도시 주변의 급격한 택지개발, 도시 인구의 집중, 대규모 계획단지의 개발은 유역의 유출특성에 큰 영향을 주게 되고, 도시화가 진행됨에 따라 불투수 표면이 증가되고 침투율이 감소됨으로써 유출계수의 증가요인이 되고 있다. 이에 따라 유역의 자연 저류지 기능이 저하되고, 우수가 하천으로 유입되는 시간이 단축됨으로써 첨두홍수량 뿐만 아니라 유출총량의 증대를 초래하여 도시 주변의 중소하천 유역에서는 막대한 재산 및 인명 피해가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 도시화로 인해 증가된 유출량을 저감시키는 구조적 방안으로 대부분 강우 유출수를 일시 저류하여 유출량을 조절하는 우수유출 억제시설이 권장되고 있으나, 이들 시설에 대한 수리학적 침수방어능력이 명확히 규명되지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 도시지역 침수방지 대책 수립에 필요한 On/Off-Line 저류지의 평가 및 설계에 기존 부정류 모형들의 모의가능성을 평가 비교하고, 가상하도와 실제하도에 적용하여 모형을 검보정 함으로서 저류지 해석의 실용화 모형을 확립함에 있다. 본 연구 결과는 도시지역에 적용할 수 있는 도시홍수방어시스템의 일환으로 구축함으로써, 도시지역에서 저류지 홍수저감효과를 평가하는 등 침수재해와 연계된 구조적 대책 수립에 필요한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 연구된 저류지 모형을 이용하여 On-Line 및 Off-Line 저류지에 적용한 결과 두 종류의 저류지 모두 홍수방어를 위해 이용될 수 있었다. On/Off-Line 저류지 모두 첨두유량이 발생할 경우 어느정도의 첨두값의 감쇠를 발생시킬 수 있는 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 저류지 상류단의 수위감소는 저류지로 유출로 인해 저류지 상류 하도부에서 유속의 증가를 발생시켰고 이로 인해 수위는 저류지가 존재하지 않는 경우보다 낮게 나타나고 있다. On-Line 저류지의 경우 Off-Line 의 경우에 비해 수위, 유량이 저류지의 상류단에서 크게 나타났다. On-Line 저류지의 경우 Off-Line 의 경우에 비해 같은 값의 첨두홍수량을 저류하기 위해서 상대적으로 넓은 저류면적이 필요한 것으로 나타난다. 대등한 수위감소값의 홍수저감효과를 발휘하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 On-Line 저류지 면적은 Off-Line 저류지에 비 두배 이상이 필요한 것으로 보여졌다.

The purposes of this study were to examine online store attributes sought and evaluated by online shoppers and to compare those attributes with those of off-line stores. Data were obtained from an online questionnaire survey to 850 online shoppers who were randomly selected from the panel of an online survey agency, and 615 responses were analyzed. The t-tests revealed that there were significant differences on store attributes sought and evaluated by shoppers between online and off-line stores. Price related attributes (i.e., low price and reasonable price) and store name were more important for online stores while product related attributes (i.e., assortment, fashion, and brand) were more for off-line stores. Price related attributes, promotion, and entertainment were highly evaluated on online stores while product related attributes and service were on off-line stores.

Free radical scavengers in the bisdemethoxycurcumin (BDMC), demethoxycurcumin (DMC) and curcumin of turmeric (Curcuma longa) were screened, identified, quantified and isolation using coupled off-line-2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) (ABTS) and on-line screening high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-ABTS assay. There was a very small margin of error between the off-line-ABTS method and the on-line screening HPLC-ABTS method.

최근 정보통신기술의 발달과 인터넷 이용의 폭발적인 성장에 따라 인터넷을 통한 전자 상거래가 새로운 경제 활동으로 등장과 동시에 off-line을 기반으로 하는 전자 상거래 시장이 급속한 성장을 하고 있다. 이에 따라 기존의 on-line 상의 전자 지불 방식을 보다 실용적인 off-line 상의 전자 지불 방식이 요구되고 있다. 전자 지불 방식의 하나인 전자 화폐는 효과적인 응용을 위해 실물 화폐와 유사한 여러 가지 성질을 갖고 있기는 하지만, 이러한 성질 중에서 사용자의 프라이버시를 보장하는 경우 발생하는 부정적인 문제 즉 돈 세탁, 약탈, 그리고 자금의 해외 유출의 용의 등을 문제점을 해결하기 위해 익명성 제어 익명성 취소 등의 다양한 프로토콜의 개발이 연구되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 off-line 상에서 전자상거래를 할 때 부정 사용자에 대한 사용자 추적, 즉 익명성 제어가 가능한 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 프로토콜의 특징은 기존의 on-line 상의 시스템 구현의 효율성을 고려하여 RSA와 Hash 함수만을 사용하여 사용자 은닉이 가능하도록 하였으며, 또한 익명성 제어가 가능하지만 어느 기관 단독이 아는 은행과 인중기관이 협조 할 경우에만 추적이 가능하다.

This research was conducted in order to know how influential the acknowledgment of factors such as the quality of educational contents and the conducting of off-line lectures is in terms of effective learning for leaners. Based on the satisfaction-importance model of the multi-attribute attitude model, this study would like to clarify the degree to which the quality of on-line contents of on-line education and the simultaneous conducting of off-line lectures influences one's learning attitude. On-line contents satisfaction will evaluated through the three categories: audio lectures, video lecture and WBI lectures, which make up the quality of on-line contents. We would also like to do a survey on the transformation of learning attitudes when on-line and off-line lectures were conducted simultaneously.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of cotton fabric texture perceived between on-line(screening fabric) and off-line(real fabric), and to analyze fabric characteristics having an effect on the difference. The similarity of 55 various cotton fabrics perceived between on-line and on-line were measured showing simultaneously real fabrics and screening fabrics by 7-scale questionnaire. And the characteristics of cotton fabrics such as weave structure, thickness, weight, fabric density, stiffness, Hunter's L, a, b, and hue were measured. Cotton fabrics were classified into 3 groups by extent of similarity. There were no significant differences in weft density, stiffness, Hunter's L, a, b, and hue among 3 groups. But there were significant differences in weave structure, thickness, weight, warp density, and difference of warp ＆ weft density. The fabrics having large similarity were thick and heavy, had small warp density and difference of warp ＆ weft density, and distinct surface texture. The group having medium similarity included fabrics of medium thickness and weight, having weak surface texture, large warp density and difference of warp ＆ weft density. The group having small similarity, which the differences between on-line and off-line were large, included thin and light fabrics having smooth surface and large warp density and difference of warp ＆ weft density.

The on-line calculation method is developed to obtain the temperature trajectory that brings the reactants to the desired state in batch styrene polymerization reactor. The temperature trajectory is obtained by applying the moments of the polymer concentration to the 2-step calculation method. The computer simulation is also carried out to verify the superiority of the on-line method to the off-line one. When a temperature disturbance of constant size is introduced, the off-line results shows considerable deviation from the target degree of polymerization. The on-line strategy set up a new trajectory to reach the desired state by using the current state of the reactor. Therefore, the on-line strategy deals with the changes of the system more adequately than the off-line strategy.

In hydro-generator, a groundwall insulation of stator windings gradually deteriorates due to mechanical, thermal, electrical and environmental stresses. These stresses combine to result in loose windings, delamination of the stator insulation and/or electrical tracking of the endwinding, all of which can lead to stator insulation failures. Conventionally, off-line tests such as partial discharge measurement, DC/AC current and .DELTA.tan.delta. tests has been used for estimation of winding condition. However, off-line test requires large power supply and generator outage. In addition, major cause of insulation problems such as loose wedges and slot dischages may not be found with off-line diagnoses. This paper introduces the on-line partial discharge measurement techniques using frequency spectrum analyzer(FSA) for the generator stator windings. The experimental results from the UIAM #1 hydro-generator confirms a optimistic application of on-line generator diagnosis method as a reliable tool for evaluation of winding condition.
