The main purpose of collecting and analyzing operating experience events is to look for insights to improve safety. The underlying assumption is the correlation and causality between events with different safety significances. The analysis of this assumption could be valuable to optimize operating experience feedback programs and to enhance safety. This paper analyses the correlation between events with different safety significances. Groups of events from six nuclear energy related databases are considered. The findings are that a correlation exists but with various levels and not as large or consistent as might be expected across different databases. These results might be the basis for further work to analysis causality, to find out how a similarity in causes influences the correlation, and finally to improve the operating experience program.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the types of lesson and its effectiveness with digital textbook. To address those goals, we had observed five classes of the primary school, which designated as a research pilot school for digital textbook. Based on the result of observation, 3 types of lesson with digital textbook were categorized: Teacher-directed lecture (type 1), Blended learning (type 2), and Flipped learning (type 3). Depending on the type of lesson was analyzed the positive and negative effectiveness by means of matrix analysis method. As a result, in Teacher-directed lecture (type 1), there was found out the participation of the lesson in atmosphere of stable and comfortable as positive experience, also digital textbook operating immature and boring as negative experience. In Blended learning (type 2), there was found out the fun by sharing the product and peer feedback, and flow by learning transfer as positive experience, also digital textbook operating immature and understanding the difference between assignments as negative experience. In Flipped learning (type 3), there was shown the positive attitude and ownership in the lesson as positive experience, also distracting and boring in the lesson when learner was excluded in participation as negative experience. Based on the results, we suggested some strategies for improving positive experience and protecting negative experience in the lesson with using digital textbook.

Cronbach's $\alpha$ was .9622, a promising alpha value for the total instrument. Conclusion: This tool is an efficient performance evaluation instrument providing meaningful feedback for operating room nurses.
Typical Web-based learning system is operating the variety of learning contents. However, it is not easy to efficiently select appropriate learning contents. In this paper, we propose a learning content delivery method that can provide the most suitable preferences and feedback to the learner. By analyzing the profile of the learner, it determines the positive feedback and evaluation to be provided to the learner. The result of applying learning techniques were applied to provide the best learning content to adaptively out the form. The proposed method appears as a learning experience and learning outcomes are higher after a study was conducted to suggest that could help in the learning progress of the students themselves. This paper are applied to real learners. And the learners using the system were surveyed by the questionnaire on learning experience and learning outcomes were analyzed.
The landscape of the current fitness trackers is not only limited to the aerobic exercises but also the weight training is comparatively excluded. Recently, a few weight training fitness tracker was released, human-computer interaction was not well designed due to the lack of considering the context. Because body movement would be intense while doing exercises, having exercise performers hold or operate a device makes a negative experience. As the wearable device is always inseparable to body, it could provide effective feedback because holding or operating a device is not necessary. Therefore, this study aims to make the exercise performers feel a natural feedback through the wearable device to do effective exercises. As a result, this study identified three findings. First, the information which exercise performers most needed was 'during exercise.' and the most necessary information for exercise performers through wearable device's sensory feedback was about 'pace control' with counting and motivation. Second, the order of the most preferred presentation type of sensory feedback was auditory feedback, haptic feedback and visual feedback. Third, the satisfaction, utility, usefulness score of sensory feedback as same as the personal trainer's feedback. In conclusion, this study illustrated the feedback design implications using a wearable device while doing weight training and the possibilities that wearable device could be substitute for personal trainer.

This research aims to develop based clothing design process tailored to the industry-university collaborative setting and apply it in a fashion design class. into three distinct phases: designing and organizing our fashion design class, conducting our class at a university, and gathering student feedback. First, we conducted a literature review on employing new technologies in traditional clothing design processes. We consulted with industry professionals from the Samsung C&T Fashion Group to develop an AI-based clothing design process. We then developed in-class learning activities that leveraged fashion brand product databases, a supervised learning AI model, and operating an AI-based Creativity Support Tool (CST). Next, we setup an industry-university fashion design class at a university in South Korea. Finally, we obtained feedback from undergraduate students who participated in the class. The survey results showed a satisfaction level of 4.7 out of 5. The evaluations confirmed that the instructional methods, communication, faculty, and student interactions within the class were both adequate and appropriate. These research findings highlighted that our AI-based clothing design process applied within the fashion design class led to valuable data-driven convergent thinking and technical experience beyond that of traditional clothing design processes.

In order to respond to the complexity and uncertainty of water management due to the climate crisis, K-water established a digital twin water management platform based on our experience in operating ICT infrastructure such as hydrological data sensing and high-quality data management and water management capabilities. In this platform, data from related organizations and real-time observation data in the basin are displayed on 3D topographic domain. Also it is configured to support optimal decision-making through simulation for various situations, displaying and analyzing results, and feedback on them. It is completed to establish the platform for Sunjim river basin. Based on this technologies and experience, K-water is planning to expand this digital twin to 5 major rivers in Korea. Through this, it plans to build comprehensive decision-making system for efficient water management considering various conditions in entire basin. Also it aims to create a new water industrial ecosystem and contribute to secure technological competitiveness cooperating with private companies.
Background: With the increasing use of narcotic analgesics, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety has been operating the National Narcotics Information Management System (NIMS) since 2018 in Korea. Some studies are related to the narcotic analgesics use, but the evaluation studies of system, including NIMS users are insufficient. Objective: This study evaluated the NIMS enforcement process through in-depth interviews on the experience of using NIMS of doctors and pharmacists who prescribe or dispense opioid analgesics. Methods: Participants in this study were selected through purposeful sampling as three doctors and two pharmacists in the metropolitan area. The interviews were conducted from August 27 to October 19, 2022. Each interview was analyzed using a phenomenological method. Results: Six components of this study included "Doctors and pharmacists come across drug abusers", "They respond individually to drug abusers", "They use NIMS tailored to the needs of system managers", "They are concerned about the role of NIMS in practice settings", "They face challenges against drug abusers" and "They find a way to utilize the system to deal with drug abusers." The interviews confirmed that doctors and pharmacists used NIMS little in their work, and they only reported data. Therefore, it might be difficult for doctors and pharmacists to take measures for the safe use of narcotic analgesics. Conclusion: It is likely that adding data-feedback and medication-check function can reduce the abuse of narcotic analgesics. In the future, further studies on the evaluation of the empirical results of NIMS and review of systems in other countries will be required.

This study was attempted to promote changes in traditional design education at a time when non-face-to-face education is necessary, such as digitalization, rapid social structure change, and post-COVID-19 situations, and to meet the demands of the times when user-centered design is more emphasized. Therefore, the goal of this study is to explore the process of developing mobile apps and operating education for deaf learners through design thinking-based interaction design education for design students. Specifically, the curriculum was designed by selecting a design thinking methodology suitable for major students to experience empathy and solutions to user problems. The subject that students majoring in this study want to sympathize with is deaf learners, and the subject of the curriculum is the development of educational support applications for deaf learners. Accordingly, a mobile app prototype that can support online learning for deaf learners was created based on the interaction design education plan designed based on design thinking. In addition, after collecting and analyzing the feedback of deaf learners to evaluate the prototype effectiveness, the final mobile app prototype was presented as an output. Through this process, interactive design education based on design thinking helped to strengthen the ability to empathize with and solve the needs of deaf learners to major students and improve the design learning experience. Based on these findings, if a methodology suitable for various user groups is selectively accepted for design education, the students in the major will have the ability to design by prioritizing the actual needs of users despite changes in the environment of the future design society.
