하수처리가 퇴비화를 위한 하수 슬러지 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Sewage Treatment on Characteristics of Sludge as a Composting Material)

  • 하수처리 운전이 슬러지 특성에 미치는 영향을 실제규모 하수처리장에서 수행하였으며 하수 슬러지 특성변화가 퇴비화 원료로 이용될 경우 그 영향을 조사, 분석하였다. 천안 하수처리장은 가동 초기 1년동안 정상적으로 운전되고 있으며 유출수는 방류수 수질기준을 만족하고 있으나 유입유량의 증가로 인하여 처리장 증설이 시급하다. 슬러지 탈수시설인 Belt press의 용량부족으로 하수처리장 내 비휘발성 고형물이 순환, 농축되어 활성 슬러지 MLSS 증가와 이에 따라 F/M비가 감소되게 운전하는 결과를 초래하고 있으며 이러한 상태로 하수처리장이 장기간 운전될 경우 하수처리 시설의 효율저하가 우려된다. 하수 슬러지의 수분함량은 79.5%, 유기물 함량은 11.6 %, C/N비는 6.1이었으며 중금속으로 As 1.8 mg/kg, Cd 27 mg/kg, Hg <0.1 mg/kg, Pb 54 mg/kg, T-Cr 370 mg/kg과 Cu 1,100 mg/kg이 검출되었다.하수 슬러지는 퇴비화 적정조건을 만족할 수 있는 원료로서 사용되기 위하여 수분함량, 유기물 함량 그리고 C/N비의 조절이 필요하며 이를 위한 첨가제/팽화제의 첨가가 필수적이다. 하수처리장 유입수에 함유된 중금속은 대부분 하수 슬러지에 농축되며 퇴비화 원료로 사용될 경우 부산물비료로서 규격기준에 적합하지 않을 뿐만아니라 토양오염이 우려되므로 유입수의 중금속 발생원을 추적, 제거하는 방안이 검토되어야 한다.

최적 응집 효율을 위한 Al계 액상 응집제의 희석 효과 (The Predilution Effect of Al-based Liquid Coagulants for the Optimal Efficacy)

  • 원수의 pH, 응집제의 주입량, 희석배수에 따라 알루미늄계 응집제(Alum, PACS, PACC)의 원수내 인과 탁질의 제거효과를 고찰하였다. 저탁도(20 NUT) 및 적정 pH 6~9하에서 알류미늄계 응집제간의 탁도 제거율의 차이는 뚜렷하게 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 인의 제거율에 있어서는 20~40 ppm의 주입량에 대해서 응집제의 염기도가 증가할수록 감소함을 알 수 있었다. Alum (0%)>PACS (45~50%)>PACC (70%), 고탁도(100 NUT) 하에서는 고분자 응집제인 PACS와 PACC의 응집성능이 단분자 응집제인 Alum보다 뛰어남을 알 수 있었다. 20 NUT의 저탁도에서 직접 주입한 경우와 비교해서, 500~2000배로 희석한 Alum의 경우에는 응집효율의 감소가 나타났으나 희석된 응집제의 체류시간이 증가함에 따라 탁도 및 인의 제거율이 증가하는 경향을 나타내주었다. 반면에 희석된 PACC의 경우에는 분산도의 증가에 기인한 응집성능의 향상이 나타났으나 희석된 응집제의 체류시간이 증가함에 따라 응집효율의 감소가 나타났다. 100 NTU의 고탁도 조건하에서는 Alum과 PACC를 희석하여 주입시 모두 응집성능이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다.

새로운 무게센서 재발과 단결정성장(1) (Development of Frequency Weighing Sensor and Single Crystal Growth)

  • 새로운 방식의 결정성장용 직경 자동제어장치를 개발하였다. 이 장치는 금속선의 장력 변화를 주파수로 변환시켜 감지하는 무게센서로서 신호전달 및 전력공급 체계가 무접촉 방식이므로 노이즈가 극소화되며 따라서 안정성, 정밀성이 종래의 센서에 비해 10배 이상 증대된다. 이 장치에서 무게센서 부분은 1) 금속선, 2) 시그날을 형성하는 Sinusoidal Wave Generator, 3) 형성된 시그날의 진폭을 조정하고 안정화 시켜주는 자동 증폭조절회로, 4) 정류장치 및 신호 변환기, 5) 시그날을 관리, 제어하는 PC 보드 등으로 구성하였고, 그 외에 2개의 검증용, 무게보정용, 성장제어용 등 4개의 프로그램을 작성하였다. 이 장치는 표준편차 값이 $\pm0.10g$(1회/sec 측정 때), 분해능이 $5{\times}10^{-5}$이고, 최대 200kg까지 결정을 성장시킬 수 있으며, 또한 압력조건은 진공조건부터 200 atm 이하, 온도조건은 $350^{\circ}C$ 이하에서 일관성, 재현성 있는 작동이 가능했다. 단결정 자동직 경제어에 필요한 정확도를 확보하기 위해 온도범위 $100^{\circ}C$$\pm0.025^{\circ}C$로자동 조절되도록 '시그날 Divider'를 제작하였다. 이 무게 센서를 $Y_3Sc_2Ga_3O_{12},\;Er-Y_3Sc_2Al_3O_{12},\;Bi_{12}GeO_{20}$ 등의 단결정 성장에 응용하였으며 매우 양호한 결정을 성공적으로 성장시킬 수 있었다.

  • One of the noticeable trends of female wear in 1990s is the Outwearization of Underwear as it is called 'Lingerie look' This trend meaned 'Exposure Fashion' raised splendidly its head to the whole stage of fashion destrying the tradional concept having divided the fashion between outwear and underwear by Madonna an Americal populer singer showed up in front of the audience wearing the corset-dress as a stage custome. This corset-dress which can not be recognised whether it is underwear or outwear has been diffused into the mass as a fashionable trend re-gardless of any reason; therefore discrimi-nation of wear by space by far that is underwear should have the sstandard telling between private and public sector has been gradually tumbled. By the way what has propelled desigers to introduce the style continuously having the underwear motive such as outwear almost as same as underwear or underwear worn on out-wear etc. and has made it a fashion trends? How do we accept this "Ligerie look'fashion" The rearch on vogue of outwearization of underwear started by the questions above can be summarized as the followings The division between the sprit and the ma-terial-economic shrinkage by the collapse of the bubble economy in the late of 20 century and expectation for the next century doubt by changes of international politics dynamics for the next century and increasement of psycho-logical tention by the environmental destruc-tion etc, has been extended to break the sense of value down These frustration of the tra-ditional values and dissatisfaction on the pres-ent have reflected on the fashion pursuing some more sensational style to increase the ex-posure of the body. The circumstances of the late of 20 century pursuing sensation and making sex commer-cialized have accordance with the outweari-zation of underwear. there it is on the basis of Minimalist's dogmatism has been expressed the maximization of expoure in the pubric space to popularize bra pants(knickers) as outwear. The reaction on the attribute of hiding and shanding has brought 'See-Through fashion' with the transparent materials, The contemporary doubt recalling the mem-ory of the past has sublimated corset which was an instument of toture for women into Romanticism to introduce it to fashion with the development of a new material not to be a tool of any oppression and maltretment any longer. The popularization of outwear like underwear what's more has brought high quality of underwear. There it has called for the variety of materials such as knit demin and velvet etc, and has urged the famous designers to enlarge their working boundaries to underwear designs, Besides outwearization of underwear has been popular even in the Orient which has the con-servative opinions on exposure ; so changes of the thoughts can be seen among the establish-ment generation on exposure of the body. As the more high tech information publi-cized and the more technology and media digitalized the more expression being analog the pursue for the new in fashion with vision never been seen and even though it is imprac-tical the experimental designers have drived the freedom beyond the traditional roles of the previous century. Consequently outwearization of underwear may be viewd as a trial as an expression responded the contemporary background. This trend in my opinion will have been lasted for a while by being proliperlated among lasted for a while by being proliperlated among the pub-lic who has the century-end anxiety and doubt and expectation for the next century.

Prosodic Phrasing and Focus in Korea

  • Purpose: Some of the properties of the prosodic phrasing and some acoustic and phonological effects of contrastive focus on the tonal pattern of Seoul Korean is explored based on a brief experiment of analyzing the fundamental frequency(=FO) contour of the speech of the author. Data Base and Analysis Procedures: The examples were chosen to contain mostly nasal and liquid consonants, since it is difficult to track down the formants in stops and fricatives during their corresponding consonantal intervals and stops may yield an effect of unwanted increase in the FO value due to their burst into the following vowel. All examples were recorded three times and the spectrum of the most stable repetition was generated, from which the FO contour of each sentence was obtained, the peaks with a value higher than 250Hz being interpreted as a high tone (=H). The result is then discussed within the prosodic hierarchy framework of Selkirk (1986) and compared with the tonal pattern of the Northern Kyungsang dialect of Korean reported in Kenstowicz & Sohn (1996). Prosodic Phrasing: In N.K. Korean, H never appears both on the object and on the verb in a neutral sentence, which indicates the object and the verb form a single Phonological Phrase ($={\phi}$), given that there is only one pitch peak for each $={\phi}$. However, Seoul Korean shows that both the object and the verb have H of their own, indicating that they are not contained in one $={\phi}$. This violates the Optimality constraint of Wrap-XP (=Enclose a lexical head and its arguments in one $={\phi}$), while N.K. Korean obeys the constraint by grouping a VP in a single $={\phi}$. This asymmetry can be resolved through a constraint that favors the separate grouping of each lexical category and is ranked higher than Wrap-XP in Seoul Korean but vice versa in N.K. Korean; $Align-x^{lex}$ (=Align the left edge of a lexical category with that of a $={\phi}$). (1) nuna-ka manll-ll mEk-nIn-ta ('sister-NOM garlic-ACC eat-PRES-DECL') a. (LLH) (LLH) (HLL) ----Seoul Korean b. (LLH) (LLL LHL) ----N.K. Korean Focus and Phrasing: Two major effects of contrastive focus on phonological phrasing are found in Seoul Korean: (a) the peak of an Intonatioanl Phrase (=IP) falls on the focused element; and (b) focus has the effect of deleting all the following prosodic structures. A focused element always attracts the peak of IP, showing an increase of approximately 30Hz compared with the peak of a non-focused IP. When a subject is focused, no H appears either on the object or on the verb and a focused object is never followed by a verb with H. The post-focus deletion of prosodic boundaries is forced through the interaction of StressFocus (=If F is a focus and DF is its semantic domain, the highest prominence in DF will be within F) and Rightmost-IP (=The peak of an IP projects from the rightmost $={\phi}$). First Stress-F requires the peak of IP to fall on the focused element. Then to avoid violating Rightmost-IP, all the boundaries after the focused element should delete, minimizing the number of $={\phi}$'s intervening from the right edge of IP. (2) (omitted) Conclusion: In general, there seems to be no direct alignment constraints between the syntactically focused element and the edge of $={\phi}$ determined in phonology; all the alignment effects come from a single requirement that the peak of IP projects from the rightmost $={\phi}$ as proposed in Truckenbrodt (1995).

1980년대 민중미술론의 기원과 형성 (The Origin and Formation of Korean Public Art Theories in the 1980s)

  • The theories of Korean Public Art originated by the artists who were against dictatorship and they associated with democratic politicians. They criticized the Fine art that were supported by the dictatorship and gave their efforts for restoration of 'resistance paintings(against dictatorship)', 'proletarian painting', 'realism painting'. In addition, they participated new social ideology(democracy) movement and demonstrated for their rights in arts. These became the main kernel the public art theory was initiated. The public artists splitted into several different parts and participated in the democratic social movement as well as the art movement for freedom. They opened various art exhibitions within different genre, diverse space for various art section such as an exhibition hall, a factories, a university, or a congregation square. Furthermore, the public art theorists published their divergent views through newspaper/broadcasting or unauthorized printed materials. Most of the public artist and the theorists kept their relationship strongly until 1985, the time when 'National Arts Association' started. In 1983 and 1984, they were clearly separated into two parts; artists(move only in art museums) and activists(move in public spaces like school, convention square etc). Their ideological separation also took out national problems. The division; professional artists and armatures, became the social issue as a social stratification matter. And in creating method, there are also other conflicts; critical realism, and public realism as well as western painting and traditional one. These kinds of separation and conflicts made different Public artists associations, under divergent names; 'Reality and Speak'(R&S), 'KwangJu Art Association', 'Durung', 'Dang(Land)', and 'Local Youth Students Association'. In addition, their ideology and pursuit toward art movements were very difference. However, the differences and conflicts weakened When the oppression of democratic education from new dictatorship(Pres. Jun, Doo Hwan) came out. In August. 1985 the government opened to the public so called, 'The draft of School stabilization law'(Hankwon Anjung Bup) to control the teachers' rights and that initiated bigger street demonstration and conflicts between police and educators. In November.1985, assembly meeting of National Arts Association in democracy opened as 'ONE' combined organization. In this presentation, I'd like to summarize the stream of art movement until 1984, and clarify the main art theories that lead the Public Art Movements in 1980s. The main theories in 1980s are crucial because they become the origin of public art theories. This presentation started with O,youn's "Hyunsil Dong In the first declaration" and explained the absent of practice in 1970s. In addition, Won, Dong Suk 's theory was mentioned as all over struggles in theories before 1980s. GA and R&S 's founding declarations in 1970s were the start of public art theorists' activities and this article reported the activities after the declarations. First, realism base on the consciousness of reality. Second, practice art democratization based on the ideology. Third, the subject of public art movement based on understanding people's social stratification structure. Fourth, the matters of national forms and creative ways in arts based on showing reality. Fifth, the strong points in arts that the practitioners accepted. About the public art theories around 1984, I discussed the dividing point of public art theories that were shown in 'generation theory', 'organization theory', and 'popularization theory' by the practitioners. The public realism theory that subjects the contradiction of reality and point out the limits of critical realism not only showing the new creative ways but also giving the feeling of solidarity to the public art activist groups. After that, public art movements expressed 'Dismentlement of Capitalism' and 'Public revolution'. In addition, the direction of public art movements were established strongly. There were various opinions and views during the start and formation of the public art theories. The foundation of theorists activities derived from the practitioners who had the concept based on stratification and nationalism. The strong trend of group division spreaded out by practitioners who opened art work together in factories, universities, squares and rural areas. Now many lively active practitioners are gone to the other field not related with arts, and others join into professional art field not public art one with unknown reason. The theorists have the same situation with the practitioners. It means to me that theory always have to be based on the practice.

복식에 나타난 해체주의 양식연구 -건축과 복식의 비교- (A Study of Deconstruction in Clothing -Comparison of Clothing with Architecture-)

  • Deconstructionism is a philosophical stream in the latter half of 20'th century which goes against western metaphysics and tries to deconstruct the dualism e.g. eastern/west-ern man/woman. Its main concepts are 'indi-vidual' 'other' 'difference' 'restoration of the repressed' 'decentralization' 'Today it shows strong influences in literature art, and other social fields. This study investigated inner meanings and exterior forms represented in clothing on the base of Jacques Derrida's theory in order to re-search modes of deconstruction in is. And it compared clothing with architecture among other genres of art in order to discover similarities between through and modes of art in a certain period. For illuminating concept of deconstruction I referred to the literatures of preceding studies and for deconstruction's characteristics in both clothing and architec-ture I referred work's collection book $\ulcorner$collec-tions$\lrcorner$ and other related books dealing from 1960's to this point. As a rsult there are four modes of decons-truction in both clothing and architecture as follows; 1) Differenance which is a concept of the dif-ference in time and space as being trace. 2) In termeaning of meanings which is not present in reality but re-interpreted a new in the future. 3) Interxtuality in which a texte is not alone but with others 4) Dis.De phenomenon in which distortion and fragmentation forms occur as the result of the denial of perfection and reson. There are characteristics of modes of de-construction in clothing as follows; 1) Differance; R.Gigli, P. Rabanne. G.Bersace, V.Westwood are representatives of the cloth-ing which is combined with the past the pres-ent and the future or is re-viewed as the clothing of the past in the present point of view. J. Watanabe R. Dawakubo I miyake are representatives of the clothing which is out-date but re-viewed in the sense of recollec-tion and re-usage. 2) Intermeaning of meanings: R. kawakubo I, Miyake Y,Yamamoto are representatives of the clothing which is incomplete but re-interpreted in the future and appears to be new-fashioned according to ways of bnding wearing throwing on and tying J.C. Castel-bajac K.Hamnett S.Sprouse are representa-tives of the clothing which is made up of ab -stract forms scribbling or symbolic letters which appears to be different according to view-point of observers. 3) Intertextuality ;J.P.Gaultier K.Hamnett, Comme des Gar ons are representatives of intertextuality of gender which avoids the 여-ality of man/woman J.P Gaultier G,Versace J. galliano are representatives of the intertex-tuality of time place and occasion which mixes temporality extensity and purposiveness. J.P Gaultier G,Versace are representatives of the intertextuality of coordination which combines items different in image purpose and use. P.Rabanne A,Courr ges R,Gernreic I,Miyake are representatives of the intertextuality of mat-ter which uses heterogeneous matter different from cloth. 4) Dis.De-phenomenon: R, Kawakubo I.Mi-yake J.P.Gaultier are representatives of the de-composition which discloses distortion and exag-geration of form through destructing the estab-lished way of construction J.Galliano R.Kawa-kubo Devota Y Lomba arte representatives of the decentring which restores the repressed and the alienated on the one hane and shows front-centrality on the other. As a consequence deconstructionism enabled us to investigate similarities between through of deconstruction and modes of art interms of diffrance Intermeaning of meanings intertextuality and Dis De-phenomenon. And we found that deconstruction was a phase of development in that it as a all-comprising and multiple concept tries to pursue the new through deconstruction.

전을(錢乙)의 의학사상(醫學思想)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Qian Yi(錢乙)'s Medical Though)

  • Throughout this paper, I adjusted the study of 'Qian Yi'(錢乙)'s Medical Thought, and the following is the summary. 1. 'Qian Yi' wrote 'Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue'("小兒藥證直訣", edited by 誾季忠), and there were 'Shang Han Lun Zhi Wei'("傷寒論指微"), 'Ying Ru Lun', however those are loss of the record. 2. Qian Yi's 'Zhi Jue'("直訣") was influenced by 'Lu Xin Jing', yet if we compare the quality of 'Sheng Li, Byeng Li, Bang Jae'(生理, 病理, 方劑), 'Lu Xin Jing' cannot be the foundation of 'Zhi Jue'. He took over 'Nei Jing, Shang Han Lun, Jin Gui Yao Lue, Shen Long Ben Cao Jing, Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang'("內經", "傷寒論", "金?要略", "神膿本草經", "太平聖惠方") and put them together to the direct clinical experiences of pediatrics. 3. There is no reference regarding the difficulties of pediatric diagnosis and diseases in 'Huang Di Nei Jing'("黃帝內經") Before 'Bei Song'(北宋), regardless of the lack of data related to pediatric diseases, 'Qian Yi' established the pediatric system in 'Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue' for the first time. 4. In his diagnosis of the pediatric diseases, he 'Si Zhen He Can'(四診合參), also considered in the eye exam seriously. In addition, he closely combined 'Wu Zang Bian Zheng'(五臟辨證), and diagnosis the pediatric diseases. 5. 'Wu Zang Bian Zheng', what Qian established method was based on 'Zheng Ti Guan'(整體觀) in 'Huang Di Nei Jing'. It was based on clinical experiences and established the perspectives of 'Tian Ren Xiang Ying'(天人相應). First of all, he pinpointed 'Zhu Zheng'(主證) clearly. Secondly, he pinpointed the relationships to symptoms and then, he distinguished a generic character of 'Xu, Shi, Han, Re'(虛, 實, 寒, 熱). Finally, he made an induction from genealogical pediatric physiology. 6. 'Qian Yi' took a serious view of 'Ban Zhen'(斑疹), the inadequate field in those days. At that time, he criticized on the habituation of the misuse of medication. He treated separately which 'Ji Jing'(急驚) as 'Liang Xie'(凉瀉) and 'Man Jing'(慢驚) as 'Wen Bu'(溫補). He proposed 'Cong Gan Zhu Feng, Xin Zhu Jing'(從肝主風, 心主驚) theory and formulated 'Jing Feng'(驚風) theory as well. 7. As an opponent of a tendency to misusage of medicine, 'Qian Yi' made out a prescription with pliant medicine. He emphasized on the treatment to 'Gong Bu Shang Zheng, Bu Bu Zhi Xie, Xiao Bu Jian Shi'(攻不傷正, 補不滯邪, 消補兼施) because he had so lucid demonstration to 'Xu Shi Han Re'(虛實寒熱) of the five viscera in the field of 'Bang Yak'(方藥). 8. There were no pediatrics schools at that time, however, the pediatrics was being made up gradually by 'Jin Yuan Si Da Jia'(金元四大家) who was influenced by 'Qian Yi'. He raised an objection to medical treatment using pliant medicine. 'Qian Yi' applied 'Qu Xia'(驅下) treatment using 'Han Liang'(寒凉) medicine. 'Han Liang Pai'(寒凉派) is greatly influenced by Qian. 'Chen Wen Zhong'(陳文中) had a great impact on 'Han Liang Pai' who used a 'Zao Shu Wen Bu'(燥熟溫補) medicine for treatment. Since 'Song Jin'(宋金), he had a tremendous influence on pediatrics treating patients in both 'Han Wen'(寒溫) ways. 9. 'Qian Yi' had an influence on his medical thoughts on future generations, especially to 'Wan Quan'(萬全) of 'Ming Dai', 'Wu Tang'(吳塘) of 'Qing Dai'(淸代) and 'Yun Shu Jie'(?樹珏) of 'Min Guo'(民國). 'Wan Quan' is an advocate of 'You Yu, Bu Zu Zhi Shuo'(有餘, 不足之說)of 'Xiao Er Wu Zang'(小兒五臟) that he revealed Qian's 'Wu Zang Bian Zheng'(五臟辨證). 'Wu Tang' disclosed Qian's 'Xiao Er Ti Zhi Shuo'(小兒體質說) and 'Xiao Er Ke'(小兒科)'s 'Yong Yao Lun'(用藥論), therefore, he uncovered pediatric physiological characteristics through the advocate of Qian's 'Zang Fu Rou Ruo, Ji Gu Nen Qie, Yi Xu Yi Shi, Yi Han Yi Re' (臟腑柔弱, 肌骨嫩怯, 易虛易實, 易寒易熱). 'Yun Shu Jie' developed intrinsic relationships among time, symptom and 'Tian Ren Xiang Ying Guan'(天人相應觀), What 'Qian Yi' stated about them. And also, he developed Qian's 'Di Huang Wan'(地黃丸), 'Xie Qing Wan'(瀉靑丸), 'Yi Huang San'(益黃散) clinical usages as well. 10. Regarding Qian's 'Wu Zang Xu Shi'(五臟虛實), it has an influence on 'Zhang Yuan Su'(張元素)'s 'Zang Fu Bing Ji Bian Zheng'(臟腑病機辨證). 'Di Huang Wan', 'Xie Qing Wan', 'Xie Xin Tang'(瀉心湯), 'Yi Huang San', 'Xie Huang San'(瀉黃散) are the standard prescription of 'Wu Zang Bu Xie'(五臟補瀉). It is under the influence of Qian's treatment. Besides, 'Qian Yi' took a serious view of 'Xiao Er'(小兒)'s 'Pi Wei'(脾胃). 'Qian Yi' had an impact on 'Li Dong Yuan'(李東垣) one of the member of 'Bu Tu Pai'(補土派). 'Di Huang Wan', which placed great importance on 'Bu Yi Shen Yin'(補益腎陰), had a great impact on 'Da Bu Yin Wan'(大補陰丸) and 'Jin Yuan Si Da Jia' as well. 11. In a theory of Qian's 'Wu Zang Bian Zheng', though it had been stated clearly in 'Wu Zang Bian Zheng', but he neglected in 'Liu Fu Bian Zheng'(六腑辨證). In prescription field, The problem with the medicine is that it is either toxic or mineral, therefore, we are not able to use those medicine in a clinical testing at the present time.

$^{99m}Tc$-HMPAO SPECT를 이용한 알쯔하이머병의 진단에서 허혈성 뇌병변이 미치는 영향 (Influence of Ischemic Lesions on $^{99m}Tc$-HMPAO SPECT Findings in the Diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease)

  • 본 연구에서는 $^{99m}Tc$-HMPAO SPECT를 이용한 AD의 진단에서 허혈성 뇌병변의 유무와 대조군의 선정방법이 진단성적에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 지역주민을 대상으로 진단된 PAD군 11례와 연령을 맞춘 대조군 12례에서 SPECT를 시행하여 국소 혈류비를 분석하였다. MRI 소견을 조사한 결과 PAD군의 27%(3/11)와 대조군의 25%(3/12)에 유의한 뇌허혈 또는 경색 병변이 관찰되었다. 뇌병변의 유무와 관계없이 두군을 비교한 결과 측두엽이나 두정엽에 평균혈류비의 유의한 차이가 없었으며 두군을 신뢰성있게 감별할 만한 특징적인 혈류양상을 발견하지 못하였다. 그러나 뇌허혈병변이 있는 자를 대조군에서 제외시켰을 때 두군의 측두엽 및 두정엽 혈류비의 차이가 증가하였다. 또 별도로 설정한 건강한 대조군과 비교한 결과 같은 부위의 혈류비에 현저한 차이가 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과로 뇌혈류 SPECT에 의한 AD의 진단성적은 연구대상의 선정에 의해 영향을 받으며 특히 허혈성 뇌병변의 유무는 연구결과에 많은 영향을 미친다고 생각되었다. 향후 허혈성 뇌병변에 의한 영향을 해결하기 위해 SPECT 영상을 방사선학적 검사와 함께 평가하는 방법에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 사료되었다.

한국 여성 노인에서 α -Adducin, Angiotensinogen, ACE 유전자다형성 및 나트륨 섭취수준에 따른 혈압의 비교 (Blood Pressure in Relation to α-Adducin, Angiotensinogen, ACE Gene Polymorphisms and Sodium Intake in Korean Female Elderly Subjects)

  • 본 연구에서는 60대 이상 한국 여성 노인을 대상으로 하여 체내 나트륨 대사에 밀접하게 관여하는 ADD1 Gly460Trp, AGT Met235Thr, ACE Ins/Del 유전자형의 분포를 살피고 각각의 유전자 다형성 혹은 유전자형의 조합과 수축기 및 이완기 혈압과의 관계, 그리고 식이 나트륨 섭취 수준이 유전자-혈압과의 관계에 미치는 영향에 대해 파악하고자 수행 되었으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 본 연구에서 분석된 유전자형들의 분포는 1) ADD1 유전자-Gly/Gly:Gly/Trp:Trp/Trp=16.5:49.5:34.0, 2) AGT 유전자-Met/Met:Met/Thr:Thr/Thr=4.6:31.2:64.2, 3) ACE 유전자-Ins/Ins:Ins/Del:Del/Del=34:49.5:16.5이었다. AAD1 Gly460Trp, AGT Met235Thr, ACE Ins/Del 각각의 유전자형은 본 연구대상자들의 수축기 및 이완기 혈압을 유의하게 변화시키지 않았으나, ACE Del/Del형과 ADD1 Trp/Trp형을 동시에 보유하고 있는 경우 다른 유전자형을 가진 대상자들에 비해 수축기 혈압이 유의적으로 높았으며(p=0.01), ACE Del/Del형과 AGT Met allele을 동시 에 보유하고 있는 경우 다른 그룹들에 비해 높은 이완기 혈압을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001).식이 나트륨 섭취량의 상대적인 수준에 따라 전체 대상자를 두 그룹으로 나누었을 때, 나트륨 섭취량이 낮은 그룹에서만 ADD1 Gly460Trp유전자형에 따른 평균 수축기 혈압의 차이가 관찰되었고(p=0.03), 나트륨 섭취량이 높은 그룹에서는 ADD1유전자형별 평균 수축기 및 이완기 혈압에 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 이상의 결과는 한국 여성 노인에 있어 혈압의 증가에 ADD1, AGT 및 ACE유전자 다형성이 복합적으로 관여함을 제시한다. 또한, 이들 유전자 다형성에 대한 혈압의 표현형이 식이 나트륨 섭취 수준에 따라 변화함을 규명하였다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 앞으로 유전자-질병간의 연관성을 밝히기 위한 연구들에서 단일 유전자보다는 다양한 유전자들에 대한 분석이 복합적으로 이루어져야 하며, 식이 요인 등 주요 환경 요인에 대한 분석이 반드시 함께 수행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.
