자동채염기의 확률론적 구조설계 구현을 위한 신뢰성 해석 응용과 비교연구 (A Reliability Analysis Application and Comparative Study on Probabilistic Structure Design for an Automatic Salt Collector)

  • This paper describes a comparative study of characteristics of probabilistic design using various reliability analysis methods in the structure design of an automatic salt collector. The thickness sizing variables of the main structural member were considered to be random variables, including the uncertainty of corrosion, which would be an inevitable hazard in the work environment of the automatic salt collector. Probabilistic performance functions were selected from the strength performances of the automatic salt collector structure. First-order reliability method, second-order reliability method, mean value reliability method, and adaptive importance sampling method were applied during the reliability analyses. The probabilistic design performances such as reliability probability and numerical costs based on the reliability analysis methods were compared to the Monte Carlo simulation results. The adaptive importance sampling method showed the most rational results for the probabilistic structure design of the automatic salt collector.

Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of Cyber Security Management: Focused on ECDIS User Experience

  • The mandatory installation of the ECDIS (Electronic Chart Display and Information System) became an important navigational equipment for navigation officer. In addition, ECDIS is a key component of the ship's digitalization in conjunction with various navigational equipment. Meanwhile, cyber-attacks emerge as a new threat along with digitalization. Damage caused by cyber-attacks is also reported in the shipping sector, and IMO recommends that cybersecurity guidelines be developed and included in International Security Management (ISM). This study analyzed the cybersecurity hazards of ECDIS, where various navigational equipment are connected. To this end, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) was conducted on navigation officer using ECDIS. As a result, the development of technologies for cyber-attack detection and prevention should be priority. In addition, policies related to 'Hardware and Software upgrade', 'network access control', and 'data backup and recovery' were analyzed as contents to be maintained. This paper is significant in deriving risk factors from the perspective of ECDIS users and analyzing their priorities, and it is necessary to analyze various cyber-attacks that may occur on ships in the future.

부동산 금융소비자 보호 체계의 평가 기준 간 중요도 분석: AHP 기법을 활용하여 (An Analysis Of The Importance Of The Evaluation Criteria Of The Real Estate Financial Consumer Protection System - Utilizing The AHP Technique)

  • Purpose - This study surveyed real estate financial consumers and financial company staff regarding the components of the financial consumer protection system to seek detailed improvement plans for the Financial Consumer Protection Act. Design/methodology/approach - The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique is applied. Findings - Both consumers and staff highly evaluated the importance of the preventive measures in the main classification factors. Regarding the sub-classification factors of preventive measures, consumers emphasized the responsible management of investment staff and financial institutions; however, the staff stressed the principle of effectiveness and efficiency. Regarding the elements of ex-post remedies, consumers answered that fast remedy would have a significant effect. At the same time, staff believed that punitive measures hinder free trading and investment activities. Regarding the sub-sub classification factors of prevention measures, the consumers value responsible management of staff and financial companies, while the staff tend to prefer the importance of the self-regulatory governance. Research implications or Originality - Based on the above results, financial regulatory authorities should find a balance between preventive and ex-post components once focusing on preventative measures. Our paper is one of the first research findings in this field of financial consumer protection system in Korea.

지속가능성을 고려한 도시부 도로의 서비스수준 통합 평가 연구 (Integrated Evaluation of Level of Service for Urban Streets Considering Sustainability)

  • PURPOSES : This paper aims to improve the evaluation method of the Level of Service(LOS) for urban streets presented by the current Korean Highway Capacity Manual(KHCM) and suggest its utilization plan as a part of the methods to evaluate the sustainability of a transportation policy. METHODS : This paper carried out a research in 3 steps to develop a new evaluation method. First of all, this paper reviewed the previous studies related to the LOS of urban streets and the socially requested items for a sustainable transportation system. Then this paper derived an index and weight through expert questions to select an evaluation index. Lastly, this paper compared the results according to the existing evaluation methods with the new evaluation methods through case studies. This paper used an Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) for importance analysis and weight selection between new evaluation items and indices, and applied a Grey System Theory(GST) for a synthetic and integrated evaluation between the selected evaluation indices. RESULTS : As a result of evaluating the LOS according to the existing evaluation methods and the integrated evaluation methods using a GST through case studies, it was analyzed that new methods' results are less than or equal to the existing evaluation methods; and as a result of applying a weight between evaluation indices according to AHP, it was noticed that the total score seems to rise more when the LOS in the existing evaluation is calculated lower. It was analyzed that the LOS calculated by reflecting the newly established evaluation items and the importance between indices in this study has difference from the LOS of the existing urban streets. CONCLUSIONS : It is expected that this evaluation method can diagnose the current conditions when establishing a future sustainable traffic system and can be used for the measurement of the sustainability effects of the improvement plans and so on.

초등.중학생의 시간관이 인터넷과 휴대폰 중독에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Time Perspective on the Internet and Mobile Phone Addiction of Primary and Middle School Students)

  • 초등 중학생을 대상으로 하는 인터넷 및 휴대폰 중독 요인에 대한 기존 연구에서는 집착, 자기효능감, 자기통제력 등 개인적 요인과 부모, 친구, 학교, 지역사회, 대중 매체와 같은 환경적인 요인 등을 제시하였다. 이들 연구는 대부분 학생을 중심으로 자기 자신이나 부모, 친구, 학교, 사회와 같이 상호작용 대상을 중심으로 하였다. 최근, 시간관에 대한 중요성이 강조되면서 여러 영역에서 이에 대한 연구가 시작되었는데, 아직 교육 영역에서 시간관을 다루는 연구는 거의 없다. 본 논문에서는 시간관에 대한 개념을 기술하고 초등 및 중학생들의 시간관이 인터넷 휴대폰 중독의 관점에서 어떤 영향을 미치지는 지를 살펴본다. 이를 위해 619명의 초등 중학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시한 후, 그 결과를 제시한다. 이를 통해 두 중독에 대한 관련 요인들의 상대적 중요도를 재조명하고 두 가지 중독에 대한 예방 방법을 제언한다.

대학특성과 전공을 고려한 대학생 핵심역량에 관한 연구: 호텔관광경영전공을 중심으로 (The Study on Essential Competencies for University Students in consideration of University Specialization and Major: Focusing on Hotel and Tourism Management)

  • 본 연구는 대학의 특성을 반영한 전체 대학생 및 호텔관광경영 전공에 요구되는 역량범주를 확인함으로써 역량기반 대학 및 호텔관광경영 전공의 교육과정 프레임워크 재구축을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여 본 연구는 첫째, 핵심역량에 대한 이론적 실무적 선행연구의 검토에 기반하여 대학생의 핵심역량을 공통역량, 전공역량, 인성역량, 대학특성역량 등 4가지로 설정하고 둘째, 대학생을 대상으로 역량별 중요도와 성취도에 대한 설문으로 실증분석을 실시하여 본 연구에서 설정한 4가지 역량을 검증하였다. 셋째, 호텔관광경영 계열 진공과 기타 전공간 역량별 차이를 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과, 본 연구에서 설정한 4가지 역량범주가 타당하게 설정되었으며, 전공계열간 중요도, 역량수준, 교육적 요구가 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 호텔관광계열 전공이 기타 전공들에 비해 공통역량 및 인성역량의 중요도와 공통역량의 현 수준이 상대적으로 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

자연공원의 보호계획을 위한 광역적 토지자연의 분석에 관한 연구 (II) -잠재자연 및 현재자연과 보호를 위한 계획지침의 설정- (Fundarmental Studies on Regional Analysis of Potentiality for Conservation of Natural Park(II) -Analysis of Existing Natural Resources in Tokyo Province-)

  • Existing natural resources were analyzed in regional scale in order to suggest natural park guidelines as a previous step of conservation plan. Results of both existing natural resources and land potentiality in preceding paper were combined to suggest comprehensive and qualitative method for understanding of natural land. Regional characteristics of natural park were, then, analyzed by this method, and specific planning guidelines were discussed. The existing natural resources were analyzed by the degree of location quotient, which were found by comparison of the grade of vegetation naturalness and the bio-physical land unit in preceding paper. Then, allowance of existing natural resources was identified, and importance of protection was described based on this result. The bio-physical land unit on Tokyo Province was found to be composed by smaller land units, which had a variety of relationship with grade of vegetation naturalness: from the specific(1st) to many stages(5th). This meant a characteric of each land unit. By this combined approach, the characteristics and spatial distribution of natural land were discussed in the regional scale, and characteristic of nateral park were analyzed in terms of natural location. National park were located in the land unit where both land capability and importance of portection were the 6th. Quasi national park and 1 province natural park were located in the land unit where land capability was the 6th and importance of protection were the 5th. Seven province natural parks were located in the land unites were both criteria under the 5th were mixed. based on the results of this study, the followings were suggested for specific planning guidelines in the case of Takao quasi nation park: (a) conservative land use within the limit of carrying capacity of this area by the conservation of biotic and abiotic natural resources, (b) conservation of both natural and semi-natural vegetation, (c) utilization of this area as a urban forest.

Stacked Autoencoder 기반 악성코드 Feature 정제 기술 연구 (Stacked Autoencoder Based Malware Feature Refinement Technology Research)

  • 네트워크의 발전에 따라 악성코드 생성도구가 유포되는 등으로 인해 악성코드의 출현이 기하급수적으로 증가하였으나 기존의 악성코드 탐지 방법을 통한 대응에는 한계가 존재한다. 이러한 상황에 따라 머신러닝 기반의 악성 코드탐지 방법이 발전하는 추세이며, 본 논문에서는 머신러닝 기반의 악성 코드 탐지를 위해 PE 헤더에서 데이터의 feature를 추출한 후 이를 이용하여 autoencoder를 통해 악성코드를 더 잘 나타내는 feature 및 feature importance를 추출하는 방법에 대한 연구를 진행한다. 본 논문은 악성코드 분석에서 범용적으로 사용되는 PE 파일에서 확인 가능한 DLL/API 등의 정보로 구성된 549개의 feature를 추출하였고 머신러닝의 악성코드 탐지 성능향상을 위해 추출된 feature를 이용하여 autoencoder를 통해 데이터를 압축적으로 저장함으로써 데이터의 feature를 효과적으로 추출해 우수한 정확도 제공 및 처리 시간을 2배 단축에 성공적임을 증명하였다. 시험 결과는 악성코드 그룹 분류에도 유용함을 보였으며, 향후 SVM과 같은 분류기를 도입하여 더욱 정확한 악성코드 탐지를 위한 연구를 이어갈 예정이다.

블록체인 기반 의료정보시스템 도입을 위한 의사결정모델 (Decision making model for introducing Medical information system based on Block chain Technologies)

  • Purpose The purpose of this paper is to observe the relative priorities of importances among the modified versions of Block chain system, being based on AHP decision support model which should be also proposed in this paper. Design/methodology/approach Four versions modified from the beginning of Block chain were divided into Public& Permissionless, Private&Permissionless, Public&Permissioned and Private&Permissioned types. Five criteria for evaluating the four versions whether the version were suitable for Medical information system were introduced from five factors of Technologies Accept Model, which were Security, Availability, Variety, Reliability and Economical efficiency. We designed Decision support model based on AHP which would select the best alternative version suitable for introducing the Block chain technology into the medical information systems. We established the objective of the AHP model into finding the best choice among the four modified versions. First low layer of the model contains the five factors which consisted of Security, Availability, Variety, Reliability and Economical efficiency. Second low layer of the model contains the four modified versions which consisted Public&Permissionless, Private&Permissionless, Public&Permissioned and Private& Permissioned types. The structural questionnaire based on the AHP decision support model was designed and used to survey experts of medical areas. The collected data by the question investigation was analyzed by AHP analysis technique. Findings The importance priority of Security was highest among five factors of Technologies Accept Mode in the first layer. The importance priority of Private&Permissioned type was highest among four modified versions of Block chain technologies in second low layer. The second importance priority was Private&Permissionless type. The strong point of Private&Permissioned type is to be able to protect personal information and have faster processing speeds. The advantage of Private& Permissionless type is to be also able to protect personal information as well as from forging and altering transaction data. We recognized that it should be necessary to develop new Block chain technologies that would enable to have faster processing speeds as well as from forging and altering transaction data.

문서 분석 기반 주요 요소 추출 시스템 (Document Analysis based Main Requisite Extraction System)

  • 본 논문에서는 XML 형태의 논문이나 보고서로 작성된 문서를 분석하는 시스템을 제안한다. 논문이나 보고서에서 지정한 키워드를 추출하고 이를 사용자에게 보여준 뒤 사용자가 해당 문서 내에서 검색을 원하는 키워드를 입력하면 각 키워드들을 포함하고 있는 문단들을 추출한다. 시스템은 사용자가 입력한 키워드들의 빈도수를 확인하고 가중치를 계산한 뒤 가중치가 가장 낮은 키워드만을 포함한 문단들을 제거한다. 또한, 정제된 문단들을 10개의 영역으로 나눈 뒤 영역별 문단들의 중요도를 계산하고 각 영역들의 중요도를 비교하여 가장 높은 중요도를 갖는 주요 영역을 사용자에게 알려준다. 이러한 특징들로 인해 제안하는 시스템을 활용할 경우 기존의 문서 분석 시스템을 활용하여 논문이나 보고서를 분석하는 것보다 압축률이 높은 형태로 주요 문단들을 제공받을 수 있다. 이로 인해 문서를 이해하는데 필요한 시간을 줄일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
