This paper designed and implemented(programmed) a comparative shopping agent that helps consumers to shop at on-line shopping malls over Internet. At offline stores, as consumers usually tell a sales clerk about a manufacturer, functions and price range of an item they want to purchase, the sales clerk will show the products or relevant catalogues. Then the consumer will compare functions, design and prices of the product and buy it with the lowest price. PriceMeter, a comparative shopping agent, introduced in this paper, is designed best geared to this consumers' buying behavior. Basically, as consumers enter a manufacturer's name, price, features and etc. at a search window, PriceMeter will search the web and provide a list of product informations such as features and prices that meet the search conditions. Consumers can see the information in either a form of catalogue or a printing format. As consumers click specific items to examine closely, it will show prices and information about shopping malls that sell the requested items. Clicking a 'Buy' icon, the consumers will be transferred to the right web page at the linked shopping mall. The emergence of the comparative shopping agent will expedite a consumer-centered retailing economy in the age of e-commerce. As consumers are provided with a better set of product and shopping mall information, they can make better purchasing decisions and gain more bargaining power shifted from manufacturers(sellers). The presentation of this comparative shopping agent is intended to promote the consumer-centered B2C e-commerce.

This paper explored how to design amobile application for Korea's traditional markets based on O2O service and data science technologies. In order to cover a broader scope of customers, diversify the ways to sell products, and increase the profits of Korea's traditional markets, the application bridges online customers with offline stores at traditional markets and augments both convenience and accessibility. Beyond the typical face-to-face interactions between customers and sellers at traditional markets, this application offers mobile payments and personalized recommendations of nearby stores and preferable products using Beacon and datascience technologies. Moreover, it offers multi-language support for foreign customers who are not familiar with Korea's traditional markets and the products sold there. In conclusion, using O2O service, which is a rising trend among prevalent platform technologies, this study proposed a new e-commerce model for Korea's traditional markets to promote market expansion.

This paper proposes an introductory engineering course for investigating the history of technology and the philosophy of technology. Soft engineering, a new engineering field to explore proper technology and appropriate ways of exercising engineering, was explored. Creative cases for technology are presented following the most creative, successful, and proficient periods-ancient Greek technology, the Renaissance, and Silicon Valley era. Ancient Greek technology was investigated in terms "techne" with the origin of technology and/or art, and their equivalence. The Renaissance period was investigated in terms of "Uomo universale (universal man)" with Firenze geniuses. The successful drivers for the Silicon Valley creativeness were based on "entrepreneurship" and continuation and revitalization of modern and near future technological cultures. The factors driving creativeness were explored. To approach the difficult goal to grasp the course subject issues, facts, and/or concepts of the history and philosophy of technology, this paper takes a stance as a tourist guide and tourists utilizing considerable offline onsite experience and online information. Categorized course materials were surveyed at the beginning of each period and presented according to the preference of the students to maintain the students' interests. Team efforts, including group discussions and project executions, have been encouraged to seek the aspects of creativeness and/or technology.
Today, one of the important factors that determine the university rating is the employment rate. The jobseekers are using online or offline recruiting services in order to get the desired job information. There are lots of employment supporting systems as like web-based employment agencies and University's job centers, but they are focusing more on providing job information rather than on managing the employment support. In addition, those are insufficient to support business process associated with MOU companies, industry field training, mentoring processors, etc., and to continue to manage and to update the information (resume, personal statement, etc.) about the students which the companies want, and the information about the companies which jobseekers want. Therefore, it is required that the employment supporting system which not only storages the initial data (student and corporate information), but also assist the career placement. In this paper, we considered the specific employment rights management features of the existing employment support system, it could receive real-time job information in the smart phone, we presented the design and construction of the system linked to the Bachelor Information System.
An increase in the number of immigrants to Korea since the late 1980s' has signified the proliferation of globalization and global capitalism. In Korea, most married immigrants are women, as the culture emphasizes patrilineage and the stability of the institution of marriage, particularly in rural areas. Immigrant women have experienced dual ordeals. The Aogra Internet community in Korea has been one of the most representative sites that has shown the power of communities in cyberspace since 2002, leading the discussion of social issues and deliberative democracy both online and offline. This paper analyzed Koreans' writings (such as long comments) on immigrant women in the Agora community. The analysis revealed the following results: first, immigrant women were referred to using terms related to prostitution, with excessive expression of disgust, which is called a "narrative of identity." Second, anti-multiculturalists called Korean men victims of married immigrant women and expressed hatred toward immigrant women, which is called a "narrative of sacrifice." Third, anti-multiculturalists justified their emotions as just resentment based on ideas of justice, equality, and patriotism, concealing the emotion of disgust, which is called the "narrative of justice, equality." Fourth, antimulticulturalists played roles to spread the emotion of disgust, by repeatedly referring to international marriage fraud and immigrant workers' crimes, which is called "narrative of crime." Fifth, some positive writings on immigrant women were based on empathy(a concept defined in this context by Martha Nussbaum), but they can be analyzed as narratives encouraging cultural integration through the perspective of orientalism. Therefore, comments on immigrant women in the Agora represent a "catch-22" dilemma. To deal with conflicts arising from disgust and violations of human rights, civic education focusing on humanism is needed in this multicultural era.
The purpose of this study is to examine personal characteristics of two elementary students who developed individual interest in science. 201 students of two elementary schools in Seoul participated in questionnaire survey engaged in to investigate students' interest in science, engagements and preference in science-related-activities three times a year. This study is about the educational motivations of highly educated adult learners in order to understand the phenomenon of educational participation by highly educated adult learners and to analyze their characteristics. The analysis of this study used phenomenological methods. The findings are as follows. First, as a result of examining the motivations for education, both case 1 and case 2 show goal-oriented features. Second, as a result of examining the nature of education, case 1 was able to grasp the in-depth meaning of education and the nature and meaning of detailed education. In case 2, a learning-oriented characteristic is shown, unlike the goals presented in the motivation for education. Third, as a result of examining the changes in meaning of social welfare after learning about social welfare, case 1 was an opportunity to understand various areas of social welfare, and case 2 was able to explain the expertise of social welfare workers and the poor social welfare practice field. Fourth, an online university cited spatial and temporal flexibility, compared to offline universities, and explained that it has characteristics of self-directed learning.
Due to restrictions on offline activities caused by COVID-19, the use of mobile applications is increasing along with interest in online shopping, which are non-face-to-face commerce. Accordingly, mobile applications and various industries are combined, and the number of cases of using mobile applications in the fashion industry is increasing. In this study, the effect of e-service quality of fashion mobile applications on user's flow, user satisfaction, and service loyalty was examined. To conduct this study, a survey of 274 people who experienced the 'ABLY' fashion mobile application was used for analysis to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that informativity and responsiveness among the e-service quality of fashion mobile applications had a positive (+) effect on flow. And it has been confirmed that informativity, reliability, and responsiveness affect user satisfaction. In addition, flow has a positive (+) (+) effect on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction has a positive (+) effect on service loyalty. However, among the e-service quality of fashion mobile applications, reliability did not have a positive (+) effect on flow. And ease of use did not have a positive (+) effect on both flow and user satisfaction. Finally, it was confirmed that flow did not directly affect service loyalty. Through this study, we intend to contribute to the establishment of marketing strategies for fashion mobile application users, who are increasing with the development of mobile technology, and provide practical implications for the post-COVID-19 era.
The size of the domestic art market has increased 21.9% over the past five years as of 2018 to KRW 448.2 billion and the number of transactions has also increased 31.6% to 39,367 points maintaining growth for the fifth consecutive year. Art distribution platforms are diversifying from galleries and auction-style offline to online auctions. The art market consists of three areas: production (creation), distribution (trade), and consumption (buying) of works and as the perception of artistic value as well as economic value spreads interest is also increasing as a means of investment. Consumers who purchase works and think of them as a means of investment technology have an increased need for objective information about their works, but there is a limit to collecting and analyzing objective and reliable statistics because information provision in the art market distribution area is closed and unbalanced. This paper identifies objective and reliable art distribution status and status through big data collection and structured and unstructured data analysis on art market distribution areas. Through this, we want to implement a system that can objectively provide analysis of authors in the current market. This study collected author information from art distribution sites and calculated the frequency of associated words by writer by collecting and analyzing the author's articles from Maeil Business, a daily newspaper. It aims to provide consumers with objective and reliable information.

Purpose: With the 2021 revision of dietary guidelines in Korean emphasizing environmentally sustainable dietary practices, this study attempted to develop an evaluation tool to comprehensively evaluate the degree of practice and compliance with food and nutrient intake, dietary habits, and dietary culture guidelines based on the revised dietary guidelines. Methods: The candidate evaluation items were collected by reviewing 934 literature reviews on domestic and foreign dietary evaluations. Fifty-nine candidate items were derived by selecting the items corresponding to dietary guidelines. The content validity ratio (CVR) cutoff point evaluation was conducted with 11 experts to delete 11 items that did not meet the CVR standard. Fifty-five pilot survey candidate items were selected through revision and additional process according to expert opinion. Seventy final candidate items were selected by adding 15 questions for validity verification and reference. A pilot survey was conducted online and offline on 332 adults aged 19-64 in Seoul and the metropolitan area, and exploratory factor analysis was used to verify the construct validity of the evaluation items. Through exploratory factor analysis, the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin, Bartlett's sphericity test, variance explained, and Cronbach's alpha criteria were confirmed in each process. Results: Exploratory factor analyses derived three criteria: food and nutrient intakes (11 items), eating behaviors (9 items), and dietary culture (14 items), consisting of 34 evaluation items. Conclusion: The present scale was validated and can be used for comprehensive evaluations of the dietary guidelines for Korean adults in a simple way.
