과제유형과 범주전형성에 따른 아동의 회상수행과 조직화책략 발달 (Recall and Development of Organizations Strategy for List Types and Category Typicality in Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate developmental trends in organization strategy for taxonomic and slot-fiber lists and category typicality, use of organization strategy in relation to developmental changes in category knowledge structure, emergent organization capacity and effects in category typicality on children's recall. Moreover, the influences of children's age, use of organization strategy, list types and category typicality on children's recap were figured out. The major results were as follows. 1. Children's recall use of organization strategy increased with age. That is, the older children performed better recap and used organization strategy on both list types than the younger children. 2. AU children performed recall and used organization strategy better for the slot-filler than taxonomic list. The 4-year-olds, however, demonstrated better recap and use of organization strategy for the slot-filler than taxonomic list. While the 6-year-olds and 8-year-olds showed no such differences. These findings were supported the view that script-based slot-filler categories have a strong influence on young children's memory performance. 3. At each age level, children showed higher level of recall and use of organization strategy for category typical than category atypical list. AU children received higher scores for the typical than atypical items on recap and use of organization strategy. 4. Children's age, use of organization strategy, list types, and category typicality of lists significantly predicted children's recap.58% of the variance of children's recap was explained by four variables.

21세기 디지털 조직 전략실천에 대한 생태론적 고찰 (Strategy Practice in the 21st Century Digital Organization: -An Analysis from the Ecological Perspective-)

  • It is argued that the strategy practice in the 21st digital organization is limited and constrained in that it is being laregy driven by a traditional positivistic strategic management thinking. This article, drawing upon the models and concepts developed in the field of general ecology, proposes a resilient ecological view of strategy, as an alternative strategy frame of reference for overcoming some of the pitfalls and shortcomings of the current digital strategy practice in the organization. The implications of this new ecological perspective on strategy practice are discussed in detail. The article concludes with discussions and directions for implanting the perspective in the organization.

  • People have relatively continuous and stable characteristic and it can help understand personal attitude and behavior. As individual has individual personality and society has culture, in case of organization, there is organization culture that means unique cultural characteristic. And as if we need to know culture of that society to understand individual, we need to know organization culture of that organization to understand any organization. The reason why organization culture is acknowledged as modern theory of business management is-modern company has proposed management innovation, organization activation, company transformation, and company reprogramming as management strategy to cope actively with various and quickly changing environment that modern company face-that organization culture and management innovation, that is, the concept of new business management is highlighted for means and tools to solve such problems. Seeing contemporary situation, although organization culture of small company is being improved by management innovation, cause and effect that organization culture affect technique innovation still insufficient. The meaning of this research is, through a good example of organization culture, providing reason that efficient organization culture affect technique innovation of small company(medium and small company) and making people understand why this effect occur. Through this, I want to provide strategy and policy implication of company.

문제 해결 전략에서 시각적 조직화와 협동학습의 효과 (The Effects of Visual Organization and Cooperative Learning in Problem-Solving Strategy)

  • 본 연구에서는 문제 해결 전략에서 시각적 조직화와 협동학습의 효과를 조사하였다. 고등학교에서 세학급 (N=127)을 선정하여 시각적 조직화를 이용한 문제 해결 전략을 개별적으로 사용하는 집단(SV), 협동학습 환경에서 사용하는 집단(SVC ), 그리고 통제집단으로 배치하였다. 수업 처치 후 객관식 문제 해결력, 전략 수행 능력, 화학 학습에 대한 불안, 수업참여도, 학습 동기를 조사하였다. 연구 결과 객관식 문제 해결력에서는 집단간 차이가 유의미하지 않았으나, 전략 수행 능력에서는 수업 처치의 주효과가 나타났다. SV 집단과 SVC 집단의 점수가 통제 집단보다 높았으며, 특히 하위 영역 중 문제 이해와 관련 법칙 회상에서 높은 점수를 보였다. 수업 참여도와 학습 동기 검사에서도 SV 집단과 SVC 집단의 점수가 통제 집단보다 유의미하게 높았다. 그러나 시각적 조직화를 이용한 문제 해결 전략이 학생들의 화학 학습에 대한 불안을 유의미하게 감소시키지는 못했다.

과학 학습시 중 . 고등학생들이 선호하는 학습 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preferable Learning Strategies in Science Learning of the Secondary School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the preferable learning strategies in science learning and to find out the relationship between these strategies and scientific achievement of students in the secondary school. The learning strategies were tested with two categories, self-focused and work-focused learning. The four types of learning strategies in science learning were analyzed, and they were named to organization, monitoring, elaboration and memorization strategies, which were defined by GSSS test. In the self-focused learning, the organization and monitoring strategies were preferred to the elaboration and memorization strategies. Middle school students had a preference for memorization strategy (p=0.000), whereas high school students had a preference for monitoring strategy (p=0.015). In the case of organization strategy, female groups were preferable to male groups (p=0.027). In the second form of learning types, work-focused learning, the memorization strategy was the same preference as organization and monitoring strategies in the secondary school students, especially the male groups of high school students. The preference of elaboration strategy was relative lower compared with that of self-focused learning type. Middle school students had a preference for monitoring strategy (p=0.001), whereas high school students had a preference for elaboration strategy (p=0.001). The difference of each preference between male and female groups was not shown. From the analysis of correlation between learning strategy and scientific achievement, it showed that the monitoring strategy was commonly correlated with scientific achievement. In the self-focused learning, elaboration and organization strategies were correlated with scientific achievement in high school students (p<0.05). In the work-focused learning, memorization strategy was correlated with scientific achievement in middle school students, especially in male groups (p<0.05).

The Effect of New brand's Entry on the Price Strategy of Incumbent Retailers

  • According to Resource Dependence theory, an organization's behavior and strategy is affected by external resources. An organization has diverse resources interacting with environment. Because organization cannot focus on all those resources, it concentrates on its critical resources. In market environment, firm responds to other firms by controlling their internal critical resources or manages interdependency with environment to get market share. Thus Firm should choose best behavior and strategy when internal and external resources are change. When new brand enters, incumbents might change their strategy to protect their market share depending on critical value. More precisely, incumbents sharing market with entrant respond, but incumbents having competitive internal resources do not. In this article, we study incumbent's responses to a new brand entry and long-term effect. We show that how incumbents change their price strategy in reaction to the new brand' entry and also show these responses vary depending on interdependency of internal resources and external environments and ownership.

A Diagnosis of Strategy Execution Ability and Corresponding Measures for Korean Oceanic Shipping Companies

  • This paper aims to diagnose the strategy execution ability and to provide corresponding measures for Korean oceanic shipping companies. The analysis method is the t-test between importance awareness and Corresponding ability for strategy execution diagnosis index(XPP). According to the diagnosed results, the strategy development is unsatisfactory because the strategy implemented does not adhere to concurrent environmental change. Moreover, the execution of the strategy is also unsatisfactory. Therefore, an evaluation shows that there is a need for a SWOT analysis using BSC, an organization structure to strengthen the strategy execution ability and the support from the market condition analysis prediction center.

전략의 적합성 요인이 ITO 영향요인과 성과요인 간에 미치는 조절효과 - 공공기관 중심으로 (Adjustment effect of the suitability factors of strategy between Information Technology Outsourcing(ITO)'s influence and outcome factors in Government offices)

  • 본 연구는 조직의 전략과 IS 전략 간의 적합성 요인이 IT 아웃소싱에 미치는 영향요인과 도입성과 간의 조절적 역할을 공공기관을 중심으로 분석하였다. IT 아웃소싱에 미치는 영향 요인은 조직요인(정보시스템 성숙도, CEO의 지원), 거래요인(자산 특수성, 불확실성, 정보시스템의 사용정도), 위험요인(안전성(보안)의 위험, 비용의 증가위험, 자율성 상실의 위험)으로 설정하였고, 성과요인은 경제적 효과와 기술적 효과로 설정하였으며, 조직의 전략과 IS 전략 간의 적합성 요인을 조절변수로 설정하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 조직의 전략 및 IS 전략의 적합성 요인은 조직요인의 하위 변수인 정보시스템 성숙도, CEO의 지원, 거래 요인의 하위 변수인 불확실성, 정보시스템의 사용정도, 위험 요인의 하위 변수인 안전성(보안)의 위험, 비용의 증가 위험, 자율성 상실의 위험 요인들과 도입성과 간에 조절적인 역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 조직에서 아웃소싱을 통하여 정보기술의 도입 성과를 높이기 위해서는 조직의 전략과 IS 전략이 잘 조화롭게 추진될 수 있어야 할 것이다. 그러나 적합성 요인이 자산 특수성 요인과 도입성과 간에서는 조절적인 역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다.

민간경비원의 셀프리더십과 임파워먼트 및 조직혁신행동의 관계 (Relation of Self Leadership and Empowerment and Organization Innovation Action in Private Security Guard)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 민간경비원의 셀프리더십과 임파워먼트 및 조직혁신행동의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2011년 서울소재 민간경비회사에서 재직하고 있는 민간경비원들을 모집단으로 설정한 후 유의표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 293명이다. 분석방법은 SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석, 경로분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .831이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원의 셀프리더십은 임파워먼트에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 행위 중심 전략, 자연적 보상 전략이 잘 이루어질수록 영향력과 의미성은 증대된다. 또한 건설적 사고 전략, 자연적 보상 전략이 잘 이루어질수록 역량/자기결정력은 증대된다. 둘째, 민간경비원의 셀프리더십은 조직혁신행동에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 행위 중심 전략이 잘 이루어질수록 혁신행동은 증대된다. 또한, 건설적 사고 전략, 행위 중심 전략, 자연적 보상 전략이 잘 이루어질수록 조직의 혁신성과는 증대된다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 임파워먼트는 조직혁신행동에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 영향력, 의미성이 증대될 경우 혁신행동, 혁신성과는 높다. 넷째, 민간경비원의 셀프리더십은 임파워먼트 및 조직혁신행동에 직간접적인 영향을 미친다. 즉, 임파워먼트는 셀프리더십과 조직혁신행동을 매개하는 중요한 변수이다.

지역 중소기업의 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 정보화 전략 (An Information Strategy for Activating the Electronic Commerce of Regional Small and Medium-sized Business Organizations)

  • A major effect of electronic commerce on the Internet is that it reduces transaction costs and creates an efficient market. Thus, an information strategy for developing of regional economy must be changed toward 21st century of electronic commerce era. In this paper, we present an information strategy for activating the electronic commerce of regional small and medium-sized business organizations. The paper stresses creation of a network organization comprising local government, regional business organizations, universities, research institutes, and citizens' coalitions as groups of organizational actors. Necessary conditions of a successful network organization in electronic commerce are to build the public key infrastructure for developing the trust of transactions among partners, and to create an information center to manage a web of partners. In the network organization, the information center must play critical roles as a creator of value and the certification authority in order to issue and manage participants' electronic certificates.
