최종사용자 컴퓨팅의 실태와 최종사용자 개인적 특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the current status of EUC andindividual characteristicsofend-users in Korean firms)

  • This study has two research objectives related to end-user computing (EUC). One of the research objectives was to investigate the current status of EUC of Korean firms. Another research objective was to examine the relationship between individual differences of end-users and EUC success. Using survey data from 752 end-users of 23 firms, the surrent status of EUC and the relationship between individual differences of end-users and EUC success were investigated. The current status of EUC was examined from six perspectives: 1). what is the characteristics of EUC strategy of Korean firms, 2). what are the individual characteristics of end-users in Korean Firms, #0. what are the characteristics of tasks performed by end-users using computer, 4). what are the application a areas of EUC, 5). How end-users are satisfied with the support of firms, 6). what are system usage and satisfaction of end-users. It was also foud that individual differences of end-users are related to EUC success. More specifically, it wat shown that the male gender, younger age, higher level of education, higher rank and organizational tenure, higher math ability, thinking type of cognitive style, positive and optimistic attitudes toward computer, more experience with computer, more computer education and knowledge are individual differences variables associated with EUC success. The results of stepwise regression analysis suggested that the individual difference variables accounted for 14%, 25%, 39% and 30% of the variances of four EUC success variables, satisfaction for outcome, satisfaction for ability, frequency of computer use, and the number of tasks, respectively. These empirical findings suggest that EUC managers should consider individual differences of end-users in managing EUC, such as education, training, support, and human resource management, to maximize potential benefits of EUC.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out the role conflict and ways of copying of nurses as underwriters worked at life insurance companies in Korea. Method: The subjects were 141 underwriters who were working at 4 major life insurance companies in Korea. For finding the role conflicts, Role conflict and Ambiguity scale developed by Rizzo, House & Lirtzman(1970) was used, For the ways of coping, Ways of coping scale developed by Lazarus et al. (1984) was used. The statistical method used were mean, percentage, t-test, ANOVA and Turkey test by SAS program. Result: The mean of role conflict was 2.76, and its subcategories were intersender conflict 2.95, sequential order interrole conflict 3.13, interarole conflict 2.69, organizational conflict 2.69, ambiguity from the outcome or responses to one's behavior 2.60, ambiguity from clarity of behavior requirements 2.61. The mean of ways of coping was 2.42 and its subcategories were problem focused 2.42, wishful thinking 2.26, detachment 2.09, seeking social support 2.49, focusing positive 2.72, tension reduction 2.08. There is statistically significant difference between single and married person i.e, single was high than married about role conflict. And also there is statistically significant difference among religion groups i.e., christian was high than none about ways of copying. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that nurses as underwriters' role conflicts and ways of coping were different that of clinical nurses' and examining medical insurance nurses', Therefore it need more detail repeat studies.

  • The present study examined the causal relationships among nurses' job environment /job characteristics(work overload, lack of autonomy, professional role conflict, interpersonal relationships), maturity, job stress, job satisfaction and turnover intention by constructing and testing a theoretial framework. Based on Katz and Kahn's (1978) theory of organizational open system and Kahn, Wolfe, Quinn, and Snoek's (1964) theory of stress, nurses' turnover intention, job satisfaction and job stress were conceived of as outcomes of the interplay between personal characteristics and work environment. Personal aspects associated with outcome variables included professional knowlege and skill, and maturity(challenge, commitment, control, responsibility). The work environment factors involved work overload, lack of autonomy, professional role conflict, and interpersonal relationships (social support). Three university hospitals located in Seoul were selected to participate. The total sample of 443 registered nurses represents a response rate of 96 percent. Linear structural relationships (LISREL) technique was used to test the fit of the proposed conceptual model to the data and to examine the causal relationships among variables. The result showed that both the proposed model and the modified model fit the data excellently, revealing considerable explanatinal power for job stress and job satisfaction. The explanatory power of turnover intention was relatively lower than those of stress and satisfaction. In predicting nurses' stress, satisfaction and turnover intention, the findings of this study clearly demonstrated that professional role conflict might be the most important variable of the all the environmental variables and personal characteristics. The results were dis-cussed, including directions for the future research and practical implications drawn from the research were suggested.

의료기관인증의 효과에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰: Balanced Score Card 관점으로 (Impact of Healthcare Accreditation Using a Systematic Review: Balanced Score Card Perspective)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of healthcare accreditation and to provide empirical evidence to validate positive effectiveness. Methods:Six electronic databases (KERIS, KoreaMed, NDSL, Ovid-medline, Embase, Cochrane library) were accessed in May 2016. Keywords used were 'accreditation' and 'Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO)'. Of the initially identified 3,008 articles, 60 studies on healthcare accreditation were selected based on inclusion criteria that are hospital accreditation, accreditation by disease and clinical center accreditation. These were retrieved and analyzed. Result: The 60 study results were on the impact of healthcare accreditation. Results were classified into four perspectives of Balanced Score Card (Financial, Customer, Internal Process, Learning & Growth). In internal process perspective, results revealed that healthcare accreditation has made a positive impact on "care process and procedure". In learning & growth perspective, healthcare accreditation has made a positive influence on "leadership", "organizational cultures" and "change mechanisms". However, it revealed that healthcare accreditation does not directly affect financial performance. It is also difficult to reach a definitive conclusion that healthcare accreditation programs affect patient satisfaction of customer and clinical outcome of the internal process. Conclusion: Healthcare accreditation programs provide positive impact on change of care process and building communication-oriented hospital culture. However, more rigorous and diverse research is needed on financial effects and clinical outcomes of healthcare accreditation.

가상기업의 성과요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence Factors for Virtual Enterprise)

  • Globalization changes in market structures and consumer needs, as well as technology innovations force organizations to adopt new structures and collaborative networks to cope with rapidly changing environments. These Collaborative Networks are based on the Idea of virtual enterprise. A virtual enterprise(VE) is a temporary alliance of globally distributed independent enterprises that share core competencies and computer networks. This paper presents a proposal for a methodology to measure a key factor of success and risk First of all, we chose thirty experts' defines on virtual enterprise, fifteen are academic specialist and other fifteen are from industry. For this study we define twenty two factors determining VE's success and seventeen factors determining VE's risk using by Delphi method. And we built the influence model on virtual enterprise. A research model was established according to preceeding research and consensus on experts then the revised model of key factors on virtual enterprise. This survey was based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is an approach to decision making that involves structuring multiple choice criteria into a hierarchy, the assessing the relative important of these criteria, comparing alternative for each criteria, and determining an overall ranking of the alternatives. A model was constructed as 3 level hierarchy. The hierarches are organizational, strategic, technical criteria. for success model on VE has 22 factors and 17 factors for risk model. They are selected by all 30 experts. 14 copies among 30 copies distributed to carry out on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Consistency ratio confirm high validity and reliability of instrument and support theoretical model. The results of this study are summarized as follows. (1) This study presented success on VE influenced strategic criteria, and essential factor is Creating a value. Risk on VE influenced strategic criteria, and essential factor is Outcome/Distribution. (2) Its enable that ranking the criteria influence on VE. These are supported VE management and using guideline of VE.

통상협상에서 비윤리적 협상행위에 대한 결정 요인 (Determinants of Unethical Tactics in the Trade Negotiation Process)

  • 본 논문에서는 국제통상 협상에서 마키아밸리즘, 이상주의, 기회주의 등의 개인적 특성과 법률시스템, 조직의 목표 등 환경적 요인 등이 비윤리적 협상행위에 대한 결정요인으로서 영향을 미치는지에 대한 여부를 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 마키아밸리즘과 이상주의는 부적절한 정보수집과 같은 비윤리적 협상전략과 관련이 있는 반면에 기회주의는 영향이 없는 것으로 확인되었으며, 엄격한 법집행이 전제되지 않은 현행 법률 시스템 하에서는 비윤리적 협상전술을 사용하려는 의도가 높게 나타났으나, 조직의 목표 달성을 위해 비윤리적 협상전술 사용하려는 의도를 낮게 나타난 것이 특징이다. 따라서 국제 협상시 상대방의 비윤리적 협상전술 사용을 억제하고 비윤리적 협상위험을 줄이기 위해서는 상대방 국가 협상자의 협상행위 특징을 파악하고, 양쪽 문화에 익숙한 협상 자문사를 고용하는 것이 보다 안전한 협상이득을 얻을 수 있는 방안이라 사료된다.

  • 본 연구는 지역사회복지관의 주민조직 활동에서 지역주민이 구성한 언어를 토대로 주민조직과 참여자의 변화과정을 살펴봄으로써 근린지역사회조직화모델의 효과를 이해하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구결과 주민조직의 조직적, 개인적 차원에서의 변화과정을 확인할 수 있었다. 먼저 주민조직차원의 변화과정을 살펴보면 참여자들은 문제의 발견과 주민조직을 거쳐 조직의 목표를 설정하고 조직의 질적, 양적 변화의 의미를 구성한다. 개인적 차원에서 참여자들은 '갇힌 세계로부터의 탈출'을 거쳐 가치 있는 일을 통한 '나의 재구성'단계를 거치게 된다. 다음으로 참여자는 가족을 통해, 자신을 자랑스러운 존재로 재규정하고 있고 또한 이웃을 통해, '이웃은 곧 나'라는 새로운 의미를 구성한다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 토대로, 근린지역사회조직화모델의 효과를 높이기 위한 실천적 제언을 했다.

한국인 직무스트레스 측정도구에 관한 실증적 연구: 물리치료사를 대상으로 (Empirical Verification of the Korean Occupational Stress Scale in Physical Therapist)

  • 직무스트레스란 작업장 또는 조직 내에서 일어나는 스트레스로서, 한국의 직장인들이 느끼는 직무스트레스는 87.8%로 OECD 국가 중 최고 수준이다. 본 연구의 목적은 물리치료사를 대상으로 한국인 직무스트레스 측정도구에 대하여 실증적으로 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 경기지역소재의 물리치료사를 대상으로 설정하였으며, 유의표집법으로 388명에 대하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 탐색적 요인분석과 확증적 요인분석을 통하여 요인구조를 확인하고, 물리치료사를 대상으로 한 한국인 직무스트레스 측정도구를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 측정도구의 신뢰도를 조사한 결과 0.83로 적절하게 나타났다. 둘째, 탐색적 요인분석 및 확증적 요인분석을 통하여 물리치료사를 대상으로 측정한 한국인 직무스트레스 측정도구는 개발 당시 제시되었던 하위요인보다는 조직체계 및 보상부적절, 직장문화, 직무요구, 관계갈등, 직무능력, 직무불안정, 직무자율성결여의 7개 요인으로 적용하는 것이 물리치료사에게 보다 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 물리치료사의 직무스트레스 관련 연구를 위한 기초 정보 산출 및 평가에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

  • 최근 경영환경의 변화와 정보기술의 급속한 발전에 따라 전사적 자원관리(ERP: Enterprise Resource Planning)가 새로운 경영기법의 하나로 등장하였다. ERF시스템의 통합성, 유연성, 그리고 다양한 정보기술 적용을 통하여 경영혁신을 수월하게 추진할 수 있는 장점으로 인하여 기업에서 ERP 시스템 도입 및 구축이 확산되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 이점에도 불구하고 변화에 대한 저항, 기업 환경을 고려하지 않은 시스템 구축 등으로 인하여 활용 측면에서는 많은 문제점이 존재하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자의 만족여부가 ERP 시스템의 성공을 좌우한다는 인식에서 ERP 시스템의 정보 품질을 구성하는 항목들을 사용자 관점에서 규명하고, 이들을 이용한 ERP 시스템의 활용수준을 결정하는 차원들을 도출하여 사용자 관점에서 ERP 시스템 환용에 미치는 영향의 정도에 따른 차이를 알아보고자 한다.
