장애인체육지도자의 프로그램 운영 경험 분석 (Disability Sports Instructor's Experience Analysis on Program Operation for People with Disability)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2017년 12월에 시행된 '장애인건강권 및 의료접근성 보장에 관한 법률' 제15조 '재활운동 및 체육'의 시행에 앞서 장애인체육 현장에서 경험하고 있는 지도자 의견을 확인하여, 원활하고 체계적인 재활운동 및 체육 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기초자료를 마련하는 것이다. 연구방법으로 심층인터뷰를 실시하고 인터뷰 내용에 대한 질적 분석을 실시하였다. 심층인터뷰는 비구조화된 방법으로 장애인체육지도자가 프로그램을 운영하며 경험한 어려운 점, 재활운동 및 체육 시행을 위한 필요 사항 등에 대하여 자유롭게 의견을 제시할 수 있도록 하였다. 심층인터뷰 녹취자료를 필사하여 질적연구 방법 중 주제분석(thematic analysis) 방법을 통하여 의견을 코딩하였다. 분석 결과 최종 104개의 의견이 활용되었으며, 9개의 카테고리로 재활운동 및 체육의 목표, 전문 지도자 양성, 평가 항목과 지도에 필요한 교육지침, 프로그램 참여자와의 관계, 시설 활용, 효과, 제공 시기, 의사 역할 등으로 분류되었다.

의료용 마약류 진통제 처방자와 조제자의 마약류통합관리시스템 사용경험에 관한 질적 연구 (Qualitative Study on the Narcotics Information Management System (NIMS) Experience of Doctors and Pharmacists Using Narcotic Analgesics)

  • Background: With the increasing use of narcotic analgesics, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety has been operating the National Narcotics Information Management System (NIMS) since 2018 in Korea. Some studies are related to the narcotic analgesics use, but the evaluation studies of system, including NIMS users are insufficient. Objective: This study evaluated the NIMS enforcement process through in-depth interviews on the experience of using NIMS of doctors and pharmacists who prescribe or dispense opioid analgesics. Methods: Participants in this study were selected through purposeful sampling as three doctors and two pharmacists in the metropolitan area. The interviews were conducted from August 27 to October 19, 2022. Each interview was analyzed using a phenomenological method. Results: Six components of this study included "Doctors and pharmacists come across drug abusers", "They respond individually to drug abusers", "They use NIMS tailored to the needs of system managers", "They are concerned about the role of NIMS in practice settings", "They face challenges against drug abusers" and "They find a way to utilize the system to deal with drug abusers." The interviews confirmed that doctors and pharmacists used NIMS little in their work, and they only reported data. Therefore, it might be difficult for doctors and pharmacists to take measures for the safe use of narcotic analgesics. Conclusion: It is likely that adding data-feedback and medication-check function can reduce the abuse of narcotic analgesics. In the future, further studies on the evaluation of the empirical results of NIMS and review of systems in other countries will be required.

3단계 베이지안 처리절차 및 신뢰도 자료 처리 코드 개발 (Development of the 'Three-stage' Bayesian procedure and a reliability data processing code)

  • A reliability data processing MPRDP (Multi-Purpose Reliability Data Processor) has been developed in FORTRAN language since Jan. 1992 at KAERI (Korean Atomic Energy Research Institute). The purpose of the research is to construct a reliability database(plant-specific as well as generic) by processing various kinds of reliability data in most objective and systematic fashion. To account for generic estimates in various compendia as well as generic plants' operating experience, we developed a 'three-stage' Bayesian procedure[1] by logically combining the 'two-stage' procedure[2] and the idea for processing generic estimates[3]. The first stage manipulates generic plant data to determine a set of estimates for generic parameters,e.g. the mean and the error factor, which accordingly defines a generic failure rate distribution. Then the second stage combines these estimates with the other ones proposed by various generic compendia (we call these generic book type data). This stage adopts another Bayesian procedure to determine the final generic failure rate distribution which is to be used as a priori distribution in the third stage. Then the third stage updates the generic distribution by plant-specific data resulting in a posterior failure rate distribution. Both running failure and demand failure data can be handled in this code. In accordance with the growing needs for a consistent and well-structured reliability database, we constructed a generic reliability database by the MPRDP code[4]. About 30 generic data sources were reviewed and available data were collected and screened from them. We processed reliability data for about 100 safety related components frequently modeled in PSA. The underlying distribution for the failure rate was assumed to be lognormal or gamma, according to the PSA convention. The dependencies among the generic sources were not considered at this time. This problem will be approached in further study.

버스정보안내기 이용요인 및 활성화 방안에 관한 실증연구 : 부산광역시를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Factors to Affect a BIS Use and Its Vitalization Plan : Busan Metropolitan City)

  • The government has implemented operating the bus information terminal (hereinafter, 'BIT') to use by building it at a major bus station to solve the problem of traffic congestion. Busan Metropolitan City has been continuously expanding the installation of 'BIT' since 2003. However, there are few research on the factor to use and satisfaction survey on 'BIT' from the perspective of the users. This study, in an effort to inquire into the 'BIT' utilization factor and its vitalization plan, conducted a face to face survey of 172 citizens who had the experience in the 'BIT'. The result of the data analysis showed that usability, convenience, and availability were the critical factors for a BIT use. In addition, the general intention to use 'BIT' was found to be very high as much as 90.7%. The contributions of this study are as follows. The academic contributions is that it proved the relationship between usability, convenience and the intention to use suggested by the information technology acceptance model is supported even in case of 'BIT.' For the practitioners this study provides ground data for a local government to make a plan of a BIT extension.

Dynamic Capabilities, Environmental Dynamism and Small and Medium Enterprises' Internationalization Level

  • International business research presents a broad consensus on the importance of dynamic capabilities in the internationalization of SMEs. However, there is a lack of research on assessing the impact of dynamic capabilities and the level of SMEs' internationalization operating in a turbulent and dynamic business environment. This study examines the impact of environmental dynamism and three sets of dynamic capabilities, namely, sensing, seizing, and reconfiguring capabilities on internationalized SMEs' geographic scope. In addition, this research examines the association between internationalized SMEs' characteristics: SME's age, size, and SME owner/manager's international experience and SMEs' geographic scope. This study used a quantitative research and employed survey questionnaires to collect data from 305 internationalized Malaysian manufacturing SMEs. Anova tests and Chi Square tests were employed to analyze data collected from respondents using SPSS. Research findings revealed that environmental dynamism and dynamic capabilities have a significant impact on internationalized SMEs' geographic scope, however, none of the internationalized SMEs' characteristics had a significant relationship with their geographic scope. The result of this research suggest internationalized SMEs owner/managers need to possess sensing, seizing and reconfiguring capabilities, and monitor business environmental dynamism to increase their geographic scope. This paper ends with drawing a set of concluding remarks and recommendations.

스타벅스의 ESG 경영이 진정성과 신뢰를 매개로 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Starbucks' ESG Management on Authenticity, Trust, and Loyalty)

  • Purpose: ESG management of domestic coffee shops is attracting attention as a capability for corporate sustainability. Therefore, customers who use coffee shops are inevitably affected by ESG policies. By properly operating ESG management, companies can ensure that customers perceive and consume their brands positively. This study examines how ESG management of coffee shops affects customers' perceived authenticity, trust, and brand loyalty, and suggests the direction in which domestic coffee shops should move. Research design, data, and methodology: All variables and hypotheses were determined by previous research, and data were collected for two weeks starting May 23, 2023. 229 people with experience using coffee shops participated in a survey conducted through a Google form, and all 229 responses were used in the analysis. Result: The research results are as follows. All domestic coffee shops presented as examples had a positive impact on brand trust and perceived authenticity through ESG management. However, in the case of environment (E), it can be confirmed that it does not directly affect trust, but indirectly affects trust through perceived authenticity. Conclusions: Domestic coffee shops must establish appropriate policies by recognizing customer interests and opinions in order to significantly increase perceived authenticity and trust through ESG strategies.

빅데이터 분류 기법에 따른 벤처 기업의 성장 단계별 차이 분석 (The Difference Analysis between Maturity Stages of Venture Firms by Classification Techniques of Big Data)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the maturity stages of venture firms through classification analysis, which is widely used as a big data technique. Venture companies should develop a competitive advantage in the market. And the maturity stage of a company can be classified into five stages. I will analyze a difference in the growth stage of venture firms between the survey response and the statistical classification methods. The firm growth level distinguished five stages and was divided into the period of start-up and declines. A classification method of big data uses popularly k-mean cluster analysis, hierarchical cluster analysis, artificial neural network, and decision tree analysis. I used variables that asset increase, capital increase, sales increase, operating profit increase, R&D investment increase, operation period and retirement number. The research results, each big data analysis technique showed a large difference of samples sized in the group. In particular, the decision tree and neural networks' methods were classified as three groups rather than five groups. The groups size of all classification analysis was all different by the big data analysis methods. Furthermore, according to the variables' selection and the sample size may be dissimilar results. Also, each classed group showed a number of competitive differences. The research implication is that an analysts need to interpret statistics through management theory in order to interpret classification of big data results correctly. In addition, the choice of classification analysis should be determined by considering not only management theory but also practical experience. Finally, the growth of venture firms needs to be examined by time-series analysis and closely monitored by individual firms. And, future research will need to include significant variables of the company's maturity stages.

데이터센터 장애 예방을 위한 인프라 이상징후 분석: RRCF와 Prophet Ensemble 분석 기반 (Infrastructure Anomaly Analysis for Data-center Failure Prevention: Based on RRCF and Prophet Ensemble Analysis)

  • 데이터센터의 장애 예방을 위해 머신러닝과 빅데이터를 활용한 다양한 방법들이 적용되어 왔다. 그러나 개별 장비 기반의 성능지표를 참조하거나, 인프라 운영환경을 고려하지 않은 접근방법으로 실제 활용되는 데에는 많은 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개별 인프라 장비들의 성능지표를 통합 모니터링하며, 다양한 장비들의 성능지표를 구간화, 등급화 하여 단일수치화를 진행한다. 인프라 운영에 대한 경험치 기반으로 데이터 전처리를 수행하며, RRCF(Robust Random Cut Forest)분석과 Prophet 분석 모델을 앙상블하여 이상징후 검출에 신뢰도 있는 분석결과를 도출하였다. 데이터센터 내 운영담당자들의 접근을 용이하게 하기 위해 장애분석시스템을 구현하여 데이터센터 장애의 선제 대응과 적정한 튜닝시점을 제시할 수 있다.

유·가스정 최적 운영을 위한 ESP의 장기 성능 진단 및 고장 예측 실험 연구 (Experimental Study on the Diagnosis and Failure Prediction for Long-term Performance of ESP to Optimize Operation in Oil and Gas Wells)

  • 일반적으로 평균 수명이 1.0~1.5년인 전기식 액중형 펌프(electrical submersible pump, ESP)는 유·가스 및 저류층 특성, 운영 조건에 따라 성능 저하 및 수명 감소가 발생하며, 이에 따른 ESP의 고장은 회수 및 설치에 따른 높은 유정 개·보수(workover) 비용과 생산 중단에 따른 추가 비용이 발생한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유·가스정에서 ESP 장기 운영에 따른 수명을 예측하고자 환형 유동 시스템(flow loop system)을 설계 및 구축하고, ESP 설치 초기 시점부터 고장 시점까지의 ESP 수명에 대한 전 주기 데이터를 취득 및 분석하였다. 구축한 시스템에서 산출되는 데이터 중 ESP의 유체유량, 흡입구 및 토출구의 온도, 압력 그리고 외측부에 설치된 진동 측정기의 데이터 분석을 통하여 ESP 장기 운영에 따른 성능 상태를 정상(normal), 권고 I (advise I), 권고 II (advise II), 유지관리(maintenance), 고장(failed)의 총 5단계로 분류하였다. 실험 결과를 통해 ESP 장기 운영시 단계별 데이터의 경향 차이를 확인하였으며, 이를 통해 운영 기간에 따른 ESP의 상태를 진단하고 펌프의 고장을 예측하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 유·가스정에서 운영되는 ESP의 상태 모니터링(monitoring) 을 위한 고장 예측 프로그램 및 데이터 분석 알고리즘 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

원전 피로 감시 시스템 개발 및 적용 현황 (Current Status on the Development and Application of Fatigue Monitoring System for Nuclear Power Plants)

  • 세계적으로 원자력발전소의 안정적 운영 및 안전성 확보를 위해 수명기간 중 주요 기기 및 배관의 실제 운전 과도상태를 체계적으로 관리하고, 피로 손상의 정량적 평가 및 관리를 위한 체계적인 시스템이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 원자력발전소의 안전등급 1 설비에 대한 피로 평가요건을 분석하였고, 피로 감시방법 및 절차와 웹 기반으로 개발된 피로 감시 시스템인 NuFMS 개발 및 검증 내용을 기술하였다. NuFMS는 설계 시 고려한 과도상태 발생 횟수 대 비발전소의 특정 운전 시점에서의 실제 발생 횟수를 비교하여 안전 여유도의 정량적 확인이 가능하며, 누적피로사용계수 도출을 통해 정확한 피로영향 분석뿐만 아니라 손상 관리가 가능하다. 이와 같이 NuFMS의 적용을 통해 원자력발전소 기기 및 배관의 피로 건전성을 확인하고 운영 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 발전소의 안전성 유지 및 운영비용 절감 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 따라서 향후 국내 전 원전에 NuFMS를 확대 적용할 예정이며, 이러한 기술의 해외 수출을 적극 추진 중이다.
