Chemical accidents are systematically managed by the Chemicals Control Act. However, the definition and case studies of violent incidents by hazardous chemical substances need to be adequately organized. In this study, we focused on suggesting improvement directions of the legal and institutional system to prevent the violent incidents of hazardous chemical substances by studying the problems of current legislation and drawing up implications through domestic and foreign cases. The suggestions for improvement are as follows: 1) Strengthening prevention through amendment of laws (1) Selection of the competent department; 2) Enforcing regulations on online and offline commerce (1) Setting personal purchase amount; and 3) Increasing public awareness and public education (1) Improvement of the continuous system through the Chemical Evaluation Committee.

In the knowledge society the main resource is knowledge, and the role of library to manage knowledge and information is very important. Therefore it is necessary to knowledge and information management that provides on demand service to user. The purpose of this research is to design model for web-based help-desk knowledge management system. This study used Qualitative methods as interviews and surveys through BBS and e-mail on information service in the university libraries. Here the investigated component factors are followings Q/A service user's education service to use the library, user's online reference service, e-mail service, FAQ service electronic service(BBS), lecture and research service for faculty, my library, SDI service, and open data service. This research aims to shed light on the technology adoption process and its drivers in the Vietnamese educational system. Research data was collected with an online questionnaire from more than 600 teachers in primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, colleges, and universities in Vietnam in 2020. Based on a holistic literature review, we develop a model of two extrinsic factors (global needs and school-infrastructure), and two intrinsic factors (teachers' technological literacy and their beliefs), which are correlated with the teachers' technological adoption. We measure the dependent variable by asking the teachers' ability and their efficacy to implement technology in teaching according to a Likert scale. With the support of SPSS_22 and STATA_2015, we find that over 70% of changes in technology adoption are explained by the changes in four independent variables and three control variables related to age, gender, and teaching-level of the teachers. Furthermore, these independent variables are significantly and positively associated with two dependent variables. However, a significant difference in technology integration ability can be seen among teachers' gender, age, and school-level. Specifically, male teachers seem to adopt technology at schools than female teachers better, and university teachers have the lowest level of technology adoption compared to other school-level teachers.

Prior to the emergence of Covid-19, Saudi Arabia (SA) had never faced the challenge of dealing with a global pandemic. Significantly, the current crisis has impacted all industries and sectors in the country, including the healthcare system, and has led to an emphasis on human life being more precious and valuable than economic profit. This study focuses on the impact of Covid-19 on the health of nurses, including their quality of life, during 2020. Understanding the position of the nursing profession during the pandemic, including the most effective methods of preventing work-related stress is important. Information was acquired through an online survey method (i.e. self-completion), known as the Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS), which was distributed to nurses in all regions of SA. It was found that the main aspects impacting nurses' work-related stress include gender, employment type, training, and dealing with infected patients. In addition, they highlight that such stress plays a substantial role in patient safety and nurses' satisfaction at work, as well as the future survival of organizations. The emergence of Covid-19 as a novel infectious disease has increased nurses' uncertainty and work-related stress. The results of this research will provide insights into the views of both nurses and their managers, in order to identify the main indicators of stress.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the national obligation of public health support for residents in medically vulnerable areas in Korea, and to propose a suitable model for public health institutions in this region. Research design, data, and methodology: A survey targeting residents was conducted from August 10 to August 17, 2021, with a sample size of 177 general citizens. The survey utilized a structured questionnaire administered online through Google, employing convenience random sampling. After an editing process to ensure data accuracy, the final dataset of 174 valid samples underwent encoding, coding, and cleaning using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 program for analysis. Results: Health status revealed a moderate level, and 63.8% reported having chronic diseases, particularly prevalent among the elderly. External healthcare institutions were commonly utilized, with proximity and competence of doctors being primary reasons. Respondents expressed a need for improving the public health and medical system, emphasizing the establishment of a County Health Centre and expanding medical departments. Conclusions: In this region, the region's unique challenges, including education, employment, population decline, aging, and transportation, require multidimensional efforts and urgent intervention by public entities. Long-term strategies involve considering the establishment of a health and medical institute, adjusting health centre resources to local realities, and fostering a cooperative system for collaboration among residents and institutions.

This study aims to investigate the awareness and status of smart attendance systems in the professors and college students who directly use an electronic smart system, a learning management system utilizing IT and to propose a plan for improvement to increase the efficiency of the smart attendance system. As for the research method, this study conducted an online survey with 264 students at S. University to investigate the status of their use and awareness of the smart attendance system. As a result, first, the professors mostly were satisfied with the smart attendance system, and it would be necessary to improve learning ability and the function of self-management in connection with the learning management system. Second, the college students were dissatisfied with the user interface and speed of the smart attendance system, and it would be necessary to improve the delay time, login, update, and false attendance.

The trend in the domestic MMORPG online game market is on decline because of the change in customers attitude and the advent of mobile or foreign games. The underlying cause of depressed domestic game market is that it has been failing to provide quality service arising from not revising existing game design. For this reason, this paper sets out to gather game users' opinions and to analyze successful domestic and foreign games comparatively to approve the importance and necessity of scenario development and to solve current problems in the MMORPG market. As one solution, this paper proposes a new design method, TIME FLOW scenario technique. This technique aims to establish a system in which story and environment change as time progresses and thus can provide different contents to its users over time. It is expected to enable a new frame for game design environment and to restructure education environment for human resource cultivation.

The purpose of this study was to find out how Blended e-Learning affected the teaching and learning of engineering mathematics for engineering students. It has researched the application condition of Blended e-Learning and the students' attitude in the offline classes of students. The subject were 42 students of Junior in the Department of Mechanic Engineering in M-University participated in the study. The lecturer taught the class for the students by fact-to-face teaching at the offline. It was recorded all processes during the class, and the video was loaded at the Learning Management System(LMS). The students studied online by themselves. This study investigated the attitude of students at the offline and the Utilization of Online Data by learners through the mixed class for one semester. The results were as follows. First, Blended e-Learning applied engineering mathematics affected positively for the self-regulated and individualized learning to the students. Second, Blended e-Learning has shown a positive impact on the teaching and learning of engineering mathematics. Finally, it also had a positive effect on the class satisfaction level of students.

This study analyze Online class's current condition in Smart era. And suggest better operation model based on Internet Architecture. This study focuses the condition of e-learning operation model in University online class. Especially, 'Time Check Idea' that using for attendance on e-learning class has some side effects. So this study would applied 'Qualitative Check Idea Concept' on e-learning class. Question Based System, QBS is example model. QBS is leading a Learner's participation in e-class by Making Quiz. These quizs are shared with other students and refer to studing contents. Practically operating Qualitative Concept model QBS on university e-class, we can seek for the effectiveness of Qualitative e-learning model QBS.

This study attempted to find out the factors affecting the self-directed learning ability of nursing students who took online lectures. The research method was a structured questionnaire survey targeting 2nd to 4th grade nursing college students, and the analysis method was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, the self-directed learning ability of nursing college students was an average of 3.48 points out of 5 points, and it was found that learning immersion had the greatest effect on self-directed learning ability. Based on the results of this study, it will be necessary to establish a quality education system and the efforts of instructors who apply various lecture methods or customized lecture programs so that learners can immerse themselves in learning in order to improve learners' self-directed learning ability.
