성과측정체계 및 업무프로세스 분석에 기반한 지식전략계획($P^2-KSP$)수립 방법론에 관한 연구 (Performance-driven and Process-based Knowledge Strategy Planning Methodology($P^2-KSP$))

  • Many organizations have applied the traditional Information Strategy Planning methodologies to planning knowledge management. This approach, however, cannot sufficiently realize the strategic value of various kinds of knowledge. To overcome above problems, this research classifies knowledge according to its features and identifies characteristics of each knowledge category. And then, structured Knowledge Strategy Planning methodology, $P^2-KSP$, is proposed. With $P^2-KSP$, an organization can identify organizational knowledge and develop KM architecture from both perspectives of the performance measurement system and business processes.

  • Most of computer-aided process planning(CAPP) systems have been developed to automate the process planning function. In this paper, we describe an analytical model for a CAPP system in order to improve the performance of production system in flexible manufacturing systems(FMSs) for computer intergrated manufacturing(CIM) architecture. This paper proposes an optimal process planning that minimizes the load time by minimizing the cycle time and the number of workstations using Kang and Hahm's heuristic approach so as to improve the performance of production system under the batch production of discrete products. We also perform simulation using SIMAN language to campare the line utilization of each for various product types. The proposed algorithm can be implemented in existing FMSs for on-line control of product quantity using programmable logic controllers(PLC) and communication devices.

  • A fundamental technology of UGV(Unmanned Ground Vehicle) to perform a given mission with success in various environment is a path planning method which generates a safe and optimal path to the goal. In this paper, we suggest a local path-planning method of UGV based on the binary map using world model data which is gathered from terrain perception sensors. In specially, we present three core algorithms such as shortest path computation algorithm, path optimization algorithm and path smoothing algorithm those are used in the each composition module of LPP component. A simulation is conducted with M&S(Modeling & Simulation) system in order to verify the performance of each core algorithm and the performance of LPP component with scenarios.

  • Recently, mechanical and electrical construction are getting more important because of technology advances. In particular, construction market has become more competitive and construction requires more complicated and sophisticated works. Despite its importance, relatively little studies on construction management for mechanical construction and electrical construction. Therefore, this study conducted an analysis to identify the relationship between construction planning and project performance. For the analysis a number of mechanical professionals were participated. Ultimately, the study will provide a foundation of effective construction management for mechanical construction.

  • The purpose of this study was to test various variables that affect CRM performance in order to evaluate CRM performance. The results of the proposed research hypotheses are as follows; First, the IS based factors perform more important roles on system and information quality compared to organizational factors. Second, the variables of IS and planning capability playa role as a parameter. Third, among organizational factors, non-structural factors such as degrees of acceptance of business transition, support of CEO, and customer-orientation perform more important roles on CRM. Fourth, IS based factors have bigger Impact on information quality than system quality. Fifth, it was proven that IS quality, proposed as a parameter and as a dependant variable, and CRM have significant relations.

  • The primary role of MRP(Material Requirement Planning) is to make a production plan so that we have an exact quantity of right materials on needed time at right place. But the ignorance on capacity constraints makes some problems whenever production schedule is established. To increase the performance of MRP system, a novel approach which is based on new input data structure is suggested. The new input data structure includes all the information about Material BOM, Routing and resource data so that we can easily examine the usage of resources and generate higher performance production plans.

  • Entrepreneurship scholars have defined Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE) in many ways. Generally, works from these scholars had discussed on the common aspects of CE, benefits of CE, types of CE and ways to cultivate and design CE for companies. These scholars also developed models of CE to construct a framework for mapping CE research. From here, the present writers have presented a proposed framework to see how far the factors of CE, their business strategy and external environment influenced the developers' firm performance in housing development industry. However, this is just the initial stage of the study and the model needs to be revised before it can be tested in the field.

Kinodynamic Motion Planning with Artificial Wavefront Propagation

  • In this study, we consider the challenges in motion planning for automated driving systems. Most of the existing online motion-planning algorithms, which take dynamics into account, find it difficult to operate in an environment with narrow passages. Some of the existing algorithms overcome this by offline preprocessing if environment is known. In this work an online algorithm for motion planning with dynamics in an unknown cluttered environment with narrow passages is presented. It utilizes an idea of hybrid planning with sampling- and discretization-based motion planners, which run simultaneously in a full configuration space and a derived reduced space. The proposed algorithm has been implemented and tested with a real autonomous vehicle. It provides significant improvements in computational time performance over basic planning algorithms and allows the generation of smoother paths than those generated by the recently developed hybrid motion planners.

기업 정보기술 투자의 통합 성과모형에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Integrated Performance Model for the Effect of Information Technology Investment)

  • The business value of IT has been the focus of the academic and business field in recent years, along with the massive IT investment. Unfortunately, those studies have not been able to demonstrate strong linkages between the IT investment and performance. The impact of IT investment on performance is an important research topic that needs to consider the role of key contextual factors and intermediate factors. This study develops an integrated model for IT investment, with the mediating effects of production/coordination performance towards firm performance. In addition, the model is moderated by some factors like ISP(Information Systems Planning), Business Planning alignment, top management support, IT education and training, and process innovation. The empirical result, based on the moderating regression analysis, indicates that the relationship between IT Investment and production/coordination performance is significantly positive depending on moderating factors. However, production/coordination performance is partially related to firm performance.

  • This study deals with technology planning-based management for Basic R&D Programs of government supported research institutes (GRIs). The Korean Research Council for Industrial Science and Technology which consists of major GRIs needs to implement new government policies which focus on the dissemination of R&D outcome, collaborative research, and performance-oriented R&D investment. The major characteristics of technology planning-based management include the hierarchy of market-oriented technology plans and the valuation of core technologies. We also suggest technology classifications and project network diagrams.
