In this study, we investigated the effect of offline banking trust on smart banking trust. As influencing factors of smart banking trust, this study compared offline banking trust, smart banking's system quality, and information quality. For the empirical study, 186 questionnaire data were collected from smart banking users and the data were analyzed using Smart-PLS 2.0. As results, it was verified that there is trust transfer in FinTech service, by the significant effect of offline banking trust on smart banking trust. And it was proved that the effect of offline banking trust on smart banking trust is lower than that of smart banking itself. The contribution of this study can be seen in both academic and industrial aspects. First, it is the contribution of the academic aspect. Previous studies on banking were focused on either offline banking or smart banking. But this study, focus on the relationship between offline banking and online banking, proved that offline banking trust affects smart banking trust. Next, it is the industrial contribution. This study showed that offline banking characteristics of traditional commercial banks affect the trust of emerging smart banking service. This means that the emerging FinTech companies are not advantageous in the competition of trust building compared to traditional commercial banks. Unlike traditional commercial banks, the emerging FinTech is innovating the convenience of customers by arming them with new technologies such as mobile Internet, social network, cloud technology, and big data. However, these FinTech strengths alone can not guarantee sufficient trust needed for financial transactions, because banking customers do not change a habit or an inertia that they already have during using traditional banks. Therefore, emerging FinTech companies should strive to create destructive value that reflects the connection with various Internet services and the strength of online interaction such as social services, which have an advantage over customer contacts. And emerging FinTech companies should strive to build service trust, focused on young people with low resistance to new services.

This paper releases strategies for firms that wish to enter into online circulation business in China. SWOT based on a Korean manufacturing company teaches us better way to approach Chinese online market. Chinese online market is under oligopoly, where Alibaba and Jingdong account for about 80% of the total market. Game theory is used as a measure of threat and opportunity between Korean manufacturer and Chinese online market retailer. Game shows that they are easy to accept opportunity and sales uplift rather than low risk. Analysis shows that Korean companies should improve its products and brand competitiveness in the offline market before entering into the Chinese online retail market. They need to prepare a localization model.

The performance of the personalized product recommendation system for offline shopping malls is poor compared with the one using online environment information since it is difficult to obtain visitors' characteristic information. In this paper, a mobile robot platform is suggested capable of recommending personalized advertisement using customers' sex and age information provided by Face API of MS Azure Cloud service. The performance of the developed robot is verified through locomotion experiments, and the performance of API used for our robot is tested using sampled images from open Asian FAce Dataset (AFAD). The developed robot could be effective in marketing by providing personalized advertisements at offline shopping malls.

The purpose of this study is to examine the locational characteristics of cafes in Jeju Island and the changes. For the purpose, we identify the spatial distribution patterns of openings and closings by period from the first opening of cafes in Jeju Island to the present. In particular, we analyze the spatial distribution characteristics found in the locations of cafes that have been opened and closed after the outbreak of COVID-19, in which new stores have significantly increased. In addition, we identify the regional attributes and the influence of online that have affected the distribution of currently open cafes and cafes that have opened or closed during the COVID-19 outbreak. As a result of empirical analysis, Jeju Island is a tourist destination and island region with the characteristics of determining major destinations through information search, showing a different distribution form from the location of cafes in inland cities. In particular, as a result of frequency analysis by extracting keyword search volume for cafes in Jeju Island, online accessibility such as information search for new areas and places in Jeju Island has become more diversified and expanded after COVID-19. In addition, as a result of calculating the distance to cafes by road size, the relationship between physical location and road accessibility, which has traditionally been an important factor, was relatively low. This study is meaningful in that it revealed the distribution patterns and characteristics of cafe locations in Jeju Island by reflecting the influence of online and offline.

Therefore, foodservice franchise company should develop a brand that customers can identify from other brands in order differentiate it from its competitors. In order make the foodservice franchise company identifiable from other brands, it is possible through communication with customers. Therefore, this study proposes a new research model to analyze customer loyalty through online advertising and online word of mouth trust and immersion. Online was provided to customers through a mixture of advertisements and word of mouth, but previous studies have only considered online advertisements or online word of mouth. In addition, we want to verify the difference according to gender, which is an important variable in researching the online information processing behavior of customers. Research design, data, and methodology: The questionnaire of this study was surveyed on 20 years of age or older who have visited the restaurant franchise store within the last 3 months among the foodservice franchise companies operating SNS. During the survey period, 400 surveys were surveyed for a total of 20 days from April 1 to April 20, 2020. Result: The research results are as follows. First, in this study, the effect of online advertisement and online word of mouth on trust and immersion was studied. Second, this study verified the social influence theory in online advertising and online word of mouth. Third, the effect of online advertising and online word of mouth on loyalty according to gender was verified. Fourth, compared to existing advertisements, online advertisements are suitable for marketing by foodservice franchise companies because they can interact with consumers, modify advertisements immediately, execute extensive advertisements at low cost, segment the market, and measure advertisement effectiveness. The recent online expansion has been expanded to mobile-based, allowing foodservice franchisees to provide new communication services such as SMS (Short Message Service), multimedia messaging services, and location-based services. Fifth, a foodservice franchise company can increase brand awareness through online marketing or induce the use of offline stores. Sixth, franchisor can grow into a sustainable company only when they use resources efficiently. Conclusions: Trust is important in foodservice franchise information. This trust has a significant impact on customer commitment and loyalty.
