사이즈 추천 서비스의 지속사용의도에 관한 연구 -기대일치모형의 적용과 친숙성의 조절효과를 중심으로- (A Study on the Continuance Intention of Size Recommendation Services -Focusing on the Application of Expectation-Confirmation Model and the Moderating Effect of Familiarity-)

  • This study aimed to clarify the continuance intention of users of size recommendation services. The expectation-confirmation model framed the analysis of the 180 data points collected. The analysis determined the mediating effects of perceived usefulness and satisfaction on the relationship between expectation-confirmation and continuance intention. The moderated mediation effect of familiarity was also analyzed, and a path analysis was conducted using PROCESS macro. Results showed that expectation-confirmation had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continuance intention. Findings indicated that perceived usefulness affected satisfaction and continuance intention and confirmed that satisfaction affected continuance intention. In the relationship between expectation-confirmation and continuance intention, mediation analysis verified the mediation and double mediation of perceived usefulness and satisfaction. In the group with an above-average familiarity value, moderation analysis confirmed a moderating effect between perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Above-average familiarity values also confirmed that the moderating effect on continuance intention was significant.

Intention-Oriented Itinerary Recommendation Through Bridging Physical Trajectories and Online Social Networks

  • Compared with traditional itinerary planning, intention-oriented itinerary recommendations can provide more flexible activity planning without requiring the user's predetermined destinations and is especially helpful for those in unfamiliar environments. The rank and classification of points of interest (POI) from location-based social networks (LBSN) are used to indicate different user intentions. The mining of vehicles' physical trajectories can provide exact civil traffic information for path planning. This paper proposes a POI category-based itinerary recommendation framework combining physical trajectories with LBSN. Specifically, a Voronoi graph-based GPS trajectory analysis method is utilized to build traffic information networks, and an ant colony algorithm for multi-object optimization is implemented to locate the most appropriate itineraries. We conduct experiments on datasets from the Foursquare and GeoLife projects. A test of users' satisfaction with the recommended items is also performed. Our results show that the satisfaction level reaches an average of 80%.

  • 웹 공간(Webspace)에서 사용자의 순회패턴을 포착하는 것을 ‘순회패턴 탐사(mining traversal patterns)’라 한다. 순회패턴 탐사에서는 사용자가 원하는 정보를 탐색하기 위해 정보 제공 서비스에 따라 이동하기 때문에 객체(예 : URL)의 내용보다는 위치 때문에 방문될 수도 있는 독특한 특징을 가진다. 따라서 순회패턴 데이터로부터 의미있는 정보를 추출하는 작업의 복잡도를 크게 증가시킨다. 그러나 이러한 정보 제공 서비스의 질을 개선하기 위한 요구가 증가하고 있기 때문에 데이터 탐사 분야에서 순회패턴 탐사 문제는 최근 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 빈발 순회패턴을 탐사하여 웹 사이트 상에서 추천을 수행하는 동적 링크 추천(Dynamic Link Recommendation : DLR) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 DLR 알고리즘은 방대한 자료를 포함하고 있는 대부분의 웹 사이트에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다. 두 개의 실제 웹 사이트에 적용한 실험 결과는 제안한 방법의 성능이 우수함을 보여준다.

  • 최근 교통 기술의 발전과 여가생활에 대한 관심이 늘어남에 따라 여행이 주요 여가 활동으로 자리 잡고 있다. 또한, 스마트폰이나 태블릿PC와 같이 GPS를 탑재한 모바일 기기 보급으로 인해 사용자의 위치를 실시간으로 수집하는 것이 가능해졌다. 이런 환경을 바탕으로 번거로운 여행 일정 계획을 대신 수립해주는 여행 일정 추천 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되었다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 사용자들의 비용이나 시간에 대한 제약사항을 고려해 짧은 경로를 포함하는 여행 일정을 추천하거나 여행 목적지에서 가장 인기 있는 지역을 가장 많이 포함하는 일정을 추천하는 것을 목적으로 하기 때문에 개인의 만족도를 높이기 위한 개인화된 여행 일정 추천시스템에 대한 연구는 많지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사용자들의 만족도를 높이기 위한 개인화 서비스 연구의 일환으로 그 동안 다른 연구에서는 간과되었던 사용자들의 체류시간을 고려한 여행 일정 추천 시스템을 제안한다.

  • 전자상거래 사이트 내에서 제공되는 정보가 많아질수록 사용자는 많은 실패를 거친 후 자신이 원하는 정보에 도달하게 된다. 사용자가 어떤 사이트에 자주 찾아오도록 하기 위해서는 적은 노력으로도 원하는 정보에 도달할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 웹 페이지 추천기법이 필요하다. 이 기법은 사용자 프로파일 중 경로 정보의 패턴을 분석한 후 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 사용자에게 현재 있는 페이지와 가장 연관성이 높다고 판단되는 웹 페이지를 연관규칙을 응용한 방법을 이용하여 추천한다.

Effect of Market-Wholesaler System on Market Expansion, Re-transaction Intention, and Recommendation Intention

  • Purpose: This study aims to develop and empirically analyze a research model in order to comprehend the relationship among the service quality of market-wholesaler system, re-transaction intention, and recommendation intention of forwarder. Further, we suggest new six factors reflecting the service quality of market-wholesaler system and highlight market expansion of forwarder as a mechanism in the relationship. Research design, data and methodology: The authors developed the new scales measuring the service quality of market-wholesaler system (i.e. trade price, price fluctuation, payment receipt, settlement period, trade information, and customer service) and conducted a cross-sectional survey for 439 forwarders in a wholesale market. And then we performed a series of path analyses to test hypotheses. The hypotheses are as follows. [H1] The service quality of market-wholesaler system will positively affect forwarders' market expansion, [H2] Forwarders' market expansion will positively affect their re-transaction intention, [H3] Forwarders' market expansion will positively affect their recommendation intention, [H4] Forwarders' re-transaction intention will positively affect their recommendation intention. Results: The results showed that all the six factors for the service quality of market-wholesaler system were positively related to market expansion of forwarders. There was a differential effectiveness in the six factors of the service quality. More specifically, the positive effect of customer service factor was the strongest on market expansion of forwarders. And the respective effects of trade price, price fluctuation, settlement period, trade information factors were followed in order. The positive effect of payment receipt factor was the weakest on market expansion of forwarders. Also, market expansion of forwarders was positively related to their re-transaction intention and recommendation intention. Furthermore, market expansion of forwarders was indirectly related to recommendation intention through re-transaction intention as well. Conclusions: The research findings provide important theoretical and practical implications. This study is the first to attempt to test the perception of forwarders for the service quality of market-wholesaler system by developing and using the new scales. Also, there has been a sharp controversy about the effectiveness of market-wholesaler system. The findings support that market-wholesaler system would be activated by empirically verifying the effectiveness of the service quality on the various outcomes.

매쉬업을 이용한 폭소노미 기반 POI 추천 시스템 (POI Recommender System based on Folksonomy Using Mashup)

  • The most of navigation services these days, are designed in order to just provide a shortest path from current position to destination for a user. Several navigation services provides not only the path but some fragmentary information about its point, but, the data tends to be highly restricted because it's quality and quantity totally depends on service provider's providing policy. In this paper, we describe the folksonomy POI(Point of interest) recommender system using mashup in order to provide the information that is more useful to the user. The POI recommender system mashes-up the user's folksonomy data that stacked by user with using external folksonomy service(like Flickr) with others' in order to provide more useful information for the user. POI recommender system recommends others' tag data that is evaluated with the user folksonomy similarity. Using folksonomy mahup makes the services can provide more information that is applied the users' karma. By this, we show how to deal with the data's restrictions of quality and quantity.

1인 미용실의 관계혜택이 추천의도와 이탈의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 고객만족의 매개효과 (A Study on the Effects of Solely Operated Beauty Salon's Relational Benefits on Recommendation and Defection Intentions: Mediating Effects of Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 1인 미용실을 이용하는 고객이 지각하는 관계혜택이 고객만족과 추천의도 및 이탈의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 미용과 경영을 융복합하여 조사하였다. 연구를 수행하기 위하여 1인 미용실 이용자 322명을 최종 유효 표본으로 연구를 수행 하였다. 자료처리를 위해 SPSS 15.0과 Amos 18 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 연구가설의 검증을 위해 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1인 미용실 고객이 지각하는 관계혜택 중 확신적 혜택과 사회적 혜택은 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 1인 미용실 고객이 지각하는 관계 혜택은 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 1인 미용실 고객이 지각하는 관계혜택 중 확신적 혜택과 사회적 혜택은 이탈의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 1인 미용실 고객만족은 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 1인 미용실 고객만족은 이탈의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 1인 미용실 고객의 관계혜택과 추천의도 및 이탈의도간의 관계에서 고객만족은 부분 매개효과를 나타내었다.

  • The current education is becoming more extensive with the application of various teaching methods. This is a problem that is so distributed that it is difficult for users to find the data and it takes a long time to find the information they need. Currently, various educational services, materials, and instruments are developed and scattered. Therefore, it is important to raise students' awareness of aptitude and career path with customized education tailored to students. Conventional education platforms have very difficult to choose the right materials for students because of the spread of educational programs and institution materials. To solve this, we propose a customized recommendation approach to recommend customized educational service materials and institution for students to teachers, which helps teachers conveniently choose materials suitable for their respective environments. On this new platform, the CNN algorithm provides recommended content for classes and students. For real service on the educational service platform, we implement this system for Jeil edus business. Through this mechanism, we expect to improve the quality of education by helping to select the right service.

상황인식 기술을 이용한 운전자 선호도 기반 교통상세정보 추천 시스템 (Driver Preference Based Traffic Information Recommender Using Context-Aware Technology)

  • Even though there have been many efforts on driver's route recommendation, driver still should get involved to choose the driving path in a manual manner. Uncertain traffic information provided to the driver delays his arrival time and hence may cause diminished economic values. One of the solutions of reducing the uncertainty is to provide various kinds of traffic information, rather than send real-time information. Therefore, as the wireless communication technology improves and at the same time volume of utilizable traffic contents increases in geometrical progression, selecting traffic information based on driver's context in a timely and individual manner will be needed. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to propose a methodology that efficiently sends the rich traffic contents to the personal in-vehicle navigation. To do so, driver preference is modeled and then the recommendation algorithm of traffic information contents was developed using the preference model. Secondly, ontology based traffic situation analyzation method is suggested to automatically inference the noticeable information from the traffic context on driver's route. To show the feasibility of the idea proposed in this paper, an open API service is implemented in consideration of ease of use.
