공급사슬관리에 관한 많은 선행연구들이 지속적으로 공급사슬성과의 향상을 위해서는 협업이 필요하다고 주장하고 있다. 본 연구는 물류기업의 관계특성, 협업, 성과 간의 인과관계를 밝히는 것이며, 특히 관계특성과 성과 간의 관계에서 매개변수로서 두 종류의 협업(운영적 협업과 전략적 협업)에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 분석을 위해 물류기업 164개의 자료가 사용되었으며, PLS를 이용해 구조모형을 분석하였다. 분석결과 신뢰성, 정보공유는 운영적협업에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 운영적 협업은 공급사슬 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 거래지속의지와 정보공유는 전략적 협업에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 전략적 협업은 공급사슬 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 관계 특성과 공급사슬성과 사이에는 운영적 협업이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 최근 세계적인 데이터 개방·공유 정책에 따라 국가R&D 데이터 기반 경영을 위한 효율적인 국가R&D API(Application Programming Interface) 관리시스템 구축과 운영 데이터 활용 가능성 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 국가R&D 데이터 개방·공유 추세에 따라 국가R&D API 서비스의 운영 데이터 분석을 통해 경영효율화 방안을 마련한다. 이를 위해 기존에 개별적으로 배포하던 국가R&D API에 대해 파라미터를 표준화하고 개별 API들을 통합하여 국가R&통합API 관리시스템을 구축한다. 국가R&D API의 서비스 호출 트래픽을 보면 측정을 시작한 2015년 대비 2019년까지 554.5%의 큰 성장세를 이루고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 국가R&D통합API 관리시스템의 실제 운영에 있어서 서비스 운영관리 데이터 기반의 데이터 준비, 분석, 예측을 통해 운영 데이터 활용 가능성을 탐색한다.

전 세계적으로 기업환경의 불확실성과 복잡성과 더불어 기업은 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 핵심요소의 하나로 공급사슬관리에 집중해오고 있다. 성공적인 공급사슬관리는 기업의 내부적 핵심역량과 공급사슬에서의 개별 기능의 통합을 강화하기 위한 노력을 추진해 왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 기업 간 정보공유가 공급사슬통합과 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 선행연구를 통해 설정된 연구가설을 구조방정식을 활용하여 분석하였다. 전체 723부의 설문지가 가설검정을 위해 투입되었다. 본 연구를 통해 기업간 정보공유는 공급사슬통합에 커다란 영향을 미치며, 이는 운영적·전략적 수준에서 재무, 시장점유율 그리고 고객 만족 등의 기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 기업간 정보의 통합과 공유를 통한 공급사슬의 통합은 정보, 서비스, 재화 및 돈의 흐름을 촉진시킨다. 그러므로 만약 공급사슬의 구성원간 정보가 단절되며 전체 공급사슬관리에 부정적인 효과를 가져올 것이다. 반면 공급사슬구성원이 단일의 플랫폼에서 실시간으로 효율적으로 정보를 고유할 수 있다면 전체 공급사슬의 최적화를 도모할 수 있다. 전략적이고 운영적 수준에서 정보의 공유와 통합은 공급사슬통합에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 이는 기업의 성과와 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 것이다.

High-tech industry has been the principal economic source for Taiwan in recent years. The characteristics of high-tech industries in Taiwan are changeable product markets, short product life cycles and high company attrition rate. In the globalization trend, the high-tech industry has gradually increased corporate competitiveness and reached the goal of sustainable operations through knowledge management, knowledge sharing and new product research and development. Firms have aggressively strengthened and integrated their internal and external resources and enhanced knowledge sharing to increase industry operational performance. Effectively strengthening the knowledge management operation and performance evaluation of knowledge sharing in Taiwan's high-tech industry has become a critical issue. In the selection of knowledge sharing Key Performance Indicators (KPI), this research divided the knowledge sharing indicators into representative strategic indicators such as organizational knowledge learning, organizational knowledge resources, organizational information capacity and organizational knowledge performance through screening using Factor Analysis. The characteristics of the constructs were interdependent. This research calculated and adjusted the correlation among the key performance knowledge sharing indicators using ANP and determined the relative weight of knowledge sharing.

Recently firms which have been using traditional VAN-EDI are adapting Web-EDI at very rapid pace. Based on the Internet, Web-EDI is easier to install, is cheaper and more accessible than VAN-EDI. Web-EDI establishes an electronic hierarchy as a type of Inter-Organization Information System. An electronic hierarchy connects two legally separate firms in an electronically mediated relationship. The primary reasons for establishing an electronic hierarchy is to improve the flow of materials and information between firms. This paper suggests two hypotheses that describe the possible impact of Web-EDI on firms in the Web-EDI network, and empirically tests them using data from a case study based on a discount store. The result is as follows. First, the more a firm utilizes information shared through Web-EDI, the higher the inventory turns. Second, a higher level of information sharing does not necessarily increase the inventory turns of Web-EDI adopters who are coerced to implement the electronic networks by the champion. These findings imply that the operational performance of Web-EDI adopters can be improved only when the firms intensively utilize the information shared through Web-EDI for their business processes.

본 연구는 전국적으로 공공도서관 디지털자료실 구축사업이 완료된 이후 약 5년이 경과한 현 시점에서 디지털자료실의 운영 현황을 조사 분석한 결과를 토대로 향후 디지털 자료실의 활성화와 효율적인 운영 방안을 모색해 보았다. 그 결과, 무엇보다도 인프라 측면의 보완 및 개선이 가장 시급한 것으로 드러났다. 또한 공공도서관 디지털자료실의 향후 운영 방안으로는 크게 디지털자료실 통합운영체계 구축과 디지털자료실 기능 다변화를 추진하여야 한다. 먼저 공공도서관 디지털자료실의 운영실태 조사 내용과 활성화 전략을 다각도로 검토한 결과, 현 시점에서는 디지털자료실에서 가능한 부문을 위주로 최대한 통합하여 운영하는 것이 최선의 대안이 될 수 있다. 다음으로 공공도서관 디지털자료실의 기능 다변화는 기존의 디지털자료실 기능에 다양한 유형의 원자료 및 전용 어플리케이션을 활용한 정보의 제작뿐만 아니라 교육 기능, 참고정보서비스 기능, 온라인/오프라인 커뮤니티 형성 및 정보공유 활성화 기능 등을 추가 또는 강화하여 효율적으로 추진할 수 있다. 이를 통해 향후 공공도서관 디지털자료실은 단순한 인터넷 정보의 접근 및 이용을 위한 장소에서 사서와 이용자, 이용자와 이용자간 커뮤니케이션의 활성화는 물론 정보나 지식의 공유 및 협력활동을 위한 온라인/오프라인 공간으로 발전되어야 할 것이다.

High-tech industries in Taiwan exist in an environment with diverse product requirements and intense cost reduction and information integration stress. They must develop new operational directions to increase industry competitiveness. Therefore, Taiwan's high-tech industries must continue R&D and creativity, establish knowledge sharing mechanisms and improve new product development (NPD) performance. This research analyzed and explored the influences of knowledge management (KM) and knowledge sharing mechanisms introduced by Taiwan's high-tech industries on new product development performance. The relationship between knowledge management capabilities and NPD performance is studied. This research considers the intervening industry and corporate position variables. Taiwan's high-tech industries have gradually entered the era of IT region integration and application with competitive advantage creation based upon core techniques. The in-depth study of knowledge management and knowledge sharing introduced by the high-tech industry revealed double meanings in academic and practical applications. The research results showed the following: (1) the stronger the knowledge management capabilities of Taiwan's high-tech industries, the more significant the NPD performance. (2) The better the knowledge sharing mechanism in Taiwan's high-tech industries, the more significant the NPD performance. (3) Corporate scale is not necessarily the critical factor in NPD success and the influence of corporate scale on NPD performance did not show significant differences. (4) The stronger the degree of leading corporate techniques, the more significant the NPD performance.

Organizations are increasingly adopting Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) to effectively manage knowledge within the organization and realize firm and operational level benefits. However, many KMS implementations fail to yield desired outcomes due to the lack of understanding of the antecedent of successful knowledge management. Prior studies have established that organizational cultural values are one of the key enablers of knowledge management. We develop a computational model of organizational knowledge processes and employ simulations to examine the impact of KMS in different organizational cultural settings. We find that cultural values that govern the employees' predisposition towards seeking knowledge from others have a greater influence on KMS effectiveness than those that govern the employees' attitudes towards sharing their knowledge with others. We also find that organizations with cultures that foster high levels knowledge sharing behaviors can expect performance gains if KMS implementations incorporate knowledge seeking activities into the employees' work processes.

Currently Spatial Data is collected and processed in various methods, and its usability is very high. However, the existing Spatial Data analysis Software usually requires professional knowledge in the collection, refinement, and application of spatial Date, making it difficult to access and apply it. Therefore, this study established a new WebGIS platform with improved accessibility and usability to solve these problems. This platform supports various services such as master map sharing, spatial data generation, automatic coordinate system conversion, WMS issuance, grid generation, and grid analysis. These services increase operational convenience, such as simplifying repetitive tasks and automatically expressing text files. While it is believed that non-experts can easily and conveniently because of them to simplify and express the results. In addition, it is judged to have high accuracy and reliability compared to the analysis results using the existing Open Source-based GIS software.

Industrial complexes are areas where manufacturing companies are integrated, and logistics between tenant companies play a very important role, but idle resources can occur depending on the situation if each company operates independently. Accordingly, this study aimed to reduce overall logistics costs and increase corporate productivity by looking at ways to share and utilize logistics resources such as warehouses and transportation equipment to efficiently utilize logistics resources in industrial complexes and implementing a logistics sharing platform that can share these idle resources. To this end, this study conducted a research survey on the logistics status of manufacturing companies in Ulsan-Mipo Industrial Complex, based on this analysis, the necessity of logistics resource types and utilization of industrial complex resident companies, and based on this, a service model for logistics resource sharing was studied. In addition, it was intended to analyze the operational characteristics of the existing logistics system to derive improvements and to derive optimal measures to utilize information on shared idle resources. This study confirmed the importance of sharing and utilizing idle resources to optimize logistics resources in industrial complexes, and is expected to contribute to reducing logistics costs and increasing logistics efficiency of tenant companies.
