도정수율과 성능향상을 위한 연구(I) -벼의 도정성능에 영향을 주는 작동요인- (Study on the Improvement of Milling Recovery and Performance(I) -Operational Factors Affecting Rice Milling Performance-)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effects of the counter-pressure setting and the roller speed of a rice whitening machine on the head rice recovery. milling capacity and milling efficiency, and also to find out the optimum operational conditions of the machine. The radial pressure inside the whitening chamber and the outlet axial pressure were measured to study their relationships with the head rice recovery, milling capacity and milling efficiency. The results of the study are summarized as follows. (1) The most important factor in rice whitening was the counter-pressure setting. It significantly affected the head rice recovery. (2) The roller speed significant affected the milling capacity and milling efficiency , but it did not affected the head rice recovery. (3) Both the radial pressure and the outlet axial pressure were affected by the counter-pressure setting but not by the roller speed. Both of them increased almost linearly with the counter-pressure setting. There was a significant correlation between the radial pressure and the outlet axial pressure. (4) The flow rate through the whitening chamber when the feed gate was fully opened increased with the roller speed, but it was not affected by the counter-pressure setting. (5) The head rice recovery decreased as the counter-pressure setting increased , but it was not affected by the roller speed. The reason could be explained by the fact that the radical pressure increased only with the counter-pressure setting. (6) The milling capacity increased with the counter-pressure setting and linearly with the roller speed. The milling efficiency generally increased with both the counter-pressure setting and the roller speed. However, the effect of roller speed was negligible at the higher counter-pressure setting. The temperature rise inside the whitening chamber was moderate with the mean of 11.3℃ (range 5.6-18.3℃) even though it increased slightly with the roller speed. Considering the head rice recovery and milling efficiency, the optimum operational conditions of the machine appeared to be the counter-pressure setting of 67g/㎠ and the roller speed of 1,050rpm. Neglecting the small difference in the head rice recovery , the greater milling capacity could be obtained at the counter-pressure setting of 85g/㎠ with the roller speed of 850-1050rpm.

  • 2011년 대형 금융 사고가 연달아 발생하자 정부는 인력, 조직, 예산을 포함한 전자금융감독 규정 전면 개정을 발표했다. 규정에 주요 내용은 전자금융거래법 대상 기업들은 전체 직원의 5%를 IT인력으로 채용하고, IT인력의 5%는 보안인력으로, 또 IT예산의 7%는 정보보호 예산으로 편성하게 하는 내용이었다. 본 연구는 전자금융감독 규정 전면 개정에 따른 금융보안 리스크 기반의 IT도급 정책 결정 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 외주인력 문제를 해결하기 위한 정책 결정 Flow를 제공하고 IT 업무 분류 시 프로그램 품질 향상을 위한 개선 방안과 사례 연구를 통해 외주 인력의 효율적 운영정책을 제시하고자 한다.

데이터 품질에 기반을 둔 데이터베이스 운영관리를 위한 정보시스템 운영감리 개선 방안 (An improvement plan of information system operational audit for database operational management based on data quality)

  • 본 연구는 데이터를 기반으로 개인 또는 기업들이 무한한 이익을 창출하는 사회가 되면서 데이터 품질을 중심으로 데이터베이스 운영관리의 중요성이 증가하고 있는데 이를 체계적으로 관리하는 국내 공공, 민간 기업이 많지 않은 상태에 대한 현황 및 문제점을 분석하고 감리인의 입장에서 개선방향을 구명하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 개선된 감리 점검항목을 도출하여 이를 기반으로 감리인 및 IT 전문가들을 통해 설문조사를 하였고, 최종 자료를 분석에 활용하여 연구 가설을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 데이터 품질에 기반을 둔 데이터베이스 운영관리의 개선된 감리 점검항목에 대하여 감리인의 입장에서 모든 점검항목에 대해 매우 만족한다고 나타났다. 또한 비 감리인에 입장에서도 수용범위에 포함된다고 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해서 정보시스템 운영감리와 기업의 데이터 운영관리의 수행에 이를 활용하여 개선할 수 있을 것이다.

교차로 공용차로 운영 효율성 분석 (A Study on the Operational Efficiency of Intersection Shared Lanes)

  • 본 연구에서는 두 가지 형태의 공용차로 운영 효율성에 초점을 맞추어 분석을 수행하였다. 직진 우회전 공용차로의 경우 인접한 직진차로에 비해 이용률이 현저히 떨어지는 것으로 나타났으며 그로 인해 신호운영의 효율성이 떨어지는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 개선하기 위해서는 우선 차로별 교통량 수집을 통한 보다 정교한 신호최적화가 필요하다 할 수 있으며, 나아가 운전자 교육, 홍보를 통해 공용차로의 이용률을 제고하여야 할 것이다. 좌회전 유턴 공용차로에서는 유턴 교통량에 대한 대향 우회전 교통량 비율에 따라 포화교통류율이 감소한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만 유턴, 우회전 차량간 간섭에 따른 현실적인 포화교통류율 보정치를 개발하기 위해서는 차량간 간섭이 일어날 가능성에 대한 확률모형의 정립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

자동과속단속시스템의 교통안전개선 메커니즘 분석 (Analysis of the Mechanism of Automated Speed Enforcement Systems on Traffic Safety)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내에 설치가 확대되고 있는 자동과속단속시스템의 교통안전 개선 메커니즘을 밝히자는 것이다. 이를 위해서 첫째, 시스템 운영이 교통류 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 둘째, 교통류 특성 변수와 안전도와의 모형을 설정하였다. 1997년부터 운영된 32대 시스템의 1년간 운영효과를 분석한 결과 교통사고 28%, 사망자수 60%가 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 시스템 설치지점의 교통류 특성변화를 분석한 결과 평균속도, 속도분산, 짧은 차두시간 비율 등의 변수가 현저하게 감소하였다. 교통사고빈도와 교통류 특성 변수간의 회귀모형을 설정한 결과 평균속도, 속도분산, 과속교통량이 유의한 설명변수로 나타났다. 따라서 자동과속단속시스템의 교통안전도의 개선 메커니즘은 (1)단속시스템 도입 $\longrightarrow$(2)교통류 특성 개선 $\longrightarrow$ (3)안전도개선이란 과정에 의하여 달성된다는 가설을 입증하였다. 본 연구는 ITS의 도입이 교통안전에 미치는 효과를 계량적으로 평가할 수 있는 토대가 될 것이며 동적 교통안전(operational traffic safety)이란 측면에서 교통안전 연구에 대한 새로운 시각을 제공하는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

ISO 9001:2008 품질경영시스템 인증동기에 따른 요구사항 실행이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 중소기업 제조업체를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effects of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems's Requirement Implementation According to the Certification Motives on Management Performance : Focused on the Manufacturer in the Small Businesses)

  • ISO 9001, quality management system, is widely known as advancing internal efficiency and productivity in various industry. As a result, the number of companies that have adopted ISO 9001's certification have been increasing continuously year by year since ISO 9000' family standard was published in 1987s. This fact shows that a lot of businesses are trying to get the accreditation for improving the competitiveness of quality. The purpose of this study is to present that ISO 9001's certification motives affect to the requirement's implementation and show that the execution of requirements influences on management performance in the small manufacturer. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 96 survey sheets and inspected twenty assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the factors of certification motive influence on the requirement's implementation except resources management. Second, the two elements of ISO 9001 requirement, resources management and product realization, have an important effect on the operational performance and financial performance considerably in the companies that choose the internal motive. Finally, the two requisites of ISO 9001 requirement, resources management and measurement, analysis and improvement, affect to the operational performance and financial performance significantly in the businesses that select the external motive. Based on the results, the companies that choose the internal motive have a good performance to execute the ISO 9001 requirements. Also, to implement the requirements of ISO 9001 is helpful for the companies to produce the operational and financial performance.

설계용역사의 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 연구 (The Study about Improvement of Service Quality in Engineering Company)

  • Service importance has been growing increasingly as competition element of enterprises according to going on rapid softness, information and knowledge of industrial infrastructure recently. Quality management system that implemented in manufacturing sector have been spreading rapidly to service company, but the company performing pure engineering service only in construction fields performed mainly the evaluation on the operational aspect such as degree of implementation of the established system because it is difficult to objective evaluation on the activity of the established quality management system or quality assurance system. This study would like to make on offer the improvement points based on the evaluation of service quality and the itself evaluation result through the questionnaire on the service offerers and customers using the pre-qualified SERVQUAL model in establishment of the improvement goal of the company. According to the result of this study, it is analyzed a gap and required to establish a counter-plan to correct many gaps discovered between the real offered level and the expect level of custom.

구급출동지령서 개선을 통한 구급대원 현장 도착시간 단축방안 (Improvement Strategies of Arriving Time to the Scene by Enhancing EMTs' Recognition of Triage)

  • The purpose of this investigation is to enhance the survival rate of patients by transporting them to the hospital within the golden hour through the operational improvement of emergency dispatch instruction. To this end, problems and improvements of current operating system were derived by carrying out a survey against paramedics of Incheon city in 2012 and analyzing the current emergency dispatch instruction. This study analyzed the emergency activity daily reports for one year from January 1 through December 31, 2012 and researched the consciousness of 119 emergency medical technician. According to the analysis of the survey, there were no meaningful differences in the on-site arrival times per triage. Therefore, the item of 'Emergency Classification' specified in the emergency dispatch instruction needs to be integrated in the scheme of "triage". Also, the feedbacks of the emergency action log and the emergency dispatch instruction are necessary for 'duty for operation' to review the adequacy to the severity after the end of emergency operation. Finally, the improvement of the system for the continuous communication between the paramedics and the command staff is necessary. This improvements as stated above are expected to contribute to raise survival rate of patients.

열차운행속도 상승에 따른 레일마모 및 캔트조정 연구 (A Study on Wearing of Rail and Adjustment of Cant in Accordance with Increase in Running Speed of Train)

  • Subway routes $1{\sim}4$ were constructed in gravel roadbed track structure in consideration of the technological capabilities, construction cost and duration at the time of the initial construction. As such, 224.8km, approximately 81.2% of entire length, of total length of railway track at 276.9km was constructed on gravel roadbed. However, improvement of gravel roadbed to concreted roadbed began in 1998 due to problems including frequent repair works and limited time application for such works caused by occurrence of tract distortion during operation as well as lowering of roadbed functions and generation of dust caused by frictional power, impact absorption capabilities, abrasion and crushing of gravel on roadbed. Currently, this improvement is continuing with target of converting entire route into concreted roadbed structure. Therefore, this Study modifies formula for setting cant, analyze the correlation between wearing of rail side of the curvature and cant insufficiency following increasing of the running speed of the train, and to present the directions for fundamental review for adjustment of cant insufficiencies at the time of improvement of gravel roadbed to concreted roadbed that is being implemented on the operational tracks of the railway trains.

  • The performance requirements on the safety-based functionality of railway signal systems have been reinforced and the effort for enhancement of the existing system or development of the new system is being accordingly made. In particular, various technical researches on replacement or improvement of the existing ATS(Automatic Train Stop) signaling system are now in progress for better operational efficiency. In this study, the complementary points for improvement or replacement of the currently used system(i.e., ATS) will be derived in terms of operating efficiency in an integrated operating environment with the newly introduced system(e.g., ATC: Automatic Train Control). This study can contribute to derive the need for improvement of the signaling system by checking the interface problems and comparing between different systems through the analysis of real operation cases in the field. Eventually, this analysis can be applied to prevent and estimate the collision accidents can be caused by the failure of the signaling system in advance. In addition, the results can be used to provide a future direction to secure the reliability in the parallel operation by integration based on different railway signaling systems.
