주거용 건물 태양광발전시스템의 설치유형에 따른 발전성능 평가 (Evaluation of Electricity Generation According to Installation Type of Photovoltaic System in Residential Buildings)

  • The types of installation of the photovoltaic system applied to domestic residential buildings are classified as follows: Mounted modules with air circulation, semi-integrated modules with air duct behind, integrated modules with fully insulated back. In order to study generation characteristics of PV system, we verified the validity of interpretation program based on long-term measurement data of demonstration house installed in BAPV form and also analyzed the generation characteristics and performance of each installation type. The results are as follows. First, the RMSE of amount of generation and simulation according to annual daily insolation of demonstration system located in Daejeon was 0.98kWh and the range of relative error of monthly power generation was -5.8 to 3.1. Second, the average annual PR of mounted modules was 82%, semi-integrated modules 76.1% and integrated modules 71.9%. This differences were attributed to temperature loss. Third, the range of operating temperature of annual hourly photovoltaic modules was -6.5 to $61.0^{\circ}C$ for mounted modules, $-6.0{\sim}73.9^{\circ}C$ for semi-integrated modules and -5.5 to $88.9^{\circ}C$ for integrated modules. The temperature loss of each installation type was -14.0 to 16.1%, -13.8 to 21.9%, and -13.6 to 28.5%, respectively.

  • Current feed-in tariffs(FIT) of Electricity generating from new and renewable energy sources are reappraised with the corrected formula of levelized generation cost(LGC) of utility power. The LGC of new and renewable electricity should be formulated in explicitly reflecting the capital cost and corporate tax during the economic life cycle based on its realistic application data. An applicable term of the FITs should, especially, be equal to the economic life cycle. The revised FITs issued in 2006 were, however, derived from the incorrect formula described in the study of KERI(Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute), and consequently misestimated. The reappraisal values for FIT of new and renewable electricity were shown and interpreted in this paper. An FIT of PV more than 30 kW, for example, should be 972.86 won/kWh instead of current 677.38 won/kWh increasing 43.6%. An upward revision of other FITs for new and renewable electricities should also be required in the range of 8.6% to 47.3%.

  • 청정에너지로 각광받고 있는 태양광발전은 지구환경문제가 작금의 관심사로 떠오르면서 더욱더 보급이 확산되고 있다. 정부에서도 태양광발전 사업자의 지원정책과 일반보급사업, 지방보급사업 및 100만호 보급사업 등의 강력한 정책적 지원으로 보급의 활성화를 위한 기반을 마련하게 되었다. 미래의 지구환경과 청정에너지에 대한 국민들의 관심 고조 등은 정부정책과 맞물려 전력계통에 대규모 대용량의 발전시스템과 다수의 시스템이 도입되면서 전력계통 운영에 작은 변화를 보여 주고 있다. 본 고에서는 태양광발전의 계통도입에 대한 검토사항과 확대 도입에 의한 영향에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

  • 각각의 분산전원 시스템은 등가회로를 이용하여 수학적으로 모델링하고, 이를 결합하여 제어 가능한 하이브리드 시스템을 모델링 하였다. 시뮬레이션과 실험 결과로부터, 분산 전원의 출력을 안정적으로 운영 할 수 있고, 효율적으로 부하관리를 할 수 있어 계통 운영을 여유롭게 할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구는 출력 변동으로 인해 마이크로 그리드 내 설치가 어려운 제어 불가능한 전원인 태양광 발전의 설치용량 확대를 가져올 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 서남 해안의 섬 지역에 설치된 태양광 발전소의 발전 특성을 측정하고 분석한 것이다. 발전소의 총 발전 용량은 806.4kWp 이고 고정식과 추적식이 복합적으로 시설되어 있다. 일사량을 측정하고 인버터의 효율을 분석하였으며 전력 계통을 분석하였다. 인버터의 측정 및 분석결과 인버터는 효율이 평균 94.5%였고, 전력 계통의 분석은 파형 분석과 상 불평형 분석, 고조파 분석을 실시하였다. 주파수 분석결과 전압은 THD가 2%, 전류는 1.5%로 양호하게 나타남을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper, we examined 10 domestic samples of three different model using thermal, humidity freeze, thermal-endurance and damp heat test under IEC61215 photovoltaic module environmental endurance test condition. Three was almost no changes on power generation. Insulation resistance capacity was much higher than judgement standard but, showed unstable results depending on environmental test items. On external appearance test, there were two models which showed bubble, humidity penetration, seal melted frame phenomenon. From this results, the degree of aging under the external environment is a main cause that shortens photovoltaic module life time. So it is considered that the efforts for finding optimum condition of manufacturing process should be needed.

  • The Multipurpose BIPV System(MBIPVS) was evaluated as an effective passive system through analyzing the thermal performance and the efficiency of PV power generation in the previous papers. To achieve the performance better, the operation method should be determined by considering physical conditions in each occasion. Thus, we cheesed the reference operation methods in each season set by the overview of the meteorological data for last 6 years, In-choen, and compared them with the various alternatives that we had made up with for improving thermal performance. The results from adopting various alternatives on MBIPVS showed that the appropriate operational model would be effective to the energy savings ; we could reduce the total loads 1,051.0[kWh] in summer and 108.9[kWh] in winter.

  • This paper proposes a battery energy storage system using a photovoltaic generation system. The proposed system consists of a grid, battery and PV array. Considering a daily load profile, radiation and battery, operation modes are divided. An algorithm is presented based on modes. In the paper, operation modes and algorithms are verified through simulations.

  • Unlike photovoltaic systems installed on land, photovoltaic systems applied to the offshore plant have the characteristic that is installed in a limited space. For single point mooring plant, it is advantageous in terms of a reliable power supply to be installed in different directions of photovoltaic panels, because it is not possible to identify the position of the sun by rotation of the plant itself. Differences of installation angle between photovoltaic panels make a difference of the intensity of radiation irradiated on each photovoltaic panel, and it brings loss of generation quantity due to the partial shading. In order to provide a photovoltaic system suitable for offshore plant, the modeling which contains multiple photovoltaic panels controlled by single controller is performed. Then, it was examined how the output characteristics of the photovoltaic system change about the difference of the intensity of radiation that varies depending on the altitude of the sun. Finally, through the simulation, a development model of the photovoltaic system which is suitable for offshore plant is suggested.
