  • Polishing a die that has free-form surfaces is a time-consuming and tedious job, and requires a considerable amount of high-precision skill. Some workers tend to gradually avoid the polishing work because of the poor environment caused by dust and noise. In order to reduce the polishing time and cope with the shortage of skilled workers, a user-friendly automatic polishing system was developed in this research. The polishing system with five degrees of freedom is able to keep the polishing tool normal to the die surface. The polishing system is controlled by a PC-NC controller. To easily operate the developed polishing robot system, this study developed an integrated program in the Windows environment. This program consists of four modules: the polishing module, the graphic simulator, the polishing data generation module, and the teaching module. Also, the automatic teaching system was developed to easily obtain teaching data and it consists of a three dimensional joystick and a proximity sensor. The joystick is used to simultaneously drive the polishing system to an arbitrary orientation and the proximity sensor is used to obtain teaching points precisely. Also, to evaluate the stability of the driving program and the teaching system, polishing experiments of a die of saddle shape were carried out.

인지프로그램 참여에 따른 독거노인들의 인지기능과 건강관련 삶의 질의 변화 (Changes of Cognitive Function and Health-related Quality of Life among the Elderly Living alone through the Participation in Cognitive Program)

  • 연구목적은 독거노인들의 인지프로그램 참여에 따른 인지기능과 건강관련 살의 질의 변화를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 독거노인 35명이며, 8주간 인지프로그램에 규칙적으로 참여하였다. 인지기능에 대한 평가로 Loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment battery-Geriatic population(LOTCA-G)를 활용하여 지남력, 시지각, 공간지각, 운동실행, 시각운동 조직력, 사고조직력, 집중력을 평가하였다. 건강관련 삶의 질은 Short form-8 health survey(SF-8)를 활용하여 전반적 건강상태를 포함하여 신체기능과 역할, 통증, 활력, 사회기능, 정신건강과 정서역할을 평가하였다. 분석결과 인지프로그램 참여에 따른 인지기능과 건강관련 삶의 질이 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었다. 독거노인들의 인지기능과 건강관련 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해서 인지프로그램의 참여를 고려해야 할 것이다.

Influence of Co incorporation on morphological, structural, and optical properties of ZnO nanorods synthesized by chemical bath deposition

  • We have studied the structural and optical properties of the non-doped and Co 0.08 at.%, Co 0.02 at.%, and Co 0.11 at.% doped ZnO nanorods (NRs) synthesized using the simple low-temperature chemical bath deposition (CBD) method at 95℃ for 2 hours. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) images confirmed the morphology of the ZnO NRs are affected by Co incorporation. As observed, the Co 0.08 at.% doped ZnO NRs have a larger dimension with an average diameter of 153.4 nm. According to the International Centre for Diffraction Data (ICDD) number #00-036-1451, the x-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern of non-doped and Co-doped ZnO NRs with the preferred orientation of ZnO NRs in the (002) plane possess polycrystalline hexagonal wurtzite structure with the space group P63mc. Optical absorbance indicates the Co 0.08 at.% doped ZnO NRs have stronger and blueshift bandgap energy (3.104 ev). The room temperature photoluminescence (PL) spectra of ZnO NRs exhibited excitonicrelates ultraviolet (UV) and defect-related green band (GB) emissions. By calculating the UV/GB intensity, the Co 0.08 at.% is the proper atomic percentage to have fewer intrinsic defects. We predict that Co-doped ZnO NRs induce a blueshift of near band edge (NBE) emission due to the Burstein-Moss effect. Meanwhile, the redshift of NBE emission is attributed to the modification of the lattice dimensions and exchange energy.

자율주행을 활용한 소프트웨어 교육프로그램 개발 (Development of Software Education Program using Self-driving)

  • 디지털 전환 시대에서 소프트웨어와 인공지능 교육의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 다양한 교육자료가 개발되어 보급되고 있다. 소프트웨어 교육의 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 학교 현장에 적합한 다양한 소프트웨어 교육프로그램들이 제공될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 중등학교 소프트웨어 교육에 적용할 수 있는 자율주행을 활용한 소프트웨어 교육프로그램을 개발하여 중등학교 학생들을 대상으로 적용하였다. 개발한 소프트웨어 교육프로그램은 체험과 실습을 중심으로 다양한 센서들을 활용한 물체 탐지, 라인 트레이싱과 같은 다양한 동작 제어 프로그램들로 구성된 피지컬 컴퓨팅 프로그램이다. 개발한 소프트웨어 교육프로그램의 효과성을 측정하기 위한 설문 결과, 학생들의 소프트웨어와 인공지능에 대한 태도와 진로 지향도 그리고 소프트웨어 교육에 대한 만족도가 90% 이상이었고 제안한 교육프로그램에 대한 만족도가 95% 이상이었다.

Effect of Anti-Aging Standard Forest Healing Program With Multiple Visits to a Forest Facility on Cognition in Older Age Patients

  • Background and purpose: The anti-aging standard forest healing program (ASFHP), which uses forest therapy, was reported to be effective in improving psychological, physical, and cognitive functions. However, there are several challenges to directly visiting the forest. This study aimed to investigate the impact of multi-session ASFHP with forest visit on the mental and physical health of the older people with visits to forest facilities and compared them with those of the same program conducted indoors. Methods: Individuals aged over 70 years with concerns about cognitive decline were recruited at dementia relief centers and divided into control and experimental groups. A total of 33 people were administered ASFHP under the supervision of a forest therapy instructor. The control group stayed indoors, while the experimental group visited a forest healing center and repeated the program 20 weeks. Results: The multiple-session ASFHP positively affected cognitive impairment screening test (CIST) total scores (p=0.002), memory (p=0.014), Korean version of the Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status total scores (p<0.001), immediate recall (p=0.001), visuospatial/construction (p<0.001), language (p<0.001), forest healing standard questionnaire total scores (p=0.002), and cognitive function (p=0.019), regardless of location. The forest visits during the ASFHP showed positive effects on orientation (p=0.035), delayed recall (p=0.042), emotional stability (p=0.032), physical activity (p=0.005), and health (p=0.022). The CIST scores of the memory domain were the strongest indicator of the multiple-session ASFHP effects. Conclusions: The 20-week multi-session ASFHP with forest visit showed effects on cognitive improvement and physical and emotional stability compared to indoor education.

임상간호 실습교육의 교수효율성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Teaching Effectiveness on Clinical Nursing Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to contribute to the development of clinical instruction by students' ratings of teaching effectiveness in clinical nursing education. The subjects were comprised of graduating class 618 students from 24 nursing colleges in the nation. The instruments used in this study were "general characteristics & status of clinical nursing education" developed by the researcher and "Instrument to Measure Effectiveness of Clinical Instructors" by Reeve(1994). The 50 questions used in the questionaire were categorized into 13 components subject to factor analysis. The 13 components were interpersonal relationships, communication skills, role model, resource for students, favorable to students, encouraging to think for selves, teaching methods, evaluation, finding assignments for objectives, organization of subject matter, professional competence, knowledge of subject matter & working with agency personnel. The results of this study are as follows 1. Status of clinical nursing educaion : 1) Clinical nursing education were led by nursing professors(44.9%), a team of both nuring professor & head nurse(6.8%), instructors from specific hospital(15.1%), instuctos for a specific subject(14.6%), & head nurse(6.8%). For 3-year program students, 34.6% of the clinical nursing education were led by instructors from specific hospital & 51.4% of the education by nursing professors for Bachelor's program. 2) The contents for clinical education comprised of Conference being the most frequent of 34.5% ; a combination of Nursing skills, Orientation, Conference etc.22.0% : Nursing process 21.7% : Orientation 13.5% : Inspection(making rounds ) 6.4%, & Nursing skills of 2% being the least frequent. 3) Students' preference of clinical teachers from the highest to the lowest were instructors for a specific subject being the most desired (44.9%) followed by nursing professor, head nurse, a team of both nursing professor & head nurse, & instructors from specific hospital being the least desired. 4) Students felt that the qualification for clinical teachers should be at least a master's degree holder and 5 or more years of clinical experience. The reason they felt was because knowledge & experience are imperative for professional education. 2. Clinical teaching effectiveness : The total points for teaching effectiveness was 147.97(mean of 2.95±0.98) where the total score is considered to be an average rating. 3. Teaching effectiveness as status of clinical nursing education : 1) The score ratings for the clinical instructors from the highest to the lowest were as follows : instructors for a specific subject, instructors from specific hospitals, a team of both nursing professors & head nurses, nursing professors, head nurses, which resulted in significunt difference(F=4.53, P<0.001). 2) The rating scores based on the teaching program from the highest to the lowest were as follws ; nursing skills, nursing process, a combination of nursing skills, orientation, conference etc. , conferences, orientation, inspection, which resulted in significunt difference(F=10.97, P<0.001). 4. Based on 13 categorized components from the questionaires, questions related to communication skills scored the highest points of 3.20 where inquiries regarding resource for students scored the lowest points of 2.38. 5. Among the 13 categorial components from the questionaire, Interpersonal relationship, Communication skills, Resource for students, Encouraging to think for selves, Evaluation, Teaching method, Finding assignment for objectives, Organization of subject matter, Professional competence, & Working with agency personnel, instructors for a specific subject scored the highest points and head nurse scored the lowest, which resulted in significant difference. Favorable for students, instructors for a specific subject scored highest points and nursing professor scored the lowest, which resulted in significant deference (F=5.39, P<0.001). Role model & Professional competence, instructors for a specific subject scored the highest points and head nurse scored the lowest, with minimum variation(F=1.29, P>0.05 : F=1.64, P>0.05) 6. Based on 13 categorial components as a whole, the highest points scored among the 5 groups of clinical teachers was instructors for a specific subject and the lowest, by head nurse(F=1.94, P<0. 001). A team of both nursing professor & head nurse attained higher score in clinical education than their independent education.

전문병원간호사가 지각한 내부 마케팅과 고객지향성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Perceived Internal Marketing and Customer Orientation on the Organizational Commitment of Nurses in Specialized Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 전문병원 간호사가 지각한 내부마케팅과 고객지향성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 B광역시 소재 5개 전문병원에서 6개월 이상 근무한 간호사 149명이며, 자료수집기간은 2015년 5월 01일에서 2015년 5월 30일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficients와 multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 조직몰입 정도는 연령, 결혼유무, 교육정도, 임상경력, 직위, 근무형태, 근무부서, 병상 수, 내부고객만족조사 유무에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 조직몰입은 내부마케팅과 높은 상관관계가, 고객지향성과는 낮은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고 통계적으로 유의하였다. 조직몰입을 설명하는 유의한 변수는 내부마케팅, 근무부서, 교육정도, 직위 순이었고, 전체 설명력은 58.5%이었다. 따라서 전문병원 간호사의 조직몰입을 높이기 위해서는 간호사의 전문성을 높이기 위한 교육의 기회를 제공하고, 근무환경을 개선하며, 정기적인 만족도 조사를 실시하는 등의 내부마케팅 전략의 개발이 필요하다.

사회복지조직의 시장 지향성, 학습지향성, 조직성과의 구조적 인과관계 탐색 연구 : 바우처 사업을 수행하고 있는 조직을 중심으로 (Exploratory study on Structural Causal Relation of Market Orientation, Learning Orientation, and Organizational Performance in Social Welfare Organizations : Focused on Voucher Program Organizations)

  • 본 연구는 바우처 사업을 중심으로 형성된 사회서비스 시장에서 사회복지조직의 조직 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 일환으로 시장지향성, 학습지향성, 조직 성과 간의 구조적 관계에 대한 실증적 분석을 시도하였다. 자료수집대상은 보건복지부 바우처 사업을 수행하고 있는 7대 광역시 사회복지조직이며, 자료는 총 203곳의 기관으로부터 확보되였다. 자료에 대한 분석은 기본적인 기술통계 및 구조방정식을 이용한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 시장지향성, 학습지향성, 조직성과 간의 구조적 관계는 측정모형에 대한 적합도 계수가 TLI = .92, CFI = .90, RMSEA = .02로, 유의미하게 나타났다. 조직성과에 대해서 시장지향성, 학습지향성 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 시장지향성과 학습지향성이 조직성과에 대해 직접효과 혹은 간접효과가 있는지 분석한 결과, 시장지향성과 학습지향성은 모두 조직성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하고, 부분매개변수로 작용하여 영향을 미치기도 하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 바우처 사업을 수행하고 있는 사회복지조직들은 바우처 사회서비스 시장에 대한 관련 정보 수집 및 공유, 조직 대응에 필요한 조직학습이 필요하다는 실천적 함의를 가지게 되었다.

외식산업 창업속성이 고객지향성 및 창업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Business Startup Attributes on Customer Orientation and Business Startup Performance in the Foodservice Industry)

  • 본 연구는 외식산업 창업속성이 고객지향성 및 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적을 갖고 서울지역에 소재하고 있는 외식업체의 5년 이상 창업자 300명을 대상으로 2013년 2월 1일부터 28일까지 설문조사 후 SPSS v. 17.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 외식산업 창업속성이 고객욕구이해에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 창업자금, 창업입지, 창업시설, 창업상품이 고객욕구이해에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 외식산업 창업속성이 고객관계에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 창업자금, 창업시설, 창업상품이 고객관계에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객지향성이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 고객욕구이해, 고객관계가 창업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이같은 결과는 외식산업의 창업에 따른 창업자금, 입지, 시설, 상품요소가 중요하고, 고객지향적인 고객욕구의 이해와 관계밀착이 종국적으로 성과로 나타나 장기적으로 안정된 경영을 뒷받침해 주는 요인임을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

문화 지향성별 파워개념에 대응하는 로컬푸드점포에 대한 태도요인 (Antecedents of Local Food Store Attitude Corresponding to the Power Concepts in Cultural Orientations)

  • Purpose - The present study theoretically reviews the use of power norm according to the cultural orientation of consumers to categorize the shopping value that corresponds to the use of the power norm when consumers use local food stores. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Based on the data collected from the survey to 130 undergraduates, salaried men and people at large, the group with cultural value orientation was divided further into the group of horizontal individualism and that of vertical collectivism by using cluster analysis of SPSS 18.0 program. And regression analysis of SPSS 18.0 was employed to verify the hypotheses. Results - The following conclusions were shown in the empirical study. First, in the group of vertical collectivism, contribution to regional profits and competitiveness, economic value and service superiority can positively affect the attitude to the local food stores while the social responsibility activity in the community can't. In the group of horizontal individualism, however, contribution to regional profits and competitiveness, social responsibility activity, economic value and service superiority were all found to positively affect the attitude to the stores. Second, the distinctive shopping value of the stores such as escapism, entertainment value and prestige does not affect the attitude to the stores. Third, the positive effects that the stores' level of responsibility for the outgroup community can exercise on the attitude to the stores turned out to be bigger in the group of horizontal individualism than in the group of vertical collectivism. Fourth, the impact that the degree of the stores' contribution to regional profits and competitiveness has on the attitude to the stores was found to be positive in both groups. However, no difference existed in the degree of positive effects between them. Conclusions - Marketing managers of local food stores should pay more attention to managing their contribution to practical shopping value and to interests as well as competitiveness of regional society, and to persuading consumers of the horizontal individualistic group by performing responsible activities for the outgroup of local society regardless of the types of consumers' cultural orientation.
