  • Thrust ripples in Permanent Magnet Linear Motor(PMLSM) are mainly generated by cogging force. Cogging force caused by the interaction between the iron core and the Permanent Magnet(PM), and end effect. This paper has proposed a control method for thrust ripples suppression and design of one-chip proceeding digital controller using TMS320LF2407. This control method is realized by Field Oriented Control(FOC) adding to current compensation. The effectiveness of proposed control method is verified by experimentation comparing between the compensation and non-compensation.

  • Calculation unit and peripheral units that are used to make the position controller are embedded to one chip FPGA. $\textbullet$ Feed-forward PID controller and interpolator in the calculation unit mitigate frequent context switching. $\textbullet$ The peripheral units reduce the size of the joints position control board. $\textbullet$ Because the calculation unit is designed with pipeline structure, it has the advantages to apply to the multi joints.

  • This paper presents the development of a keypad test system for the improvement of working environment and productivity using PTC 16F877 microprocessor. In order to detect the fault of keypad products, hardware and software design is performed in this system. Keypad fault detection system is controlled by the 8 bit one chip PIC microcontroller for the exactness and speed. Developed panel of the keypad test system is comprised of the sub-panel for selecting in the inspected keypad types and the main panel f3r displaying the working order and fault position. Furthermore, all data from keypad inspection are stored in main memory of personal computer for the database. All these functions lead to the improvement of working speed and environment.

  • We propose a new technique of adaptive-neuro controller design to implement real-time control of robot manipulator, Unlike the well-established theory for the adaptive control of linear systems, there exists relatively little general theory for the adaptive control of nonlinear systems. Adaptive control technique is essential for providing a stable and robust performance for application of robot control. The proposed neuro control algorithm is one of loaming a model based error back-propagation scheme using Lyapunov stability analysis method. Through simulation, the proposed adaptive-neuro control scheme is proved to be a efficient control technique for real time control of robot system using DSPs(TMS320C50)

  • 본 연구에서는 반도체 제조공정에서 photo resister를 도포하고 제거하는 coater와 developer 장치에서 도포막의 균일화를 위한 배기장치의 정밀한 유량제어기술을 소개 하고자 한다. 개발된 배기 제어장치는 차압식 유량계로서 차동 압력센싱 방식을 이용하고 One chip microprocessor로 A/D변환과 피드백 서보제어로 장치를 구현하였으며 제어 유량은 최대 2000${\ell}$/min로서 개발 후 성능과 안정성 평가가 우수하여 실제장비에의 장착이 가능하였다.

  • This paper deals with a development of auto mobile watch system which can control direct auto mobile state or position. Main controller consists of the Z-80 computer, sensor and high frequency receiver. Mobile loading consists of the Intel 8751H one-chip and ultrasonic transmitter, having able to detect all auto mobile state. And, the search data is sent the main controller by the high frequency transmitter and ultrasonic transducer.

  • This work presents an experimental investigation on vibration control of the active hybrid mount system for naval ships. To reduce unwanted vibrations, this paper proposes an active mount which consists of rubber element, piezostack actuator and inertial mass. The rubber element supports a mass. The piezostack actuator generates a proper control force and supply it to the mount system. To avoid being broken piezostack actuator, an actuator of the proposed mount is devised as an inertial type, in which a piezostack actuator is positioned between inertial mass and rubber element. Vibration control performances of the active mount system are evaluated via experiment. To attenuate the unwanted vibrations transferred from upper mass, the feedforward control is designed. In order to implement a control experiment, the active mount system supported by four active mounts is constructed. For realization of the controller, one-chip board is manufactured and utilized. Subsequently, vibration control performances of the proposed active mount system are experimentally evaluated in frequency domains.

  • Uncertainty and insecurity is a serious issue in all aspects of our society today as the change in environmental and societal conditions became more apparent than ever before through various disasters. Thus, it is now an important point in time for the government and responsible firms to implement an innovative scientific disaster management method that can lead to establishing a more secure and stable future. Therefore, authors have developed ubiquitous- based disaster prevention automation system(DPAS). The system would follow up after sensors detecting fires, thefts, torrents, floods, and infrastructural leaks. It prevents disasters in advance by utilizing a wireless communications net or ethernet to conduct real-time monitoring from a remote place. The system also has an advantage as it is designed in a compact size that applies a precision-focused programmable logic controller(PLC) of one-chip type.

  • An LED driving and control circuit has been developed. The LED driver has a new PWM circuit for current control of LED columns with dimming, current and thermal control, and communication functions. The PWM circuit is composed of two ring oscillator and one counter which can be constructed using basic digital logic components. In addition, it has the functions of remote control mode such as ON, OFF, emergency and power saving modes by the serial communication. The PWM generator and control circuit have been designed and fabricated 0.35[${\mu}m$] Magnachip/Hynix digital IC fabrication process. The LED driving and control board using the developed chip is fabricated and tested successfully.

  • In this paper, we implemented total monitoring system in which LED light turned on only when user detected and LED light turned out only when user disappeared. This system is composed of two modules, one is HW board based on Micro Controller and the other is SW control system based on Web server. Micro controller board is based on ATMega2560 chip which is connected with Infra Red and Ultra sonic sensors. Web based monitoring system was designed can be used in smart device. The validity of this monitoring system was proved by integration test of two modules.
