2019년 이후부터 전 세계적으로 미세플라스틱(Microplastics)에 관한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있어 국내·외 미세플라스틱 연구에 대한 차이점을 분석하는 것은 국내연구 방향 수립에 이정표가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 KCI와 WoS에서 미세플라스틱 논문들을 발췌하여 저자 키워드동시출현단어분석, 논문동시인용분석, 저자동시인용분석 등 빅데이터를 기반으로 한 네트워크 분석방법론으로 국내외 연구 차이점을 분석했다. 분석결과, 연구주제 분석은 인간의 생체에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 연구와 일상에서의 미세플라스틱의 처리에 관한 연구가 국내에서 추가로 필요함을 확인하였다. 연구 품질을 살펴보는 논문 인용 깊이 분석에서는 국외 2.25와 국내 1.39로 국내가 아직 부족함을 보였고, 다양한 연구자들이 참여하고 정보를 공유하는 공동연구전선 구성형태 분석은 국내는 22개 군집 중에서는 3개가 Star형 구조가 있고, 국외의 경우는 19개 군집 모두가 Mesh 구조로 되어 있어 국내는 특정 연구 분야에서는 정보의 흐름과 공유가 부족함도 확인할 수 있었다. 이런 연구 결과는 미세플라스틱의 연구주제 확장과 연구 질의 향상, 더불어 다양한 연구자들이 참여하는 연구 추진체계 개선 등이 필요함을 확인하였다. 추가로 주제 모델링(Topic Modeling)을 기반으로 자동화 프로그램 개발을 한다면 실시간 분석이 가능한 시스템 구축도 가능할 것이다.

인간관계를 파악하기 위한 사회망(Social Network)에 대한 연구는 사회과학 분야에서의 중요성으로 인해 꾸준히 진행되어 왔다. 학술 연구 분야에서도 연구자들 사이의 관계를 파악하는 것은 마찬가지로 중요성을 갖는다. 특히, 연구자들 사이의 공동 연구나 인용 형태에 대한 네트워크를 파악하는 것은 학술 연구에 대한 정책 입안이나 사업의 평가 등에 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 국가과학기술 R&D 기반정보 온톨로지를 활용하여 공저자 관계와 인용 관계를 보여주는 두 가지 연구자 네트워크를 생성하는 방법에 대해 기술한다. RDF 트리플로 저장된 연구 성과물과 참여 연구 인력들에 대한 정보로부터 SPARQL 질의를 통하여 공저자 및 인용 관계의 연구자 쌍을 추론하고 후처리 과정을 통해 공저자 관계 및 인용 관계로 연결된 연구자 네트워크를 생성하는 과정을 소개한다.

The paper suggests newly conceptualized information retrieval system on the notion of citation analysis. The paper also criticizes the traditional information retrieval techniques using Boolean logic. The underlying assumption of this paper is that any pair of papers cited by one paper could be strongly related each other in meaning (Co-citation Analysis). And also any two papers to share same references could be similar each other (Bibliographic Coupling), By using graph algorithm, the networks of two kinds of the papers (the citing group, the cited group) is made in the fields of the genetics and the information and library science. The results say that the maps or networks for cited and citing groups can be useful when applied to the paper set made by the broad searching by subjects or keywords.

4차 산업혁명의 핵심 학문인 컴퓨터 분야에서 생산되는 연구성과물에 대한 활용 정보자원의 분석 및 제공은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 국내 컴퓨터분야 학술지 수록 논문들에서 인용한 국제과학기술인용색인인 SCI 학술지들을 식별하여 피인용 현황과 이들의 동시인용 관계를 네트워크로 생성하여 분석하고 지도화하여 시각화하는 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 기반 데이터로 KSCD의 발행연도 기준 2015년부터 2017년까지의 논문 및 참고문헌 데이터를 활용하였고 학술지 동시인용 기법과 네트워크 중심성 분석기법을 사용하였다. 연구 수행 결과, 국내 컴퓨터 분야 학술지 논문들이 인용한 SCI 학술지 및 논문들의 피인용 순위와 인용나이 분석을 통한 인용절정기(2년), 인용반감기(6.6년), 즉시인용율(2.4%)이 파악되었다. 네트워크 중심성 분석결과 피인용 SCI 학술지들에 대한 연결정도, 사이, 근접중심성 지표가 측정되어 지표별 학술지 순위가 측정되었으며 네트워크의 지도화를 통한 시각화를 통해 피인용 SCI 학술지 간 주제분류 간의 관계성을 파악하였다.

This paper proposes an approach to analyzing the relationship between technology and services, and to identifying promising service areas for technology-based firms with the analysis of business model (BM) patents. First, BM patents and technology patents are collected and classified into their relevant categories, respectively. Second, patent citation analysis is conducted to analyze the linkage and impacts between each technology and service field at macro level. Third, as a micro level analysis, patent co-classification analysis is employed to identify the interrelationships among specific technology and service areas. Finally, the promising service areas for technology-based firms seeking service areas for diversification is investigated with portfolio analysis. The working of the proposed approach is provided with the help of a case study of IT and mobile services. The proposed approach could guide and help managers of technology-based firms to discover the opportunity of the diversification to new areas in emerging service fields.

오픈과학의 흐름에서 데이터 공유와 재이용은 중요한 연구자의 활동이 되어가고 있다. 데이터 공유와 재이용에 관한 여러 논의 중에서 데이터학술지와 데이터논문의 발간이 가시적인 결과를 보여주고 있다. 데이터학술지는 여러 학문 분야에서 발간되고 있으며, 논문의 수도 점차 증가하고 있다. 데이터논문은 데이터 자체와는 다르게 인용을 주고 받는 활동이 포함되어, 따라서 이들이 형성하는 고유한 지적구조가 생겨나게 된다. 본 연구는 데이터학술지와 데이터논문이 학술커뮤니티에서 구성하는 지적구조를 규명하고자 Web of Science에 색인된 14종의 데이터학술지와 6,086건의 데이터논문과 인용된 참고문헌 84,908건을 분석하였다. 저자사항과 함께 동시인용분석과 서지결합분석을 네트워크로 시각화하여 데이터논문이 형성한 세부 주제 분야를 규명하였다. 분석결과, 저자, 저자소속기관, 국가를 추출하여 출현빈도를 살펴보면, 전통적인 학술지 논문과 다른 양상을 보인다. 이러한 결과는 데이터의 생산이 용이한 기관과 국가에 주로 데이터논문을 출간하기 때문이라고 해석될 수 있다. 동시인용분석와 서지결합분석 모두 분석도구, 데이터베이스, 게놈구성 등이 주된 세부 주제 영역으로 나타났다. 동시인용분석결과는 9개의 군집으로 형성되었는데, 특정 주제 분야로 나타난 영역은 수질과 기후 등의 분야이다. 서지결합분석은 총 27개의 컴포넌트로 구성되었는데, 수질, 기후 이 외에도 해양, 대기 등의 세부 주제 영역이 파악되었다. 특기할만한 사항으로는 사회과학 분야의 주제 영역도 나타났다는 점이다.

The bibliometric analysis is widely used for understanding research domains, trends, and knowledge structures in a particular field. The analysis has majorly been used in the field of information science, and it is currently applied to other academic fields. This paper describes the analysis of academic literatures for classifying research domains and for suggesting empty research areas in the telecommunications policy. The application software is developed for retrieving Thomson Reuters' Web of Knowledge (WoK) data via web services. It also used for conducting text mining analysis from contents and citations of publications. We used three text mining techniques: the Keyword Extraction Algorithm (KEA) analysis, the co-occurrence analysis, and the citation analysis. Also, R software is used for visualizing the term frequencies and the co-occurrence network among publications. We found that policies related to social communication services, the distribution of telecommunications infrastructures, and more practical and data-driven analysis researches are conducted in a recent decade. The citation analysis results presented that the publications are generally received citations, but most of them did not receive high citations in the telecommunications policy. However, although recent publications did not receive high citations, the productivity of papers in terms of citations was increased in recent ten years compared to the researches before 2004. Also, the distribution methods of infrastructures, and the inequity and gap appeared as topics in important references. We proposed the necessity of new research domains since the analysis results implies that the decrease of political approaches for technical problems is an issue in past researches. Also, insufficient researches on policies for new technologies exist in the field of telecommunications. This research is significant in regard to the first bibliometric analysis with abstracts and citation data in telecommunications as well as the development of software which has functions of web services and text mining techniques. Further research will be conducted with Big Data techniques and more text mining techniques.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate an overview of the reputation of e-commerce from 2001-2021. Research design, data and methodology: This study uses a bibliometrics technique involving published results from the Scopus database. Keyword tracking uses the terms e-commerce + reputation. The data collected meets the criteria for the type of journal publication. Data was collected using the Publish or Perish (PoP) program and exported into VOSviewer. Bibliometrics examines certain fields of science based on several components such as author and co-author, citation and co-citation, keywords related to theme mapping, origin, and source of publication. Data was collected using the Publish or Perish (PoP) program and exported into VOSviewer. Results: The results show the total citations from 118 papers are 1429, with citations per paper of 12.11 and citations per year of 68.05. The trend of publications from 2001-2021 shows the dynamics of increasing or decreasing, but this trend is still developing. Conclusions: This paper also presents articles that have contributed greatly to the study of e-commerce reputation, the most productive authors, and clustered themes regarding e-commerce reputation. Reputation is an important area of e-commerce research. Reputation is also essential factors for e-commerce in facing business competition and needs to be a consideration for digital business practitioners.

본 논문은 JASIST(Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology)의 편집위원회 구성원들의 연구분야와 JASIST에 수록된 연구논문의 키워드에 연관성이 있는지에 대한 연구로서, 저자동시인용분석을 이용하여 JASIST 편집위원회 구성원들의 특성을 파악하였고 네트워크분석을 통해 저자동시인용네트워크에서 중심성이 높은 구성원들의 연구분야를 조사하여 2013년 한 해 동안 JASIST에 수록된 연구논문의 키워드와 비교하였다. 이를 통해 JASIST 편집위원회 구성원들 중 저자동시인용네트워크에서 중심성이 높은 구성원들은 주로 정보행태, 정보검색, 정보시스템과 계량정보학에 관련된 연구를 하는 것으로 나타났으며 이는 JASIST에 수록된 연구논문의 키워드에도 가장 많이 나타나는 분야인 것으로 조사되었다.

In recent innovation trends, one notable feature is the merging and overlapping of technologies: in other words, technological convergence. A key technological convergence is the fusion of biotechnology (BT) and information technology (IT). Major IT advances have led to innovative devices that allow us to advance BT. However, the lack of data on IT-BT convergence is a major impediment: relatively little research has analyzed the inter-disciplinary relationship of different industries. We propose a systematic approach to analyzing the technological convergence of BT and IT. Patent analysis, including citation and co-classification analyses, was adopted as a main method to measure the convergence intensity and coverage, and two portfolio matrices were developed to manage the technological convergence. The contribution of this paper is that it provides practical evidences for IT-BT convergence, based on quantitative data and systematic processes. This has managerial implications for each sector of IT and BT.
