기후변화가 야외 물놀이 활동에 미치는 영향 : 한강시민공원 수영장을 대상으로 (Effects of Climate Change on Outdoor Water Activity : The Case of Hangang Park Swimming Pool in Seoul)

  • The aim of this study is to find preferred climate condition for outdoor water activity and to estimate future change of preferred season for the activity following the climate change. We chose urban public swimming pools, Hangang park swimming pools, which do not have any attractions except pools and allow people to make decision to visit pools in the morning solely based on the weather conditions as study sites. We identified the preferred climate conditions by analyzing the relationship between number of visitors and temperature, wind chill temperature and discomfort indexes. According to the result, the preferred temperature range was from $23.51^{\circ}C$ to $37.56^{\circ}C$, the wind chill temperature range was from $25.90^{\circ}C$ to $39.43^{\circ}C$, the discomfort index range was from 71.61 to 88.98 and the precipitation range was below 22.8 mm per day. When the temperature range is applied as the preferred season, in present, the length of the season is 127 days, from end of May to end of September. However, if temperature increase resulting from lower emission scenario (RCP 6.0), the season would be extended to 162 days, from early May to middle of October. If temperature is increasing under high emission scenario (RCP 8.5), the length of the season would be extended to 173 days from early May to end of October. In addition, the period of between end of July and early August, which is currently the most preferred season, would not be favored anymore due to high temperature. The result of this study further suggests the necessity of climate change adaptation activities.

온실의 냉난방시스템 설계용 외부기상조건 분석 (Analysis of the Outdoor Design Conditions for Greenhouse Heating and Cooling Systems in Korea)

  • 온실의 냉난방시스템 설계 기준에 적용하기 위한 외부기상조건을 설정하기 위하여 난방 설계용 외기온, 난방 degree-hour, 냉방 설계용 건구온도, 습구온도, 일사량을 분석하여 제시하였다. 우리나라 전 지역을 대상으로 현재 기상청에서 제공하는 기후평년값 기준인 1981~2010년까지 30년간의 매 시각 기상자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 표준기상데이터의 이용이 제한적이기 때문에 30년간의 전체 기상자료를 이용하여 설계용 기상조건을 구하고, 전체 자료기간의 평균값을 설계기준으로 제시하였다. TAC 방식으로 위험률 1, 2.5, 5%에 대한 설계용 기상자료를 분석하고, 설계기준에서 추천하고 있는 난방용은 위험률 1%, 냉방용은 위험률 2.5%의 기상조건 분포도를 제시하였다. 지역별, 위험률별 및 설정온도별로 최대난방부하, 기간난방부하 및 최대냉방부하의 변화를 고찰하였다. 제시된 각종 설계용 기상조건은 온실의 냉난방시스템 설계에 직접 이용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 냉난방 설비 보강이나 에너지 절감대책의 수립에 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 한편 기후변화로 인하여 최근 여름철 폭염이나 겨울철 이상고온 현상이 자주 발생하고 있으므로 주기적인 설계용 기상자료의 분석이 필요하고, 최소한 10년 주기로 설계기준을 개정할 필요가 있는 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구에서는 현재 기후평년값 기준인 1981~2010년까지의 기상자료를 분석하였으나 이 기준이 1991~2020년으로 바뀌는 2021년에는 즉시 이 기간의 기상자료를 분석하여 새로운 설계기준으로 제공해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

  • This paper describes reasonable methods by considering change of outdoor temperature into Customer Baseline Load(CBL) of Demand Resources in Smart Demand Resource Market, which controls peak power demand and maintains reliability of power system. The Smart Demand Resouce Market, which KPX(Korea Power Exchange) implement, is explained and then effects for CBL calculated by considering temperature correction factor are established. Finally, four methods for calculation of CBL are proposed and those results are compared and analyzed.

전열교환기가 설치된 기류전환형 히트펌프의 동계운전성능에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Operating Performance of an Air Shift type Heat Pump with Heat Exchanger)

  • Air shift type heat pump is combined heat recovery ventilator and refrigerator, and it is installed an air shifter changing air flow. And so it is an perfect AHU(Air Handling Unit) capable to cooling, heating, ventilation and heat recovery. Therefore, an experimental study has been carried out to investigate the operating performance in winter for this system. An experimental data are room temperature, inlet/outlet temperature of condenser, evaporator and heat exchanger. They have been measured as the variation of outdoor temperature. The results, in case of rising above freezing, the air shift type heat pump system is operated normally, and the heating COP is 3.0~4.2 by varying outdoor temperature from $-3^{\circ}C$ to $15^{\circ}C$.

지열을 이용한 외기부하저감시스템의 외기온도와 출구온도의 상관관계 분석 (A Study on the Correlation between Outdoor Air and Outlet Air Temperature in a Fresh Air Load Reduction System by Using Geothermal Energy)

  • This paper presents a feasibility study of a fresh air load reduction system by using an underground double floor space. The fresh air is introduced into the double slab space and passes through the opening bored into the footing beam. The air is cooled by the heat exchange with the inside surface of the double slab space in summer, and heated in winter. This system not only reduces sensible heat load of the fresh air by heat exchange with earth but also reduces latent heat load of the fresh air by ad/de-sorption of underground double slab concrete. In this paper, we investigated the correlation between outdoor air temperature and outlet air temperature in the system. In conclusion, from the results of the high correlation we proposed a equation of regression for the outlet air temperature in the system by using linear regression analysis.

  • Fin-tube type(Fin-type) heat exchanger has been tested in order to replace the heat exchanger of parallel flow type(P.F -type) which is now widly used in automobile air conditioning system The following conclusions are drawn by the comparison of the characteristics of the heat exchangers. Evaporator and condenser capacities and COP(Coefficience of performance) were varied as with the compressor speed, outdoor air temperature and air flow rate changed, which much influenced on the characteristics of the air conditioning system Evaporator and condenser capacities were increased with increasing compressor speed and outdoor air temperature. Evaporator and condenser pressures of Fin-type were decreased by 7% and 5% respectively compared with those of P.F-type. The COP of Fin-type was decreased with increasing outdoor air temperature and compressor speed. The COP of P.F-type was decreased by 14% compared with that of Fin-type.

  • Since the cooling performance of a $CO_2$ cooling cycle is varied significantly with a variation of refrigerant charge amount and outdoor temperature, the reliability of $CO_2$ system is down. In this study, the performance characteristics of three kinds of $CO_2$ systems were measured and analyzed by varying refrigerant charge amount and outdoor temperature so as to study the characteristics of variation with cycle option. The applied system options are the single-stage compression(1C-1E) system, two-stage compression with 1-EEV(2C-1E) system, and two-stage compression with 2-EEV(2C-2E) system. The performances of two-stage compression with 2-EEV system were less sensitive than those of other systems and the system operated safely and steadily for wide charge amount. The performance of the two-stage compression with 1-EEV(2C-1E) system was the most sensitive to the charge amount, and that of the single-stage compression(1C-1E) system varied a lot with outdoor temperature.

개별건물 에너지소비량 보정기법 개발 및 적용방안 (Development and Application of the Calibration Method of Individual Building Energy Consumption)

  • Building energy consumption generally depends on living patterns of residents and outdoor air temperature changes. Although outdoor air temperature changes effect on building energy consumption, there is no calibration method for the comparison before and after Green Remodeling or BEMS installation etc., Big data of building energy consumption are collected and managed by 『National Integrated Management System of Building Energy』 in Korea, and they are utilized for the development of a calibration method for individual buildings as shown as the calibration method for small-area building stocks in the previous research. This study aims to develope a calibration method using big data of building energy consumption of individual buildings and outdoor air temperature changes, and to propose application of appropriate calibration methods for individual buildings or small-area building stocks according to the calibration purpose and conditions.

가스인젝션을 적용한 이산화탄소 열펌프의 난방성능 향상에 관한 해석적 연구 (Analytical Study on the Heating Performance Improvement of a CO2 Heat Pump Using Vapor Injection)

  • In this study, a simulation model for a $CO_2$ heat pump using vapor injection was developed and validated. It was used to predict the improvement of the heating performance of the $CO_2$ heat pump at various operating conditions. The simulation results showed consistent results with the measured data. The heating performances of the vapor injection and non-injection heat pumps were compared by varying the outdoor temperature and compressor frequency. The heating capacity of the vapor injection heat pump was 40% higher than that of the non-injection heat pump at the outdoor temperature of $-8^{\circ}C$. The performance of the vapor injection heat pump was consistently higher than that of the non-injection heat pump even when the compressor frequency was reduced to 35 Hz at the outdoor temperature of $-3^{\circ}C$.

  • The characteristics of energy Performance for total heat exchanger have been investigated under various conditions. In cooling operation the latent and enthalpy efficiency are affected by the difference of absolute humidity ratio between indoor and outdoor air. In addition to this the characteristics of absorbing material in the element affects the energy performance. Low dry bulb temperature of indoor air or high absolute humidity ratio in outdoor air give high latent and enthalpy efficiency even with the same temperature difference of dry bulb temperate between indoor and outdoor air.
