This study aims to examine how individual variables (motivation to participate, leadership life skills, aging awareness), interpersonal variables (relations with subjects, colleagues, and employees), and institutional variables (recognition compensation, institutional education) affect the continuity of volunteer activities. To this end, a survey was conducted on women aged 40 to 64 working at volunteer centers and local volunteer institutions in Seoul for 20 days from August 2, 2019, and a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 298 copies were collected, of which 180 were used for the final analysis. For data analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. As a result of the analysis, it was found that leadership life skills and motivation for participation, relationships with colleagues as interpersonal variables, and recognition compensation as institutional variables had a positive effect on the continuity of volunteer activities. This study aims to provide practical and policy suggestions to revitalize and maintain the continuity of volunteer activities of middle-aged women, and basic data for the development of programs to be used in the field of practice.
This study explores ways in which Korean companies manage a brand to become a long-run success. In particular, this study focuses on Chamisul, analyzing its marketing strategy, examining its brand life-cycle in terms of introduction, growth, and renewal. Chamisul, first introduced in 1998, has occupied the Korean liquor market as a leading brand for almost a decade. Chamisul's long-run success, in fact, depends upon a number of reasons; first, it has consistently and continuously keeps its own core brand concept and identity. Second, it has built its brand asset by strengthening its emotional ties with customers. The emotional connection that Chamisul has built is based upon the trust between the company who produces the product and the customers who recognize the benefit of drinking Chamisul. Third, the company creates various brand differentiation programs, thereby allowing its customer to get familier with the brand. Finally, the company sets up a clear management standard in Korean liquar market in order to maintain the vitality of the brand, managing Chamisul in accordance with the standard. Seen in this light, Chamisul's success reflects the marketing activities and strategies that play a fundamental role in creating and maintaining a long-run brand. Similarly, its success can be seen to be a model for brand management, telling us how to become a market leader through an effective brand management.
Our society has an obligation and responsibility to respect and protect the character of the child. Recently, however, Korean society has been suffering from child abuse and abuse that is pouring out every day. In order to protect these children, the child protection system and the judicial system should be fundamentally child-friendly. The CASA(Court Appointed Special Advocates) volunteer program, which is being held in the United States with such a concern, is a continuing program of court attendance and emotional support services for abused children throughout the United States. In Korea, however, there are many similar programs such as mentoring projects, dream co-supporters project similar to the CASA program in various organizations of the region and the enactment of the Act on the Punishment of Child Abuse increases the involvement of the public system in child abuse. There is also an increased awareness of children's rights and strengthened government intervention through active monitoring to prevent recurrence of child abuse. These changes in the Korean society should be actively reviewed by the US CASA program and settled as a national project in the Korean society so that the system of protecting the safety and rights of the victims of child abuse will be established. It is anticipated to be a way to prevent social problems from occurring in advance.
The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of organizational commitment in the relationship between transformational and transactional leadership and innovative behavior and demonstrate the moderated mediating effect of job satisfaction. To this end, 4,133 cases from the 『2021 Public Servant Life Survey』 conducted to general public servants belonging to central administrative agencies and metropolitan governments by the Korea Institute of Public Administration were used for the analysis, and SPSS 21.0 and Mplus 8.4 programs were used to test the research hypotheses. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that transformational and transactional leadership had a positive effect on organizational commitment and innovative behavior, and organizational commitment had a positive effect on innovative behavior. In addition, it was confirmed to have a significant mediating effect in the relationship between transformational and transactional leadership and innovative behavior. Finally, it was confirmed that the mediating effect of transformational and transactional leadership on innovative behavior through organizational commitment was moderated by the level of job satisfaction, and all the proposed hypotheses were adopted. Based on theses findings, theoretical and practical suggestions and future research suggestions were discussed.
This paper aims to develop a map for optimized class space using ZEP among the metaverse platforms. As a research method, the classroom space was organized so that the subject of learning became a learner, and the classroom space was modified and supplemented to optimize while being applied to elementary school computer classes. The contents of the study investigated learners' prior perception of metaverse, and compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the metaverse platform. In addition, the map was designed by reflecting the results of the survey, and after applying the map to the class, necessary APIs and apps were installed to supplement it. As a result, the learner became the subject of learning in the metaverse space, freely identified the space, and actively participated in the class. In particular, we found that students who were passive offline and those who had a low participation rate due to lack of skills participated more actively. If API and JavaScript programs are added to collect log data of learners for learning analysis, real-time feedback is possible for learners, and learner feedback is possible for instructors with statistical data. The operating regulations of the undergraduate co-op amended and announced on July 6, 2021 aim to enhance the quality of co-op and improve student rights through the standardized operation. However, among the revisions, 75% of the minimum wage and up to 25% of job training are acting as great difficulties in corporate participation in the co-op. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review the concept of the co-op and the main contents of the revision of the Ministry of Education's operating regulations, and to examine companies' perceptions and responses. As a result of the study, some companies were not aware of the revision of the notice in detail. In addition, the revisions related to the training support fee was found to be the biggest concern among the corporates, and the burden of job training also existed among the corporates. Based on the research results, policy improvement directions were discussed, and the implications and limitations of this study were also suggested.
The performance of computer systems and the development of various computer simulation programs have made it possible to analyze chemical systems composed of more complex elements, and accordingly, research using molecular dynamics simulation is being actively conducted. Research on calculating the gas permeation characteristics of polymer membranes by molecular dynamics, which was previously conducted mainly through experiments, is receiving attention for gas barrier membranes used in food packaging and pharmaceuticals. Recently, there has been a report that a gas barrier effect appears when a coating film is made using silk fibroin, and in this study, a study was conducted using molecular dynamics simulation to confirm whether an oxygen barrier effect appears when a composite film is made using silk fibroin. We built a single model, calculated the gas permeation characteristics, and compared it with the experimental value to confirm that the model reflects the actual experimental results. Actual composite membrane models were then built and the gas movement path within the polymer was analyzed. As a result, oxygen molecules were found that they could not pass through and was blocked in the fibroin region. Therefore, the composite membrane with silk fibroin has excellent oxygen barrier property and is expected to be useful in food packaging, etc.

This study aimed to assess the effects of embryonic developmental stage, quality grade, and fresh or frozen/thawed conditions on the pregnancy rate and sex ratio of live offspring in Hanwoo (Bos taurus coreanae) cows. The quality and developmental stage of in vivo-derived (IVD) transferred embryos were evaluated using the standard criteria of the International Embryo Technology Society. The recipient cows were synchronized using conventional (estradiol benzoate and progesterone) protocols before embryo transfer. Embryos were transferred to 297 cows, and pregnancy was monitored for 60-70 days after embryo transfer. The pregnancy rates of fresh and frozen/thawed embryos were 56.90% and 52.49%, respectively. Pregnancy rates varied according to embryo quality (56.18% for grade 1 vs. 36.67% for grade 2). Pregnancy rates also varied by developmental stage and cryopreservation (67.86% vs. 63.49% for stage 4-1, 64.00% vs. 54.72% for 5-1, and 50.00% vs. 47.83% for 6-1, in fresh embryos vs. frozen/thawed embryos, respectively). For stage 7-1, the pregnancy rates were 72.73% for fresh embryos and 20.00% for frozen/thawed embryos. In 66 fresh embryos, the sex ratio of live offspring was 5:5, whereas it was 4(female):6(male) for frozen/thawed embryos among the 95 frozen/thawed embryos. The miscarriage rate was approximately 3% higher for frozen/thawed embryos than for fresh embryos (18.1% for fresh vs. 21.1% for frozen). Seasonal fertility rates were 33.3% in spring, 55.67% in summer, 52.8% in autumn, 60.0% in winter. The following male-to-female ratios were observed in different seasons: 6.7:3.3 in spring, 4.0:6.0 in summer, 5.5:4.5 in autumn, and 3.3:6.7 in winter. The current data revealed no significant differences in pregnancy rates between fresh and frozen/thawed IVD embryos. However, there was a lower pregnancy rate with advanced-stage frozen/thawed embryos (stage 7-1). The current study provides comprehensive results for the better optimization of embryo transfer in Hanwoo cattle to obtain the desired fertility rate, pregnancy rate, and sex ratio of calves. These results provide important insights into the factors that influence the viability and success of IVD embryo transfer in Hanwoo cows and may have practical applications for improving breeding programs and reducing production costs.

This study is a descriptive research study to identify the social support, depression, self-control, and employment stress levels of job seekers and to identify their correlation and influencing factors. The subjects of the study scored 4.13 points for social support, 0.79 points for depression, 3.10 points for self-control and 2.15 points for employment stress. The results of analyzing employment stress according to the general characteristics of the subjects showed that there was no statistically significant difference in gender, and there were significant differences in age, grade, major, and grades. Employment stress of the subjects is employment stress-depression (r=.625, p=).001), employment stress - self-control (r=.251, p=.001) and employment stress - social support (r=-, 519, p=).001) showed a negative correlation. Depression is depression-social control (r=.300, p=).001) shows a static correlation and depression-social support (r=-.503, p=).001) shows a negative correlation. Social support was not correlated with social support-self-control (r=-.059, p=414). Social support and depression were the factors affecting employment stress. We would like to provide basic data on programs and education to reduce the employment stress of college students.

Git's commit messages manage the history of source changes during project progress or operation. By utilizing this historical data, project risks and project status can be identified, thereby reducing costs and improving time efficiency. A lot of research related to this is in progress, and among these research areas, there is research that classifies commit messages as a type of software maintenance. Among published studies, the maximum classification accuracy is reported to be 95%. In this paper, we began research with the purpose of utilizing solutions using the commit classification model, and conducted research to remove the limitation that the model with the highest accuracy among existing studies can only be applied to programs written in the JAVA language. To this end, we designed and implemented an additional step to standardize source change data into natural language using GPT. This text explains the process of extracting commit messages and source change data from Git, standardizing the source change data with GPT, and the learning process using the DistilBERT model. As a result of verification, an accuracy of 91% was measured. The proposed model was implemented and verified to ensure accuracy and to be able to classify without being dependent on a specific program. In the future, we plan to study a classification model using Bard and a management tool model helpful to the project using the proposed classification model.
