A novel phase-locked loop(PLL) architecture with multiple charge pumps for fast locking has been proposed. The proposed PLL has three charge pumps. The effective capacitance and resistance of the loop filter can be scaled up/down according to the locking status by controlling the direction and magnitude of each charge pump current. The fast locking PLL that changes its loop bandwidth through controlling charge pumps depending on locking status has been designed. The capacitor usually occupying the larger portion of the chip is also minimized with the proposed scheme. Therefore, the PLL size of $990{\mu}m\;{\times}\;670{\mu}m$ including resistors and capacitors at the bandwidth of 29.9KHz has been achieved. It has been fabricated with 3.3V $0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS process. The locking time is less than $6{\mu}s$ with the measured phase noise of -90.45dBc/Hz @1MHz at 851.2MHz output frequency.

A novel phase-locked loop(PLL) architecture with resistance and capacitance scaling scheme has been proposed. The proposed PLL has three charge pumps. The effective capacitance and resistance of the loop filter can be scaled up/down according to the locking status by controlling the direction and magnitude of each charge pump current. This architecture makes it possible to have a narrow bandwidth and low resistance in the loop filter, which improves phase noise and reference spur characteristics. It has been fabricated with a 3.3V $0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS process. The measured locking time is $25{\mu}s$ with the measured phase noise of -105.37 dBc/Hz @1MHz and the reference spur of -50dBc at 851.2MHz output frequency
In this paper, the RF-modules composed of front-end, frequency synthesizer, modulator/demodulator and power control multi channel WLL personal system for W-CDMA using 10 [MHz] RF channel bandwidth has been implemented and considered. The measured transmission power is 250 [mW] which is very close to the required value. The measured flatness of power at the final output stage is ${\pm}1.5[dB]$ over the required bandwidth of the receiver. In addition, it is found that the chip rate transmitting spread signal is set to 8.192 [MHz], the required rate. The frequencies of RF_LO signal and LO signal of the modulator and the demodulator measured by a frequency synthesizer are satisfied with design requirements. The operating range of the receiving strength signal indicator and AGC units shows 60 [dB] respectively. Also the measured phasor diagram and eye pattern for deciding the RF modules compatible with baseband digital signal processing part are shown good results.

Nutrient (i.e., nitrogen and phosphorus) budgets are required under a 'Livestock Excreta Survey'. A nutrient budget is one of the agri-environmental indicators that calculates the difference between the inputs and outputs of the amount of nutrients within a certain boundary and for a certain time period (e.g., 1 year). In this study, a nutrients budget model was developed to effectively determine the surplus of nutrients within a region in Korea. The C# program language was used in order to facilitate the deployment of a graphical user interface (GUI) and to enhance compatibility. Also, the model was developed on Windows OS, which is the commonly used operating system in Korea. The model was based on the OECD/Eurostat nutrient budget method, and it was modified to consider manure composting procedures as well. There are key features of the nutrient budget model, including directly use of the original data sets from various input and output sources, and a collectively exchange of the address in different formats. The model can quickly show the results of various spatial and temporal resolutions with the same data, as well as perform a sensitivity analysis with coefficients and easily compareresults using tables and graphs. Further, it would be necessary to study the extension of the scope of utilization, such as the application of various nutrient budget methods. It would also be helpful to investigate both pre and postprocessing information such as linking input data through online systems.
It is time to review the direction of R&D investment which is the source of change in knowledge information ages. The DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) is a efficient method by using the ratio of input and output elements. In this paper, we analyzed industry relationship and efficiency by DEA in order to analyze ripple effect of the regional industry technology development project. According to these results, we found the primary affected factor in performance of this project was human resource, and the turnover of participated company was not on the rise yet. On types of the project, we could find the efficiency quotient of critical technique development project was higher than of common technique development project because project period or budget scale infected to project performance. We expect the enhancement of technique developer, tenn and budget, and it is necessary the project results should lead performance such as sales force and employee growth.

Doppler processing is the heart of pulsed Doppler radar. It gives a clutter elimination and coherent integration. With the improvement of digital signal processors (DPSs), the implementation using them is more widely used in radar systems. Generally, so as for Doppler processor to process the input data in real time, a parallel processing concept using multiple DSPs should be used. This paper implements a programmable Doppler processor, which consists of MTI filter, DFB and square-law detector, using 8 ADSP21060s. Formulating the distribution time of the input data, the transfer time of the output data and the time required to compute each algorithm, it estimates total processing time and the number of required DSP. Finally, using the TSG that provides radar control pulses and simulated target signals, performances of the implemented Doppler processor are evaluated.
This research is primarily intended to investigate the potential of estimating green space threshold in terms of total volume control using degradation trends of green space derived from remote sensing and GIS. An empirical study for a case study site was conducted to demonstrate how a standard remote sensing and GIS technology can be used to assist in estimating the total control volume for green space in terms of area-wide information, spatial resolution and change detection etc. Guidelines for a replicable methodology are presented to provide a strong theoretical basis for the standardization of factors involved in the estimation of the green space threshold; the meaningful definition of land mosaic, redefinition of degradation trends for green space. It was demonstrated that the degradation trends of green space could be used effectively as an indicator to restrict further development of the sites since the visual maps generated from remote sensing and GIS can present area-wide visual evidences by permanent record. It is anticipated that this research output could be used as a valuable reference to support more scientific and objective decision-making in introducing aggregate control of green space.
At present, monitoring programmes for green network have been mainly based on field sampling, which relies on attributes of an area at one point in time, reflecting an emphasis on the small number of in-situ data. One of the major disadvantages of traditional field monitoring is that it is costly, laborious and time consuming due to the large number of samples required. The aim of this research was to evaluate green network based on pixel of Landsat TM satellite image. An empirical study for a case study site was conducted to demonstrate how a standard remote sensing technology can be used to assist in monitoring the green network based on pixel. The pixel-based analysis made it possible to identify area-wide patterns of green network subject to many different type of artificial structures, which cannot be acquired by traditional field sampling. It was demonstrated that the degradation trends of green network could be used effectively as an indicator to restrict further development of the sites since the quantitative data generated from remote sensing can present area-wide visual evidences by permanent record. It is anticipated that this research output could be used as a valuable reference to support more scientific and objective decision-making in monitoring green network.

nZEH (net-Zero Energy House) is defined as a self-sufficient energy building where the sum of energy output generated from new & renewable energy system and annual energy consumption is zero. The electricity generated by new & renewable energy system with the form of distributed generation is preferentially supplied to electrical demand, and surplus electricity is transmitted back to grid. Due to the recent expansion of houses with photovoltaic system and the nZEH mandatory by 2025, the rapid increase of distributed generation is expected. Which means, we must prepare for an electricity-power accident and stable electricity supply. Also electricity charges have to be reduce and the grid-connected should be operated efficiently. The introduction of ESS is suggested as a solution, so the analysis of the load matching and grid interaction is required to optimize ESS design. This study analyzed the load matching and grid interaction by expected consumption behavior using actual data measured in one-minute intervals. The experiment was conducted in three nZEH with photovoltaic system, called all-electric houses. LCF (Load Cover Factor), SCF (Supply Cover Factor) and $f_{grid}$ (Grid Interaction Index) were evaluated as an analysis indicator. As a result, LCF, SCF and $f_{grid}$ of A house were 0.25, 0.23 and 0.27 respectively; That of B house were 0.23, 0.23, 0.19, and that of C were 0.20, 0.19, 0.27 respectively.
Objectives: In this paper, a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma reactor was investigated for degrading the dye Rhodamine B (RhB) in aqueous solutions. Methods: The DBD plasma reactor system in this study consisted of a plasma component [titanium discharge (inner), ground (outer) electrode and quartz dielectric tube], power source, and gas supply. The effects of various parameters such as first voltage (input power), gas flow rate, second voltage (output power), conductivity and pH were investigated. Results: Experimental results showed that a 99% aqueous solution of 20 mg/l Rhodamine B is decolorized following an eleven minute plasma treatment. When comparing the performance of electrolysis and plasma treatment, the RhB degradation of the plasma process was higher that of the electrolysis. The optimum first voltage and air flow rate were 160 V (voltage of trans is 15 kV) and 3 l/min, respectively. With increased second voltage (4 kV to 15 kV), RhB degradation was increased. The higher the pH and the lower conductivity, the more Rhodamine B degradation was observed. Conclusions: OH radical generation of dielectric plasma process was identified by degradation of N, N-dimethyl-4-nitrosoaniline (RNO, indicator of OH radical generation). It was observed that the effect of UV light, which was generated as streamer discharge, on Rhodamine B degradation was not high. Rhodamine B removal was influenced by real second voltage regardless of initial first and second voltage. The effects of pH and conductivity were not high on the Rhodamine B degradation.
