COVID-19 is sweeping the world, and it is in crisis in all aspects of politics, economy, culture, and religion. As people experience the beginning and spread of COVID-19, wince and re-spread, the people are living in anxiety and depression. Because of the COVOD-19 crisis, Korean churches were unable to provide on-site worship, and online worship began, and churches that started on-site worship also performed online worship. In the case of church schools, the functions of fellowship and education were paralyzed and many are offering online Sunday service only. Many people eagerly want to go back to what it was before COVID-19, but it seems difficult because COVID-19 has become a global issue and a pandemic situation. We can't wait to get better out of this. In the COVID-19 crisis, the church was unable to properly handle the church's original work and to fully fulfill the mission of education. The response of many churches was to postpone the planned ministry to the second half of 2020. Now, we should try to set a new direction and prepare specifically to move in the new direction. With this perspective, this paper studied the direction of Christian education in the post COVID-19. Specifically, the theoretical basis of the direction of Christian education in the post COVID-19 was found in the theory of Agape's encounter, Catechesis theory, and diakonia theory, and specific directions were suggested according to these theories. Specifically, based on the theory of Agape's encounter, Christian education that emphasizes the encounter with the natural environment, Christian education that emphasizes the encounter among family members, Christian education that emphasizes the encounter among citizens of the world, and Christian education that emphasizes the encounter through online were presented. Based on the Catechesis theory, Christian education copping with the attack of heresy was presented. Finally, based on the diakonia theory, Christian education of service for society and Christian education of service based on data were presented.

Relevance. Innovative activities in education should be aimed at ensuring the comprehensive development of the individual and professional development of students. The main idea of modular technology is that the student should learn by himself, and the teacher manages his learning activities. The advantage of modular technology is the ability of the teacher to design the study of the material in the most interesting and accessible forms for this part of the study group and at the same time achieve the best learning results. Innovative Moodle technology. it is gaining popularity every day, significantly expanding the space of teaching and learning, allowing students to study inter-faculty university programs in depth. The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of implementation of the e-learning system Moodle. The study was conducted at the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky in order to identify barriers to the effective implementation of innovative distance learning technologies Moodle and introduce a new model that will have a positive impact on the development of e-learning. Methodology. The paper used a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods. These include: scientific analysis of sources on this issue, which allowed us to formulate the initial provisions of the study; analysis of the results of students 'educational activities; pedagogical experiment; questionnaires; monitoring of students' activities in practical classes. Results. This article evaluates the implementation of the principles of distance learning in the process of teaching and learning at the University in terms of quality. The experiment involved 1,250 students studying at the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky. The survey helped to identify the main barriers to the effective implementation of modern distance learning technologies in the educational process of the University: the lack of readiness of teachers and parents, the lack of necessary skills in applying computer systems of online learning, the inability to interact with the teaching staff and teachers, the lack of a sufficient number of academic consultants online. In addition, internal problems are investigated: limited resources, unevenly distributed marketing advantages, inappropriate administrative structure, and lack of innovative physical capabilities. The article allows us to solve these problems by gradually implementing a distance learning model that is suitable for any university, regardless of its specialization. The Moodle-based e-learning system proposed in this paper was designed to eliminate the identified barriers. Models for implementing distance learning in the learning process were built according to the CAPDM methodology, which helps universities and other educational service providers develop and manage world-class online distance learning programs. Prospects for further research focus on evaluating students' knowledge and abilities over the next six months after the introduction of the proposed Moodle-based program.

In this study, we consider the challenges in motion planning for automated driving systems. Most of the existing online motion-planning algorithms, which take dynamics into account, find it difficult to operate in an environment with narrow passages. Some of the existing algorithms overcome this by offline preprocessing if environment is known. In this work an online algorithm for motion planning with dynamics in an unknown cluttered environment with narrow passages is presented. It utilizes an idea of hybrid planning with sampling- and discretization-based motion planners, which run simultaneously in a full configuration space and a derived reduced space. The proposed algorithm has been implemented and tested with a real autonomous vehicle. It provides significant improvements in computational time performance over basic planning algorithms and allows the generation of smoother paths than those generated by the recently developed hybrid motion planners.

With the advancement of the 4th Industrial Revolution(4IR), microprocessor education is on the rise due to the explosive demand for IoT (Internet of Things) and M2M devices. However, it is difficult due to many constraints to efficiently transfer training on hardware assembly and implementation through online training. Thus, we developed a cost-effective online content based on Arduino simulations, Atmel Studio 7, and WinAvr simulator that are required for the utilization of AVR 128. These Camtasia videos overcame the limitation of theory focused on-line education by visually introducing the practical utilization of an actual AVR 128. In this paper, the proposed educational content was provided to university students, and the results of student feedback show that it has a strong effect.

E-learning systems have proliferated in recent years, particularly in the wake of the global COVID-19 pandemic. For kids, there isn't a specific online learning platform available, though. To do this, new conceptual models of training and learning software that are adapted to the abilities and preferences of end users must be created. Young pupils: those in kindergarten, preschool, and elementary school are unique subjects with little research history. From the standpoint of software technology, young students who have never had access to a computer system are regarded as specific users with high expectations for the functionality and interface of the software, social network connectivity, and instantaneous Internet communication. In this study, we suggested creating an electronic learning management system that is web-based and appropriate for primary school pupils. User-centered design is the fundamental technique that was applied in the development of the system that we are proposing. Test findings have demonstrated that students who are using the digital environment for the first time are studying more effectively thanks to the online learning management system.

The purpose of this study was to identify mental health level, way of stress coping and its influencing factors among undergraduate students using SNS. Data were collected using Korean Mental Health Continuum Short Form scale, and the ways of coping checklist modified from 301 undergraduate students in 4 universities in Busan and through online, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$ test, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients with SPSS/WIN 21.0. On average, mental health level was 35.6 out of 70 points, and the students using SNS use more active coping than passive coping as way of stress coping. The factors showed significant relationships with mental health were gender, and number of person contacted on offline within online counterparts, and with problem-focused coping were gender, preferred types of SNS, period of use, and hours per day on SNS, with social support seeking were preferred types of SNS, hours per day on SNS, and number of online counterparts, with emotion-focused coping were grade, instruments types for using SNS, and hours per day on SNS and with wishful thought were instruments types for using SNS, and hours per day on SNS. There was a positive correlation between mental health and stress coping type. Based on the results, future research needs to develop positive SNS usage strategies to improve the mental well-being and ways of coping in undergraduate students.
The purpose of this study was to investigate current practices in blended instruction. In particular, the study explored (1) the types of instructional delivery methods, technologies, and instructional components, (2) the reasons why faculty apply blend instruction, and (3) the advantages and challenges in delivering blended instruction. This study focused on the practices in the Universities that have the extensive doctoral research programs classified by the Carnegie Foundations. The survey was performed with the sample of faculty from 30 universities and the survey data included 133 faculties out of the total 1,000 randomly selected faculty members. Of the 133 responses, 111 (77.7%) participants had certain degree of experience, while 17 faculty (or instructors) (13.3%) did not have any practice with blended instruction. The most common instructional delivery format in the participating universities was blended instruction that added supplementary online instructional components in the class. Online Course Management Systems (CMS) and multimedia presentation tools were common technology for course delivery, and "discussion" was the most general instructional activity for the class. The participating faculty often preferred the blended format since it provides students and faculty with convenience, flexibility, active engagement, efficiency in using resource materials, and a feeling of connection between/among students and instructor. Benefits to the class were availability of more authentic experience and diverse curricular materials, and the instructional format that meets the needs of remediation and enhancement of students. This study addressed not only advantages and challenges of blended instruction, but also suggestions based on the comments by the participating faculty.

This study investigated students' perception of a starting up business in the fashion design related departments of two year colleges to present the basic data for designing a start up business education and examined the opening status of the start up business subjects. Only 4.4% of respondents answered that they had an experience in a start up. And 76.2% of respondents answered that they would like to start up a business after graduation. The initial start up types were "online shopping mall" and "blog market" in that order. Nearly 86.7% of respondents answered that they needed "start up" education in college. To the question of whether they would participate if there is a start up extracurricular program, and the subject they would choose, 40.9% answered "I want to get a start up related certification", showing the highest rate of interest in the course. The status of introducing start up business subjects in the regular courses in fashion design related departments in 25 two year colleges related that there were 11 start up related courses begun in the last semester, that is, the 2nd semester of the 2nd year. Since the proportion of clothing in online shopping malls is high, start up education based on the demands of students in fashion design majors can be used as another employment exit strategy.

The purpose of this study is to develop a design guideline to provide user-friendly experience and convenience for the online support system for the curriculum at primary/secondary schools. To achieve the objective, best practices of overseas on the online support system for curriculum as well as prior research were analyzed. In addition, UX/UI usability problems and needs were derived through a survey of 74 professionals and teachers who are monitoring NCIC and high school credit system sites. Based on the analysis of best practices of overseas and survey results, the draft of the design guideline was derived, and Delphi method was conducted by experts to re- vise the design guidelines and evaluate their validity. This study is meaningful in that it suggests the direction of improvement of the system currently being serviced and the direction of the design of the system to be developed in the future, by providing design guidelines that can be generally applied to online support systems that perform tasks related to the curriculum.
