Today's world is generation of Transformation. The Term "Transformation" is widely used in many nations and international organizations such as U.S. and NATO to describe the course of change undertaken by militaries to respond to the new and emerging security environment. Transformation involves all elements of the defense enterprise including Operational Environment, Operational Concepts, Doctrine, Structure and Technologies, within a supportive Cultures context. An Operational Environment is defined as "a composite of conditions, circumstances, and influences that affect the employment of military forces and bear on the decisions of the unit commander." The context for developing future military concept and capability lies essentially within the anticipated boundaries of the operational environment in a collective sense. The joint operational environment is essential to the nation's defense. It describes volatile, complex, and dangerous environment in which the military personnel. organizations, and material will operate. Implications coming forth from joint Operational Environment are but a starting point - many others exist. More and better Implications will come forth as people think about massages of Operational Environment, experiment its characteristics, learn to deal with its threats and scenarios, apply their experience and judgement, and then consider what is required of Korean military doctrine, organizations, training and education, material development, and leadership for operations in the joint Operational Environment.

When the operational strains of a structure can not be directly measured in order to predict the life of the structure due to the problem of the attachment, those must be obtained indirectly. Since the displacement and the strain are interrelated, the strain can be predicted from the measured displacement and displacement-strain transformation matrix. The transformation matrix is dependent on the boundary condition, unfortunately, and it is also difficult to know exactly that of the operational system. In this study, for the structure with arbitrary boundary condition under the operation, the approximate method is proposed in order to predict the operational strains using the transformation matrix obtained by using free boundary conditions. And the method is applied to predict the strains of leads of surface mount component under the vibration of the printed circuit board.

Operational Transformation (OT) algorithms for real-time collaborative editing systems are becoming increasingly important due to the increased demand for collaborative data processing. The operational transformation algorithm is a technique for real-time concurrency control and consistency maintenance with non-locking technique, and many studies have been conducted to overcome three issues of convergence, causality-prevention, and intention-prevention. However, previous work has the disadvantage of wasting memory by storing all operations that occurred during an edit operation in the history buffer to solve this problem. Therefore, we propose a memory-saving real-time collaborative editing system that maintains a constant memory space and concurrency control through a method of applying the valid-time to each user-generated operation in order to reduce memory waste. This system prevents long-term memory occupation of client-generated operations, thus it reduces the space and time complexity even with low-rate of collaboration work, so that the performance degradation avoids.

The findings underscore the pivotal significance of data analytics and BI strategies in influencing strategic decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring long-term sustainability across various industries. The study stands out in its originality by offering a unique synthesis of insights derived from scholarly works and real-world case studies, contributing to a holistic understanding of the transformative impact of data analytics and BI on contemporary business practices. While the study provides valuable insights, limitations include the scope of available literature and case studies. The implications call for further research to explore emerging trends and evolving challenges in the dynamic landscape of data analytics and BI. The practical implications highlight the tangible benefits organizations can derive from integrating data analytics and BI strategies, emphasizing their role in shaping strategic decisions and fostering operational efficiency. In a broader context, the study delves into the social implications of the symbiotic relationship between data analytics, BI, and digital transformation. It explores how these strategies impact broader societal and economic aspects, influencing innovation and sustainability.

Environmental protection has been infused into the development of numerous fields by the Chinese government. The government's implementation of green development has also shifted its focus to green transformation and governance of highpolluting companies. In the context of green and sustainable development, this study employs DEA data envelopment analysis to compare the operating efficiency of listed firms that implemented Green Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) in China in 2018. The conclusions of this study are as follows: First, China's green M&A enterprises are unevenly dispersed among the country's east, middle, and western regions. Second, compared to before the implementation of Green M&A, operational efficiency has improved in most industries. Third, the difference in Green M&A across industries is generally favorable, showing that most organizations have improved their operational performance as a result of Green M&A implementation. In 2018, however, the gap in operating efficiency is more negative. Fourth, whereas the eastern and western areas' operational efficiency has improved as a result of Green M&A, the central region's has not. Based on this conclusion, this study makes recommendations for China's future sustainable development of heavily polluted firms.

Purpose: This study explores the impact of digital transformation (DT) strategies on gaining a competitive advantage in interactive educational services. Methods: We develop a service value proposition model by analyzing educational service elements to confirm the impact of DT in the classroom through case studies. This study focuses on educational services that DT has a positive impact on organizational competitiveness by providing opportunities for customers to engage in operational processes. This case study summarizes competitiveness using SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis. Results: The findings of the case study indicate that DT-enabled competitive factors contribute to an organization's competitive advantage. The study results present key resource as social cloud services, data combination, content sharing, and products/services. The online application that collects user data about education and shares class and evaluation information creates a new class operational process in the field of educational service for a value proposition of collection-merging-sharing with social cloud function. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as a good guideline for educational service providers interested in applying DT for improved customer satisfaction and educational organizations' competitiveness. In addition, the study findings provide theoretical and practical implications on SWOT approaches to changing the educational service provision ways through digital transformation.

오늘날 고객과 정보와 서비스를 결합하는 디지털전환은 산업전체의 판도를 바꾸는 새로운 비즈니스 모델이 등장하며, 고객의 가치를 창출하는 핵심 경쟁력으로 제시되었다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 숙박정보를 제공하는 앱서비스 사례를 기반으로 디지털전환이 기업에 미치는 영향력을 분석하여 경쟁우위요인을 도출하하였다. 본 사례연구는 숙박예약서비스 산업에서 디지털전환시운영프로세스에서 사용자의 참여를 확대하고, 그 과정에서 사용자에게 새로운 선호요인을 제안하여 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 서비스방안을 분석하였다. 분석결과, S사의 5가지 경쟁요인 분석을 통해 운영프로세스 상에서의 고객서비스 가치 모델을 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과는 서비스산업에서 디지털전환 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

In present, advanced countries in the world are seen concentring on Military Transformation to create new military capability as there is a shift in Warfare Paradigm. Rapid development of technology enables military system, operational concept and organization innovated. As a result, Revolution in Military Affairs(RMA) that dramatically increased warfighting capability is pursued. Especially, advanced information technology constructs system of systems with abilities of battle visualization, information sharing in battlefield, long-range strike capability that are interoperable and combined. Corresponding to this, engagement methods and organizations are being progressively developed. The purpose of this thesis is overview of newly developing Warfare Paradigm and analysis of tendency of Military Transformation that advanced countries are pursuing preparation to this. Above all, specific aspects and contents of the Warfare Paradigm which emerged by information age were summarized. Subsequently, Military Transformation which provides the basic concepts and principles to the advanced countries in the world for the creation of new military capability was discussed. In conclusion, the tendency of Military Transformation by U.S.A, Japan, China, and Russia surround the Korean peninsular as the major power in military was carefully observed.

Purpose: Due to the rapid growth of e-commerce in Thailand, the operational excellence of distribution service providers has been elevated. Thus, this research investigated the key drivers of operational performance of e-commerce distributors in Thailand. The research contains key variables: the analytics capabilities of an organization, supply chain disruption orientation, innovation capability, and operational performance. Research design, data, and methodology: An online survey is administered to top managers and key personnel (N=425) employed for at least one year in Thailand's top five e-commerce distributors. The sampling methods were conducted using purposive sampling, quota sampling, and convenience sampling. Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model were applied to analyze and confirm the model's goodness-of-fit and hypothesis testing. Results: The findings reveal that an organization's analytics capabilities significantly affect supply chain disruption orientation and supply chain resilience. Furthermore, operational performance is affected by supply chain disruption, supplier quality management, and innovation capability. Nevertheless, supply chain resilience and digital supply chain have no significant effect on operational performance. Conclusions: The results imply that supply chain digitalization could drive higher operational performance. Distribution businesses are encountering transformation and disruption, which should address the high level of a digital supply chain, innovation, and quality management to maximize their profit margin and delivery service quality.
