고교시설 디자인 지표의 적용 분석 연구 - 경기도 고등학교를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Application of Design Indicators of the High School Facilities - Focused on High School in Gyeonggi-do -)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental data to improve a school building through comparing and analyzing facilities of high schools located in Gyeonggi - do Province on the basis of the Design Indicator for the Korean Educational Buildings. Two types of high schools were examined for this study. Some of them are high schools selected by Korean Ministry of Education as a school equipped with superior facilities and the others are high schools equipped with general facilities. 8 items such as safety, comfort, the function of education, utilization, the public, eco-friendliness, technology performance, economical efficiency were examined by 5 point Likert scale. Findings showed that all facilities of both types of high schools received high ratings in terms of safety, utilization, and technology performance. However, the evaluation index on 'various used outdoor space' and 'public buildings harmonized with surroundings' of the education function of both types of high schools was low, which implies that the facility related to the education function needs to be improved. It infers that facilities are simplified and harmony with surroundings disappears when altering the design of the school building due to the convenience of building and the problem of the budget. Therefore, these need to be primarily controlled. Additionally, in high schools with general facilities, the evaluation index on 'aesthetic interior and exterior design of comfort', 'the responsive space to the demand for teaching and learning of the function of education', and eco-friendless were so low that these factors need to be considered when designing the school building.

Simultaneous Estimation of Poisson Means

  • A problem of estimating the means of Poisson populations using independent samples is considered. The total loss is the sum of component, normalized squared error losses. An empirical Bayes estimator is derived and compared, by Monte Carlo methods, with existing estimators which are proposed as improving estimators upon the usual one. Monte Carlo results show that the performance of the derived estimator is satisfactory over the whole parameter space.

온라인(on-line) 교육훈련의 효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study of On-line Education on Training Effectiveness)

  • The development of Information technologies huts contributed on-line training as one of important education methods. On-line training In firms, which is similar to e-learning or virtual education, provides trainees with more education opportunities in diverse ways. It has developed a range of innovative services with an one-stop solution of education within the electronic sector. Also under the on-line training environment, trainees can undertake customized training packages at anytime and any places. Moreover, information technology allows both the trainers and other trainees to be decoupled in any of the elements of time, place, and space. Two research questions are investigated : what are the determinants affecting the on-line training effectiveness and how those variables effect the two aspects of training effectiveness: learning performance and transfer performance. Based on the previous literature conducted on the traditional training environment, the determinants of training effectiveness are derived. light hypotheses are developed based on literature reviews and tested by questionnaires survey data. The collected data have been analyzed by LISREL. It is found that the relationship between individual, organizational and on-line sloe design variables and training effectiveness (learning and transfer) are significant. The contribution and limitations of this research are also discussed tilth future studies.

Kinodynamic Motion Planning with Artificial Wavefront Propagation

  • In this study, we consider the challenges in motion planning for automated driving systems. Most of the existing online motion-planning algorithms, which take dynamics into account, find it difficult to operate in an environment with narrow passages. Some of the existing algorithms overcome this by offline preprocessing if environment is known. In this work an online algorithm for motion planning with dynamics in an unknown cluttered environment with narrow passages is presented. It utilizes an idea of hybrid planning with sampling- and discretization-based motion planners, which run simultaneously in a full configuration space and a derived reduced space. The proposed algorithm has been implemented and tested with a real autonomous vehicle. It provides significant improvements in computational time performance over basic planning algorithms and allows the generation of smoother paths than those generated by the recently developed hybrid motion planners.

Moving Mass Actuated Reentry Vehicle Control Based on Trajectory Linearization

  • The flight control of re-entry vehicles poses a challenge to conventional gain-scheduled flight controllers due to the widely spread aerodynamic coefficients. In addition, a wide range of uncertainties in disturbances must be accommodated by the control system. This paper presents the design of a roll channel controller for a non-axisymmetric reentry vehicle model using the trajectory linearization control (TLC) method. The dynamic equations of a moving mass system and roll control model are established using the Lagrange method. Nonlinear tracking and decoupling control by trajectory linearization can be viewed as the ideal gain-scheduling controller designed at every point along the flight trajectory. It provides robust stability and performance at all stages of the flight without adjusting controller gains. It is this "plug-and-play" feature that is highly preferred for developing, testing and routine operating of the re-entry vehicles. Although the controller is designed only for nominal aerodynamic coefficients, excellent performance is verified by simulation for wind disturbances and variations from -30% to +30% of the aerodynamic coefficients.

Test of extended thick-walled through-diaphragm connection to thick-walled CFT column

  • The strength and stiffness of the steel beams to concrete-filled tubular columns connections are significantly reduced if the thick-walled components are used. However, the thick-walled tubes used for columns can largely reduce the demand for space and increase the strength-to-weight ratio. This paper describes the cyclic performance of extended through-diaphragm connections between steel beams and thick-walled concrete-filled tubular columns improved with fillets around the diaphragm corners. Test on one full-scale connection was conducted to assess the seismic behavior of the connection in terms of strength, stiffness, ductility, deformation, energy dissipation, and strain distribution. It is shown that the fillets and extended through-diaphragm can alleviate the stress concentration in the connection and thus improve the seismic performance. The test results demonstrate that the through-diaphragm connections with thick-walled concrete-filled tubular columns can offer sufficient energy dissipation capacity and ductility appropriate for its potential application in seismic design.

  • 본 연구는 수학적 모델링의 과제공간을 설정하고 이를 기반으로 모델링 과제의 복잡성을 나타내는 평가척도(rating scheme)를 설계하여 예비 수학교사를 대상으로 두 가지의 실험연구 결과를 얻었다. 첫째는 종전의 문제구조를 표현한 문제공간을 발전시켜 모델링 과제에 맞는 과제공간을 설정하고, 모델링 과제의 복잡성을 수치로 나타내는 계량적인 평가척도를 설계하여 의미 있는 타당도를 확인하였다. 둘째는 모델링의 과제 복잡성에 대한 평가척도, 학생 성취수준, 과제 특수 발견 전략의 개수 사이의 일관된 패턴이 있음을 발견하였다.

준직교 시공간 블록 부호화된 OFDM 시스템의 성능 분석 (Performance Analysis of Quasi-Orthogonal Space-Time Block Coded OFDM Systems)

  • 하향 링크에서 고품질의 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 기술로 직교 시공간 블록 부호를 이용한 전송 다이버시티 기법이 제안 되었지만 3개 이상의 송신 안테나를 사용하는 경우 대역효율이 저하되기 때문에 송신 안테나의 수가 증가하는 만큼의 다이버시티 효과를 얻을 수 없다. 따라서, 이를 개선하기 위한 연구로 송신 안테나의 수가 증가하더라도 추가적 대역을 필요로 하지 않는 준직교 시공간 블록부호가 제안되었다. 그러나 시공간 블록부호를 이용한 전송 다이버시티 기법은 준정지, 주파수 비선택적 채널을 가정하여 성능을 검증하였기 때문에 본 논문에서는 주파수 선택적 채널이 비선택적 채널로 등가화되는 OFDM 시스템에 준직교 시공간 블록부호를 적용함으로써 기존의 직교 시공간 블록 부호화된 OFDM 시스템과 성능을 비교, 분석하였다.

An integral square error-based model predictive controller for two area load frequency control

  • The main objective of load frequency control (LFC) is to keep the frequency value at nominal value and force deviation of the frequency to zero in case of load change. This paper suggests LFC by using a model predictive control (MPC), based on Integral Square Error (ISE) method designed to optimize the damping of oscillations in a two-area power system. The MPC is designed and simulated with a model system in state space, for robust performance in the system response. The proposed MPC is tuned by ISE to achieve superior efficiency. Moreover, its performance has been assessed and compared with the PI and PID conventional controllers. The settling time and overshoot with MPC are extremely minimized as compared with conventional controllers.

  • The school library standards. a guideline encouraging the reasonable library administration for school education that began with early quantity in 1920, has been changed as an information power in 1988 after 7th revision. The school library is highlighted as a gear of education process and the center of education change. The major summary is as follows: First. the name of librarian has been changed from teacher's librarian to school library media specialist that executes as a leader for participating in plan. performance and development of instruction. Second. the type of material has been changed from book to electronic media. Also, the number of book per capital has been increased from 6-8(1920) to 23-28(1988) Finally, the function of school library has been changed from space service into proactive service which is playing the role of the heart of school education process based on information skill.
