A hybrid system contains both continuous variables and discrete event components. This paper presents the new control architecture for hybrid systems, which consists of a conventional controller for the continuous-time variable of the system, a supervisor for discrete event components of the system, and an interface for link between the controller and the plant. The presented controller is suitable for the system operating at the different operating conditions or for system being changing the plant model by enabling and disabling discrete events. This paper shows that the presented controller is better than the conventional controller.

This paper describes an approach for synthesizing a modularized gain scheduled PD type fuzzy logic controller(FLC) of nonlinear magnetic bearing system where the gains of FLC are on-line adapted according to the operating point. Specifically the systematic procedure via root locus technique is carried out for the selection of the gains of FLC. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed gain scheduled fuzzy logic controller yields not only maximization of stability boundary but also better control performance than a single operating point (without gain scheduling)fuzzy controller.

The operating support systems such as CSMS, TLMOS, and SLMOS may be related each other. At the present time, UNIX system is most popular operating system. TLMOS and SLMOS have been developed under the UNIX environment and using C language. On the other hand CSMS was built on HP RTE O. S. using Pascal. When we constuct the operation and maintenance organization by networking several operations support system, the interface of intersystem must be simple and the integrity of whole system must be kept. It is somewhat valuable to investigate transfering CSMS from RTE O. S. to UNIX in order to integrate operations and maintenance systems. Here, we give a basic material about porting CSMS in UNIX.

This paper presents a model which may be used in optimal control of the Man-Machine systems in the aspect of information transmission. For this, we divided information into human parts and machine parts, and consider minimum error principle as a machine operating logic. Furthermore, we take the maximum information principle as a human information operating logic. This can be done in considering the Fisher Information and its transformed type, information inequality.

Generally, level control in the steam generator of a nuclear power plant is difficulty process control, because the low power operating can lead nonminimum phase characteristics(swell and shrink phenomenon) and flow measurement are unreliable and nonlinear characteristics. This paper presents a framework for solving this problem based on the constrained linear model predictive control and introduces the design of method for the level of the controller in the entire operating power of the steam generator, and compares with conventional PI controller.

This article describes the use of Internet as a means of operating the class which is business simulation game. The aims of investigation are to summarize the characteristics of distance learning using information technology, to find proper operating procedures for the internet class focusing on small group formation, to check the major factors affecting the teaching effectiveness, and to suggest the business simulation game as a proper distance learning class using internet.

실시간 운영 체제(Real-Time Operating Systems)는 시스템 동작이 논리적 정확성뿐만 아니라 시간적 정확성에도 좌우되는 운영 체제이다. 시간 결정성(Time Determinism)을 지키기 위해서는 시스템에서 발생하는 모든 사건에 대해서 예측이 가능해야 한다. 시스템에서 발생하는 사건은 인터럽트에 의해 처리되는데, 이것은 비동기적인 사건의 발생을 CPU에게 알리는 하드웨어 메커니즘으로서 인터럽트 서비스 루틴(Interrupt Service Routine ： ISR)을 통해서 인터럽트에서 처리해야 할 부분을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 인터럽트의 처리를 인터럽트의 인지와 처리로 분리할 수 있도록 LISR과 HISR을 설계로 구현하였다.

Trusted channel provides a means of secure communication and it includes security services such as confidentiality, authentication, and so on. This paper describes the implementation of trusted channel between secure operating systems that integrates access control mechanisms with FreeBSD kernel code[1]. The trusted channel we developed offers confidentiality an4 message authentication for network traffic based on the destination address. It is implemented in the kernel level of IP layer and transparent to users.

사회의 여러 가지 공공문제가 부각될수록 공익광고의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 또한 각 국가의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화의 특성에 따라 공익광고의 주제가 다르며, 독특한 공익광고 운영체제를 갖추게 되었다. 본 연구는 한국과 중국의 정치, 사회, 문화 등의 차이로 인해 공익광고의 운영체제가 다를 것이라는 가정을 하게 되었다. 따라서 한국과 중국의 공익광고 운영 주체인 KOBACO와 CCTV에서 이루어지고 있는 공익광고 운영체제를 3가지 범주(공익광고 운영현황과 공익광고의 주제 및 공익광고 관리감독)로 구분하여 비교하였다. 문헌분석과 전문가 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이 자료에 근거하여 5가지 공익광고 발전정책을 제안하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 한국과 중국의 공익광고 제작전략과 제도적 발전에 기여할 것이다.

네트워크 중심전(NCW)으로 전장환경이 변하면서 무기체계는 IT 기술을 융합한 신개념의 무기체계로 진화하고 있고, 이러한 핵심 기능은 대부분 임베디드 소프트웨어로 구현됨에 따라 임베디드 소프트웨어는 무기체계 성능을 좌우하는 핵심 요소로 중요성이 증가하고 있다. IoT 기술이 발전하고 임베디드 소프트웨어의 활용 범위가 확대됨에 따라 점차 고도화되고 다양해지는 사이버 위협은 임베디드 소프트웨어를 운용하는 무기체계로 확대되고 있고, 무기체계는 단일체계로부터 네트워크에 의한 연동까지 다양한 형태로 운영되기 때문에 어플리케이션 수준에서의 보안보다는 시스템 수준인 운영체제 커널 수준에서의 강력한 사이버 보안이 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 무기체계 임베디드 소프트웨어를 사이버 공격으로부터 보호하기 위하여 운영체제 수준에서 임베디드 소프트웨어를 보호하는 무기체계용 보안 실시간 운영체제의 설계 및 구현과 그 성능 측정 결과에 대하여 설명하였다.
