The montane forests of Ulreung Island, Korea, were investigated by the ZM school method. By comparing the montane forests of this island with those of Korean Peninsula and of Japan, a new order, F a g e t a l i a m u l t i n e r v i s, a new alliance, F a l g i o n m u l t i n e r v i s, a new association, H e p a t i c o-F a g e t u m m u l t i n e r v i s and Rhododendron brachycarpum-Pinus parviflora community were recognized. The H e p a t i c o - F a g e t u m m u l t i n e r v i s was further subdivided into four subassociations; Subass. of Sasa kurilensis, Subass. of Rumohra standishii, Subass. of Rhododendron brachycarpum and Subass. of typicum. Each community was described in terms of floristic, structural and environmental features.

Let D$^{p}$ be the space of distributions of $L^{p}$-growth and S the space of tempered destributions in $R^{n}$: D$^{p}$, 1.leq.P.leq..inf., is the dual of the space $D^{p}$ which we discribe later. We denote by O$_{c}$(S:S') the space of convolution operators in S. In [8] S. Sznajder and Z. Zielezny proved the following necessary conditions for convolution operators in O$_{c}$(S:S) to be solvable in S.

This study was attempted to help in explore new direction about classification of the severity of the pediatric patients admitted at NICU. Data were collected from 230 patients who admitted at Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of 3 University hospitals and 1 General hospital during 7 months period from september 1, 2000 to April 30, 2001. The results were as follows: 1. The degree of severity of the pediatric patients admitted at NICU shown ranged 1-102 and averaged 17.7. 2. With the respect to the severity of the pediatric patients admitted at NICU, there were statistically significant relation in passing day(s) to admission(r=-.153, p=.020), hospital day(s)(r-.501, p=.000), gestational age(r=-.354, p=.000), birth weight(r=-.280, p=.000), Apgar score at 1 min and at 5 min(4=-.340, p=.000; r=-.322, p=.000), present body weight(r=-.151, p=.023). 3. The severity of the pediatric patients according to general characteristics, there were significant difference in admitting day of the patients(t=2.339, p=.020), Apgar score at 1min and 5min(F=7.893, p=.000; t=3.568, p=.001).

본 연구는 간호대학생의 환자안전관리 수행자신감에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 실시되었다. 분석결과 환자안전관리 지식 7.0점, 환자안전관리 태도 3.86점, 임상의사결정능력 3.47점, 환자안전관리 수행자신감 4.15점이었다. 환자안전관리 수행자신감은 환자안전관리 지식(r=.216, p<.01)과 환자안전관리 태도(r=.375, p<.01), 임상의사결정능력(r=.467, p<.01)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 환자안전관리 수행자신감에 미치는 영향요인은 임상의사결정능력(β=.409, p<.001)과 환자안전관리 태도(β =.198, p=.011) 이었고 설명력은 26.3%이었다.

본 연구는 입원환자의 간호요구도와 간호만족도의 차이를 줄이고 간호만족도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 의사소통 유형을 파악하며, 간호요구도와 간호만족도의 관계에서 의사소통에 대한 매개효과를 확인하여 간호서비스 향상을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 시행되었다. 본 연구는 IRB 승인 후 대학병원 입원환자 180명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 자료가 수집되었다. 자료수집 기간은 대상으로 2017년 4월부터 6월까지 이었고, SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 통해 자료분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 대상자가 인지하는 간호사 의사소통 유형은 $3.88{\pm}0.52$점이었고, 대상자가 인지하는 간호요구도 $3.93{\pm}0.55$점으로 간호만족도 $3.74{\pm}0.58$점에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 대상자의 간호요구도는 입원병실에 따라 간호사 의사소통과 간호만족도의 유의한 차이를 나타내었고, 간호사 의사소통와 간호요구도(r=.286, p<.001), 간호사 의사소통과 간호만족도(r=.524, p<.001), 간호요구도와 간호만족도(r=.488, p<.001)에서 유의한 정적인 관계를 나타내었다. 입원환자가 인지하는 간호요구도와 간호만족도의 관계에서 간호사 의사소통은 부분매개효과가 있었다(Sobel test Z=2.450, p=.014). 이상의 결과를 토대로 간호사를 위한 지속적인 의사소통 강화교육 프로그램개발과 입원병실의 사생활보호를 강화하고 환자와 간호사가 의사소통을 충분히 할 수 있도록 간호인력을 충분히 확보하려는 노력이 필요하다.

Our aim is to establish certain image formulas of the (p, 𝜈)-extended Gauss' hypergeometric function F_p,𝜈(a, b; c; z) by using Saigo's hypergeometric fractional calculus (integral and differential) operators. Corresponding assertions for the classical Riemann-Liouville(R-L) and Erdélyi-Kober(E-K) fractional integral and differential operators are deduced. All the results are represented in terms of the Hadamard product of the (p, 𝜈)-extended Gauss's hypergeometric function F_p,𝜈(a, b; c; z) and Fox-Wright function _rΨ_s(z). We also established Jacobi and its particular assertions for the Gegenbauer and Legendre transforms of the (p, 𝜈)-extended Gauss' hypergeometric function F_p,𝜈(a, b; c; z).

In this study, we evaluated the mechanism of long non-coding RNA MIR22 host gene (LncRNA MIR22HG) in osteosarcoma cells. Forty-eight paired osteosarcoma and adjacent tissues samples were collected and the bioinformatic analyses were performed. Target genes and potential binding sites of MIR22HG, microRNA (miR)-629-5p and tet methylcytosine dioxygenase 3 (TET3) were predicted by Starbase and TargetScan V7.2 and confirmed by dual-luciferase reporter assay. Cell Counting Kit-8, colony formation and flow cytometry assays were utilized to determine the viability, proliferation and apoptosis of transfected osteosarcoma cells. Pearson's analysis was introduced for the correlation analysis between MIR22HG and miR-629-5p in osteosarcoma tissue. Relative expressions of MIR22HG, miR-629-5p and TET3 were measured by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction or Western blot. MiR-629-5p could competitively bind with and was negatively correlated with MIR22HG, the latter of which was evidenced by the high expression of miR-629-5p and low expression of MIR22HG in osteosarcoma tissues. Overexpressed MIR22HG repressed the viability and proliferation but enhanced apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells, which was reversed by miR-629-5p upregulation. TET3 was the target gene of miR-629-5p, and the promotive effects of upregulated miR-629-5p on the viability and proliferation as well as its repressive effect on apoptosis were abrogated via overexpressed TET3. To sum up, overexpressed MIR22HG inhibits the viability and proliferation of osteosarcoma cells, which was achieved via regulation of the miR-629-5p/TET3 axis.

For the taxonomic evaluaition, 15 strains of the genus Pectobacterium and Erwinia were analyzed for 16S-23S rDNA intergenic spacer regions (ISRs). These species contained two types of ISRs, large and small ISRs. Large ISRs were on the range of 474-569 bp size, and coding transfer $\textrm{RNA}^{11e}$($\textrm{tRNA}^{11e}$) and $\textrm{tRNA}^{Ala}$. Small ISRs were 354-459 bp in length and coding $\textrm{tRNA}^{Glu}$. The sequence variations of two ISRs among species and strains were very high as compared with 16S rRNA gene sequences. By phylogenetic trees on the basis of two ISRs, Pectobacterium ere differentiated into P. carotovorum-P. cactiaidum group and P. chrysanthemi group. However, the taxonomic position of E. cypripedii and E. rhapontici, which were not clear on taxonomic delineation between Pectobacterium and Erwinia, were not clearly resolved on the basis of ISRs.
