  • The purpose of this study identificate the sources of stress, and then find the influenced factor on the performance of organization by thoses. The sources of stress be limited on the level of individuals and the results of its also be did on the level of organization. The finding of the study will contribute to the effective management of stress by the manager in organization. As a results, rational management would made the quality of life of members of organization to level up, and the goals of organization to achieve rationally.

간호학생의 근육주사 처치 실습에서 지시적 심상요법의 효과 - 불안, 스트레스 및 처치 수행도를 중심으로 - (The Effects of Guided Imagery on Nursing Students Performing Intramuscular Injections)

  • The anxiety and stress of nursing students on performance intramuscular injection diminished nursing skill performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the guided imagery program on anxiety, stress and nursing skill performance of nursing students. Method: The study design was time series with a nonequivalent control group pretest- posttest study. The Data were collected from the 30th of Oct. to the 6th of Nov. 2001. The objects of this study were 36 sophomores of university(18 for the experimental group, 18 for the control group). The Instruments used in this study were State Trait Anxiety Inventory developed by Spielberger (1972), Visual Analogue Scale for Stress and Nursing skill performance developed by the researcher. The guided imagery was provided through audiotapes to the subjects for 8 minutes. The pretest was given before the therapy to measure variables for both groups and the posttests were performed after intervention. The data were analyzed by the SAS program using t-test and paired t-test. Result: The results of this study are as follows. The level of anxiety of students who received the guided imagery were significantly lower than that of control group. the level of stress had a deeling tendency and the nursing skill performance level was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion: The guided imagery suggested as an effective nursing intervention did reduce the anxiety and promoted nursing skill performance of nursing students.

강원도 남녀 중학생의 학교급식에 대한 중요도 및 수행도 비교 (Comparison of Importance and Performance to the School Lunch Service According of Male and Female Middle School Students in the Gangwon Province)

  • Customer satisfaction concerning foodservice quality characteristics were evaluated by using importance performance analysis(IPA) techniques in middle school foodsevice operations. One hundred students from each of 17 middle schools in Gangwon province were surveyed by self-developed questionnaire. Total of 1,675 questionnaires(female 943 and male 732 respectively) were collected and data were analyzed using SAS program. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1.The male and female students scored the importance level as 3.99 and 4.03 out of 5 respectively, which means 'important' The performance level of female(2.71) was significantly lower than male(2.86) which means 'between bad and so-so'. it is suggested that the statistical analysis should be conducted respectively according to gender. And there is no performance level over 4(good). 2. Dissatisfied quality attributes identified were convenience of dinning room and the managerial attitude of dissatisfaction in the female and male students. 3. Satisfied quality attributes identified were hygiene of food and dinning room and spoon and cup and drinking water table and distribution process, taste of food, variety of food in the female and male students. 4. The performance scores of lower price(less than 1500 won) lunch group was higher than higher price(more than 1800 won) lunch group in the female and male students.

간호사의 병원감염 관리에 대한 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Performance of the Nurses about the Management of Nosocomial Infection)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing performance of the clinical nurses about the management of nosocomial infection. Method: The data were collected using structured questionnaire from 300 clinical nurses from April 26, 2004 to May 20, 2004. The data analyzed by the SPSS (ver10.0)program, and it included descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, the Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression. Result: Personal hygiene management and disinfection equipment management had the higher record than other dimensions. The level of recognition for management of nosocomial infection showed positive correlation with the level of performance for management of nosocomial infection. The level of recognition for management of nosocomial infection, working period, number of hand washing, have significant effects on the degree of a performance for management of nosocomial infection. These predictive variables of the degree of a performance for management of nosocomial infection explained 17% of variance. Conclusion: It is needed to be developed for the effective management of nosocomial infection through the educational program.

간호사의 병원감염 예방행위에 대한 인지도와 수행정도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Level of Recognition and Performance of the Clinical Nurses about the prevention of Nosocomial Infection)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyse the level of recognition and performance of clinical nurses about the prevention of nosocomial infection. Subjects of the study were 425 nurses working at two university hospitals. Self report questionnaires were used to measure the level of recognition and performance about the prevention of nosocomial infection. These instruments had five dimensions of the management of nosocomial infection : hand washing, fluid therapy, foley catheterization, respiratory tract, and aseptic articles. Reliability coefficients of these instruments were found Cronbach's ${\alpha}=.94-.95$. Data were collected from August 1 to August 15, 2000. The results of the study were as follows : 1) The mean score of the recognition scores about the management of nosocomial infection was 3.89. 2) The mean score of the performance about the management of nosocomial infection was 3.42. 3) The mean score of the recognition about the management of nosocomial infection was significantly higher than the performance score(t=25.72. p<.001). 4) There was significant difference in the score of the recognition about managment in nosocomial infection according to nurses working unit(p<.001).

  • 본 연구에서는 유통경로 상의 지배구조 유형이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 검증해 보았다. 수출유통의 성과를 극대화 하기위한 일반적 전략대안은 수직적 통합에 의한 성과관리이다. 그러나 수출유통에 있어서 소유구조에 의한 수직적 통합은 용이하지 않은 경우가 대부분이다. 본 연구의 결과, 소유구조 이외에도 다양한 관계전략으로 유통성과 관리가 가능하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 전략적 시사점으로, 수출유통경로결정에 있어서, 소유구조이외에도 거래관계구조 상의 정보교류, 협력관계, 신뢰관계 확립 등을 통하여 유통경로의 수직적 통합과 같은 수준의 성과를 이루어 낼 수 있다는 것을 제시할 수 있다.

  • 웹 기반 팀 학습환경에서 사회적 친밀감의 형성 정도와 학습자의 참여도, 개인 학습자의 과제수행, 팀 과제 수행이 어떤 상관관계를 나타내는지 파악해 보았다. 또 사회적 친밀감의 정도에 따라 두 집단으로 이원화하여 각 종속변인에 대한 집단 간의 차이도 분석해 보았다. 연구 결과에 따르면 웹 기반 팀 학습환경에서 사회적 친밀감이 높을수록 학습자의 참여도, 개인과제 수행, 팀 과제 수행은 정적인 상관관계를 맺고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또 사회적 친밀감이 높은 집단일수록 참여도, 개인과제수행, 팀 과제수행이 유의미하게 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 건설 프로젝트는 개별공종으로 구성되며 개별공종은 개별작업으로 이루어지므로 개별작업의 성과는 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 주는 최소단위이다. 그러므로 개별 작업에 대한 체계적인 성과측정 및 평가가 이루어져야 한다. 그러나 기존 성과측정은 기업 또는 프로젝트 단위에서 성과측정만 주로 이루어지고 있고 개별 작업을 측정하는 국내 ${\cdot}$ 외 공사관리체계에서는 지표에 대한 분석 및 활용이 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개별 작업을 측정하기 위해 PPC(Percent Plan Complete)를 성과지표로 선정하였고 통계적 분석 방법을 통해 목표지향적인 작업관리와 지속적인 개선이 이루어 질 수 있도록 지표의 분석 방법을 제안하였다.

  • 혼합 중요도 시스템은 중요도가 다른 컴포넌트의 조합으로 이루어져 있다. 최근 자동차 시스템과 항공기 시스템에서 사용되는 ISO 26262와 DO-178B 표준에서는 컴포넌트를 중요도에 따라 분류하고 있다. 기존 혼합 중요도 시스템 연구에서는 시스템 모드를 통해서, 효율적이면서 안전한 스케줄링을 추구했다. 이러한 연구의 단점은 고중요도 모드에서 저중요도 작업의 성능저하이다. 이러한 문제를 개선하고자 작업별 중요도 모드를 도입하여 저중요도 작업의 성능을 개선하고 확률적 성능 지표를 설계했다. 시뮬레이션을 통해서 기존 연구 대비 성능 향상 효과를 보였다.

급식종사자의 급식관리 지식수준에 따른 급식관리 중요도 및 수행도 분석 - 충북지역 지역아동센터를 중심으로 - (Analysis of Importance-Performance Related Foodservice according to the Level of Knowledge of Workers at Community Child Centers in Chungbuk Area)

  • This study investigated the current status of foodservice management and the importance and performance of foodservice management according to the level of knowledge of workers. A survey was conducted between February 2015 and March 2015 for 329 foodservice workers at Community Child Centers in Chungbuk Area. Of these respondents, the majority (78.4%) of them were females. Most of them were in their 40s (40.4%) or 50s (33.4%). If the respondent's correct answer rate of knowledge was 0~50% or 51~100%, the respondent was classified into a 'Low Group (LG, n=175)' or a 'High Group (HG, n=154)'. Among a total of 14 foodservice management questions, 6 items (personal hygiene: 1 item; food material: 2 items; and food processing: 3 items) had relatively higher performance scores for workers in HG than for workers in LG. As a result of Importance-Performance analysis, 'Use different knives and cutting boards for fish, meat, and vegetables' was a variable of high importance but low performance. It was found that improvement was most urgently needed. Results of this study can be used to derive important items for improving foodservice management and policy development for foodservice workers at Community Child Centers.
