To analyze the small current interruption performance for the gas circuit breakers, the gas density and electric field intensity should be calculated. In this paper, the FVFLIC method is used for the gas flow analysis and the FEM for the electric field analysis. Then, the dielectric withstanding voltage is evaluated by the empirical formulation or Streamer theory. By comparing the calculated dielectric strength with the test result, it is found that both methods show good prediction capability for the small current interruption performance. Especially, when both methods predict the same interrupting performance, the prediction is in accordance with the experimental result.

The main study experiments to obtain engine torque of the vehicle during performance test of the recent automobile. Torque was measured through the engine dynamometer to produces engine torque of the vehicle but the research method calculated engine torque of the vehicle without the engine dynamometer. The performance of the vehicle receive various running resistance. The study certificates performance of certification before a certification of used vehicle didn't carry out and certificate. This way evaluated on road test and chassis dynamometer The result of the study shows that it is much possible to apply the test. After comparing the engine torque of road driving with that of chassis dynamometer, the results are approximately the same. When rapidly speeded up, the road-load vehicle can pitch in some degrees, which may result in the fluctuations of acceleration, and then affect on the engine torque. Therefore it is confirmed that this method is easier way to measure the performance of vehicles.

In this research, a model to measure the correlation between the performance of customer contact center and the business performance is developed using the well-known model, the market damage model of TARP. Three hypotheses are suggested and verified using real customer profit data and customer access data of the Industrial bank of Korea. As a result of this research, we know that there is a positive relation between increase of business profit and contact experience of customers to customer contact center. Also, customer satisfaction level for customer contact center contact experience is positively correlated with increase of business profit of the company. However, we could not find a meaningful correlation result between number of contacts to customer contact center and the business profit. Although this study is based on a particular one company data, the analyzation framework can be applicable to other banking companies for showing relations between performance of customer contact center and business profit of the company.

This study investigated the management importance and performance level of foodservice managers at senior centers. Using the survey, perceived importance and performance levels of seven foodservice management areas were evaluated and analyzed. Data showed the foodservice facilities were being managed by dietitians (61.6%) or non-dietitians (38.9%). The result indicated that overall importance level (3.43) was higher than performance level (3.02) (p<.01). As of the IPA result, dietitians and non-dietitians had different perspectives in terms of managing the eight categories of foodservice areas. The differences in the IPA results between the two groups may reflect bias attributable to the respondents' degrees of knowledge and professional preparation. The research findings could enhance our understanding of importance of hiring professional dietitians to operate foodservice at senior centers and find out which management area should be concentrated for more effective foodservice management.

This paper presents a experimental study on the performance of the heat pump. Uncertainty of measurement means the degree of uncertainty in the measurement. Therefore, it estimates a section where expected value of the measurement might be within a certain confidence level and suggests a range where measured representative value might be incorrect. Uncertainty of measurement is a parameter that shows characteristics of dispersion of measured value that was reasonably estimated from measured quantity. Measurement result of performance experiment is not a true value but estimated value that was estimated reasonably. Therefore, uncertainty of measurement needs to be calculated and presented with the result of measurement.

Unlike the CFT retrofit method, The EPFT retrofit method, which fills the steel tube with engineering plastic, does not require a separate concrete forming work and is a lightweight seismic Retrofit Method. In this study, an prototype model of the EPFT was proposed, and to analyze the seismic performance, an independent specimens and a reinforced concrete column were fabricated to conduct a seismic performance test. As a result of loading test of the independent specimens, the strength was increased compared to the steel tube column without internal filling, and the ductility ratio did not significantly increase due to the falling off of the weld. As a result of loading test of the concrete reinforcement specimen, the strength, ductility ratio, and energy dissipation were increased, and the number of cracks by loading step decreased compared to the non-reinforced specimen.

Auto Guided Vehicle (AGV) equipped with mecanum wheels can move in all directions, unlike ordinary wheeled AGVs. In this paper, we propose a robust trejectory tracking control method for the mecanum wheeled AGVs in the presence of disturbances. It is constructed by combining impedance control with Integral Sliding Mode Control (ISMC), which shows robust performance against disturbances, and adding a disturbance observer (DOB) that estimates and removes disturbances. Simulation result using MATLAB/SIMULINK shows that the proposed control method has robust performance in tracking the reference trajectory under the circumstance with disturbance. The control performance is further improved when the disturbance observer is additionally used. In addition, the performance of the proposed control method was verified through experiment. It shows the result of tracking the set trajectory well.

현재 정부 각 부처는 “정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률”에 의해 EA를 도입하여 운용하고 있으나 이의 평가 체계 및 지표는 제대로 갖춰져 있지 않다. 특히 EA의 성과평가를 위한 모델이 없을 뿐만 아니라 측정 할 수 있는 방법도 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 EA성과평가를 위해 국내 범정부 성과참조모델과 미 연방 성과참조모델을 기반으로 8개의 평가 영역 및 17개의 평가지표를 도출하였다. 또한, 미 OMB 및 국내 범정부 EA성숙도 모델을 기반으로 8개의 평가 영역 및 10개의 평가지표를 도출하여, 이를 기반으로 EA 성과평가를 위한 업무, 고객, 프로세스, 인적자본 및 기술의 5개 영역으로 구성된 성과평가 모델을 제안하였다. 제안한 모델의 검증을 위해 3개 기관에 적용하여 각 기관의 EA 성과를 평가하였고, 평가 결과를 검증하기 위해 범정부 EA성숙도 모델의 성과평가 영역과도 비교 평가하였다. 또한, 제안한 성과평가모델의 측정지표를 기존의 EA성숙도 모델 및 성과참조모델과도 비교 분석하였다. 이러한 비교 분석 결과를 바탕으로 제안한 성과평가모델을 검증하였다.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships among leadership, organizational commitment and management performance of restaurant workers from the Busan Haeundae area. Normally, each leadership type(transactional leadership, transformational leadership, servant leadership) effected organizational commitment and management result. For the field test and verification, 200 staffs of the Haeundae restaurant participated in the survey from April 1st to May 30th, 2017. The research result was summarized as follows. First, all leadership types(transformational leadership, transformational leadership, servant leadership) of Haeundae restaurant staffs had a positive impact on affective involvement. Second, transformational leadership and transactional leadership of restaurant staffs had a positive influence on continuous commitment. Lastly, continuous commitment of restaurant staffs in Haeundae affected management result. In conclusion, precedent study explained only hotel investigation.

이 연구에서는 예비 교사들이 갖고 있는 TPACK의 실천적 역량을 측정하기 위하여 기존의 연구들에서 사용한 TPACK 측정 설문지와 수행평가를 통해 드러난 TPACK 역량의 관계를 비교하였다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 예비 교사의 TPACK 설문지를 개발하였다. 또한 '달과 천체의 변화'에 관련된 수행평가 과제 및 면담을 통해 예비 교사의 TPACK 역량의 실제를 분석하였다. 설문 분석 결과에서는 예비교사들의 PCK와 TPK이 높게 나타났고, 상대적으로 TCK와 TPACK이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 설문에서는 TPK가 낮은 것으로 나타난 예비교사의 수행평가를 분석한 결과 TPK가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반대로 설문에서는 TPK가 높은 것으로 나타난 예비교사의 수행평가를 분석한 결과 TPK는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 설문에서 TCK가 낮은 것으로 나타난 예비교사의 수행평가를 분석한 결과, 반대로 TCK가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반대로 설문에서 TCK가 높은 것으로 나타난 예비교사의 수행평가를 분석한 결과, 실제 TCK 역량은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. TPACK가 설문에서는 높게 나타난 경우에도 수행평가의 실제 결과를 통해서는 TPACK가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 TPACK 측정 도구들이 실행 역량 보다는 자기효능감을 측정하는 것임을 확인하였다.
