본 연구는 한국전통정원을 해외에 조성하기 위한 보급 및 활성화의 일환으로 한국문화 즉 전통정원의 정체성을 정립하며, 해외에 거주하는 한국인과 자국민들로 하여금 한국전통정원을 올바르게 이해하고 즐길 수 있는 보편적 실현방안을 마련하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 향후 한국전통정원이 해외에 조성될 때 개별성을 가질 수 있는 계획 및 설계에 대하여 최소한 지침을 마련하고, 계획가들이 고려하여야 할 방향성을 수립하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 해외에 조성되는 한국전통정원의 유형은 조성목적과 실현되는 공간의 규모에 따라 형식적 다양성을 지니기도 하는 데, 가장 중요하게 다루어야 할 것은 한국적 경치에 어울리는 정서를 담아야 하고, 누구에게나 인지되고 이해 가능한 설계언어를 내포하여야 한다. 그러므로 본 연구의 결과로 도출한 한국전통정원을 해외에 보급하기 위한 공간 기본유형은 '전시(박람회)형', '정원형', '공원형'으로 제시하였다. 이러한 기본유형은 정원 조성 시목적에 부합되는 특성별 프로토타입에 해당하며, 공간 규모적 측면을 고려할 때 전시(박람회)형의 모형을 구성의 최소단위로 설정하며, 도입 기본시설로는 '수목', '정(정자)', '방지(池)와 원도', '화계', '담장' 등의 요소를 권장하여 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 한국전통정원의 해외 조성을 위한 계획 및 설계의 기초자료로써 활용의 의미를 가진다.

One of domestic power generation companies, Korea East-West Power Corporation(EWP) had no performance in overseas business just two short years ago. However, EWP has accomplished breakthrough results with the profit of KRW 17.8 billion in 2010, only overseas business part. With overseas power plant growing fast, there is a possibility that EWP may face the limitation of sustainable growth with the current low income structure, which is mainly focused on commissioning and power plant management. Accordingly, this study was made on overseas biomass plant business participation plan through the establishment of joint venture. The characteristics of a joint venture establishment was searched, choosing business partner; the ideas of how to organize a joint venture was drawn, what the role of each partner in joint venture is, and what proper capital share is; and chose business field, considering changing global energy mix, renewable energy market scale, and growth prospects. Considering government policy for renewable energy vitalization and renewable energy market share, We chose the European union as a market to which our business entered.

ASEAN은 BRICs에 이어 차세대 시장으로 부상하고 있다. 우리나라에 있어서도 ASEAN은 제2의 교역 파트너이자 세 번째 해외투자 대상으로서, 중요한 경제협력 파트너이다. ASEAN은 앞으로의 미래 투자지역으로 많은 기업에게 매력적인 사업지로 주목받고 있다. 이에 따라, 한국 정부는 ASEAN과 협력관계를 발전시켜나가기 위해 "신(新) 남방 정책"을 강력하게 추진하여 상호 관계를 강화하고 있다. ASEAN이 최근 해운물류 개발의 중심지역으로 떠오르면서 주변국들 또한 ASEAN 지역의 국가들에 대한 해운 물류 분야의 개발협력과 지원을 집중적으로 하게 되었다. 우리나라 기업 또한 신남방 지역으로의 진출에 적극적이고 이러한 진출을 정부가 지원하고 있다. ASEAN 국가에 진출하기 위해서는 진출 대상국에 대한 투자 및 유치 제도와 외국 법인에 대한 법적인 지원 범위 등을 파악하여야 사업 진입 및 진출 전략을 위한 해당 시장에 대해 정확히 반영할 수 있다. 이러한 해외 진출 리스크를 회피하기 위해서는 각 국의 해외 직접 투자 및 외국 법인 설립 등 현지에 맞는 사업 방법의 선정과 회사 설립 방법에 대한 기초적인 이해는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 해양 ASEAN 국가에 진입하고자 하는 해운 물류 유관 기업들의 해외투자법 및 기업설립법의 이해를 도모하여 이러한 규정이 진입 장벽이 되지 않도록 하기 위해 제도를 분석하고, 해운 물류 기업의 해외 투자를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 국내 소방산업 글로벌화를 위한 융합형 제도와 정책의 발전방안에 대한 것으로, 소방산업 진흥을 위한 정책시행 현황과 소방산업의 환경분석을 통한 현행의 문제점을 분석하였다. 결과적으로 소방산업 진흥법률 고도화 방안 및 소방산업 해외 진출 활성화 방안을 제시하였으며, 특히 소방산업 해외 진출 활성화 방안은 소방산업 기술진흥 정책 전략방안 및 해외 시장진출 지원 활성화 방안으로 분류하여 도출하였다. 해외 시장진출 지원 활성화 방안은 소방산업체 해외전시회 지원 다변화, 해외시장개척단 파견 확대, 아시아 신흥시장 진출 확대의 3개 세부방안으로 논의되었다. 특히 아시아 신흥시장 진출확대 방안을 통하여 국내 소방제도의 우수성 확립, 국내 소방산업체의 해외 진출 인프라 마련 및 국내 소방검사제도 구축 유도의 전략적 성과를 도출할 것이다.

The public-private cooperation in package deal has been studied for the overseas energy resources acquisition. The effectiveness of the package deal has not been successful because the deal has led by the government organizations. It is difficult for the plant EPC companies to join the packaged deal due to the lack of the whole responsibility organization to support the participation of the package deal. The followings are suggested as the ways to strengthen of the public-private cooperation in this study. 1) the relevant public enterprise privatization 2) establishment of the joint model for leading the plant EPC companies to the package deal 3) establishment of the whole responsibility organization for the public-private cooperation.

Due to limited supplies and expensive importing costs, it is a goal to replace overseas peat with local soil amendments in turf industry of Korea. The study was initiated to compare the performances of five domestic and imported organic soil amendments (OSAs) on establishment characteristics and to provide basic information for root zone composition on sports turf design and construction. The study was conducted in Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis L., KB) under greenhouse conditions from March to June in 2008. A total of 25 treatments of OSA + sand were prepared. These amendments were Berger Peat (OMA), Eco-Peat (OMB), G1-Soil (OMC), Premier Peat (OMD), and Supersoil I (OME). Significant differences were observed in establishment vigor, seedling emergence, and top growth. Results varied depending upon the type of OSAs and their rates in rootzone mixtures. OMA reached over 70% in establishment vigor in 5 WAS (weeks after seeding). OMC produced a maximum vigor of approximately 60% in 6 WAS. The OME amendment, however, showed poor performance lower than 30% in establishing KB turf until 8 WAS. There were considerable variations of top growth, being 3.8 to 14.5 cm. Greater differences in top growth resulted from OME mixtures. Shoot growth orientation in KB is also influenced by OSAs. In general, optimum mixing rate was considered as 10 to 20% for establishment vigor and 20 to 40% for top growth. Considering overall responses to establishment vigor, seedling emergence, and shoot growth, both local OMC and overseas OMD are considered as the useful soil amendments applicable for sports turfs. Domestic OME amendment would be applied for a low maintenance turfs such as rough and utility areas due to greater shoot growth. Information on these amendments would be of practical use for sports turf design and construction. Repeated experiments and field performance test are required to evaluate these OSA effect on other major turfgrass species and also to determine local OSA as imported peat substitute.

This study aims at classifying and analyzing the business models of reverse overseas direct purchasing through online shopping-malls. After analyzing the current status of the reverse overseas direct purchasing online markets, this study identifies relevant critical business factors and synthesizes prior studies to construct and analyse the business models. This study proposes that the business models can be classified into five types according to the operation modes and three types according to the delivery methods. So theoretically 15 business models can be identified. For each business model this study analyzes the characteristics and the pros & cons. It also suggests deployment strategies for companies by considering cost reduction, brand establishment, customer management, customer aquisition, and easiness from the business perspective. From the customers perspective, cost reduction, reliability, royalty, ease to purchase, and accessibility can be considered according to the types of operation mode. The main contribution of this study is to provide the basic classifications and structures of reverse overseas direct purchasing business models systematically. As the result, our study evaluates the business models that which one is better than others in a situation in terms of company and customer. Lastly, we talk about limits and future prospects of the study.

중국의 구현당안관은 해당 구(區)와 현(縣)의 각 기관과 단체 및 개인의 당안과 사료를 수집 관리 및 보존하여 이용에 제공하는 기관이다. 이 연구는 지방자치단체 기록관에 대한 해외 사례연구의 일환으로 중국 북경지역의 16개 구현당안관을 조사 분석하였다. 구현당안관의 경영 측면으로 설립현황과 기능 및 기구에 대하여 조사 분석하였으며, 구현당안관의 당안 측면으로 당안의 수집범위와 수집방법 및 소장당안의 특징에 대하여 조사 분석하였다. 중국의 당안의 정보자원화 구축과 국가적 차원의 통합검색 시스템의 구축을 기대하며, 우리나라 지방자치단체 기록관 설립과 운영을 위한 해외 사례로 참고되기를 기대한다.

In this report US and Korea civil and military simulator certification system is researched, and a plan for improvement is proposed. Korean simulator certification system should adopt FAA's system and improve upon it. Certification criteria should have a basis on FAA certification criteria and add military operation characteristics selectively. Flight test data, used as comparison criteria in certification, should be acquired in package during aircraft development or overseas acquisition. The establishment of certification system is expected to improve external credibility and improve competitiveness in overseas market.
