  • For successful accomplishment of six sigma innovation, one of the most important factor is performance evaluation and proper compensation. Six sigma project teams are well motivated to perform the projects only when their activities are properly evaluated and reasonable compensations are secured. In this paper, a systematic evaluation system of financial effect of six sigma projects is presented for order-based aerospace industry.

  • Joint optimization of preventive age replacement and inventory policy is considered in this paper. There are three decision variables in the problem: (i) preventive replacement age of the operating unit, (ii) order quantity per order and (iii) reorder point for spare replenishment. Preventive replacement age and order quantity are jointly determined so as to minimize the expected cost rate, and then the reorder point for meeting a desired service level is found. A numerical example is included to explain the joint optimization model.

폴리곤모델의 국부적 홀 메움 및 유연화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Local Hole Filling and Smoothing of the Polygon Model)

  • A new approach which combines implicit surface scheme and recursive subdivision method is suggested in order to fill the holes with complex shapes in the polygon model. In the method, a base surface is constructed by creating smooth implicit surface from the points selected in the neighborhood of holes. In order to assure C$^1$ continuity between the newly generated surface and the original polygon model, offset points of same number as the selected points are used as the augmented constraint conditions in the calculation of implicit surface. In this paper the well-known recursive subdivision method is used in order to generate the triangular net with good quality using the hole boundary curve and generated base implicit surface. An efficient anisotropic smoothing algorithm is introduced to eliminate the unwanted noise data and improve the quality of polygon model. The effectiveness and validity of the proposed method are demonstrated by performing numerical experiments for the various types of holes and polygon model.

  • A multi-period production-inventory scheduling model, which extends the customary dynamic lot sizing model to the one for deteriorating items, is developed. The amount of deterioration during a period is assumed to be proportional to the on-hand inventory at the end of the period. It is futher assumed that the deterioration rates vary from period to period. In addtion, an expediting cost due to the delay of outstanding order is included and it is allowed to offset the order release date in advance, instead, in order to avoid incurring the cost. Finally, a quasi-WW algorithm corresponding to the Wagar-Whitin algorithm is proposed to obtain the optimal production-inventory schedules.

  • The goal of this paper is to consider a co-design approach between time delay compensation and the message scheduling for CAN-Based Networked Control Systems (NCS). First we propose a hybrid priority scheme for the message scheduling in order to improve the Quality of Service (QoS). Second we present the way to calculate the closed-loop communication time delay and then compensate this time delay using the pole placement design method in order to improve the Quality of Control (QoC). The final objective is the implementation of a co-design which is the combination of the compensation for communication time delays and the message scheduling in order to have a more efficient NCS design.

  • Today, Organizations should be equipped with flexibility in order to cope with rapidly changing environment in management. By doing so, they are able to grow and obtain their superior competitiveness in highly developed economic arena. Recently, Enterprise Architecture is actively constructed to perform such a change flexibly. In this regard, it is crucial to figure out some risk factors for the organizations that place an order. Besides, it is also important to find out the quality of EA and some risk factors caused by the organizations that receive an order. Lastly, it is absolutely important to verify the relationship between such factors and outcomes of EA. In this aspect, this study will verify risk factors made by the former organizations and investigate the quality of EA and its outcome by proving the said relationship. In doing so, it will suggest an appropriate direction for the companies that will build up or perform EA successfully.

심폐소생술 시 구조자의 간소화된 구령방법과 연속된 구령방법 간의 가슴압박 질 효과 (Effects of Chest Compression Quality between Rescuer's Simplified Verbal-Order Method and Continued Verbal-Order Method during Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)

  • 본 연구는 심폐소생술 시 음성측정기를 활용하여 구조자의 간소화된 구령방법과 연속된 구령방법과의 가슴압박 질 비교를 통해 심폐소생술의 효율성을 높이고자 한다. 대상자는 C도 소재 응급구조과 재학생으로 심폐소생술 15주 교육과정을 이수한 89명(실험군 45명, 대조군 44명)을 무작위추출 하여 시행하였다. 집단 구분은 간소화된 구령집단을 실험군, 연속적 구령집단을 대조군으로 하였다. 실험측정 기간은 1차(2011년 11월 10일, 11월 28일)와 2차(2012년 9월3일-9월4일)로 진행하였다. 분석은 SPSS WIN 12.0 program을 사용하였다. 연구결과 적절한 가슴압박(회, %)은 실험군(102.86회, 67.79%)이 대조군(85.31회, 55.84%) 보다 가슴압박 질 효과가 높았다(p<.05). 반면, 약한 가슴압박(회) 시행은 실험군(35.54회) 보다 대조군(61.13회)이 높았다. 성별에 있어서는 실험군의 남자가, 체중에 있어서는 실험군의 60kg이상이 적절한 가슴압박을 보였다(p<.05).

  • 코로나 19의 확산으로 O2O 주문·배달 앱의 활용이 보편화되고 있다. 원하는 거래 방식과 채널을 선택할 수 있었던 과거와 달리, 소비자의 선택의 폭이 점점 좁아지고 있는 뉴노멀 시대에는 주문·배달 앱의 편의성에 가려져 왔던 그림자 노동에 대한 고찰이 시급하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 O2O 주문·배달 앱의 사용자가 인지하는 서비스품질 요인과 그로 인한 그림자노동 속성을 파악하고, 상대적인 중요도와 만족도에 따른 우선순위를 파악하고자 한다. 먼저 O2O 주문·배달 앱에 대한 사용자 리뷰를 수집 후, 텍스트 분석 방법인 토픽 모델링을 활용하여 키워드에 따른 주제어를 도출하였다. 11개의 주제어를 기존의 주문·배달 앱 서비스품질에 대한 선행연구 및 그림자노동 관련 선행연구의 개념과 연결하여 연구변수를 선정하였다. 유용성, 용이성, 안정성, 디자인 품질 및 개인화, 반응성, 업데이트, 실재감의 8개 변수가 선정되었고, 이에 대한 32개의 측정항목에 대해, 주문·배달 앱 이용자를 대상으로 수정된 IPA 분석을 실시하여, 지속유지, 중점개선, 점진개선, 과잉 영역의 항목들을 파악하고 이에 따른 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • By the developing of Internet. the environments of the company have rapidly been changed. Especially. managers in the Internet shoppingmall have been try to provide excellent e-Services to their customers. e-Service i~ defined comprised of all interactive services that are delivered on the Internet uSing advanced telecommunications. information, and multimedia technologies. but according to study of e-Satisfy. com[2000]. customer service through internet is still neither effective nor efficient and poor service will impact on company's profit but excellent service can improve their value and quality of the service or product. In order to customer-oriented e-Services. this study suggested the QFD linked with e-Service quality model for the Internet shoppingmall service system. which can help determine design characteristics being relevant to customer's e-Service quality requirements. this hybrid model have two stages. In the first stage. we do measure service quality and find priorities of service quality attribute by purchase process. and in the second stage. on the basis of priority of e-Service quality attributes, we find design characteristics to maximize customer satisfaction. From this study, we provide internet shoppingmall managers with the implications for improvement of service quality, measuring quality of e-service, providing design characteristics for customer-oriented service quality.

QFD 및 Stage-gate 모델을 활용한 국방분야 개발단계 품질관리 방안 연구 (A Study on the development quality control by application of QFD and Stage-gate in defense system)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose adoption of QFD and Stage-gate in order to analyze the quality of korea defense system. Methods: Drawing change data of initial production phase in korea defense system were anlayzed and a practical method was proposed. Results: The results of this study are as follows; Off line Quality Control should be introduced in development phase. Specially, in case of defense system, the best method is QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and Stage-gate process. At first, QFD 1 step defines product planning from VOC(Voice Of Customer), QFD 2 step specifies part planning from product planning, QFD 3 step defines process planning from part planning, QFD 4 step defines production planning from previous process planning. Secondly, Stage-gate process is adopted. This study is proposed 5 stage-gate in case of korea defense development. Gate 1 is located after SFR(System Function Review), Gate 2 is located after PDR(Preliminary Design Review), Gate 3 is located after CDR(Critical Design Review), Gate 4 is located after TRR(Test Readiness Review) and Gate 5 is located before specification documentation submission. Conclusion: Off line QC(Quality Control) in development phase is necessary prior to on line QC(Quality Control) in p roduction phase. For the purpose of off line quality control, QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and Stage-gate process can be adopted.
