In this paper, this app is an online learning tool web application that helps learners learn efficiently. It discusses how learners can improve their learning efficiency in these three aspects: retrieval practice, systematization, metacognition. Through this web service, learners can proceed with learning with a flash card-based retrieval practice. In this case, a method of managing a flash card in a form similar to a directory-file system using a composite pattern is described. Learners can systematically organize their knowledge by converting flash cards into a mind map. The color of the mind map varies according to the learner's learning progress, and learners can easily recognize what they know and what they do not know through color. In this case, it is proposed to build a deep learning model to improve the accuracy of an algorithm for determining and predicting learning progress.

In accordance with the educational paradigm that values self-directed creative education, school libraries and public libraries emphasize self-directed learning support through curriculum-linked programs as their main tasks. For self-directed learning, it is essential to provide learner-centered educational knowledge information, and there should be abundant textbook-linked references that can deepen and expand the curriculum reflected in textbooks. This study established KDC-linked information related to unit and cross-curricular learning topics through the analysis of elementary school textbooks and curriculum-linked books, restructured KDC system based on major subjects in the elementary school curriculum, and established a curriculum-linked subject information. Libraries can strengthen support for self-directed creative learning for elementary school students in an online environment by linking library content targeted for each user with elementary school education content focusing on learning topics in the curriculum.

Since the Media law recently passed, the media's influence has further enhanced than before. However, in reality, systematic media education can't catch up a trend of the fast growing media culture development. The new paradigm is much needed in getting rid of utilizing previous ICT training tool but rather using a creative and critical new role model. This study, media education in schools outside the school, as well as to the proper education of the active and systematic media education system as a way to create a top integrated media that is responsible for training new teachers to offer courses to train professionals. To change fragmentary and unsystematic media education system having been implemented to more professional, systematic and concrete, it is proposed that 3 systematic courses media literacy course, media story telling course and media production course should be implemented.

This paper is to research the current status of ADR in Korea, the qualifications of mediator (or conciliator) and arbitrator, the ADR education program of major foreign arbitration-related institutions and the efficient management device of ADR education program for the activation of the ADR system. In 2007, arbitration applications received at the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board numbered 320 and the amount involved those cases was US$ 216 millions. Mediation applications received at the KCAB numbered 552 and the amount involved those cases US$ 29millions. As of December 2007, the total numbers of arbitrators on the KCAB Panel of Arbitrators was 978. There are no provisions for the qualification of arbitrator in the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration and Arbitration Act of Korea. The KCAB has the consolidation regulation of the Panel of Arbitrator of which purpose is to regulate the criteria and procedure regarding the drawing up and maintenance of the panel of arbitrators. The UK Chartered Institute of Arbitrators has the criteria and qualifications for membership of which three grades are associate, member and fellow. The American Arbitration Association has the qualification criteria for admittance to the AAA National Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators. The Japan Association of Arbitrators has the official authorization regulation for membership of which three grades are special associate, ordinary associate and fellow. The UK Chartered Institute of Arbitrators has the ADR education programs which are composed of the mediation courses and arbitration courses. The American arbitrators Association has the ADR education programs which are composed of in-person training and online training. The Japan Association of Arbitrators has the ADR education programs which are composed of the cultivation courses of conciliator and the practical training courses of arbitrator. The efficient management devices of ADR education program are as follows: the execution of official authorization system of arbitrator, the establishment of specialized division for training and official authorization, the establishment of ADR regular training courses, the publication of ADR training texts and obtaining of instructors, and the consolidation of regulations related to the official authorization of arbitrator and ADR training. In conclusion, for the activation of ADR system, the KCAB and Korean Association of Arbitrators should make further effort to provide the ADR regular education and training programs for potential and practicing conciliators and arbitrators.

Purpose - Adult learners are easily exposed to the risk of plagiarizing others' writings when writing papers or reports. Therefore, this study investigates the research ethics of adult learners and suggests alternatives for research ethics standards in online lifelong education system. The purpose of this study is to investigate the causes of violation of research ethics and preventive measures (education program) for adult learners. Research design, data, methodology - Before establishing a research ethics education plan, it is confirmed through the empirical investigation of adult learners in undergraduate. In this study, 30 questionnaires of 5-point Likert scale were used to examine the level of consciousness of adult learners related to research ethics. Results - First, the experience of participating in ethics education and the presence of prior knowledge did not affect the prevention of research ethics violation. Second, adult learners did not learn about research ethics in the pre- college education environment and they frequently engaged in research ethics violation without guilt or consciousness. Third, the students who experienced the research ethics violation (plagiarism) were more willing to know and use the plagiarism search program. Fourth, Opinions differed according to age as to the need to enforce research ethics compliance. Conclusions - Universities should clearly and easily announce and monitor plagiarism criteria or guidelines. When adult learners are relieved of the anxiety about the possibility of violation of research ethics, a developmental and original research atmosphere will be created.

The purpose of this study was to emphasize the household financial education as a part of family life education, especially when provided at local community level; it also examines diverse measures by which to deliver such education. To this end, the current study focuses on the education programs of a healthy family support center, which has been established as a representative transmission system. The current status of its operations was examined, and practical measures by which to stimulate the delivery of financial education within that center were derived. In more detail, previous studies inside and outside of Korea were examined, and the current status of financial education included in the area of family life education was assessed; as a result of these assessments, the definition and objectives of financial education as family life education were adjusted. The limits of financial education that has been delivered thus far were reviewed, with the aim of proposing measures by which to sufficiently stimulate the delivery of financial education programs-programs that ultimately reflect the healthy family philosophy. This study proposes four specific measures by which to stimulate financial education. The first is the application of 'life cycle perspectives' to educational terms. The second is the activation of financial education programs that involve the family unit as educational subjects. Third, the delivery of lectures which related to the financing and nurturing of program coordinators was proposed. The fourth is drawing a connection between online and offline education in terms of effectively applying teaching methods. Ultimately, the results of this study can be used as basic data to inform the planning, development, and operational stages of financial education programs within family life education, which can be performed in healthy family support centers in the future.

Although the e-learning system is being introduced in elementary and secondary education, incorporating it into the regular curriculum is difficult. Other problems include the lack of sessions and connection to regular courses in realistically applying project-based learning in the regular school curriculum. Therefore. this study established, applied, and analyzed the blended learning strategy to resolve such issues. Specifically, a theoretical investigation on the concept of blended learning and IT-oriented, project-based learning was conducted. The theme for learning based on integrated courses was also selected, and the 5-stage project-based teaching and learning strategy, concretized. The concretization strategy involved discussion, role division, and alternative evaluation strategy. The class progressed in formats of on-class online, on-class offline and off-class online. As a result, students experienced inconvenience since the project only lasted for a short period of time. Nonetheless, they responded positively to the effect of project-based learning in general. This study was able to suggest the possibility of applying e learning in regular school curriculum and propose the direction for digital and learner oriented teaching.

Mobile learning, which provides educational services with a mobile platform, has been greatly expanding with the increasing spread of digital devices. The transition from PC-based online education to mobile-based education enables users to access online education anytime and anywhere. Despite this expansion of mobile learning, there is a lack of user-oriented content design. Therefore, this study intends to derive a measure to evaluate usefulness of the content design. We conducted a literature survey to reflect characteristics of existing measures, which evaluate usefulness and content of mobile learning. As educational mobile applications have both educational service and mobile device features, they can be representative of pedagogical usability criterion and can be divided into system and content areas to further develop effectiveness of learning. We conducted questionnaires on the use of these applications on 15 experts using the del phi technique. The analysis suggests the ease of use, learning efficiency, aesthetics, and ease of learning to be criteria of pedagogical usability. This study expects to serve as a basis to improve the usability of mobile learning users.

It has been determined the 6 core competencies of our university students. Among them, it was judged that the student's convergence thinking ability and self-development ability were insufficient. To enforce the two insufficient abilities, an engineering-related major collage course was newly established in the form of an intensive coursework. The course was conducted as a shared curriculum between division/departments. For each of the first and second semesters in the 2020, 54 students from two completion groups (Department of Electrical and Electronic Control Engineering; 26, Optical Engineering; 28) were the subjects of the survey, the survey results of 20 common questions were comprehensively analyzed. As the result, more than 75% of the respondents were positive about free online learning at any time and place. And if additional interactive activities and team teaching method are reinforced during recorded audio and video contents learning material, It is confirmed that the attempted intensive course can maximize the learning effect.

By using the Blackboard (BB) system in the education sector, the educational process for both academics and students is facilitated. Two data resources were used to evaluate the use of the BB system by students of Umm Al-Qura University: statistical reports issued by the university and an online questionnaire. A total of 989 students from all colleges and different programmes provided by the university responded to the questionnaire survey. According to our findings, most students did not use the BB before the pandemic. Therefore, the sudden conversion to the BB system required intensive training courses. After the data analysis, the relationship between the use of the BB system before the pandemic and the problems students faced during the lockdown was revealed. The most critical issues raised by the respondents were: (1) "The voice of the lecturer went on and off during BB collaborate class", (2) "internet connection of the lecturer went on and off during BB collaborate class" and (3) "High possibility of IT problems during exams".
