This study analyzed the accomplishment of the outsourcing production policy which forces broadcasting companies to schedule and broadcast more than a certain proportion of outsourcing production programs. According to the results from the examination of whether or not the policy increased the diversity of broadcasting programs, it is positive that a rise in the number of production companies resulting from the implementation of the outsourcing production policy increased the diversity of broadcasting program makers, but programs supplied were limited to certain genres, failing to be diverse. According to the results from the examination of whether or not the competitiveness of broadcasting and video contents increased, production conditions had not improved due to the controversy over the ownership of the right of production between terrestrial broadcasting companies and outsourcing production companies. In addition, though there was the positive effect of increasing export of broadcasting programs, the exports were limited to certain genres.
This paper studied a meta-analysis of 45 papers published during the administration of Lee Myung-bak and Park Geun-hye governments in order to renew academic interest in the TV outsourcing production policy. The meta-analysis was made up of classifications of three items(issued year, journal, academic field) and six items(topic, aim, question, subject, methodology, results). According to the results, the articles(30, 66.7% and 15, 33.3%) published during Lee & Park's regimes adapted the promotional topics for TV outsourcing production policy. The reasons for the papers(18, 40.0%) on management economy, industry, and advertising related to outsourcing production policy are because the two governments focused on research projects that matched the regime stance rather than the autonomy and diversity of broadcasting, media, contents, and the visual.
This paper empirically explores the nature of the medical service industry and its various propagation effects on the economy in the input-output model, as revealed by a comparative analysis between Korea and Japan. The main findings of the paper are as follows; First, the growth of medical industry induces above-average effect on employment. Second, the industry is of the characteristics of weak both backward and forward linkage effects implying a 'final demand dependency industry'. When compared with public service sectors, however, the medical services industry shows stronger backward linkage effect than those sectors. Furthermore, it has strong repercussion effects on the goods industries. Third, in order to produce per unit of services, the medical services industry of Korea uses relatively more drugs and medical devices than that of Japan. In general, it has been shown that production structure of medical service industry in Korea is 'hardware-oriented' one; on the other hand, 'software-oriented' in Japan which means that, as intermediate inputs, outsourcing and informatization has been used than those of Korea. From the findings of the paper it could be emphasized that the medical organizations in Korea should put more efforts on shifting the current hardware-oriented production structure to strengthen core competence by enhancing productivity and by outsourcing to improve efficiency of production process. However, the medical organizations in Korea would not have enough incentives for high value-added production structure because they enjoy high operating surplus. Therefore, it would be necessary that government policy should be taken into account of these environments.
In this paper, we propose a linear programming model of supply planning process for the supply chain collaboration strategy of a company. The amount of its supplying quantity relies on outsourcing suppliers heavily. Conversely, the revenues of those suppliers are highly dependent on the supplying quota from the supply network planning of the company. In order to keep the supply stable through collaboration, the company builds such a policy to guarantee the fairness on revenue between the supplies. For this, the supply network plan should keep the capacity utilization ratio even for all the suppliers. But the production capacities are different and the distribution of molds is disproportional through suppliers, so the supply network plan is not easily established with simple arithmetic processes. Therefore, we developed the linear programming model with those target function and constraints minimizing the costs for holding inventory and penalty of delayed delivery, simultaneously guaranteeing the even capacity utilization through suppliers. The proposed model has been applied to real case and the evaluation for the planning result from the model would be followed in order to make sure that our model guarantee on extracting the supply network plan subordinated to the policy. Also we mention about further studies for improvement of the model.

Since the revised enforcement ordinance of the broadcasting legislation, Product Placement that was introduced in May, 2010 has expanded the stable income of broadcasting contents and broadcasting advertising industry, and improved the quality of the broadcasting contents and its service. However, as a result of Product Placement enforcement for the past 3 months, it reveals many problems, and is blamed for being unable to meet the intent of the law. Accordingly, Product Placement is not established properly. Thus, it is required to improve the detailed action plan for revitalization of Broadcasting Contents and Broadcasting Advertising Industry as originally intended. For example, the outsourcing production company involved in producing programs like dramas and the broadcaster have failed to reach negotiation on distributing proportion and it is keenly in need of its related study. This study is to cover the current status and the problems of introducing Product Placement, and is expected to provide the policy implications and the practical lessons. However, it displays limits that it ends in exploring and policy debate. It is henceforth expected to continue various studies of measuring the effectiveness, strategy, creative, and so forth based on discussion of introducing Product Placement.
For a long time, dramas that everyone has enjoyed at home have become the most popular cultural contents due to the development of digital technology and the influence of Hallyu.(Korean Wave) This study was conducted in-depth interviews and participatory observations on the background, role, identity, and labor experience of TV planning producers who appeared in the drama production process with the implementation of outsourcing production policy in 1991. The number of dramas produced increased sharply in the mid-2000s due to the Korean Wave. Against this backdrop, the planning producer has expanded their scope in the drama production process and emerged as a new drama producer. The planning producer plays a role in creating an environment in which writers and directors can be selected with the identity of "not a creator but a producer of dramas" and lead drama planning. OTT and watching TV on the Internet have made it possible to watch dramas without TV. As this phenomenon accelerates and becomes commonplace, fewer consumers adhere to the traditional way of watching dramas using TV, and consumers' emotional tastes become more demanding. In this environment, TV planning producers are leading the production of dramas, exerting as much influence as writers and directors. They are also building new power relationships among drama producers by securing planning and financial power.

This paper aims to explain the reasons of manufacturing's reshoring (U-turn) and to suggest the supporting law and policy and the utilization of enterprise architecture (EA) in order to attract reshoring manufacturers into port logistics park. First, this paper found the reasons of reshoring reviewing the previous researches. The reasons are 1) advanced country's manufacturing competitiveness in total production cost compared to the emerging countries such as China, 2) the government policies enhancing the reshoring of their enterprise, and 3) the deterioration of management environment of foreign companies in the emerging countries. Second, this paper reviewed the supporting law and policy of korean government for reshoring manufacurers, and suggested the method to attract them into port logistics park. The current law to support the reshoring manufacturers does not have articles about moving into the port logistics park in order to help global trade from outsourcing countries. Finally, this paper provided the method of utilization of enterprise architecture to help reshoring decision making to get their benefit for the future and collaboration among related government departments with the ministry of maritime affairs and fisheries.

This study intends to find efficient support methods for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) especially in the increasingly important mobile sector. We investigated regarding perceptions of mobile sector-specific support programs and their current state of usage, and perceptions of the new mobile market and the present conditions of each stage of production based on analysis of a survey that included 204 respondents in each SMB to achieve this goal. Concretely, detections through this research were the reasons for non-selection of support businesses, the future prospective mobile business area, the company's own first-preference item and the reason for the preference, plus new mobile areas of willingness to apply the company's own product and its own first-preference item, and the reason for the preference. In addition, we found out covering costs and revenue size of the maximum-revenue product for each stage (from the first to the fourth stage), the kind of a product's execution method connected to the product (e.g. self-production, outsourcing to another company to produce a product), and the execution method for pre-products. We can suggest a policy regarding efficient support alternatives for SMBs related to the mobile sector thanks to these findings.

Most of national brands that has a history of some 20 years in Korea have strove for continuation and growth of brand to no avails, which can be taken as a good example of current situation. For instance, C company, one of the National brand of US which has a history of 51 years, has made its position secure as a fashion group and based itself on a sound foundation by establishing new marketing strategy and completing successful brand renewal in the process of strategic M&A with Italian company. Those successful marketing strategies are as follows. 1) they regarded both market and consumer oriented marketing activity as company's highest priority strategy and put great emphasis upon concentration on target market and reestablishment of brand image of business casual wear. 2) Setting up and operating planning team composed of merchandizer alone in Milano, they set the direction of plan on the basis of concentrated research on potential item in market according to thorough market research done by buying office in Korea, branch office in Hong Kong and buyer in US prior to blueprint planning for season. 3) Great emphasis was placed on business which focused on intensive presentation of basic key item for apparel career women who are main consumer group in the midium-low prices market in US and on supplementation of size and color. they named this line 'collectibles' and helped their customer develop their own clothes plan without worrying about the change of color and fabric by supporting same fabric and color throughout the year and enabled them to add variation easily by supplementing new trend item. 4) Company set black as a main color that lots of apparel career women find easy to care and to express their own image and presented them with pebble which belongs to navy and beige and added fashion color such as wine and brown etc as season goes by. They constructed basic line in order for their customers to coordinate purchased item with new one or to add them to present collection, and to achieve efficient sale by setting up strategy which allows this cross coordination and changing pattern occasionally. 5) Though basic jacket for 99$, short slim skirt for 49$ are products within midium-low prices range, in the material planning stage aiming at production of item that has both resonable function appealing to consumer and is fashionable, synthetic material had to be used as a main source due to price competitiveness. Despite this situation, considering comfortable sense of fit and refined drape of silhouette that has no sign of cheap material, whole collectible line was divided into two items, which contributed to reduction of cost. In case of material that is composed of triacetate and polyester in 70 to 30 ratio, was used up to 4 million yard, which allowed drastic curtailment of cost accompanied by concentration. In case of 'collectibles' line, using Korean material mainly, C company chose to have their product sewed in Southeast Asian countries where transportation is well developed and both productivity and quality verified by operating global production system which aiming at cutdown of cost through outsourcing production from the country where labor cost is low and getting finished product. Polarization between present consumers telling us that consumers with the mind of middle classes in the past no longer exists between consumers who seek after only fine article of highest quality and wise consumers who are sensible enough to judge bubble on correlation between price and quality. To cope with this change in new consumer mind, apparel makes changing their policy so as to produce item that has reasonable quality and falls within affordable price range anywhere in the world. and they're striving to get out of difficult situation by operating global marketing strategy which stresses separation of planning, production and sale and sensibility of fashion shared worldwide.
