The purpose of this study is finding factors affecting the decision of Web-based learning system (Edunet) use and searching for ways to diffuse Edunet use. Based on the diffusion of innovations theory and the results of the previous studies about web-based instruction, seven predictors influencing the decision of Edunet use were extracted. Seven variables as the followings; (1) perceived attributes of innovation (Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity) (2) Innovativeness (3) Self-efficacy (4) Subjective Norm (5) Support. The participants were 315, 5-6th grade elementary school students, and the questionnaire was 20-item with 7-point Likert scales. To analyze the collected data and test the hypothesis, binary logistic regression was employed. The result indicated that the fitness of regression model including seven decision factors was proved. In addition, two factors, subjective norm and support, were identified as the important decision factors of Edunet use.
Consumers have come to demand high quality, affordable prices, and innovative product designs of the outdoor wear market due to their well-being and leisure oriented lifestyle. A new system of business in outdoor wear has emerged in the process through which corporations have endeavored to satisfy such consumer needs. Outdoor wear brands have utilized social network services (SNS) such as Facebook and Twitter as means of marketing and have built close relations with consumers based on communication through these media. Recently, explosively escalating SNS data are referred to as social big data, and now that every consumer online is a commentator, reviewer, and publisher, the outdoor wear market and all of its brands have to stop talking and start listening to how they are perceived. Therefore, this study employs Social $Metrics^{TM}$, a social big data analysis solution by Daumsoft, Inc., to verify changes in the allusions related to outdoor wear market found on SNS. This study aims to identify changes in consumer perceptions of outdoor wear based on changes in outdoor wear search words and trends in positive and negative public opinion found in SNS social big data. In addition, products of interest, the major brands mentioned, the attributes taken into consideration during purchases of products, and consumers' psychology were categorized and analyzed by means of keywords related to outdoor wear brands found on SNS. The results of this study will provide fundamental resources for outdoor wear brands' market entry and brand strategy implementation in the future.
In this study, we compared diet related attributes such as food taste preference, food consumption frequency and nutrition intake between elderly residents in their 80's of areas in Jeollanam-do that are well known for longevity and those of a part of Seoul. Structured in-depth interviews were conducted by trained interviewers on 125 consented subjects (67 Jeonnam and 58 Seoul). Differences of groups were tested using Chi-square tests for nominal or ordinal data and t-tests and ANOVA tests for ratio data. The elderly from Jeonnam tended to sleep longer, express emotion more freely, and interact with others more often than those from Seoul. The elderly tended to prefer sweet or salty tastes, which might be highly related to serious health problems. The most frequently consumed foods were napa cabbage kimchi (2.19 times/day) and multigrain rice (1.99 times/day). Elderly from Jeonnam tended to consume garlic, milk, beans and roasted barley/corn teas less often; whereas, they consumed porridge, dried radish greens, potato, fermented fish, dried fish, pork rib, pork belly, soybean paste soup, soybean paste/Ssamjang, other kimchis, pickled vegetables, snacks, cookies, and green/black teas more often than elderly residents from Seoul. Differences in nutrition intake between the regions were greater than differences between the perceived levels of household economic status. NAR and INQ for folate were lower among elderly from Jeonnam than those from Seoul, while those for protein, vitamin C, niacin, vitamin $B_6$ were higher. The study results indicated that elderly from Jeonnam engaged in a more diverse diet than the elderly from Seoul.
Recently, highway service becomes a very important service in highways. Highway service is considered as a positive interaction method between highway service companies and customers. From this perspective, this study was to investigate the relationships between influencing factors of highway service and user satisfaction. And, this research was to examine the differences between importance and performance of highway service factors using IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). The result of this study has categorised the 22 highway service attributes into seven highway service selection factors: food, culture, kindness and health, products, large space, employee and Phone, facility. Using IPA, this study has compared the importance and performance of highway service selection factors, as perceived highway service customers. The empirical findings suggest that strategic framework using IPA gives guidelines that improve effectiveness of highway service.
The purpose of this study was to investigate workers' perception on the quality improvement of Korean restaurants for the globalization of Korean food. A total of 342 workers at Korean restaurants in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were surveyed using a self-administrated questionnaire. Excluding responses with significant missing data, 250 responses were used for data analysis. In terms of the improvement of service quality attributes, the 'sanitation management (4.51)' category received the highest score, followed by 'service skill (3.93)', 'menu development (3.90)', 'serving method (3.88)', 'facility and ambiance (3.84)', and 'food taste (3.40)'. There were significant differences of workers' perception on the improvement of service quality which were 'menu development (p<0.01)', 'service skill (p<0.001)', 'facility and ambiance (p<0.001)', and 'sanitation management (p<0.01)' by restaurant operation type, and 'service skill (p<0.001)' and 'facility and ambiance (p<0.001)' by workers' position. The mean score of each service quality category showed that Korean restaurants managed by a franchisor were ranked the highest. In each service quality category, the items which showed the highest scores for the improvement were 'developing the finest cuisine (4.08)', 'providing food seasoning according to customer requests (3.70)', 'proving ladles, tongs, and extra plates which enable customers to take as much food as they want (4.12)', 'staff's ability to explain menu (4.08)', 'using tableware appropriate to each dish (4.03)', 'sanitary management of the provided tableware (dishes, spoons and knives) (4.57)', and 'thorough toilet management (4.57)'. This research suggests that Korean restaurants need to improve service quality to globalize Korean food, and the strategies for service quality management should be developed to be applied to each restaurant operation type.

Consumer knowledge has been discussed as an important concept to understand information processing such as information search and evaluation process. It has been defined as the amounts and contents of information in consumer's memory accumulated by experiences. According to literature review, experts who have much knowledge are likely to retrieve their information related to products for a purchase efficiency. Therefore, they are likely to simplify the information processing for a choice. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between clothing product knowledge and evaluative criteria for a purchase. The results were as follows; First, it was found out that evaluative criteria were composed of four dimensions such as the management, the esthetic, the fitness and the brand. Therefore, it is implied that evaluative criteria for purchasing clothing products were multidimensional. Second, the level of objective knowledge was low, and consumers perceived that they didn't have much knowledge related with clothing products. Also, the relationships between objective and subjective knowledge were positive but low. Third, the evaluative criteria were effected by the level of consumer's knowledge significantly. In subjective knowledge, the subjects in a high group considered all criteria more deeply than in a low group. But there was a significant difference only in the esthetic between two groups in objective knowledge. The results of this study imply that consumer knowledge may influence evaluation process. Knowledgeable consumer would consider product attributes deeply for evaluating clothing products, and especially, the esthetic would be an important factor as an attribute including the instrumental and expressive functions in a purchase phase. Therefore, consumer knowl- edge would be a basis of predicting expert's information processing and managing heavy buyer or loyal consumers in apparel industry.

The revised Urban Park regulations newly adopt Theme Parks in order to enhance richness and diversities of urban services to communities. However, the regulations ambiguously define the main facilities and service programs of the theme parks. And there have been increasing concerns about confusions in terms of the main facilities and service programs of the theme parks among landscape designers/planners, local governments and relevant field of areas. Misunderstanding on the facilities and service programs of the theme parks may lead to ruin the purposes of the new urban park regulations. In the lights of these, this paper tries to reach a consensus for main facilities and service programs of two theme parks including athletic park and waterfront park, based on measured potential users' preferences with a conjoint choice model. For waterfront parks, potential users show low preferences or negative responses to facilities which are perceived as un-environment friendly. They also show high preferences on ecological areas sitting near to streams. For athletic parks, potential users show demand to introduce something different facilities and atmosphere from existing athletic parks. The demands are particularly high for children's play ground facilities and service facilities. This study also show some methodological examples to compute the carrying capacity with two hypothetical alternatives. This approach might be beneficial for local governments which are wish to alternate the park size on the basis of local conditions such as their financial conditions and land availability.
This study examines organizational qualities such as vision, mission, teamwork, fairness, and empowerment and their effects on organizational members. As a result of analysis, these qualities are identified to affect member satisfaction, but not to affect job involvement. Member satisfaction affects job satisfaction, and this relationship retains indirect influence through an increase in member satisfaction. Further, improved member satisfaction and job involvement are found to affect organizational commitment. These results are derived from complete enumeration on members of an organization where particular traits such as member position, job classification, and the privity of contract are intermixed. In case where research is conducted on the aforementioned traits separately, different results would be anticipated depending on each trait. The implications of this study are as follows. First, clear-cut organizational vision and mission established by the top management of an organization prevent confusion amongst its members, and thus have the highest level of effect on member satisfaction. Second, teamwork in reference to the. relationship amongst team members of a work group and goal awareness improves member satisfaction. Third, autonomy for job performance and related empowerment improve member satisfaction. Last, fairness in wages and promotion affects member satisfaction. Therefore, internal qualities of an organization perceived by its members have a higher degree of influence over external qualities including compensation and promotion on the members. In addition, these internal qualities indirectly affect job involvement through an increase in member satisfaction, and, in turn, member satisfaction and job involvement affect organizational commitment of the members. In case of member satisfaction, not only does it affect organizational commitment of the members of an organization directly, but also affects organizational commitment indirectly through job involvement. This study is conducted with only one hospital in consideration, and thus its findings may not be generalized for every medical organization. However, this study retains distinct attributes of complete. enumeration, and the precedence of each variable is closely investigated.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the antecedent variables of customer citizenship behavior selected by a social exchange point of view on the Boryeong Mud Festival. Of all the questionnaires collected, 239 were included in the analysis which was performed using SPSS. Date analysis method used to frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and canonical correlation analysis. As the results of the canonical correlation analysis between the customer citizenship behavior and the social exchange point of view, there was a significant relationship between the attributes of customer citizenship behavior - loyalty, cooperation, Participation and social exchange point of view - customer satisfaction, customer confidence, perceived support of customers, justice perception. Therefore, marketing practitioner should recognize the importance of customer's perception in the service circumstance and make a managerial effort to offer the best service to customer. The result of this paper may help local festival planner and marketers for festival marketing strategy.
The current study aims to segment Chinese female consumers using their lifestyle dimensions in the cosmetics market, and analyze their cosmetics purchasing behavior based on that segmentation. Specifically, lifestyle groups were examined to see if there is any group difference(s) in consumer behavior for Korean cosmetics. Lifestyle groups were examined based on: consumers' demographic characteristics, perceived brand attributes, loyalty toward Korean cosmetics, usage of Korean cosmetics products, preferred stores of shopping for Korean cosmetics, and use of information sources in purchase decisions. An online survey was administered to female consumers who live in Beijing and Shanghai. A total of 493 surveys were used for data analyses. The results of the study were as follows: First, factor analysis revealed 11 significant lifestyle dimensions. Second, using these 11 lifestyle dimensions, cluster analysis was conducted, which revealed four distinct groups of consumers: (1) "timid inactive group," characterized by having low scores in most lifestyle dimensions; (2) "showcase goers," who tend to be highly fashion/appearance-conscious and brand-oriented; (3) "practical buyers," who tend to be price-conscious, sensitive and timid; and (4) "sensible buyers," who enjoy finer meals and wellbeing lifestyles, as well as hardworking in everything and impulse-buy things. Third, consumer behavior of purchasing Korean cosmetics brands were examined; significant differences among the four lifestyle groups were found. The study concludes with a discussion of the results and practical implications.
