The purpose of this study is to suggest the rational plans of Construction Policies under Product Liability Law. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1) Analytical survey of actual Influence under Product Liability Law in Construction Industry. 2) Review of Business Strategies of Constructor and Building Material Supplier. Although real estate including apartment is excepted from the application of product liability law, constructor are not perfectly free to the product liability law. And the expectancies of this paper are that it can be used as efficient data for improvement of system to systematize contents of Product Liability Law in korea.

Product liability as a process has developed significantly in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. The safety of the product becomes one of the most important elements in modern corporate management. The rapid introduction of product liability has recently been a prevalent phenomenon, as global changes arising from rapid development in science and the economy have resulted in a highly interconnected world economy. This thesis was established, based on current literature and business consulting cases in the position of companies, and is one of the operating subjects in a system for legal responsibility in manufactured products.

Many countries are enforcing the Product Liability Act to ask the responsibility for the supply of the safe products. Thus, the safety of the product becomes one of the most important elements in modern corporate management. Diamond tool industries producing risk-high products cannot make an except to this situation. This research presents how Diamond tool manufactures in korea to respond effectively to Product Liability through construction of Product Safety Management System.

Product Liability is concerned with liability of a product itself. But, viewing from the management standpoint, Product Liability may have more significant influence on additional sales of the product after it has been supplied into the market. With regard to this, this study tried to make the following: First, this study examined the concept of 'Product Liability and enterprises' management attitude toward Product Liability. Secondly, through the case-analyses of Product Liability, a correlation study had been attempted to know the influence of corporate cultures and product safety activities on business management. Thirdly, this study tried to find the directions of Product Liability at the level of total management strategy.

The modern society is changed into mass production, complicated circulation society and mass consuming society because of the development of the fast science technology since the occurrence of the industrial revolution. So, To solve the danger like the above, The Product Reliability Law be made. The both The enterprise and consumer need The Product Reliability Law to protect one's own interest. The consumer is claiming to use the product of safety of the resonable price and good quality in modern society, So, 1 studied on countermeasures of domestic enterprise to increase the competitive power of the enterprise according to Product Reliability Law

Beginning from July. 2000, the product liability of Korea is designed for reduction of customer loss by defective products. Therefore, most of company are supposed to be ready for taking care of safety and quality of products. ISO9001：2000 quality management system reform to emphasize continual improvement of the process with customer satisfaction. First of all, this paper start with introduction motive of the product liability and examine distinctive mark of the ISO9001：2000 quality management system. We consider the correlation between ISO9001：2000 quality management system and product liability and would like to propose product liability prevention by ISO9001：2000 quality management system with classification a defect style of product, the management guide and the law case.

As the global uncertainty of manufacturing has increased and the quality problem has become global, the recall has become a fatal risk that determines the durability of the company. In addition, as the convergence of PSS (product-service system) product becomes common due to the development of IT convergence technology, if the function of any part of hardware or software does not operate normally, there will be a problem in the entire function of PSS product. In order to manage the quality of such PSS products in a stable manner, a new approaches is needed to analyze and manage the hardware and software parts at the same time. However, the Fishbone diagram, FTA, and FMEA, which are widely used to interpret the current quality problem, are not suitable for analyzing the quality problem by considering the hardware and software at the same time. In this paper, a quality risk assessment model combining FTA and FMEA based on defect rate to be assessed daily on site to manage quality and fishbone diagram used in group activity to solve defective problem. The proposed FTA-FMEA based risk assessment model considers the system structure characteristics of the defect factors in terms of the relationship between hardware and software, and further recognizes and manages them as risk. In order to evaluate the proposed model, we applied the functions of ITS (intelligent transportation system). It is expected that the proposed model will be more effective in assessing quality risks of PSS products because it evaluates the structural characteristics of products and causes of defects considering hardware and software together.

세계경제의 블록화가 진행됨에 따라 기업의 글로벌화가 증가하게 되고 이로 인한 기업의 해외시장으로의 진출은 가속화되고 있다. 또한 국제 분업화가 촉진되어 글로벌 물류서비스에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 물류시장이 해마다 성장하고 있다. 특히 기존의 화주기업들은 자사내 물류관리를 물류전문기업인 3PL 업체에 아웃소싱하여 물류관리 효율성 증대, 국제 경쟁력 강화를 도모하고 있다. 실제로 포춘(Fortune)지 선정 500대 기업의 70% 정도가 물류 분야를 아웃소싱하고 있으며, 이러한 추세는 향후에 더욱 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 물류 환경변화에 대응하기 위해 글로벌 물류기업들은 물류기업간 M&A, 전략적 제휴 등을 통해 글로벌 물류네트워크를 구축하여 제조업체들의 다양한 물류서비스 요구에 대응하고 있다. 그러나 국내 물류기업은 글로벌 물류기업과 비교해 볼 때 규모, 서비스 범위, 네트워크 등 전반적으로 크게 뒤져있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 글로벌 물류기업 가운데 대상기업을 선정하여 물류기업의 현황 및 성장전략을 분석하였다. 또한 국내 물류기업의 효과적인 해외시장 진출을 위해 Imitation Strategy를 이용한 해외시장 진출 전략을 수립하였다. 그 결과로는 첫째, 우리나라가 강점을 보유한 정기선사, 정기 항공사 등의 부문에서 발전 모델을 모방하여 확대 적용하여야 한다. 둘째, 모방기업은 DHL과 Agility이며, 모방대상은 글로벌물류기업 가운데 세계화, 전문화, 독점화, 공공화, 동반화, 현지화에 강점을 지닌 기업의 사례분석을 통해 이 부문의 경쟁력을 강화시켜야 한다. 셋째, 모방시점에 있어서 국내 물류기업은 기존시장에 있어서는 후발주자 전략으로, 신흥시장은 개척자 전략으로 대응해 나가야 한다. 넷째, 국내 물류기업은 기존 물류서비스와 충돌하지 않도록 물류서비스 영역을 확보해 나가야 하고 글로벌 물류기업의 틈새시장을 잘 활용해야 한다.

최근의 테러의 양상은 수단, 대상, 지역 등에 있어 다양한 특징이 있다. 특히 2001년 발생한 미국 911 테러로 인해 각국의 테러에 대한 패러다임이 바뀌었으며, 한국도 이에 동참하여 2016년부터 테러방지법을 제정·시행하고 있다. 이를 기반으로 화생방테러가 일반테러에 포함되어 경찰청에서 컨트롤타워 역할을 수행하며 환경부 등 관련 유관기관에서 지원하는 체계가 구축·운용 중이다. 하지만 경찰 내 화생방테러에 대비한 조직체계, 인력구성, 운용 중인 장비·물자 등에서 제한사항이 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 화생방테러 역량을 강화할 수 있는 개선방안으로 경찰청 내 화생방테러 전담조직 및 연구조직의 신설, 화생방테러 특성에 맞는 전자식 장비의 확충등을 제안하였다. 화생방테러 대응의 한계를 극복하기 위해 제시된 개선방향을 통해 경찰의 현장대응역량이 강화될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

국내 건설업에서 공동주택 입주물량은 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 가운데, 입주자들의 높은 수요에 부응하기 위해서 시설물 관련 기술 고도화, 평면모델 개선 및 발전 등 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 공동주택 시공과정에서 자재, 인력, 장비, 날씨 등 예측이 어려운 사항에 따라 다양한 하자가 발생할 수 있다. 이와 같은 하자는 준공 후 입주자 사전점검에서 발견되어 입주자들의 입주거부 또는 하자소송까지 이어지는 문제점이 발생한다. 따라서 본 연구는 입주자의 하자관련 민원발생 요소를 줄이고, 건설업체의 하자보수비용을 최소화하기 위해 공동주택에서 발생하는 하자의 유형별 중요도를 분석하는 연구이다. 하자의 유형별 중요도를 분석하기 위해 기존연구현황을 고찰하여 연구의 필요성을 도출하고, 국내 주요건설사 중 A건설사의 2010년 이후 입주한 공동주택 7개단지 5,280세대를 대상으로 '입주자 사전점검 결과'에 대한 하자유형별 빈도 분석과 하자보수 단가 조사를 통해 하자보수비용을 산출하여 하자유형별 중요도를 분석하였다. 하자유형별 중요도 분석한 결과, 타일·마루·도배·PL창호·일반가구·주방가구 등 상위 6개 공종이 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타나, 해당 상위 6개 공종은 최우선적으로 하자보수관리를 해야 하는 것으로 분석된다. 본 연구의 결과는 하자보수 지연에 대한 입주거부 및 하자소송과 같은 문제점을 초기 대응할 수 있는 계획수립에 도움될 것이다.
