본 논문에서는 정부지원 소규모 유통점포인 나들가게를 대상으로 POS(point of sale) 등의 정보시스템 도입 및 활용현황을 살펴보고, 이에 따른 PDS(POS data service) 구축에 따른 기능 요구사항 및 경영성과에 대해 논의한다. 소매 점포의 POS와 연계되어 있는 공동정보시스템은 점포의 유통정보와 외부 연계정보를 수집하여 관리하고 분석정보를 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 나들가게의 POS 활용 현황을 실태조사 결과를 활용하여 분석한다. 또한, PDS의 기능 요구 사항을 살펴보고 소규모 유통점포에서 정보시스템의 활용 방안을 고찰한다. 결론적으로, 소규모 유통점포에 POS 도입이 직접적으로 성과로 나타나지는 않지만, POS의 원활한 활용과 점포 운영에 필요한 분석정보를 PDS 분석서비스를 통해 적극적으로 활용하는 경우에 고객에게 제공되는 서비스의 품질과 만족도 향상으로 나타나 경영성과에 미치는 영향이 어느 정도 관계가 있다고 할 수 있다.

In this paper, we introduced a POS(Point of Sale) system for a wallpaper company. We designed the database schema for the POS system, and proposed various application areas of the POS system. Especially, we discussed such application areas as inventory control, marketing, product development, and distribution channel. The quality of product management is enhanced by precise ABC inventory control and safety stock control. Marketing strategies can be more precisely established, and their effects can be measured. The development time can be shortened and new products can be developed based on the real market demands. Distributors can improve their management quality using precise sales data.

Recently, retail store automation appliance market is changed with traditional POS systems techniques and RFID, radio POS system, and self checkout system, etc. in the foreign advanced distribution industry. Retailers and consumers require convenient POS system which can provide more functions and fast service. These requests bring to rapid evolution of various H/W and S/W corresponding with POS system. In this study with the POS systems and the RFID technology we develop core technology of movable u-POS system based on RFID that can use in large store. So we propose u-Cart system that can alternate the current shopping cart and POS terminal and that provide value added services to customer. As the result we present the configuration of u-Cart terminal device(WMDT : Wireless Mobile Data Terminal) including RFID reader module that can provide various information to consumer and some convenient client applications that are running in WMDT and u-POS administration service module.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment and career commitment of nurses. Method: The subjects of this study were 336 nurses who were working in the 6 hospitals. The data were collected by structured questionnaire from Oct. 9 to Nov. 7 of 2006. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The mean score of POS was 2.87, organizational commitment was 3.30 and career commitment was 3.08. The POS was positively correlated with organizational commitment and career commitment. The POS and marital status explained 21.3% of the variance for affective commitment, 12.1% of the variance of continuous commitment. The POS and career explained 14.8% of the variance for career commitment. Conclusion: The findings showed that POS was important factor for enhancing organizational commitment and career commitment of clinical nurses. Therefore, the nurse manager must establish the strategies to improve the POS of the nurses in order to promote the organizational commitment and career commitment.

The punose of this paper is to introduce the comprehensive CAM system (called PosCAM) supporting various function requested from shop floor operators. PosCAM is comported of two subsystems (PosCAM I and PosCAM II) which are designed to make up for the contemporary CAD/CAM systems. PosCAM I is mainly for : a) verifying the part programs written in both custom macros and standard G-codes, b) enhancing machining productivity and quality with built-in cutting conditions and feedrate optimization algorithm. PosCAM II is for : a) efficiently managing the numerous part programs and tool data stored in CNC memory, and b) integratively controlling and monitoring various CNCs from the control center through RS-422 with DNC 2 protocol. The developed systems have been tested via various experiments, and can be Applied for the industrial CNC machine shop as a means for enhancing productivity. The PosCAM system has been implemented and successfully used in the Machine Shop Department of PosCAM since march 1998.

현재 전자상거래를 통한 상품추천 서비스가 많이 연구 되고 서비스되어지고 있다. 정보기술의 발달로 소규모 상점에서도 POS가 많이 보급되어 있지만 전자상거래에 비해 상품추천 서비스가 많이 이뤄지고 있지 않는 실정이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 데이터마이닝 알고리즘을 POS 판매데이터에 접목하여 연관분석을 이용한 상품추천서비스 시스템을 구현하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 기존에 없는 서비스인 소멸규칙 및 새로운규칙, 상승 및 하향규칙을 제안하였다. 상품판매데이터를 이용하여 연관 분석한 결과는 고객에게 적용하여 상품추천서비스를 가능하게 하고 이와 더불어 소멸규칙 및 새로운규칙, 상승 및 하향규칙을 파악하여 경영자에게 경영 의사결정 정보로 제공해 주어 고객의 요구 변화에 신속한 대응이 가능하도록 하였다.

Purpose: This descriptive study was done to identify effects of perceived organizational support (POS) on job involvement and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in hospital nurses. Methods: Data were collected from Oct. 1 to Nov. 15, 2011. Participants in this study were 324 nurses working in 6 general hospitals in S, K, and C cities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: POS was positively correlated with job involvement, and OCB (altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, sportsmanship and civic virtue). Factors influencing job involvement were POS and marital status, which accounted for 15.7% of the variance, marital status influenced altruism, which accounted for 4% of the variance, POS influenced conscientiousness, which accounted for 10% of the variance, religion and marital status influenced courtesy, which accounted for 6.5% of the variance, age influenced sportsmanship, which accounted for 7.9% of the variance, and POS and clinical career influenced civic virtue, which accounted for 23.1% of the variance. Job involvement mediated on the relation between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that hospital administrators should explore ways of improve POS for better job involvement, conscientiousness, and civic virtue.

본 논문에서는 형태소 분석기를 사용하지 않는 음절 단위의 한국어 품사 태깅 방법론을 제안한다. 기존 연구에서 한국어 품사 태거는 형태소 분석기가 생성한 결과 중에서 문맥에 가장 잘 맞는 형태소/품사 열을 결정하는 데 반하여, 본 논문에서 제안한 방법론에서는 품사열을 결정할 뿐만 아니라 형태소도 생성한다. 398,632 어절의 학습 데이터로 학습을 하고 33,467 어절의 평가 데이터로 성능 평가를 한 결과 어절 단위의 정확도가 96.31%인 것으로 나타났다.

최근 요식업계의 성장과 기업화 과정을 통하여 POS 시스템 사용이 일반화되었으며 관련 데이터 생산량이 급증하고 있다. 이러한 경향에 따라 종래와 다른 영업정보의 분석 생산을 위한 빅 데이터 기반의 요식업계 POS 데이터 분석시스템으로, 지역별 업계 영업현황 분석정보를 제공함으로써, 요식업계는 물론 정책 생성에 유용한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 설계 구현하여 제안한다.

The development of POS (Point of Sales) systems for small retailers according to their needs is considered to be important to improve their competitive advantages. However, their financial statuses hinder the adoption of the tailored POS systems. Viewing ASP as a viable solution to provide tailored POS systems for the small retailers, this study develops ASP POS service models for the small retailers. First, this study elicits ASP POS requirements of the small retailers in the following areas: merchandising, pricing, store design and display, customer service, advertising and promotion and personal selling. Then, the requirements are clustered and the clusters are analyzed based on the characteristics of the retailers. Then, ASP service models are proposed according to the needs and profiles of the retailers.
