u-City 도시지상시설물 관리모델 구축 연구 (A Study on Construction of Urban Ground Facilities Management Model in u-City)

  • 본 연구는 국내에서 경쟁적으로 추진되고 있는 u-City 구축사업의 지원 및 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 선도적 기술개발을 목표로 진행되고 있는 지능형국토정보기술혁신사업의 일부 내용으로, 새로운 도시환경인 u-City에서의 도시지상시설물 관리 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 국내 시설물관리시스템의 발전과정과 국내에서 추진되고 있는 u-City 사업들을 조사함으로써 u-City에서의 도시시설물관리시스템의 방향과 필수요소, 고려사항 등을 도출하였으며, 이를 근거로 u-City에 적합한 도시시설물 관리 모델을 제시하였다.

지하시설 굴착공사에 따른 탄약저장시설 안전성 평가방법 연구 (Safety Evaluation Method for Ground Ammunition and Explosive Storage Facilities due to Underground Tunnel Blast)

  • 도심과 사회기반시설의 확장에 대한 수요로 인해 군사시설의 이전이나 시설의 지하화가 지속적으로 요구되고 있다. 그러나 탄약시설과 같은 시설을 횡단할 때에는 탄약이 우발적으로 폭발하지 않도록 고도의 안전성 평가가 선행되어야 한다. 이에 지중 구조물의 건설을 위한 발파작업이 지상의 탄약시설에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 국방부와 한국철도시설공단간 협의에 의해 진행되는 신안선 복선 전철 설계구간 중 군사 보안구역을 통과하여 건설되는 터널구간에 대해 사례연구를 실시하였다. 폭발현상에 의한 진동의 속도를 수치해석 프로그램인 GTS-NX를 활용하여 예측하였고 문헌조사를 통해 모든 형태의 구조물에 대해서도 안전에 영향을 미치지 않는 0.2cm/sec의 지반진동속도를 안전성 평가기준으로 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 활용된 안전성 평가지표와 절차는 향후 탄약시설을 횡단하는 사회기반시설 계획 시 안전성 평가의 지표로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

학교시설 현황분석을 통한 에너지절약설계 개선방향 연구 (A Study on Design for Energy-saving Based on Analysis of Current Situation in School Facilities)

  • 기후변화에 따른 지구 생태계의 변화와 에너지 및 자원고갈 등 전 지구적 대응노력이 절실한 상황에서 정부에서는 탈원전 정책 등 적극적인 정책을 수립하여 시행하고 있다. 특히 공공건물 중 적지 않은 비중을 차지하고 있는 학교시설은 학생수가 감소하는 반면 학교수가 증가하고 있으며 에너지사용량 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학교시설의 설계현황을 분석하여 에너지절약설계의 개선방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

자기장을 이용한 매설배관의 위치탐지에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Detecting Method for Underground Pipes Using Magnetic Field)

  • As increasing underground facilities, more effective management is needed nowadays. It is important to get an accurate information of underground facilities to manage that, so some methods of detecting location - electromagnetic induction method, ground penetration radar method, sonic method - are used to obtain the information of underground facilities. In this study, a magnetic method to detect underground facilities was developed. In the magnetic method, underground facilities are detected by a detector and the magnetic marker which is a permanent magnet and used to marking the location by attaching underground facilities. A proper characteristic of the magnetic marker was optimized by maxwell 20 magnetic field analysis tool, a test field was constructed with the magnetic marker, PVC pipe, and steel pipe under ground 1.5m, and the detector was made by modifying a common ferromagnetic detector. Magnetic strengths of the magnetic marker were measured by the detector at each location in the test field, and analyzed by magnetic field analysis tool in the same condition. In the result, the underground pipes were detectable within the deviation ${\pm}20cm$ at PVC pipe and ${\pm}10cm$ at steel pipe respectively. The steel pipe was more detectable by ferromagnetism. The developed magnetic method can be applied to maintain and manage underground facilities.

원전시설의 내진성능평가를 위한 입력지반운동의 최소개수 (Minimum Number of Input Ground-motions to Assess Seismic Performance of Nuclear Facilities)

  • Currently, researches are being actively conducted in assessing seismic performance of nuclear facilities in USA and Europe. In particular, applying this technique of assessing seismic performance to design of isolation systems in nuclear power plants is being performed and then ASCE 4 Draft (2013) is being revised accordingly in the United States. In order to satisfy the probabilistic performance objectives described by seismic responses with certain confidence levels (ASCE 43, 2005), the probability distributions of these responses have to be defined. What is the minimum number of input ground-motions to obtain the probability distribution precise enough to represent the unknown actual distribution? Theoretical basis, for how to determine the minimum number of input ground-motions for given a logarithmic standard deviation to approximate the unknown actual median of the log-normal distribution within a range of error at a certain level of confidence, is introduced by Huang et al. (2008). However, the relationship between the level of confidence and the range of error is not stated in the previous study. In this paper, based on careful reviews on the previous work, the relationship between the level of confidence and the range of error is logically and explicitly stated. Furthermore, this relationship is also applied to derive the minimum number of input ground-motions in order to approximate the unknown actual logarithmic standard deviation. Several recommendations are made for determining the minimum number of input ground-motions in probabilistic assessment on seismic performance of facilities in nuclear power plants.

  • 본 연구에서는 도시 지상시설물을 보다 지능적이고 능동적으로 관리하기 위해 첨단 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크 기술을 도입함에 있어 가장 기본이 되는 체계적 시설물 분류와 이에 대한 분석을 다루고 있다. 그동안의 u-City 및 시설물 지능화 관련 선행연구를 통해 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크 기술 도입에 대한 필요성과 일부 응용사례 등이 발표된 바 있으나, 체계적인 시설 분류나 특성별 센서 도입 방안에 관한 연구는 미진한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 기존 도시에서 관리하고 있는 지상 시설물들의 주요 관리특성을 도출하고, 이를 체계적으로 분류 및 분석함으로써 시설물관리 및 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크의 융합에 기여하고자 한다.

  • This paper discusses the system design of a synthetic aperture radar system based on a pulse-echo radar. The design consists of an ultra-wide bandwidth antenna, an amplitude modulation, timing stabilities, and high speed a/d conversions with an equivalent-time sampling. Experiment results show that GPR(Ground Penetrating Radar) can be used to explore buried electric facilities.

서울시의 활동여가시설의 입지유형에 관한 연구 - 강남구를 중심으로 - (A study on Locational and Regional Pattern of Leisure Facilities at Kangnam-gu, Seoul)

  • This study attempts to examine the regional distribution and the locational pattern of leisure facilities at Kangnam-gu in Seoul. For the convenience of the analysis the facilities are classified into public and private sector and then the facilities are classified into 11 types: mineral spring resort, play ground, neighborhood park, swimming pool, gymnasium, bowling, pingpong, aerobic, golf practice, health, and billiard facilities. For the purpose data was collected from statistical yearbook in 1993 and lists of registered facility at department of living physics of Kangnam-gu office. The data of the density of facilities and the opportunity of facilities per facilities type and per region are analysed with the technology of GIS. Results may be summarized as follows. First of all, correlation between the results of Location-Allocation model and the results of Interaction model is very high. Secondly, on comparing the density of facilities with the opportunity of the facility use per eleven facility types, three discrete spatial pattems are found. The mineral spring resort facility type with the highest unbalanced density and opportunity of facility use is to be found. Play ground, neighborhood park, swimming pool, gymnasium, bowling, pingpong, and aerobic facility types have the high unbalanced density and opportunity of facility use. The golf practice, health, and billiard facility types have spatially balanced density and opportunity of facility use. Thirdly, as comparing the density and the opportunity of the facility use per 'dong' administration unit, the spatial patterns of the public and the private facilities are different in density of the facility use and otherwise two are similar in the opportunity of the facility use. Fourthly, patterns of facilities users have different charateristics based on facility use time, expense, residence, and access time and four regional patterns are to be found ; user favorable, facility profitable, user balanced, and unfavorable.

방전전극을 사용한 접지시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Earthing System of Using Discharge Electrodes)

  • This paper has purpose of designing the earthing system installed on the ground without laying under the ground. As a solution for green IT environment to solve the existing earthing system, the third generation earthing machine was designed by using discharge electrodes, catalyzer, and hot wires. As a result of comparison, it found that the third generation earthing system suggested in this research had more increased discharge currents by 31[A] and the speed 25 times faster than the second generation earthing system. The suggested earthing system is allowed to be installed on the ground and solve construction costs, time, area, and environment pollution, which are problems in the existing earthing system. In addition, as the earthing technique has recently developed, the earthing system is classified by generation based on capacity.

  • Public utilities adopt the grounding rules ; class I, class II, class III and special class III, and install the grounding electrodes in distribution facilities. To keep the safety of the human and the facilities, Public utilities also manage the value of ground resistance in distribution system biennially. At present the Hook-On meter is normally used to measure the ground resistance although it has ${\pm}5[%]$ measuring error and it can not measure the exact value when the current is over 1[A]. In addition it is very difficult to use the fall-of-potential method in distribution system. In this paper we propose the new measurement method using ground current of distribution system as the current source.
