The Elderly's Life Satisfaction Recognition to Income Inequality : Focusing on Mediation Effects of Finance Stress

  • Purpose - The purpose of this research is to verify mediation effects of finance stress within relation structure between income inequality recognized by the elderly and life satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to achieve the purpose of this research, we investigated recognition of income inequality of the elderly, finance stress and life satisfaction by using examination data aimed at 541 elderly people whose age is over 65 living in Chungcheongbuk-do. We conducted reliability, correlation, regression analysis_(tolerance limit and variance inflation factor) by using SPSS ver. 18.0. Results - From the result of analysis, it was proved that there are mediation effects of finance stress within the relation between income inequality recognized by the elderly and satisfaction with life. Based on this result, we suggest practical and political proposals to increase life satisfaction of the elderly. Conclusions - The purpose of this research is to verify mediation effects of finance stress in the relationship between income inequality and life satisfaction recognized by the elderly. From the result of research, first, a direct effect was discovered that as income inequality becomes high, life satisfaction will be decreased. Second, partial mediation effect of finance stress was confirmed in the relationship between income inequality and life satisfaction.

  • 본 연구는 조직문화인식이 지적자본과 직무성과에 영향을 미치는지 탐구하고, 지적자본이 조직문화와 직무성과 간 매개효과가 있는지를 실증분석 하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개발문화가 직무성과에 부(-)의 관계가 있었다. 둘째, 개발문화, 집단문화가 지적자본에 정(+)의 관계가 있었다. 셋째, 지적자본이 조직문화와 직무성과 간 매개관계에 있어서 개발문화와 직무성과 관계는 부분매개 효과가, 집단문화와 직무성과 관계에 있어서는 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 조직문화 인식 속에서 장애인복지관 종사자는 직무성과를 제고하기 위해 지적자본을 활용한 다양한 방안들이 검토되어야 할 것이다.

청소년의 리더십생활기술을 매개로 자원봉사활동이 민주시민의식에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Volunteering Activity on Democratic Citizen Consciousness as a Mediation of Adolescents' Leadership Living Technique)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 민주시민의식을 고취시키기 위해 구조방정식을 적용하여 분석하였다. 즉, 청소년의 리더십생활기술을 매개로 자원봉사활동이 민주시민의식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 충청북도에 위치한 중 고등학교 학생 386명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 주요분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민주시민의식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 자원봉사참여 만족도(${\beta}=.215$), 학습능력기술(${\beta}=.297$), 집단활동기술(${\beta}=.145$)이 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 매개효과 분석결과, 자원봉사활동이 민주시민의식에 직접효과(.35)와 리더십생활기술을 매개로 간접효과($.42{\times}.65=.29$)가 모두 유의미한 것으로 확인되어 부분매개효과로 나타났다. 그러므로 청소년의 민주시민의식을 향상시키기 위해서 자원봉사 활동의 적극적 지원과 함께 청소년의 일상생활 속에서 리더십 기능을 수행할 수 있는 종합적인 노력이 필요하다.

The Distribution Industry's Social Responsibility and Ethics Management: Effects on Corporate Trust and Loyalty

  • Purpose - This study aims to explore the effects of social responsibility activities and business ethics practices on corporate trust and loyalty in the context of a large retail distribution business. Research design, data, and methodology - The data collected was analyzed using PASW Statistics 18.0. In order to verify the demographic characteristics, frequency analysis was conducted on the data. Results - The results of the study were as follows. First, social responsibility activities had a significant effect on corporate trust. Second, both corporate social responsibility activities and business ethics practices had significant effects on loyalty. Third, corporate trust had a significant effect on loyalty. Fourth, corporate social responsibility activities and consumer protection activities had a partial mediation effect, while environmental protection activities and social contribution activities had complete mediation effects. Conclusions - This study clarified and explained the factors of corporate social responsibility activities and business ethics practices that customers value, and analyzed the influence of these factors on corporate trust and loyalty.

간호사가 경험한 언어폭력이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 회복탄력성의 매개효과 중심으로 (Influence of Verbal Violence Experienced by Nurses on Organizational Commitment: Focus on the Mediating Effects of Resilience)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to provide fundamental data on increasing organizational commitment of clinical nurses by verifying the mediation effects of resilience in the correlation between the verbal violence experienced by nurses and their organizational commitment. Methods: Participants were 167 nurses working in 2 university hospitals and 3 general hospitals located in D city Nurse managers were excluded. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis based on the three-step mediation effect verification procedures proposed by Baron and Kenny. SPSS 24.0 program was used. The significance of mediation effect was verified by performing the Sobel test. Results: The resilience was confirmed to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between verbal violence experience and organizational commitment (β=.25, p=.001), and verified by Sobel test (Z=-1.95, p=.026). Conclusion: The results verifiying that verbal violence experience, organizational commitment, and resilience are correlated with each other, and showing that the organizational culture needs to be improved and the hospital environment needs to be changed to decrease verbal violence experiences and increase resilience in order to enhance organizational commitment.

노년기 사회적 지지제공과 지지받기가 자기존중감에 미치는 차별적 영향: 삶의 의미 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Differential Effects of Giving and Receiving Social Support on Self-esteem in the Elderly: The Focus on the Mediation effects of Meaning in Life)

  • 본 연구는 인간관계가 중요한 노년기에 가족이나 친구/이웃에게 사회적 지지를 제공하는 것과 그들로부터 사회적 지지를 받는 것에 따른 차이가 있는지 살펴보기 위해 삶의 의미를 매개로 노인의 자기존중감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 부산 및 경남에 거주 중인 60세 이상 310명을 대상으로 가족 또는 비 가족과의 사회적 지지제공 및 지지받기 정도, 삶의 의미, 자기존중감을 측정하였다. 매개효과 분석 결과, 사회적 지지제공은 삶의 의미를 매개로 자기존중감에 미치는 경로가 유의한 것으로 나타나 삶의 의미의 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 반면, 사회적 지지받기는 삶의 의미에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 양상은 가족과 비 가족에 관계없이 유사하게 나타났다. 사회적 지지제공이 삶의 의미를 통해 노년기 자기가치감을 증진한다는 결과는 인생 쇠퇴 시기인 노년기 행복의 원천으로서 친밀한 타인과의 사회적 교류의 중요성을 시사한다.

대학생이 인식하는 가족주의가 노화불안과 노인연령집단 태도에 미치는 영향 : 효 의식의 매개효과 (The Effect that Familism Recognized by College Students have on Anxiety Over Aaging and Elderly Group's Attitude: Mediation Effect of a Sense of Filial Duty)

  • 본 연구는 대학생이 인식하는 가족주의가 노화불안과 노인연령집단 태도에 미치는 영향과 효 의식의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구의 분석을 위해 경기도 성남, 안양, 인천, 그리고 서울에 소재한 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 200명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 2016년 5월 2일부터 6월 28일 까지 설문 조사하여 불완전 응답 34부를 제외한 166부를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 가족주의, 노화불안, 노인 연령집단 태도, 효 의식 변인 간의 상관관계를 확인하였으며, 변인간의 다중공선성은 VIF 값의 수치를 사용하여 확인하였다. 둘째, 대학생이 인식하는 가족주의가 노화불안, 노인연령집단 태도에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 셋째, 대학생이 인식하는 가족주의가 노화불안에 미치는 영향에서 효의식의 부분매개효과를 확인하였다. 또한 매개효과 유의성 확인을 위해 Sobel이 제안한 Sobel Test를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 고령화 사회의 대학생이 인식하는 가족주의가 노화불안에 미치는 영향에서 효 의식의 매개효과 검증을 토대로 핵가족 고령화 사회의 대학생과 노인세대 간의 가족주의 및 효 의식의 함양과 미래에 야기되는 대학생의 노화불안 감소를 위한 사회복지개입실천의 필요성을 제언하였다.

Impact of Logistics 4.0 Technology Adoption on Logistics Performance: The Mediating Effect of Logistics Innovation Capability and the Mediated Moderation Effect of Firm Size

  • Purpose - This study aims to identify the relationship between logistics companies' Logistics 4.0 technology adoption with logistics innovation capability and logistics performance, and analyze the mediating effect of logistics innovation capability and the mediated moderation effect of firm size through logistics innovation capability. Design/methodology - Research models and hypotheses were established based on prior research related to Industry 4.0, Logistics 4.0, logistics technology, logistics performance, and firm size. The survey was conducted on the employees of logistics companies, and exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, structural equation model analysis, mediation effect, moderation effect, and the mediated moderation effect analysis were performed. Findings - The adoption of Logistics 4.0 technology was found to significantly affect logistics innovation capability and logistics performance. Logistics innovation capability was found to significantly affect logistics performance. Moreover, logistics innovation capability was found to have a significant mediation effect on the relationship between Logistics 4.0 technology adoption and logistics performance. The moderation effect based on firm size was found to have a partial effect on logistics innovation capability and logistics performance, but the mediated moderation effect was not significant. Originality/value - This study is meaningful in that it empirically analyzed the relationship of Logistics 4.0 technology adoption with logistics innovation capability and logistics performance, the mediating effect of logistics innovation capability, the moderation effect of firm size, and the mediated moderation effect of firm size, which were not addressed in previous studies.

통원치료 중인 뇌병변 장애노인의 생활스트레스, 가족지원, 우울간의 관계성 검증 (Examining the Relationship between Depression, Daily Hassles, and Family Support among Elderly Cerebral Vascular Accident Outpatients)

  • Depression has a direct relationship with lower quality of life for elderly with cerebral vascular accidents(CVA). Daily hassles worsen depression for elderly with CVA disability and thus an effective intervention is necessary. This research examined the direct influence of daily hassles on depression and the mediation effect of family support among 161 elderly with CVA disability living in Seoul using Structural Equation Modeling. The direct effect of daily hassles on depression was statistically significant (p < .001) while family support was shown to be a mediator between daily hassles and depression. The mediation model of family support was examined using $x^2$ difference and Soble test. As a result, family support was proven to be a partial mediator. Implications are discussed.

공학설계강좌에서 셀프리더십 역량 및 공학설계 자기효능감과 팀 창의성 지각의 관계 (Relationships among Self-Leadership, Engineering Design Self-Efficacy, and Perceived Team Creativity in Engineering Desing Class)

  • This study investigated the mediating effect of engineering design self-efficacy on the relationship between self-leadership and perceived team creativity. Participants were 110 engineering college students pursuing team projects. Engineering design self-efficacy showed complete mediation effects on the relationships between perceived team creativity and self-reward and evaluating beliefs and assumptions. Partial mediation effect of engineering design self-efficacy was found on the relationship between perceived team creativity and natural reward. Finally, limitations of this study and suggestions for future studies were discussed.
