The simultaneous correction of the hypertelorism and exophthalmos combined with craniosynostosis is very rarely performed operative procedures in the world. The craniosynostosis is the congenital anomaly that designates premature fusion of one or more sutures in either cranial vault or cranial base. Hypertelorism is not a distinct clinical syndrome in itself, but is a physical finding secondary to facial and cranial maldevelopment and it is defined as a increase in the distance between the medial orbital walls. Exophthalmos can occur following the decrease in the size of the orbit in patients with developmental skeletal disorders such as craniofacial synostosis. The authors experienced 9-year-old male patient, who has complex cranio-facial abnormality. The craniosynostosis was oxycephaly type and primary fronto-orbital advancement surgery had been performed in other hospital. The abnormal cranial vault combined with hypertelorism and exophthalmos due to maldeveloped both orbital walls. Surgical correction was obtained by various cranio-fronto-orbital remodeling technique such as calvarial bone craniotomy, fronto-orbital advancement, paramedian resection, medial canthopexy, Tessier-Wolfe three wall orbital expansions. We achieved a quite satisfactory result both functionally and aesthetically in a complex cranio-facial deformity patient by combination and modification of previously developed various cranio-facial plasty technique and hereby report the case with brief discussion and review of literature.

This research was started to study how the design identity of an overseas fashion house was formed, changed and connected. For the purpose of the study, Saint Laurent House was selected as the subject of the study, because it began as a couture house and launched the $pr\hat{e}t-\grave{a}-porter$ for the first time among the designer brands, and also contributed to the development of modern women's fashion. Literature survey on related books and papers was performed to study the Saint Laurent House. Then, fashion collection photos of the house from 1962 SS to 2014 SS were collected to analyze and compare the features of the designs. The photos were collected from related books, fashion magazines and internet sites. The results are as follows: The features of Yves Saint Laurent's early designs were contemporarily sensational with their couture tradition. His representative designs including Le Smoking, Pea Coat, Loose Fit Blouse, Safari Look, Jumpsuit, Ethnic Look and Art Look became the signature looks of the Saint Laurent House. His designs expressed the liberation of sex, multi-cultural sensitivity and the fusion of art and fashion. His successor, chief designer Tom Ford designed with strong sensitivity of his own. He dealt with Yves Saint Laurent's design themes and signature looks in sensual as well as trendy and sophisticated way. Stefano Pilati showed the Parisienne chic and elegance. He re-made the legacies of Yves Saint Laurent with his own design style using new materials or cutting technique. Hedi Slimane reinterpreted the signature looks of the house with his rock' n roll mood for young, modern women while reflecting the spirit of Yves Saint Laurent's early stage. In conclusion, the design identity of Saint Laurent House is not just a fixed one. By the subsequent chief designers, the signature items and design spirit of Yves Saint Laurent have been succeeded, reintroduced or changed to be trendy and to reflect the designers' design sensitivity. All of these make and maintain the design identity of the fashion house.

Objective : Corpectomy of the first lumbar vertebra (L1) for the management of different L1 pathologies can be performed using either an anterior or posterior approach. The aim of this study was to evaluate the usefulness of a retroperitoneal extrapleural approach through the twelfth rib for performing L1 corpectomy. Methods : Thirty consecutive patients underwent L1 corpectomy between 2010 and 2016. The retroperitoneal extrapleural approach through the 12th rib was used in all cases to perform single-stage anterior L1 corpectomy, reconstruction and anterior instrumentation, except for in two recurrent cases in which posterior fixation was added. Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used for pain intensity measurement and ASIA impairment scale for neurological assessment. The mean follow-up period was 14.5 months. Results : The sample included 18 males and 12 females, and the mean age was 40.3 years. Twenty patients (67%) had sensory or motor deficits before the surgery. The pathologies encountered included traumatic fracture in 12 cases, osteoporotic fracture in four cases, tumor in eight cases and spinal infection in the remaining six cases. The surgeries were performed from the left side, except in two cases. There was significant improvement of back pain and radicular pain as recorded by VAS. One patient exhibited postoperative neurological deterioration due to bone graft dislodgement. All patients with deficits at least partially improved after the surgery. During the follow-up, no hardware failures or losses of correction were detected. Conclusion : The retroperitoneal extrapleural approach through the 12th rib is a feasible approach for L1 corpectomy that can combine adequate decompression of the dural sac with effective biomechanical restoration of the compromised anterior loadbearing column. It is associated with less pulmonary complication, no need for chest tube, no abdominal distention and rapid recovery compared with other approaches.

현대는 정보화시대의 절정에 도달한 상황으로 디지털문화로 인한 문화범람 속에 자리한 듯하다. 동서의 예술과 문화가 서로 접목되어 퓨전문화의 의미가 보편화되고 삶의 질이 향상되어 그 어느때보다도 풍부한 문화적 혜택을 누리고 있다고 여겨진다. 이러한 상황에서 자칫 문화의 혼합으로 문화원류를 저버릴 우려와 함께 특히 우리 문화에 대한 가벼운 인식과 이의 혼합보존에 있어서 자리매김이 소중하며 더 나아가 다음 세대들이 이어나갈 우리문화의 가치에 대한 재조명이 중요시되는 시점이다. 이에 본 연구자는 부산지역의 거대한 축제역할을 하며 중요무형문화재로 지정된 <동래야류>에 대한 관심을 갖게 되어 이의 전수와 활성화를 위한 방안을 연구하게 되었다. 무형문화재를 구성하고 있는 음악, 의상, 춤사위, 소품 등의 컨텐츠 중 시각적인 효과가 크고 과거와 현재에 그 형태적 차이가 큰 의상부분을 택하여 개발부분으로 설정하였다. 탈의 해학성과 어울리면서 신세대들이 선호할 수 있는 의상으로 디자인의 현대화를 제안하므로 전통문화에 대한 관심을 유도하며 한편 지역문화축제 활성화를 위한 작은 모티브가 될 수 있기를 기대하였다.

Degranulation of the rat peritoneal mast cell induced by intraperitoneal injection of horseradish peroxidase(HRP) was studied using light and electron microscopes. 1. Rat peritoneal mast cells in the Tyrode's buffered salt solution injected control group did not show any particular morphological changes following the specified time course. 2. Under the light microscope, the majority of mast cells observed 10 minutes after HRP injection were nearly the same as those of the control group. However, after 30 minutes, granule densities or staining properties of certain cells began to decrease and these appearances increased gradually until 12 hours after injection, at which time small groups of granules being stained pale-red or pink with toluidine blue were easily identified in the cytoplasm of many cells, and numerous extruded granuleg were scattered around these cells. 3. In the mast cells representing the early stage of degranulation induced by HRP, the electron densities of certain granules decreased as the size enlarged, and perigranular cavities were formed by perigranular membrane expansion. As a result, a thin cytoplasmic septum was formed between the expanded perigranular membrane and the cytoplasmic membrane in the cell periphery, and fusion of the adjacent perigranular membranes was observed in the inner side of the cell. 4. In some mast cells, one or two changes in the peripheral cytoplasmic septum could be seen. One was a focal rupture of the peripheral septum and the other was the formation of a saccule containing one or more vesicles. This saccule was thought to be used for granule-extrusion site and/or material absorptive apparatus judging from the morphological characteristics. 5. As the degranulation proceeded, the granule was extruded from the cell after partial rupture of the peripheral cytoplasmic septum. This phenomenon proceeded to-ward the inner side of the cell through the fused perigranular cavities, and consequently several distinct cavities containing a few unextruded membrane-free granules were formed throughout the cytoplasm after 12 hours. As a rule, the granule-extrusion sites were relatively fewer while the cytoplasmic cavities resulting from degranulation were more numerously observed. Thus, it was thought that the granule-extrusion sites tended to be restricted in the HRP-induced degranulation.

이 연구의 목적은 Lepilemuridae(여우원숭이속) 4종의 핵형은 그들의 선조격인 두 종의 교잡된 핵형으로부터 형성되었음을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 여우원숭이 속의 가상적인 선조종의 반수체 핵형은 18개의 상염색체와 x염색체로 구성된다. L. mustelinus(LMU)의 핵형은 염색체 4개가 연속적으로 융합된 염색체와 하나의 Robertsonian 전이 염색체 쌍을 가진다. LSS의 핵형은 단지 2쌍의 상호전위된 염색체를 가지고 있다. 우리들은 LMU와 LSS의 조상핵형(anc LMU and ant LSS)을 재구성할 수 있었고, 그로부터 다른 4종의 Lepilemur가 생성될 수 있었다. anc LMU와 anc LSS의 교잡종은 배우자 형성시 환형의 배치를 거치면서 전혀 다른 형태로 융합된 유전적으로 완전한 배우자를 형성할 수 있다. L. dorsalis의 핵형이 구성되기 위해서는 교잡종의 5조의 Trivalent염색체가 감수분열 중기에 환의 모양으로 배열되면서 인접한 단부동원체들이 융합되어 새로운 핵형인 L. dorsalis의 핵형이 만들어진다. L. leucopus의 핵형은 위와 같이 환모양을 구성하기 위해 배열된 Trivalent 염색체 조들 중에서 단지 한 조가 먼저와 다른 방향으로 환속에 위치하게 되므로써 이웃한 단부동원체들이 융합되어 L. leucopus의 핵형을 형성한다. L. ruficaudatus의 반수체 핵형이 만들어 지는 데에는 환으로 배열될 때 7개의 상동염색체 쌍이 배열되고 이웃하는 단부동원체들의 융합에 의해 새로운 조합으로 된 L. ruficaudatus의 반수체 핵형이 형성된다. L. edwardsi의 반수체 배우자가 형성될 때는 LRE가 만들어 질 때의 환형에서 단지 하나의 삼동염색체 쌍이 분리되므로써 LED의 반수체 핵형이 생성된다. 이러한 기전에 의해서 만들어진 새로운 완전한 배우체들은 동일한 형태의 배우자와 수정되므로써 새로운 상동염색체를 가진 종 L. dorsalis, L. leucopus, L. ruficaudatus, L. edwardsi가 형성되었다 이 결과들은 유전적으로 완전한 새로운 종이 교잡종의 군집으로부터 활성화된 염색체들의 융합, 접합기에서 환형으로의 배열 기전을 통해 형성될 수 있다는 이론을 뒷받침한다.

관상동맥질환의 진단 및 평가에 있어서 myocardial perfusion SPECT검사와 FDG를 이용한 myocardial PET검사 그리고 PET/CT에 장착된 64-slice CT를 이용한 coronary CT angiography를 동시에 실행함으로 검사의 신뢰도와 편의성을 한층 더 높이고자 한다. 먼저 약물부하 myocardial perfusion SPECT검사를 먼저 시행한다. 환자의 피폭경감을 위해서 $^{99m}Tc$-MIBI 10 mCi 로 주사하며 myocardial PET검사를 위해서 지방식을 먹지 않고 ursodeoxcholic acid 100 mg을 생수와 함께 복용하게 하여 1시간 후에 SPECT 영상을 얻는다. 이어서 myocardial FDG PET검사를 시행한다. 혈중의 지방산 농도를 낮추고 심장의 FDG섭취율을 증가시키기 위해 혈중 포도당 농도치에 따라 insulin과 Acipimox를 함께 사용하는 독창적인 경구 당 부하법을 사용하였으며, 환자의 피폭 경감을 위해서 $^{18}F$-FDG 5 mCi를 주사하고 1시간 후에 10분간 gated 영상을 얻으며 필요시 delay 영상을 얻는다. PET검사가 끝남과 동시에 환자는 동일한 position을 하고 연속해서 coronary CTA를 시행한다. 이 검사에서 가장 중요한 것은 심박동수 조절과 환자의 호흡협조이다. 심박동수를 65회 이하로 낮추기 위해 beta blocker 50 mg~200 mg을 의사와 상의하여 복용케 하고 호흡법을 충분히 연습을 시키다. 검사 직전에 isosorbide dinitrate를 3~5회 분무하여 혈관벽의 긴장을 낮추고 혈관을 확장시켜서 coronary artery의 해부학적 형태를 더욱 잘 나타낼 수 있게 한다. 촬영 시 CT 조영제를 4.0~5.0 mL/sec의 압력으로 주입하며 촬영을 한다. Coronary CTA를 이용하면 coronary artery stenosis가 잘 보이며, 약물부하 myocardial perfusion SPECT로 coronary CTA에서 보인 stenosis와 perfusion저하의 상관관계를 검토(culprit vessel 확인)할 수 있으며, FDG PET으로 hibernating myocardium 또는 infarction site의 viability를 확인할 수 있다. 한 가지 검사로 lesion site와 severity 및 치료에 대한 반응 예측이 가능함으로 약물치료, PCI, CABG 등 치료방향을 설정할 수 있다. 또한 모든 검사 과정들이 연속적으로 동시에 이루어지기 때문에 짧은 시간(3시간) 내에 one-stop으로 검사를 종료할 수 있는 큰 장점을 가지게 된다. 그러므로 이 검사법은 ischemic heart disease의 one-stop evaluation에 있어서 유용한 protocol로 보여진다.

Multiculturism is the movement that began to arise in the academic world of America and the literary world form the close of 1980's in accepting the variety of culture and regarding the culture with the more balanced and wide view and just as it is, it means the attitude of accepting one or more cultures of variely and the position of taking interest in the culture of minority race not the culture of a governing race. It is the fashion of feminism adapts dualism like unisex, androgynous look, etc of bisexual lendency in the 1980's, it shows new style with crossover of liberal sense because there is not the difference of sex in fashion. The eco-feminism pursues the natural sexuality not being instrumental and dismantling and expressed it in the Gender expression of an integrated human being. The trend of ethnic fashion in the close of 20th century is that the element of hippie is working so strongly. By adding embroidery of Oriental style, accessories of Indian style, feathers, beads, a hempen hood to the ethnic costumes of Asia and Latin, is shows the figure of ethnic hippie. As the cycler fashion is the future clothes through technology of computer, it uses a cool glass material bringing up the image of a spacesuit in order to expresses cyber image through artificial color combination of sheen colors, Though this techno-color fashion has established the fresh stimulation and the innovative aspect with ultramodern materials and image of futurism, it transmits a hope of estranged people and the natural elements. Hybride means a cross and mixture of animal and plant in Korean and is also called fusion. The phenomenon of hybrid predicts to comes the period of a cross and variation because something completely new comes into the world by contamination, mixture and compromise through meeting something different each other and it has on advantage of developing something existing to one more stage. It is prospected that in the society of 21st century, the borderline of traditional gender will be disappeared, variety and individuality will determine the individual behavior, and the masculine value will be substituted by feminine value. In the society giving priority to feminine value, a fashion stuck closely to women is what must reflect lives of woman under the proposition of woman's beauty, being on original function. So, it is considered that a fashion with added convenience and practicality having the function which is easy to put on, comfortable to act, able to express solves so much, and able to show various appearances according to T.P.O will get into the spotlight.

The objectives of the present study were to initiate cloning of Korean native goat by somatic cell nuclear transfer (NT) and to examine whether unovulated (follicular) oocytes can support the same developmental ability of NT embryos as ovulated (oviductal) oocytes after hCG injection in stimulated cycles of the goat. The in vivo-matured and immature oocytes were collected from the oviducts and follicles of superovulated does, respectively, and the immature oocytes were maturated in vitro. Ear skin fibroblasts derived from a 3-yr-old female Korean native goat were used as the donors of nuclei or karyoplasts. Following fusion, activation and in vitro culture to a 2- to 4-cell stage, 49 in vitro-derived and 105 in vivo-derived embryos were transferred to 6 and 17 recipient does, respectively. One doe and three does of the respective groups were identified as pregnant by ultrasonography on day 30 after embryo transfer. However, only one doe, which had received in vivo-derived embryos, delivered a normal female kid of 1.9 kg on d 149. The cloned kid gained more weight than her age-matched females as much as 87% during the first 4 mo after birth (17.7 vs. $9.4{\pm}0.8$ kg) and reached puberty at 6-mo age a few months earlier than normal female does. The telomere length of the kid, which was similar to that of the donor fibroblast at 2-mo age, decreased 8% between 2- and 7-mo ages. Moreover, at 7-mo age, she had 21% shorter telomere than her age-matched goats. To our knowledge, this is the first case in which a cloned animal born with a normal weight exhibited accelerated growth and development. The unusually rapid growth and development of the cloned goat may have resulted from SCNT-associated epigenetic reprogramming involving telomere shortening.

뇌와 두개골의 조화로운 성장 발육은 성장 중인 두개골과 이 뼈들을 연결하는 두개봉합부들 그리고 발육중인 뇌사이의 일련의 상호작용에 의해 이루어진다. 두개봉합부의 조기융합으로 알려진 craniosynostosis는 이러한 상호균형적인 관계가 파괴될 때 야기될 수 있다. Bone morphogenetic protein의 하나인 Bmp2는 골 각각의 형태와 골격의 상대적인 비례성을 조절하는데 관여하고 있으며, Bmp의 하부 유전자로 알려져 있는 Msx2 homeobox 유전자의 돌연변이는 Boston-type craniosynostosis를 야기한다 이와 함께 Dlx5 homozygote mutant mouse의 표현형은 두개골 골화의 지연을 포함한 다양한 두개안면의 이상을 나타낸다. 이러한 사실들은 Bmp2, Msx2, Dlx5 유전자들이 두개봉합부의 형태발생과정에 중요하게 작용할 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. Mouse 두개봉합부의 초기형태발생과정에 위 유전자들의 기능을 알아보기 위해, 태생기 동안의 시상봉합부에서의 Bmp2, Msx2, Dlx5 유전자들의 발현양상을 in situ hybridization 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. Bmp2 mRNA는 osteogenic front에서 강하게 발현되었으며, parietal bone의 골막에서도 관찰되었다. Msx2 mRNA는 시상봉합부의 미분화 간엽조직에서 강하게 발현되었으며, osteogenie front 및 dura mater에서도 관찰되었다. Dlx5 mRNA는 osteogenic front와 parietal bone에서 강하게 발현되었다. 두개봉합부에서의 Bmp signaling의 역할을 알아보기 위해 태생 15.5일 mouse의 두개골을 이용하여 in vitro 실험을 시행하였다. Bmp2-soaked beads를 osteogenic fronts에 올려놓고 48시간 기관배양한 결과 BSA 대조군에 비해 Bmp2 beads 주위 조직의 두께와 세포수가 증가하였으며 Msx2와 Dlx5 유전자들의 발현을 유도하였다. 그러나 FGF2 beads주위로는 이들 유전자들의 발현이 관찰되지 않았다. 이러한 결과들을 종합해 볼 때, Bmp2 유전자는 두개골 성장과 두개봉합부의 초기 형태발생을 조절하는데 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있으며, Bmp signaling은 Msx2, Dlx5 유전자들을 조절함으로써 두개골의 골화와 두개봉합부의 유지에 관여하고 있음을 제시해 주고 있다.
