In trying to bring about online CRM(customer relationship management), companies have paid much attention to eCRM. The key of eCRM is a recommendation system, which is being used by E-commerce sites to find products to purchase. To maintain a constant flow of marketing information and feedback it is important to staying in touch with customers. In this respect, eCRM becomes a serious business tool for sales activities. In this article we present tee case of Kookmin Internet banking eCRM welch is one of the first examples of implementing eCRM in commercial web site in Korea. We examine how Kookmin Internet banking develops eCRM and how it provides customized services to customers. We also explore the role of eCRM in Internet banking and the level of personalization technology used in Kookmin eCRM case.

In this paper, we investigated performance of a vocabulary-independent speech recognizer with speaker adaptation. The vocabulary-independent speech recognizer does not require task-oriented speech databases to estimate HMM parameters, but adapts the parameters recursively by using input speech and recognition results. The recognizer has the advantage that it relieves efforts to record the speech databases and can be easily adapted to a new task and a new speaker with different recognition vocabulary without losing recognition accuracies. Experimental results showed that the vocabulary-independent speech recognizer with supervised offline speaker adaptation reduced 40% of recognition errors when 80 words from the same vocabulary as test data were used as adaptation data. The recognizer with unsupervised online speaker adaptation reduced abut 43% of recognition errors. This performance is comparable to that of a speaker-independent speech recognizer trained by a task-oriented speech database.

The current trend of Korean-based journals is to become international journals. Support from academic societies and the government to improve the quality of journal and achieve internationalization is growing. For world-wide dissemination of journal contents, an online peer-review system and high quality journal web site are required. Also journals should be written in English. Proper publication ethics is also needed. For this article, I researched the current status of the 'Journal of the Korean academy of Pediatric Dentistry' and have made some suggestions to help with this journal's internationalization process for the future.

This paper introduces a new credit card payment scheme called No Number Credit Card that can significantly reduce the possibility of credit card fraud. The proposed payment system is loosely based on Kerberos, a cryptographic framework that has stood the test of time. In No Number Credit Card, instead of card numbers, only payment tokens are exchanged between the customers and merchants. The tokens are generated based on the payment amount, payment type, client information, and merchant information. However, it does not contain the credit card number, so the merchant or a database hacker cannot acquire and illegally use any credit card numbers. The No Number Credit Card system is ideal for online e-commerce transactions and can be used with any credit card that users possess. It can be used with minor modifications to the current card payment system. We provide the principles of its operation through scenario analysis, a sample implementation, and a security analysis

Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate oriental medical research on dysmenorrhea published within 10 years to analyze the trends of study on dysmenorrhea at home and abroad for progress in future clinical research. Methods & Results: Publication research was carried out on several online database systems using keywords like 'dysmenorrhea', 'traditional medicine', 'herb', 'acupuncture', 'CAM', 'complementary and alternative medicine', 'moxibustion' within 10 years(2002-2012). 32 Korean journal articles and 29 oversea journal articles were selected. Conclusions: This study concludes that more well-designed randomized-controlled studies and diverse approaches are necessary to make accumulation of evidence on oriental medical therapy of dysmenorrhea.

The authorized form is called the heading must be unique and consistent. Without both uniqueness and cosistency, retrieval from the bibliographic database will not be optimal and in some cases may even be impossible. But the authority control is extremely expensive, because it is labour-intensive and dependent on professional investigation and judgement. In fact, it is by far the most expensive function in all of bibliographic control. The processes used to determine the form of access points. maintain. use. and evaluate very accurate authority records reduce the efficiency to generate or merge bibliographic items without modification from any national level bibliographic utilities as well as individual library. In this paper non-authority control system was suggested to solve the disadvantages of authority work. The apparent advantages of the non-authority control system are it is easy to determine the heading, input the bibliographic data. integrate the access points into an existing file, and generate and merge bibliographic data without modification. In addition, non-authority control system can be transmitted into online information retrieval system conducted with a mixture of controlled vocabularies and natural language.

전통적인 상거래 영역에 정보기술을 접목한 전자상거래는 그 규모와 성장면에서 계속적으로 증가하고 있다. 특히 기업과 소비자간 전자상거래를 의미하는 B2C는 그 종류와 규모면에서 계속 성장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업과 소비간의 거래에 있어서 제품 구매에 중요한 영향을 미치는 온라인 리뷰의 정보제공능력에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 온라인리뷰가 제공하는 정보의 양이 증가할수록 이는 처리해야 하는 판매자와 구매자에게는 부담이 된다. 기존의 온라인 리뷰에 대한 연구는 사용자의 구매 경험을 전달하는 방법에 주력하여 온라인 리뷰의 형태와 전달효과 등에 대한 연구가 부족하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효과적으로 정보를 전달하기 위해 필요한 온라인 리뷰의 형태와 정보 전달 등에 대해 연구하고자 한다.

In this paper, an intelligent fault diagnosis system is proposed for induction motors through the combination of feature extraction, genetic algorithm (GA) and neural network (ANN) techniques. Features are extracted from motor vibration signals, while reducing data transfers and making on-line application available. GA is used to select most significant features from whole feature database and optimize the ANN structure parameter. Optimized ANN diagnoses the condition of induction motors online after trained by the selected features. The combination of advanced techniques reduces the learning time and increases the diagnosis accuracy. The efficiency of the proposed system is demonstrated through motor faults of electrical and mechanical origin on the induction motors. The results of the test indicate that the proposed system is promising for real time application.

To achieve the goals, XML document formats and database schema for four selected items are designed and implemented. This paper concerns developing a integrated online/offline light facility management system for light facility using internet and building a database system for control box and street light. Also, we designed the system to minimize the disparity with the conventional management system by referring to a old management ledger format. Thus, the proposed method may enable the system manager to administer the light facility efficiently and to reduce the manpower cost, and time economically.
