온라인으로 웹상에서 설문지를 직접 제작하고 응답 가능한 시스템 개발은 기존의 오프라인 방법에 비해 시간 절약, 효율성면에서 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 검색, 통계 처리, 코드 생성, 설문 관리 기능을 가지는 온라인 웹 기반 설문 분석 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 시스템이 가지는 주된 아이디어는 두 가지이다. 첫 번째는 조사자로 하여금 설문 분석 단계를 자동화함으로써 연구의 효율성을 부여하는 것이고, 두 번째는 대부분의 통계 처리를 위해서 사용하는 SPSS나 SAS의 입력으로 사용될 데이터를 자동으로 생성해주는 것이다. 현재까지 검색, SPSS 코드 생성, 설문관리 기능만 구현되었지만, 이 시스템의 개발로 인해 연구기간의 단축과 노동력 절감의 효과를 얻을 수 있으리라 기대된다.

It is high time to prepare the online publication system of academic research paper. Online publications like digital research paper, e-Book, etc. are increased day by day as the information technology(IT) is developing continually. But, the legal aspect of publication system of academic research paper in Korea is not prepared yet. The purposes of this study are to examine the problems on the publication system of academic research paper in the context of digital goods and to frame a policy of legal proceedings in relation to the social science. The methodology used in this paper is theoretical analysis which is examining the case of academic research system and scientific journal in Korea. As a result of this study, following measures are suggested: (1) Legal provisions on the online publication system, that is, "Research Promotion Law of Korea" controlled by KRF(Korea Research Foundation) and MOE(Ministry of Education) should be revised. (2) Solution like software program and DB system proceeding the data on academic research paper should be prepared newly. (3) From the viewpoint of digital goods, both protecting the intellectual property right and settling the reliance upon online publication system should also be considered simultaneously.

오늘날 SW 중심사회에서 컴퓨팅 사고력은 꼭 필요한 핵심역량으로 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 이에 따라 2015 개정 교육과정에서는 소프트웨어(SW) 교육, 정보 교육을 강화하였다. 온라인 채점 시스템은 학생들이 문제해결 소스코드를 제출하면 이를 평가하고, 적절한 피드백을 제공하므로 자기주도적인 문제해결학습 경험과 프로그래밍 스킬을 향상시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있어 사용이 확대되고 있다. 그러나 채점시스템에 탑재된 문제들은 반구조화된 형태로 되어 있어 학생들이 컴퓨팅 사고단계 중 1단계인 문제공식화(추상화) 단계를 충분히 연습하지 못할 가능성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 보완한 문제해결학습 학습모형을 제안하고, 논의한다.

COIVD-19로 인해 2020년부터 온라인 수업이 실시되면서 e-book, 구글 도구, 동영상 등 수업 시 온라인 콘텐츠 활용이 증가하였다. 이에 학생들이 온라인 환경에서도 효과적인 학습이 이루어지도록, 교사가 만들어가는 교과서의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 또한, 교사들은 온라인 수업 및 다양한 온라인 콘텐츠를 활용하는 학생 참여형 수업이 확대됨에 따라 서책형 교과서뿐 아니라 온라인 콘텐츠 활용 교과서를 능동적으로 활용하고 있다. 즉, 온라인 수업을 위한 대비에만 국한하지 않고, 미래 교육체제로 변환을 위해 온라인 교과서의 개념 정립과 현행 교과서의 제도 및 방향성에 대한 고민이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 도입되고 잇는 온라인 콘텐츠 활용 교과서의 개념 정립을 위한 기초 자료들을 분석하였고 향후에 개발될 미래형 교과서의 개발 방향에 대한 이론적 내용을 탐색하였다.

본 논문은 온라인 평가 문항 관리 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 제안하는 시스템은 학습자 정보 데이터베이스, 영역별, 난이도별로 분류된 문항을 저장하는 문제 은행 데이터베이스로 구성된다. 문제은행 데이터베이스는 특정 학습자 또는 특정 학습에 대한 문항을 선택하는 문항 선제부, 특정 학습자 또는 특정 학습에 대한 문제지를 제작하는 문제지 제작부, 문제지를 저장하였다가 온라인 테스트를 수행할 때 출력하는 문제지 은행 데이터베이스를 포함한다. 학습자가 온라인 테스트에 제출된 문항들에 대한 문항 선택순서, 보기 선택순서, 클릭회수, 반응시간에 대한 평가 데이터를 수집하는 온라인 테스트부, 및 온라인 테스트부로부터 수집된 학습자의 온라인 테스트 평가 데이터를 분석하여 학습자의 학습수준과 학습능력, 성향을 평가하고 진단하여 보고하는 반응패턴 분석부를 포함한다. 제안하는 시스템은 보기 선택순서, 클릭회수, 반응시간을 학습자의 평가결과에 반영하여 효율적으로 학습자의 학습수준과 학습능력, 성향을 평가하고 진단할 수 있다.

Today, further education of adults in the UK is one of the developing areas of continuing education. The Open University with distance learning, in the process of which innovative forms and methods based on computer and telecommunication technologies are used, is particularly successful in the organization of additional education of the adult population. The advantages of distance learning, multimedia - the latest information technologies, which provide the combination of graphic images, video, sound with the help of modern computer tools, are noted. The basic principles and forms underlying the technologies and forms of work with the elderly are defined. The international experience of implementing "Universities of the Third Age" is summarized. The most widespread approach in adult education in Great Britain is informational. The use of computer technologies motivates a new paradigm in educational methods and strategies, which requires new approaches, forms of learning, and innovative ways of delivering educational materials to adult learners. Information technologies have gained great popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, online search for information for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a single scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The information technology of synchronous distance learning "online" has gained considerable popularity in the educational process today. A promising direction is the use of multimedia technologies in educational activities to create a design of a virtual computer environment by decoding audiovisual information.

Real-Time Hybrid Simulation (RTHS) is a novel approach conceived to evaluate dynamic responses of structures with parts of a structure physically tested and the remainder parts numerically modelled. In RTHS, delay estimation is often a precondition of compensation; nonetheless, system delay may vary during testing. Consequently, it is sometimes necessary to measure delay online. Along these lines, this paper proposes an online delay estimation method using least-squares algorithm based on a simplified physical system model, i.e., a pure delay multiplied by a gain reflecting amplitude errors of physical system control. Advantages and disadvantages of different delay estimation methods based on this simplified model are firstly discussed. Subsequently, it introduces the least-squares algorithm in order to render the estimator based on Taylor series more practical yet effective. As a result, relevant parameter choice results to be quite easy. Finally in order to verify performance of the proposed method, numerical simulations and RTHS with a buckling-restrained brace specimen are carried out. Relevant results show that the proposed technique is endowed with good convergence speed and accuracy, even when measurement noises and amplitude errors of actuator control are present.

이 연구는 2020학년도 전 학기 비대면 교육 이후 온라인수업을 경험한 치과대학생의 전반적인 인식을 조사하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 A대학교 치과대학생 161명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문문항은 비대면 수업 만족도, 학습시스템, 교수요인, 평가방법과 온라인수업 요구조사이다. 분석방법은 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 설문 분석 결과 치과대학생이 경험한 비대면 교육만족도는 4.2이상이며, 세부항목별로 보면, 출결처리 방식의 적절성, 녹화영상 강의에 대한 만족, 수업성적 평가 방식에 만족 순으로 나타났다. 비대면 교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 학습시스템과 평가방법이 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이 연구는 A대학의 비대면 교육 운영 상황만을 연구한 것으로 모든 대학에 일반화 할 수 없지만, 대면 및 비대면 수업의 양립을 위한 교육과정 설계 및 지원 방안을 마련하기 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, as the pandemic COVID-19 has been spread worldwide, international research cooperation has come to the fore to overcome the crisis and develop treatments. Currently, in Korea, with the support from the Ministry of Education and the Korea Research Foundation, the International Research Cooperation Information Center operates an online service system for international research cooperation as a venue for sharing results among international research cooperation researchers and invigorating such research. However, since Korea's performance in international research cooperation is still poor, actively pursuing measures to improve professionalism and diversity based on international cooperation is deemed necessary. Therefore, in this study, factors influencing the level of satisfaction with international research cooperation online service systems were identified, and measures to increase the satisfaction of international research cooperation online service were proposed based on the analysis results. Design of the system quality factors, accuracy and consistency of the information quality factors, and professionalism of the service quality factors were verified to have a significant effect on the satisfaction with international research cooperation online service systems. Accordingly, further strengthening the aspects of design, accuracy, consistency, and professionalism was proposed as a way to increase the satisfaction of international research cooperation online service systems.

이 연구에서는 온라인 주석시스템을 이용한 과학교과서 독해 과정에서 학생들이 동료들에게 요청한 지식의 종류, 학생들이 동료들에게 제공한 지식의 정확성, 지식공유행동의 빈도, 협력적 독해의 효과성에 대한 학생들의 평가, 그리고 동료 간 신뢰의 정도를 조사하였다. 중학교 2학년 241명의 학생이 과학 교과서의 2개 대단원을 온라인 주석시스템을 이용하여 작성한 주석(질문과 답변)을 Bloom의 개정된 분류틀과 답변의 정확성 분석틀을 이용하여 분석하였다. 또 효과성 설문지, 인지기반 신뢰와 정서기반 신뢰 측정 도구를 사용하였다. 학생들이 교과서를 읽으면서 만든 질문의 80%는 '이해 질문'이었고, 이 유형의 질문은 개인의 독해를 위한 메타인지 전략과 유사하였다. 이러한 요구에 의해 학생들 간에 공유한 지식은 71%가 과학적으로 올바른 지식이었다. 지식공유행동의 빈도를 살펴보면 학생들은 온라인 주석시스템을 이용한 독해과정에서 활발하게 지식공유행동을 수행하였으나, 행동의 빈도는 보상에 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 보인다. 학생들은 온라인 주석시스템을 통해 수행한 지식공유행위가 학습에 도움이 되었다고 평가하였다. 또한 학생들끼리 서로를 지식공유자로서 신뢰하는 비율은 80% 이상으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 온라인 주석 시스템을 사용하여 독해를 하였을 때 학생들이 지식공유를 함으로써 독해과정에서 발생한 어려움을 극복할 수 있었음을 알 수 있다. 또한 온라인 주석 시스템을 사용한 협력적 독해는 일방향적인 정보전달에 그쳤던 기존의 교과서 읽기와 달리, 쌍방향적이고 역동적으로 지식을 공유하게 함으로써 인지적 개별화 교육이 가능하도록 함을 확인하였다.
