIL(Gas Insulated Line) comes to the fore as an alternative to overhead transmission line avoided by local resident. The certification and experimental test for the GIL is now in progress in under ground test lab, Go-chang. For the test, we propose a method of PQ(pre-qualification) test which is essential for development and field application in this paper. The test following this method take about 200 days or 300 days under the circumstances.

승강장 안전발판 시스템의 내구성 평가 (Durability Evaluation of Platform Safety Step System)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate durability of platform safety step system in railway. Method: We performed finite element analysis & durability analysis of platform safety step system with VPD (Virtual Product Development) techniques and examined the durability standard & qualification life through the rig test during no failure test time in reliability qualification test. We continued to test 1 million cycles in KRS (Korea Railway Standard) for system's robust design performance. Result: FEM analysis results are 14.9MPa & 14.7MPa of pin-joint, pivot and durability analysis result is above 1 million cycles. we calculated theoretically no failure test time 855,000 cycles and through the 1 million cycles durability rig test in KRS standard we confirmed product quality. Conclusion: This platform safety step system was designed very safe in terms of a mechanical strength & durability.

  • In recent years, NASA, FAA and the aerospace industry, through MIL-HDBK-17 and the NASA-conceived AGATE(Advanced General Aviation Transport Experiments) program, have worked together to reduce the qualification burden imposed on individual aircraft manufacturers. AGATE is one of the most successful public/private cost-haring partnerships ever conceived, bringing together academia, the FAA, other government agencies and industry to develop affordable new technologies and accompanying industry standards and certification methods. In 2005, NASA established NCAMP(National Center for Advanced Materials Performance) with the purpose of refining and enhancing the AGATE process to a self-sustaining level to serve the entire aerospace industry in partnership with CMH-17, FAA, and SAE. In this paper, I will introduce briefly NCAMP process and explain its organization structure and core NCAMP documents. This paper can provide some help in establishing our certification system for composite materials where the NCAMP process is expected to be the most good model.

  • In modern automotive control modules, mechanical failures of surface mounted electronic components such as microprocessors, crystals, capacitors, transformers, inductors, and ball grid array packages, etc., are mai or roadblocks to design cycle time and product reliability. This paper presents a general methodology of failure analysis and fatigue prediction of these electronic components under automotive vibration environments. Mechanical performance of these packages is studied through finite element modeling approach fur given vibration environments in automotive application. Using the results of vibration simulation, fatigue lift is predicted based on cumulative damage analysis and material durability information. Detailed model of solder/lead joints is built to correlate the system level model and obtain solder strains/stresses. The primary focus in this paper is on surface-mount interconnect fatigue failures and the critical component selected for this analysis is 80 pin plastic leaded microprocessor.

  • 본 논문은 국가기술자격 전자분야 5개 종목(전자계산기기능사, 전자계산기제어산업기사, 전자계산기조직응용기사, 전자계산기기사, 임베디드기사)의 실기시험 현장성 강화와 자격의 가치 제고를 위해서 국가직무능력표준(National Competency Standards)을 반영한 실기시험 평가방법 개선안을 제안한다. 각 자격에 대해 산업계, 교육계, 자격 전문가로 구성된 자문회의를 통해 작업형, 지필형, 혼합형(작업 및 지필) 평가를 위한 능력단위를 도출하였고, 모의 평가 수행 및 분석을 통해 효과를 검증하였다. 작업형 문제는 단일형 또는 혼합형 평가방법을 적용하였고, 지필형 문제는 업무 시나리오 기반 시스템 설계 및 구현 과정을 반영한 평가방법을 적용하였다.
