가상패널자료를 이용한 승용차 통행수요 탄력성 추정 연구 (Estimating Elasticities of Car Travel Demand Using Pseudo-Panel Data)

  • 가구의 지속적인 승용차 보유 증가로 인한 승용차 이용 증대는 교통부문에서의 온실가스 감축 목표 달성에 큰 장애요인으로 작용하고 있다. 특히 가구의 승용차 통행수요는 가구원수, 가구소득, 거주지역 등 다양한 가구특성에 의해 결정되기 때문에 이러한 가구특성 변수들이 승용차 통행수요에 미치는 영향, 즉, 가구의 승용차 통행수요에 대한 탄력성 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 1995부터 2007년까지의 가계동향조사 자료를 활용하여 가상패널자료를 구축하고, 이 자료를 토대로 패널모형을 추정하여 가구의 승용차 통행수요에 대한 장 단기 가격 및 소득탄력성을 추정하였다. 실증분석결과, 승용차 통행수요의 단기 가격탄력성은 0.2974~0.4280, 장기 가격탄력성은 0.4087~0.6275로 분석되었고, 단기 소득탄력성은 0.3364~0.6281, 장기 소득탄력성은 0.7098로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 승용차 통행수요에 대한 장 단기 가격 및 소득탄력성 추정결과는 향후 교통수요관리 정책의 효과를 분석하는 데 정량적 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있다고 판단된다.

C2C 무역 시장에서 중고 판매 가격에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Used Sales Price in C2C Trade Market)

  • 글로벌 저성장 시대가 지속되고 있는 현 시점에, Customer to Customer(C2C) 시장이 점차 확대되고 있으며, 앞으로의 성장 가능성도 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 C2C시장 내, 태블릿PC 중고제품의 판매에서 가격에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 일본 최대 C2C커뮤니티 마켓플레이스 플랫폼인 Mercari가 제공한 태블릿PC 중고거래 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구방법으로는 선형회귀 분석을 사용하였으며, 중고 거래가의 로그 변환을 종속변수로 하였고, 이에 영향을 주는 독립변수는 다중공선성 문제와 본페르니 수정을 통해 제품 상태, 제조사, ROM용량, RAM용량, 액세서리 포함 유무, 잠긴 상태를 선정하였다. 분석 결과, 제품상태 등급이 낮고 ROM과RAM용량이 클수록, Apple사의 태블릿PC 제품일 때, 액세서리가 있을 때, 중고 태블릿PC의 로그 가격이 높아지고, 태블릿PC가 잠겨있는 상태일 때는 그렇지 않을 때보다 로그 가격이 낮아진다는 것을 파악하였다. 로그 가격에 가장큰 영향력을 주는 변수는 RAM용량인 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 판매자와 구매자의 경계가 불투명한 C2C 시장에서 중고 태블릿PC의 적절한 수준의 가격을 제공해 판매자와 구매자 모두에게 도움을 줄 수 있다.

한국과 베트남 소비자의 지각된 가치가 베이커리 브랜드 선호도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Perceived Value Effects on Global Brand Preference and Purchase Intention in Bakeries: Korean and Vietnamese Consumers)

  • Purpose - This study aims to suggest strategies for Korean enterprises advancing into the Vietnam bakery market by analyzing the effects of perceived values on brand preference and purchase intention among Korean and Vietnamese consumers. Research design, data, and methodology - The perceived value model designed includes functional (price, quality), emotional, and social values. The survey collected data from 500 consumers in Seoul (Korea) and HoChiMinh (Vietnam). The SPSS 18.0 package was used for analysis. Results - First, among Vietnamese consumers, perceived value had a positive (+) effect on global brand preference in the order of functional value of quality, social value, and the functional value of price. However, from an ethnocentric trend and brand image origin, emotional value had a negative effect on global brand preference. In contrast, among Korean consumers, perceived value had a positive (+) effect on global brand preference in the order of functional value of quality, the functional value of price, and the social value. However, emotional value had no effect on global brand preference. Second, for both Korean and Vietnamese consumers, perceived value had a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Third, unlike the Korean consumer, for the Vietnamese consumer, global brand preference had a significant effect on purchase intention. Conclusions - The study implies the following. First, the Vietnamese bakery market has a high proportion of middle-aged customers in their 40s (64%). In terms of monthly income, there was a large proportion (40%) of high-income earners (over $325). Therefore, bakery consumption can be seen as concentrated among middle-aged and high-income consumers. Based on this, bakery strategies should include efforts to increase purchase prices as well as ways to attract local consumers (large cities). Second, unlike Korean consumers, among Vietnamese consumers, the resistance to a global brand based on emotional value (the ethnocentric tendency and brand image origin) can be seen as relatively low. Thus, in the case of the Vietnam bakery market, to increase a global brand's preference, the company should develop a differentiated strategy so that Vietnamese consumers can recognize it better, focusing on product quality, good service quality, and price in the local environment and on social value for social development. Third, in the case of the Vietnamese customer, we found that social value exerts the greatest influence on purchase intention. Therefore, a brand that engenders an image of building the local Vietnamese community can achieve a higher social value and influence purchase intention. In addition, although Vietnamese consumers have ethnocentric tendencies in terms of products, we found that if it is a preferred global brand then there are intentions to purchase. Fourth, in the case of Vietnam, if the preference for global brands is formed, consumer awareness may be connected to purchase intention. Therefore, global brands operating in Vietnam should pay attention to how to improve consumer preferences for global brands in order to increase purchase intention.

배출권 가격 불확실성을 고려한 고효율 쿡스토브 보급사업 실물옵션 연구 (Real Option Study on Cookstove Offset Project under Emission Allowance Price Uncertainty)

  • 배출권거래제 2차 계획기간(2018~2020년)부터 '국내기업 등이 외국에서 직접 시행한 CDM 사업'의 감축실적을 할당대상업체가 사용할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 시장의 이해관계자들은 한계비용이 낮으면서 많은 양의 배출권을 확보할 수 있는 '고효율 쿡스토브 보급사업'과 같은 해외 CDM 사업을 적극 추진하고 있다. 본 논문은 실물옵션 방법론을 활용하여 '고효율 쿡스토브 보급사업' 대한 외부사업자의 투자의사결정 모형을 개발하였다. 그리고 배출권 가격 불확실성하에서 '고효율 쿡스토브 보급사업'의 최적투자분기점(p) 도출 및 민감도 분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 기준시나리오(PoA-S)에서의 최적투자분기점은 29,054원/톤으로 현재 배출권 현물 가격(pspot)보다 낮아 고효율 쿡스토브 보급사업은 경제성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 할당대상업체는 CDM 사업 추진 시 경제성뿐 아니라, 본 논문에서 분석한 투자유치국의 비재생 바이오매스 비율, 쿡스토브 교체 비율, 지분율, 사업기간 및 해외 외부사업 배출권의 사용 한도와 같은 위험요소도 고려하여 의사결정을 해야 한다. 그리고 외부사업자는 외부사업자의 고유 파라미터로 사업단계별 최적투자분기점을 도출하여 경제성 점검에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Korean Customer Attitudes Towards SNS Shopping

  • As a new format of retailing, social shopping on SNS has rapidly grown in recent. Although there is much literature associated with customer behaviours in the academic world, little attention has been paid to identifying the shopping patterns of SNS shoppers. This paper will, thus, identify how perceived value has an impact on the buying intention of SNS shoppers, after illustrating what kind of factor influences the formation process of perceived value in the Korean marketplace. Given that SNS shoppers are for the most part 20s as well as 30s, the authors handed out questionnaires to them. Furthermore, based on literature review results, the conceptualised research model was developed. Despite lack of literature, the authors developed five constructs like price reduction, quantity- and time-limited message, product ranges, information-sharing, and required number of shoppers. The researchers made a considerable effort to identify the relationship between research concepts and each variable, based on a few research analysis methods such as frequency analysis, the Varimax rotation technique used orthogonal rotation, Cronbach's Alpha, PCA (Principle Component Analysis), and the like. Amongst the 5 variables used to measure the degree of influences on the perceived value as a social shopping characteristic, it has been evident that price cut, required minimum shoppers, product variety, and information-sharing have a positive impact on the perceived value formation processes of SNS customers. Also, this research implies that SNS retailers can differentiate themselves from other retailers by differently using the above factors. From a practitioner's point of view, these factors should be strategically used to increase the social shopping opportunities of SNS users. It is, furthermore, evident that the perceived value formed by the above 4 factors have played an important role in the buying decision process of SNS customers. In a sense, whether customers are aware of higher price cut rates, information-sharing, required minimum shoppers, and product variety has a positive impact on making buying decisions. From a retailer's point of view, online shopping mall operators are able to use blog as well as twitter to improve the buying intention as a marketing tool of social network, because the business activities provided by social shopping retailers, like the rapid, accurate responses to customer requirements, the provision of a variety of information, and the communications between customers are closely related to buying intentions. There are a few research limitations to conduct this empirical research. It was not easy to review prior papers, due to its lack. In spite of the increasing number of SNS shoppers in Korea, little research attention has been paid to this kind of research topic by academicians, because buying products or services through SNS is in its infancy. With regard to research populations, it would be difficult to generalise the research findings in Korea, owing to unbalanced respondent distribution. Considering the above research limitations as well as the growth of social shopping, many authors should pay considerable attention to SNS-related issues in the future, and develop the more sophisticated criteria to measure the characteristics of SNS shoppers.

  • 큐(queuing) 이론은 전화회선 수를 예측하기 위해 1917년 Erlang에 의해 도입된 이후 1960년대 말이 되어서야 Scherr를 필두로 컴퓨터 시스템의 성능 분석에 적용되기 시작하였다. 2000년대 들어 인터넷의 팽창 동 IT기술의 발달로 비즈니스 환경이 속도 중심으로 바뀌면서 시스템 분석가들도 사용자의 IT서비스 만족도를 충족시키기 위해 컴퓨팅 환경 분석 및 예측을 신속히 수행할 필요가 생겼다. 또한 컴퓨터 장비 가격은 급격히 하락하고 성능은 증가하는 상황에서 컴퓨터의 성능을 분석하여 개선하기 보다는 새로운 장비를 도입하여 성능을 향상시키려 함으로서 비용의 낭비는 물론 현 시스템의 용량과 성능도 파악하지 못하고 있다. 그러므로 많은 시간을 요하는 자세하고 정확한 시뮬레이션 모델 보다는 때로는 조악하지만 신속한 모델이 필요할 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 측정된 성능 데이터를 기초로 Menasce가 제시한 분석적 모델을 검토하고 ARENA를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 모델을 구축하여 검정함으로써 개략적이지만 신속한 성능 분석 및 예측 시뮬레이션 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

원료삼 생산수익 결정모형 (Revenue Determination Model of Raw Ginseng Production)

  • 원료삼 생산에 있어 총수익(R)을 결정하는 4요인 승법 모형을 설정하고 (R=AYQP) 세 농가의 수납실적 수치를 사용하여 총수익 결정식임을 확인하였다. 4요소는 자본요소인 재배면적(A), 기술요소인 단위수량(Y)과 가중평균 품질등급(Q) 그리고 시장요소인 평균등급 가격(P)의 3요소로 해석하였다. 기술요소인 YQ는 자본(A)과 수익(R)의 직선모형에서 기울기가 되어 단위자본의 수익창출계수임을 밝혔다. 수익결정식은 인삼산업의 발전이 재배수량과 품질 향상기술 YQ를 증대시켜 면적(A)을 감소시킴으로서 수익(R)을 높여 시장가격(P)을 낮추는데 있음을 보여주었다.

Fuzzy Regression Model Using Trapezoidal Fuzzy Numbers for Re-auction Data

  • Re-auction happens when a bid winner defaults on the payment without making second in-line purchase declaration even after determining sales permission. This is a process of selling under the court's authority. Re-auctioning contract price of real estate is largely influenced by the real estate business, real estate value, and the number of bidders. This paper is designed to establish a statistical model that deals with the number of bidders participating especially in apartment re-auctioning. For these, diverse factors are taken into consideration, including ratio of minimum sales value from the point of selling to re-auctioning, number of bidders at the time of selling, investment value of the real estate, and so forth. As an attempt to consider ambiguous and vague factors, this paper presents a comparatively vague concept of real estate and bidders as trapezoid fuzzy number. Two different methods based on the least squares estimation are applied to fuzzy regression model in this paper. The first method is the estimating method applying substitution after obtaining the estimators of regression coefficients, and the other method is to estimate directly from the estimating procedure without substitution. These methods are provided in application for re-auction data, and appropriate performance measure is also provided to compare the accuracies.

카노모형과 개선갭분석을 이용한 EMS 서비스품질의 전략적 개선방안 (A Strategy for EMS Service Quality Improvement Using Kano Model and Improvement-Gap Analysis)

  • Purpose: Express mail service(EMS) supplied by 'Korea POST'is an international postal service which brings letters, documents and parcels to a destination abroad in the fastest and safest way. This service is in a tough competition with global companies such as TNT, FedEx, DHL or UPS. To build an effective strategy for being competitive, an intensive study on EMS service quality should be accomplished from a customer's perspective. Methods: Kano model and improvement gap analysis are used to categorize and prioritize EMS service quality attributes. A 5-point Lickert scale is employed to apply the Kano model and improvement gap analysis. Each quality attribute can be classified as weak in comparison with competitors, critical for improvement, or potentially competitive. Results: Price, on-time delivery and delivery quality are to be kept as is; fast delivery, parking convenience and staff expertise can be potentially competitive; and the other attributes are considered to be critical for improvement. Conclusions: Fast reimbursement and proper compensation when shipping items are lost or damaged are to be improved with high priority. Efforts to secure fast delivery, parking convenience and staff expertise are needed to be competitive in the future.

관광지역 음식점에 대한 선호도에 영향을 미치는 요인 평가 (Assessing the Factors Influencing Preference for the Restaurants in Tourist Areas)

  • The objective for this research was to clarify the preference for alternative restaurants with different combinations of factor levels: local specialty food, non-local specialty food, very attentive service, moderately attentive service, not attentive service, traditional decoration, modern decoration, \10,000, \15,000, and \20,000. Total 230 copies of questionnaire were completed. Conjoint experiment method was used to develop full restaurant profiles. Ordinal probit model was used to measure the effects of factor levels on the preference. Results of the study demonstrated that the ordinal probit model analysis result for the data also indicated a good model fit. The effects of factor levels on the preference were statistically significant. As expected, the estimates of implicit price to pay were statistically significant. Moreover, the customers were more willing to pay for local specialty than other factor levels. The customers also considered the food factor as a very important factor. This research suggested that the customer's decision-making process for restaurants was best modeled as a conjoint experiment method that combines various factor levels. And it showed the results could be used as good data for understanding the relationships between the factors and preference in choosing food and restaurants in tourist areas.
