The purpose of this study was to investigate major satisfaction, communication skills, image of nurses and nursing professionalism, and to identify the influencing factors on nursing professionalism of nursing students. Data were collected using questionnaires from 214 students who were 3rd years in the nursing university in Gwangju, June 2019. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS 21.0 program. The mean scores for the major satisfaction(3.71±0.53), communication skills(3.50±0.38), image of nurses(3.80±0.52), nursing professionalism(3.70±0.56) were above average. It was found that there were significant differences in the nursing professionalism depending on age, motivation for nursing clinical practice. Significant relationships were found among major satisfaction(r=.531, p=.000), communication skills(r=.531, p=.000), image of nurses(r=.836, p=.000) and nursing professionalism in nursing students. The results of stepwise multiple regression indicates that image of nurses(β=.705, p=.000) and communication skill(β=.136, p=.001) and major satisfaction(β=.133, p=.002) and predicts 72.8% in clinical practice competency(F=191.248, p<.001). In conclusion, to enhance nursing professionalism for nursing students, it is necessary to develop and utilize a program that enhances image of nurses, communication skills and major satisfaction.

Recently P2P is the most popular network service on Internet and is applied various areas such as streaming, file sharing and software distribution, but there are many security threats depending on vulnerabilities by P2P network environments. Conceptually P2P network is a overlay network based on Internet, and it has security concerns of itself as well as those of Internet environments. In this paper, we analyze the vulnerabilities and threats for domestic P2P services through various experiments and describe their risk analysis. We expect that this work contributes to new domestic P2P services in consideration of service qualities and security vulnerabilities.

This paper describes the design and implementation of video conference system using hybrid type P2P(Peer to Peer). The proposed video conference system has hybrid type P2P architecture based on a client-server and P2P(Peer to Peer), where client-server is used for exchange of account management, client list and status information and P2P is used for the real time video conference. The proposed video conference system decreases the traffic of server, and cuts down the load of a network. Because the multimedia data is decentralized to client by P2P. Also, this system is tested by the multi-party video conference system using communication protocol and application software through high speed networks.

In this work, a new land-specific resistance measuring device (GM) and a measuring probe (Grounding Rod) are connected to the WENNER quadrant as power-line communication (PLC). In groups of two (P1,P2) probes, five to ten probes are installed in series on the ground at intervals of 1m, 2m, 4m, 8m, and 16m, respectively. If the PLC signal from the GMD is detected by the receiver of the Probe 1 (P1) for measurement, the minute voltage and current for measurement flow from the PSD (power supply) attached to the probe to the ground, and then, through the soil between P1 and P2, enters the Probe 1 (P2). The resistance value is then measured by the principle of voltage drop due to ground resistance. Measure the earth resistance every T seconds up to 1 trillion and store the measured data on the Arduino Server mounted on the main equipment. Stored measurement data can be derived from formulas by Ohm's Law and from inherent resistance (here,). Data obtained in real time will be linked to CDGES programs installed on Main PC, enabling data analysis and real-time monitoring of the ground environment on land. In addition, a three-dimensional display is possible with 3D graph support by identifying seasonal characteristics such as temperature and humidity of land (soils). The limitations of the study will require specific application measures of Test Bed for commercial access to a model that has been developed and operated experimentally.

국내 에너지 생산량의 고갈과 더불어 태양열, 풍력 등이 지속적 가능한 신재생 대체 에너지로 떠오르는 것과 더불어 가정에서 직접 전력을 생산하는 전력생산시스템이 주목을 받고 있다. 이를 위한 정부의 정책으로 태양광 패널을 이용하여 전력을 생산하고 이를 이웃 간의 전력 거래를 할 수 있는 실증사업을 실시하였다. 본 논문에서는 이 실증 사업에서 보안성과 안정성을 높이고 빠른 거래가 가능한 블록체인 기반 P2P 전자거래 시스템을 설계하고, 이를 통해 신재생 에너지 거래 시스템 개발 기술의 기술 사업화 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 경제적 리스크를 최소화할 수 있는 기틀을 마련한다.

Purpose : This study aimed to identify the factors influencing job satisfaction in intensive care unit (ICU) nurses. Method : Using a cross-sectional design, data collected from 145 ICU nurses working at two university hospitals with more than 1,200 beds located in B and Y city were analyzed. The instruments used for this study assessed autonomy, communication satisfaction, resilience, and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results : Job satisfaction was significantly correlated with communication satisfaction (r=.60, p < .001) and resilience (r=.34, p < .001). Further, job satisfaction was influenced by communication satisfaction (${\beta}=.48$, p < .001), working at a surgery ICU (${\beta}=.21$, p =.008), and dissatisfaction with nursing (${\beta}=-.24$, p =.005). The explanatory power of this model was 44.7%. Conclusion : These results suggest the need for programs to improve communication satisfaction and nursing satisfaction.

Mobile P2P Service can compose free network from one client to another without central server function. Diversified Information & Data are able to be transmitted among peer to peer based upon extended mobile concept. In this paper Mobile P2P Service is applied to the program which gathering, sharing, analysis agricultural information and the natural disasters Information We desire to authenticate request about service to user who is administered between each user to limit connection. Wish to admit authentication mechanism to mechanism that can do information sharing suety in P2P environment to solve this in this treatise and design authentication mechanism.

This paper provides the performance measurement and analysis of Wireless LAN IEEE 802.11 in a mobile environment. The performances of IEEE802.11b/g and IEEE802.11p designed for Vehicle-to-Vehicle(V2V) communication are measured and analyzed. Diameter of communication and link access time are compared under variation of speed of the vehicle.
