치과기공사의 조직문화와 직무만족도간의 관계연구 (A Study on Relations between Dental Technicians' Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate relations between the organizational culture and job satisfaction of ordinary dental technicians who are serving at dental laboratories. Findings of the study are summarized as follows. Ordinary dental technicians' job satisfaction as a whole was measured 3.40 in average score. In detail, those dental technicians were highest in satisfaction about their work, followed by their work conditions, organizational relations and occupation itself in order, but showed some dissatisfaction in terms of their self-realization. Regarding relations between the organizational culture and job satisfaction of ordinary dental technicians, the former was found significantly affecting the latter. Those dental technicians' job satisfaction was being most positively influenced by innovation-orientation as one of their organizational culture styles, followed by task-orientation. In regard to relations between sub-areas of the satisfaction and styles of the culture, ordinary dental technicians' organizational relations were being significantly, positively affected by such styles of their organizational culture as relation-orientation and task-orientation. Those technicians' occupational satisfaction, self-realization and work conditions were being strongly influenced by one of their organizational culture styles, that is, innovation-orientation. Originary dental technicians' work satisfaction was not being significantly affected by any of the organizational culture styles. The more relation- or task-orienting ordinary dental technicians were in organizational culture, the stronger their organizational relations were. The more innovation-orienting ordinary dental technicians were in organizational culture, the more those dental technicians' satisfaction regarding their occupation, self-realization and work conditions is likely to positively change. These findings indicate that ordinary dental technicians are even more orienting both relation and task in organizational culture, while being afraid of innovation and that their organizational culture as a whole is somewhat strict hierarchically.

광주광역시 빛고을 혁신 초등학교와 일반 초등학교의 정서적 요인 비교를 통한 빛고을혁신학교의 개선점 도출 (Deduction of Improvements for Bitgoeul Innovation Schools through Comparison of Affective Factors between Bitgoeul Innovative Elementary Schools and Ordinary Elementary Schools in Gwangju Metropolitan City)

  • 이 연구는 광주광역시 빛고을혁신학교의 개선을 위해 혁신 초등학교와 일반 초등학교 사이의 정서적 영역을 비교 분석하였다. 분석대상은 혁신 초등학교를 졸업한 예비 중학생 318명과 일반 초등학교를 졸업한 예비 중학생 435명이다. 분석 방법은 두 학교의 자아존중감, 반사회성, 불안, 스트레스 간 상관관계를 그리고 자아존중감을 종속변수로 다른 변수들을 독립변수로 하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 두 학교를 졸업한 예비 중학생의 정서적 변수들의 상관관계가 비슷한 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 두 학교 모두 독립변수 반사회성, 불안, 스트레스가 증가할수록 종속변수 자아존중감은 낮아졌다. 셋째, 모든 변수에서 빛고을 혁신 초등학교와 일반 초등학교를 졸업한 예비 중학생 간의 유의한 차이가 없었다. 이러한 결과를 기반으로 빛고을혁신학교의 확대를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

혁신확산이론을 바탕으로 한 정보통신기술의 수용요인에 관한 분석적 실증연구 (An Analytical Study of ICT Adoption based on Diffusion Innovation Theory)

  • This study adopts diffusion of innovation theory and analyses product life cycle on two different information communication technology (ICT) products. One is telematics located on introduction and the other one is MP3 located on maturity. The analytical results were mixed. ordinary least square (OLS) result showed that adoption of MP3 player is affected by white noise error ($\varepsilon$) and telematics is influenced by innovation effect (p coefficient) rather than imitation effect (q coefficient) or white noise error. However, nonlinear least square (NLS) result showed that adoption of MP3 player is affected by imitation effect (q coefficient) rather than innovation effect (p coefficient). In addition, the ratio of imitation effect/innovation effect of MP3 player is larger than that of telematics.

  • An innovation diffusion model is proposed model consists of three classes, namely, a non-adopter class, adopter class innovation-I, and adopter class innovation-II in a partially competitive and cooperative market. The proposed model is analyzed with the help of the qualitative theory of a system of ordinary differential equations. Basic influence numbers associated with first and second innovation $R_{0_1}$ and $R_{0_2}$ respectively in the absence of each other are quantified. Then the overall basic influence number (R0) of the system is assessed for analyzing stability in the market in different situations. Sensitivity analysis of basic influence numbers associated with first and second innovation in the absence of each other is carried out. Numerical simulation supports our analytical findings.

A User-centered Classification Framework for Digital Service Innovation : Case for Elderly Care Service

  • Digital technology has been changing everyday life of ordinary people let alone the structure of world industry. The elderly care service is also going through changes influenced by the unavoidable impact from torrents of digital technologies. There are numerous reports and news about the digital technologies increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of care service yet lacking systematic understanding of the sources of such improvement. This study aims to present a new classification framework for digital elderly care service innovation to fully utilize the power of digital technologies drawing on insights from innovation studies and service studies. First, 4 features of digital technologies are identified as sources of new value in service innovation. The co-creation of value by users and producers in service and technology development is discussed to illuminate users' contributions to service innovation. Communication of needs and ideas with producers and application of new technologies into everyday practice of life are identified as the source of new value which can be attributed to the elderly. Customization along with efficiency gains is the key to digital elderly care service innovation. The classification framework, thus, incorporates the needs of the elderly as one axis of criteria in the conventional technology-centered framework. The new classification framework would help give due weight to user-driven or demand-driven innovation in the elderly care service R&D activities.

The Impact of Innovation Activities on Firm Efficiency: Data Envelopment Analysis

  • This study aims to investigate the impact of innovation on firm efficiency. Panel data of fourteen finance companies and nine technology companies from 2011 to 2019 on the Vietnam Stock Exchange Market is derived from audited financial statements, annual reports, and other crucial reports that are provided by Vietstock; macroeconomic variables are collected from the World Bank Database. A two-stage approach is used. First, use of the Data Envelopment Analysis methodology to measure firm efficiency. Second, use of the Pooled ordinary least squares, the Fixed effects model, and the Random effects model to investigate the impact of innovation on firm efficiency. Furthermore, the Generalized Method of Moments and the Tobit model are used to validate the impact of innovation on firm efficiency, and the t-test is used to confirm the difference in efficiency with and without the impact of innovation between two industries. The results show that there is a significant impact of innovation on efficiency, and innovation plays a more important in increasing the efficiency of the finance industry than the technology industry. Moreover, the relation between age and efficiency is like the U-shaped, and between size and efficiency is like the inverted U-shaped, whereas efficiency is not associated with inflation.

제품 블라인드 테스트를 통한 사회혁신기업과 일반기업의 브랜드 태도 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Brand Attitudes of Social Innovative Companies and General Enterprises by Product Blind Testing)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 사회혁신기업이 일반기업과 경쟁에서 차별화된 경쟁력을 갖추고 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있도록 소비자들의 사회혁신기업에 대한 브랜드 태도에 초점을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위하여 사회혁신기업의 제품과 일반기업의 제품에 대한 소비자의 브랜드 태도의 차이를 블라인드 테스트를 통하여 비교하였다. 본 연구의 블라인드 테스트 결과 사전 블라인드 테스트에서는 제품속성이나 브랜드 태도에 있어서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나 사후 제품의 정보를 공개한 후에는 실험물로 사용된 비누 제품이 천연 수제 비누라는 정보가 포함되어 있어 사회혁신기업과 일반기업 제품 모두에서 사후 브랜드 태도가 향상됨을 보여주었다. 그리고 사회혁신기업이 추구하는 사회적 가치에 대한 설명을 해 준 후에는 일반기업에 비하여 사회혁신기업에 대한 관심 증가로 인해 사회혁신기업 제품에 대한 브랜드 태도가 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타나는 결과를 보였다. 제품 포장에 명확하고 과장되지 않은 정보표시는 브랜드 태도를 향상시킬 수 있는 도구가 될 수 있다는 것이다. 또한 사회혁신기업 제품에 대한 소비자들의 인식을 높이기 위하여 정부 차원에서의 사회혁신기업에 대한 교육과 홍보 정책이 제고되어져야 할 필요가 있을 것이며, 사회혁신기업이 자신들이 추구하는 사회적 가치에 대한 내용을 제품 포장에 광고카피로 표현함으로써 스스로를 홍보하는 자구책을 마련하는 것도 브랜드 태도 향상을 꾀하고 판매증가를 위한 또 하나의 돌파구가 될 수 있을 것이다.

The Impact of Intellectual Capital on Knowledge Management Processes in Thailand

  • This research explores the effects of intellectual capital on knowledge management processes (creation of information, knowledge sharing, and use of knowledge) and innovation performance. The data was gathered from 224 fashion accessories in Thailand using a questionnaire. The population was collected on December 16, 2019 (https:/www.ditp.go.th) from a list database of the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce of Thailand (2019). A questionnaire mail survey technique was used to collect data. Executives or managers were the key participants in this study. The statistical technique used to analyze is the ordinary least square regression. The findings show that intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on information management systems. Likewise, information management techniques have a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Moreover, increasing the use of information tends to make staff willing to use the knowledge to improve the quality and quantity of the service. This tendency contributes to productivity gain. Through the interaction of processes of information use, self-reflection, and input from customers, employees tend to increase the production of knowledge that eventually develops the results of the innovation. Hence, organizations should value knowledge management process elements to improve efficiency, and thus innovation.

  • 이 글에서는 2017년 새 정부가 들어선 지금 이 시점에 왜 다시 기록관리혁신을 말하는가에 대해 밝히고 혁신의 방향과 전략에 대해 구체적으로 언급한다. 지금의 혁신은 참여정부 때의 혁신 정신을 잇되, 내재적 비판을 전제로 하여 그 방법과 내용을 새로이 해야 한다. 이 글은 혁신의 기본 방향을 "모두와 함께 하는 기록관리"로 설정할 것을 제안하고 있다. 민주적 지향을 갖되, 현장의 주체들을 위해, 현장에 있는 모든 이들이 함께 혁신을 진행하자는 것이다. 정부 공공기관은 물론 시민과 기업들 모두가 기록관리의 현장에서 그 과정에 참여하고 성과를 공유하는 주체들이다. 민주주의의 현장도, 역사의 현장도, 그리고 기술혁신을 거듭해가는 세계의 흐름도 모두 중요한 기록관리의 현장들이다. 이 글은 이들 6개의 현장에서 지금 바로 진행해야 할 12개의 전략과제와 35개의 세부과제를 구체적으로 제시한다. 또한 최신 기술을 충분히 활용하고, 각 현장의 주체들과 소통하며, 모든 의사결정을 협치에 의해 내리는 방법적 혁신을 동반한 기록관리 혁신의 진행을 제안한다.
