Despite the serious lack of parking lots, studies on parking lot expansion are insufficient; research on users' satisfaction following parking lot expansion is practically nonexistent. Therefore, this study sought to provide basic data for the parking lot expansion of old apartments by comparatively analyzing users' satisfaction before and after the parking lot expansion through a questionnaire survey that targeted residents benefiting from the expanded parking lot. Results revealed a low post-occupancy satisfaction with the parking lot expansion despite the parking lot expansion and improvement of the parking lot environment. This was because the parking lot was not expanded up to the second basement floor due to the lack of appropriate parking space. Other factors included the construction cost burden and lack of connectivity of the basement parking lot with elevators. The results actually raise the need for the establishment of an optimally suitable expansion plan and development of method and technology requiring lower cost and shorter construction period in the design and construction processes for parking lot expansion. Through post-occupancy evaluation (POE) after parking lot expansion, this study quantitatively identified the problems associated with the parking lots of old apartments and ensuing expansion effects. The findings in this study can be used as basic data to seek a suitable diagnosis and evaluation method for the parking lots of old apartments.

Objective: This study aims to analyze occupational accidents of parking lot attendants by parking lot type. Background: Recently, efforts are made to analyze accident characteristics by occupation type targeting the workers engaged in the same work. Method: This study analyzes 303 occupational accidents of parking lot attendants occurring from 2010 to 2012. Parking lots are grouped into two groups according to the work environment. One is public/ground type which comprises road side or open area parking lots and the other is building/mechanical type which comprises a multi-story parking building with connecting ramps and/or mechanical parking system. The characteristics of occupational accidents by parking lot type are analyzed. Results: Accident characteristics showed the difference between public/ground type and building/mechanical type on the size of enterprise, age, gender and work experience of the injured. Also the accident type, source of accident and parts of body affected are different between the two parking lot types. Conclusion and Application: The findings of accident characteristics according to parking lot types can be used as baseline data for establishing systemized preventative policies for occupational accidents of parking lot attendants.

This study was carried out about construction management plan to reduce water leakage of underground parking lot in the apartment housing. To minimize effect of upper working load, installation position of jack support and paving with rubble on the top of underground parking lot were studied. By calculation shrinkage strain of underground parking lot scale, water leakage risk in design of level difference was studied. In this study, the basic data about construction management was provided to reduce water leakage of underground parking lot in the apartment housing.

경제적 발달이 이루어지고 사회가 복잡해지면서 교통 시스템의 문제가 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 이로 인하여 운전자들의 경제적 시간적 손실이 증가하고 있는데 웹기반의 주차관리 시스템을 활용하여 이 문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 주차장은 교통시스템의 중요한 자원이기 때문에, 이들이 효율적으로 관리될 때에 교통시스템의 일부 문제를 해결할 수 있는 수단이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 주차장에 설치된 카메라를 이용하여 이동하는 객체들을 추적한 후, 이동객체의 기하정보를 이용하여 이동하는 차량을 파악하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 이들 정보를 실시간으로 서버에서 처리하여 주차장의 총 주차 공간수, 주차된 차량의 수와 같은 주차장 통계정보를 저장하도록 하였다. 주차정보를 필요로 하는 클라이언트는 모바일 장치를 통하여 서버에 접속하여 원하는 주차장의 주차 가용성 여부를 파악할 수 있고 주차장을 선택하는 결정을 내릴 수 있다. 다수의 주차장들에 제안 시스템이 설치될 경우 운전자들과 사회적으로 커다란 경제적인 이익을 가져올 것으로 기대된다.

In the beginning of the 21s1 century, the world has been making rapid progress and changed all over the areas. Like the rest, as all domiciliary circumstances for a local development have changed, the continuous development considered environmental view has been accounted as much compared with the high growth-oriented development based on the efficiency so far. As the volume of traffic in urban community increases, the environmental load enlarges inevitably. Particularly, the excess and deficiency problems for all sorts of traffic facilities, like the shortage of parking lots continue to happen in proportion to the increase in traffic. For a design to solve these problems, introduction of the Geographic Information System; GIS applied widely over various fields become necessary. In this research, the supply-demand situation in urban areas is observed. The application of GIS for the purpose of the improvement of parking lot management technique to control effectively facilities related to parking lot in the city brings promoting the efficiency of business data inquiry, data management data correction and so on through graphic and non-graphic database for every kind of draft data, record and register data. The graphic users interface to support effective decision-making is applied for the improvement of work in this study. This research also suggests the way to utilize common database considered linkage with sub-systems related existing urban information system by developing the parking lot management system.

Automobiles and parking lots have greatly been increased by the continuous development of new towns and residential districts. There were not enough parking lots; and although there were off-street parking lots available for sale, they were not easily sold. Through a parking regulation, local governments can require parking spaces for more than a certain rate in developing areas. Despite local governments should require parking spaces within the parking demand and regulation, they did not investigate parking demands. Off-street parking spaces are not easy to sell because they don't consider the parking demand. In this study, we analyzed the factors that affect the parking management in order to increase sales of the off-street parking. The factors were "the characteristics of the parking lots", "the accessibility of the off-street parking", and "the traffic environment around off-street parking." We have derived suggestions for these factors. In addition, this study has derived nine variables affecting the parking operation in these three factors, and suggested a logistic regression model and the influence of each factors. According to the analysis, "parking signs" were the most influential. Next were "land uses" and "lanes on road".

이 연구에서는 주차장 설계의 다양성을 확보하고 입주자의 요구사항을 효과적으로 반영하기 위하여 자산관리 기법을 적용한 주차장 리모델링 대안 평가기법을 개발하였다. 문헌조사와 델파이 기법을 활용하여 주차장의 조경성, 편의성, 접근성, 경제성, 안전성 등 5개 LOS와 19개 평가항목을 제시하였다. 19개 평가항목 중 B/C분석에 독립적으로 사용되는 공사비용을 제외한 18개 평가항목을 대상으로 AHP기법을 활용하여 가중치를 산정하였으며, 평가항목의 점수 산정기준을 정립하였다. 대안의 평가절차 및 방법은 공공건축물의 자산관리 프레임워크를 적용하였으며, 원안과 대안의 LOS 변화량과 공사비용을 활용한 B/C분석을 통해 최적의 대안을 선정하도록 하였다. 주차장 리모델링 대안의 평가는 LOS의 변화량과 공사비용을 활용한 B/C분석을 실시하도록 하였다. 이 연구에서 제시한 평가기법은 사례연구를 통해 효과를 검증하였다. 주차장 리모델링 대안은 주차장의 확장범위와 필로티 주차장의 설치유무에 따라 총 세가지를 도출하였다. 사례분석 결과 LOS 점수는 지하주차장을 수직 수평 확대하여 2개층의 지하주차장을 확보하고 지상주차장을 조경공간으로 활용하는 대안이 최적안으로 선정되었고, 공사비용을 포함한 B/C분석 결과는 지하주차장 1개층을 수평확대하고 필로티 주차장을 신설하는 대안이 가장 합리적이고 경제적인 대안으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서 제안한 기법은 리모델링의 범위를 주차장으로 한정하여 아파트 리모델링과의 연계성을 검토하지 못하고, 계획단계의 평가항목만을 대상으로 사례적용을 실시하였다는 한계가 있다. 이 연구에서 제시한 주차장 리모델링 대안 평가기법이 실효성을 갖추기 위해서는 아파트의 리모델링을 포함하는 실시설계단계의 대안을 바탕으로 사례분석을 시행할 필요가 있다.

경제성장으로 자동차 보급률이 증가하여 주차공간에 대한 수요가 높아지고 있다. 개인당 보유 차량의 증가는 공동주택 내에서의 주차장 부족현상을 심화시켰고 노후 공동주택은 준공 당시의 법령에 의한 주차계획으로 심각한 주차난을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라 주차장확대에 대한 거주민의 요구가 커지고 있으며, 이러한 주차장 부족문제를 개선하기 위한 방법으로 주차장확대에 대한 연구가 다양한 방법으로 이루어지고 있다. 주차장확대는 단지의 특성에 의해 적용기술과 공법이 제한될 수 있으므로 본 연구에서는 노후 공동주택 단지의 특성을 세대수, 층수, 동수, 인동간격, 대지형태, 평면형태로 구분하여 조사하였다. 공동주택 단지의 특성을 조사${\cdot}$분석한 결과 세대수는 300세데 이하가 35%, 인동간격은 41${\sim}$50m인 단지가 23%, 대지형태는 평지에 위치한 단지가 82%로 각각 가장 많은 비율을 차지하였다.

Background : As parking problem caused by increasing owner-driver and patients concentrating to a general hospital is becoming one of the dissatisfactions in medical care. It is time that a general hospital should solve the parking problem in a desirable way. The purpose of this survey is to let the clients understand the basic motivation of the pay parking and develop the better parking system. Methods : Clients of a tertiary care hospital in Chon-ju were surveyed by means of a questionnaire. All in all, 193 subjects answered the questionnaire. Results : In relation to previous experiences, 39.6% of the subjects experienced inconvenience with confused parking lot and the shortage of parking space. Under the current parking system, the subjects who felt the available parking space was enough were more than those who didn't 62.7% of the subjects answered that they could find the parking lot easily. 33.2% of the subjects mentioned that it was not easy to drive in the parking area ; The reasons were pointed out the shortage of space, disordered parking, and insufficient guide. 12.8% of the subjects satisfied with the current administering system of parking lot. The outpatients were more affirmative than the admitted patients about the charging system. As for the parking fee, 64% of the subjects answered that it is expensive, and 89.5% of the subjects thought imposing of parking fee is irrational. Conclusion : To say as a whole, the basic purpose of the charging system are more or less accepted. However, the management details like parking facilities and payment method are dissatisfactory, so it is necessary to improve the management system. It is also noted that the inpatients showed more negative attitude than the outpatients with the charging system. To secure a more convenient parking, the parking system should be considered in relation to the information service, kind guidance, improve facilities, personnel cooperation, fix outpatient scheduling system, etc.

국회는 민의에 제일 먼저 귀 기울이는 헌법기관으로서 국민의 고객만족도를 보다 높이기 위하여 국회의 주차서비스를 향상해야 함과 동시에 국회주차장을 이용하는 시민과 자동차에 대하여 보안성을 보다 높일 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이러한 인식 하에 본 연구는 첫째, 현재 관리위탁 중인 국회둔치주차장을 범죄예방디자인(CPTED) 관점에서 검토하고, '영역성'의 확보를 위한 울타리 설치 및 보강작업이 필요함과 동시에 '접근통제'를 위해 출입구에 사면촬영카메라 운영과 출입금지 경고판의 설치를 제시하였다. 둘째, 국회둔치주차장 CCTV 보안시스템의 운영을 국회안전상황실과의 통합(접속)하도록 권고하고, CCTV 카메라의 성능을 2M 이상으로 성능을 높이도록 하였다. 또한 녹화방식도 NVR 방식으로 전환하여 향후 IP카메라 등의 적용에 대비하도록 하였으며, 현장의 실사결과를 토대로 3곳의 CCTV 신규 설치장소를 적시하였다. 셋째, 주차장 관리 및 운영에 있어서 무인화장비 도입을 통한 주차요금징수 및 관리체제 도입을 권고하였다. 이로써 주차장 관리방식을 24시간 운영방식으로 전환하여 보다 전문화된 주차서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 해법을 제시하였다.
