The purpose of this study was to find out how price perception and the site's delivery system affected consumer satisfaction in surrogate internet shopping for apparel products. A survey questionnaire was used to collect information from 233 respondents who had experience in purchasing apparel products from online venues within the preceding 6 months. Collected data underwent descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. Results showed that the price perception and the delivery system was influenced by three factors. Both price perception and the delivery system factors showed a significant difference depending on the gender of consumers. Also, according to the regression results, both price perception and the delivery system had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction in surrogate Internet shopping mall for apparel products.

The emergence of the Internet has provided a new outlet for consumers who experience service failure from products and services, augmenting the traditional options of entry, voice and action. Consumers' negative word of mouth through online (word-of-mouse or eWOM) far exceeds traditional word of mouth (WOM) in respect of its potential effectiveness, speed and spread. This paper tries to figure out the service failure themes in the health care industry by analyzing online word-of-mouse using the critical incidents technique (CIT). Complaint themes in the area of healthcare are identified and analyzed. The results identify that major complaint theme differed according to the site type. Also, the findings indicate that delivery and customer services are critical issues when consumer makes negative WOM.

Responsible tourism has become an established area of the tourism industry. This study aims to identify the factors that influence re-participation in responsible tourism in rural Korea. On-site survey was conducted on 436 tourists by seven responsible tourism agencies in Korea. The motivation for responsible tourists was categorized into seven types: family togetherness, escape and relaxation, personal growth, social interaction, various experiences, learning, and natural experience. The estimation of a binary logistic regression model determined the characteristics of responsible tourists who are most likely to opt for re-participation in responsible tourism. Results indicated that important factors for re-participation in responsible tourism were 'age', 'educational level', 'accompany', 'length of stay', and 'motivation'. The results implied that tourists' internal and external factors are important for re-participation in responsible tourism. It is expected that this study will contribute to the market expansion of responsible tourism.

An area of severity (AOS) assessment is defined as a set of the fault positions that can result in the voltage sag bigger than certain level for sensitive buses simultaneously. Using the AOS assessment, the location of devices for compensating voltage sag can be determined as the site expected to less voltage sag at the sensitive bus. The energy storage system based on the control strategy emulating the traditional synchronous generator can contribute the fault current with fast response. Therefor are of venerability (AOV) can be reduced. The energy storage system installed by the AOS assessment has function which can experience relatively less voltage sag in addition to the conventional role of energy storage.

Based on points of neuroendocrine physiology, stimulus developed at the acupuncture site can pass to the pituitary gland through somatosensory and activated descending inhibitory mechanism which originated in raphe magnus of midbrain. For the operation of mandible fracture, acupuncture anesthesia was performed at 6 points of both forearm and both feet by method taking point on distant segment. Acupuncture anesthesia deals with central analgesic mechanism and the theory of diffuse noxious inhibitory control.

In this paper, we performed the customization of CAE analysis in the process of product development and verification. The purpose of customized analysis is to implement collaboration framework of inter-corporate, inter-division for knowledge process based on product development. Customized analysis methodology using ANSYS Workbench API is presented for the web-based and workbench-based application. Cellular phone was selected as a CAD model, and template based process of analysis is conducted. By using this system, customized analysis is suitable to site or user oriented specific analysis and for user who has little experience on CAE analysis.

Trouble shooting of modern machine tools equipped with sophisticated electronic as well as mechanical parts is so difficult that it is usually depends upon the experience and accumulated knowledge of the diagnosing persons. On the other hand, tool users are scattered in wide area, which makes it expensive for a machine tool maker to run a vast service network. An unmanned diagnosis system to which users can have access at all times could be an efficient alternative. For this purpose, a rule-based expert system for diagnosing machine tools is developed. This paper describes the structure of diagnostic knowledge, the rule firing mechanism, the diagnosis flow, and user query process. An example shows the feasibility of problem solving on site without help of a service expert from machine tool maker.

As the average size of web sites gets larger, users tend to experience more severe problems while navigating through the sites. In order to alleviate the navigation-related problems, this paper proposes two new navigation systems based on the spatial metaphor to the navigation in the real world. Prototypes of the two system, Complete Route Navigation(CRN) and Complete Survey Navigation(CSN), were developed and applied to four versions of test bed web sites, which were then used in an experiment to test the effectiveness of the two navigation systems. Results from the experiment indicate that the two systems are indeed effective in aiding users to navigate in a large scale web site, and have more positive impacts when provided together. This paper ends with the limits of the study results and their implications to the development of large-scale web sites.

In this paper, we survey and analyze the characteristics of the special health and safety education in the construction industry, and provides a few solutions. In particular, the implementation of special safety and health education conducted a study to target the construction site of heavy chemical plant many domestic. If you look at the results of research and analysis, problems of special health and safety education that are currently being conducted in many cases, the proportion of respondents who do not know the special safety and health education is very high, workers of the scene, this education it is possible to know that the proportion of respondents answered to have the experience that are submitted to the work while not subject to are operated poorly in the field of special health and safety education high. Finally, improve the quality of the most important education has to be done on a priority basis that fixing the safety education system systematically in line with the actual situation in the field and the use of specialized external agency.
